Judge Has Georgia Newspaper Publisher Jailed After He Requested Public Records on Her
Mark Thomason, a publisher out of North Georgia, and his attorney Russell Stookey, were both charged with attempted identity fraud and identity fraud after filing an Open Records Act request that apparently hit a little too close to home for a judge.
Thomason was also charged making a false statement in his request. They were arrested, spent the night in jail, released on $10,000 bond, and will be subject to random drug screens and a laundry list of things they cannot do or they’ll be thrown back in jail before their trial.
By all appearances, the arrests are in retaliation for pissing off Superior Court chief judge and chair of the state Judicial Qualifications Commission Brenda Weaver, who obtained the indictments on Thomason and his lawyer seemingly because of what they were after in their records request in regard to her business dealings.
In his open records request, Thomason asked for copies of any checks that were “cashed illegally” and his lawyer Stookey subpoenaed the banks where Weaver and a fellow judge hold bank accounts for their office expenses.
In trying to stop them from getting that information, Judge Weaver implied that Thomason and Stookey were attempting to steal bank account information from the checks — as if to commit fraud. Weaver stated she did not grant the two men her permission before the lawyer sent the subpoenas.

My best insider source states that FBI Director James Comey has absolutely no law enforcement background, and is not qualified to run the FBI. To add insult to injury, the FBI Director held an executive position at HSBC Bank, while extreme money laundering operations where [sic] being carried out by the Mexican Drug Cartel and their terrorist allies with the direct assistance of HSBC banking officials. I asked my source if Comey would have known, and he replied “he would have to have been drunk 24/7 to not know what was going on”.

As the caption indicates, Comey has a very questionable background after having worked at HSBC bank, one of the most scandalous banks in history. So, should we be surprised that Comey essentially gave Clinton a walk, despite her blatant criminality? In summary, Hillary helped Swiss banking giant UBS negotiate a favorable deal with the IRS regarding an investigation into Americans who had secret accounts at the bank and then — surprise, surprise — donations from UBS poured into the Clinton Foundation as well as $1.5 million paid to Bill Clinton in speaking fees.

– While Republican delegates prepare to nominate Donald Trump in Cleveland in two weeks, Trump provided yet another piece of evidence that he’s not particularly concerned with the success of the party he has hijacked. New York Times Magazine asked Trump about the importance of maintaining a Republican Senate. Here was Trump’s almost incomprehensible answer – an answer that would be utterly incomprehensible if Trump were actually a conservative or a serious Republican: “Well, I’d like them to do that. But I don’t mind being a free agent, either.”
Of course he wouldn’t. He has no intention of making conservative priorities his own.
Imagine the scenario Trump says he wouldn’t mind: a Democratic Senate. You can forget about a conservative on the Supreme Court. That notion would be dead on arrival. You could also forget about Trump’s supposed immigration priorities, including the fabled Trump Wall and more stringent deportations. So the two top priorities for conservatives – replacing Justice Scalia with someone of like mind, and ending the Democratic strategy of importing potential voters – would be an impossibility.
And Trump says he wouldn’t mind.
He likely wouldn’t mind because he wants to cut deals with Democrats. That provides him popularity and a concomitant sense of meaning. Trump would cut “great” trade and tax deals with Democrats. He’d likely sign off on significant elements of the left’s social agenda. He’d compromise on gun rights.
And he wouldn’t mind doing it.
He’s acting like it, too. According to Ryan Williams, strategist with the 2012 Romney presidential campaign, “Traditionally, the nominee has a robust campaign that absorbs the RNC effort and works in tandem with the down-ballot campaigns. We did that with Romney in 2012. This time around, there’s a complete void at the presidential level. Trump’s trying to play a game of baseball and hasn’t put out an infield.”
So far, the polls don’t show Trump doing significant damage down ballot. But the fact that he doesn’t seem to care should tell Republicans everything they need to know about his priorities. –

– Americas worst nightmare potentially just got the green light. The blue helmets of the UN are coming to police the streets of the USA. Foreign Military is now allowed to police the streets, arrest, and use force in combat.
In May 2016, the USA approved a set of principles that give the green light for UN peacekeeping troops AND POLICE to use force to “protect” citizens in armed conflicts, but the agreement does not specify exactly where. The Blue Helmets are coming, and the American police force could now be a part of a global police force.
These principles are illegal according to the Constitution, but somehow the US has agreed to them. The Obama administration has corrupted the entire American way of life and is preparing the way for the dictator Hitlary to use any force necessary to remove the second amendment from citizens. –

– Perhaps the only thing more fantastical and bizarre than the 2016 Republican race itself is how the Kennedy assassination became part of the campaign news cycle in May, albeit fleetingly.
A false allegation, given prominence by the National Enquirer, was recycled by Donald Trump, the presumed GOP nominee, during an appearance on “Fox & Friends.” Per the article, Trump accused Rafael Cruz, father of candidate Ted, of consorting with the accused assassin of President Kennedy before November 1963: “You know, [Cruz’s] father was with Lee Harvey Oswald prior to Oswald’s being, you know, shot . . . . I mean, what was he doing with Lee Harvey Oswald shortly before the death, before the shooting? It’s horrible.” –
