Judicial Watch announced recently it received through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit 13 pages out of 42 responsive pages of communications between former FBI official Peter Strzok and DOJ official Bruce Ohr that the DOJ claimed previously it could not find.
Judicial Watch obtained the documents in an April 2019 FOIA lawsuit filed after submitting July 2018 FOIA requests to the DOJ and the FBI. The FBI failed to respond, while the Justice Department claimed to find no records of communications between Strzok and Ohr (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:19-cv-01082)).

Why would a CIA operative compromise the US national security and try to impeach a duly elected president? If you recall, it was BuzzFeed that first published the anti-Trump dossier spreading false accusations about the President of the United States and Russia. Those false accusations were paid by Hillary Clinton’s campaign, plus DNC and Soros, and architected by Perkins Coie and produced by the Fusion GPS. Keep this name PERKINS COIE in mind. This law firm drafted every executive order Obama made, created a document to protect the children sex traffic ring in Arizona, which was connected to child protective service, according to the documents filed.
Perkins Coie was also the law firm that defended Osama Bin Laden driver (and if you missed that, Bush was a personal friend a partner with Osama Bin Laden: both owner of a bank in the Middle East). Perkins Coie was never asked to testify even though he was the middle man with Fusion GPS and the company is the middle man here with the CIA espionage attempt to enforce the globalists fourth coup against President Donald Trump.

The Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP) pretends to investigate crimes, they are the ones perpetrating crimes against Americans, this country, our constitution and the office of the presidency in order to bring the US under the control of the communist globalist ideals pursued by Soros and his partners.
OCCRP is, from all things, a non-profit being sheltered in all aspects to continue to commit crimes, receiving funds from American tax dollars approved by Congress, I assume, mostly democrats but you can check to see how many ‘yes’ they got and from whom.
OCCRP describes itself as a “non-profit media organization providing an investigative reporting platform for the Network.” What network?

Upon reading the publicly released whistleblower’s complaint about President Donald Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, it’s patently obvious that the “whistleblower” — outed as a CIA agent courtesy of The New York Times — is well-versed in the art of political spin. Maybe this agent learned his (or her) craft from those media spin-masters at the Times…
As we noted yesterday, the whistleblower’s complaint appears to contain credible information corroborated by the record of Trump’s call with Zelenskyy. However, it’s also clear that the whistleblower distorts and reads into the phone conversation intentions and motives that are not present.
One of the most glaring examples of this spin comes from the whistleblower’s description of the events surrounding the phone call. He claims that White House officials were “deeply disturbed” by the phone call because they supposedly viewed it as Trump abusing his office for personal gain. The reader is to assume that “everyone” who heard the phone call immediately recognized that a quid pro quo had just been demanded. Yet the record of the phone call does not even remotely support such a damning conclusion.
To bolster the claim that all these officials knew Trump had just engaged in a quid pro quo, the whistleblower alleges that senior White House officials broke with normal record-keeping protocols to “lock down” all records of the phone call. The whistleblower then insinuates a blatant attempt at a cover-up, writing, “This set of actions underscores to me that White House officials understood the gravity of what had transpired in the call.”
However, the Trump administration’s reason for filing the phone call as highly classified is not so sinister as the whistleblower alleges. As Fox News reports, “The Trump administration reportedly began placing transcripts of Trump’s calls with several foreign leaders in a highly classified repository after leakers publicly divulged the contents of Trump’s private calls with the leaders of Mexico and Australia in 2017.” Object if you like, but evidently this has been common practice for some time, and it was motivated by a perfectly understandable reason: to prevent future leaks.
The real question is this: Who is the puppet master behind the scenes, orchestrating this CIA whistleblower’s carefully crafted attempt to pin an impeachable offense on Trump?
It’s likely a disgruntled current or former deep-state actor — a Hillary Clinton supporter in the intel community. Recall Sen. Chuck Schumer’s chastising Trump for “being really dumb” following the president’s criticism of some U.S. intelligence operations. He warned, “Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.” Daniel Benjamin, former senior adviser to Barack Obama, was even more explicit: “Trump’s treatment of his spies will also come back to bite him in the form of leaking and whistleblowing.”
Contemplate the lawless implications of the Schumer and Benjamin assertions. These are bold face admissions that their deep-state operatives within the CIA and FBI will use their positions to do exactly what they have done with the Russian collusion charade, in order to disable and undermine this presidential administration. They have outlined how those corrupt officials, under former CIA director John Brennan and former FBI director James Comey, have abused their positions, endeavoring to take down the Trump presidency.
And lo and behold, here we are again.

Whistleblower Account In Question, Ukraine Did Not Know Funds Cut Off Until Month After Call
One of the problems we are facing today with the Trump administration is the continued activism behind the scenes; now the GOP is starting to hit back. According to FOX News ‘top Republicans on Thursday pushed to identify the White House officials who told a whistle-blower of alleged misconduct by the Trump administration, as Democrats ramped up their impeachment inquiry — and several apparent inconsistencies emerged in the whistleblower’s complaint.’
This is brought up because the whistle-blower’s sources did not file a complaint themselves, which would have protected them; this is even more relevant considering procedures don’t safeguard second-hand claims. (The New York Times reported that the whistle-blower is a CIA officer detailed to the White House. 0censor News has not confirmed The Times’ report.)

According to the whistle-blower complaint, by mid-May, U.S. diplomat Kurt Volker sought to “contain the damage” from Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani’s outreach to Ukraine.
But a July 19 text message conversation from Volker to Giuliani, provided to Fox News on Thursday, showed that Volker had in fact encouraged Giuliani to reach out to Ukraine — even sending Giuliani a message reading, “connecting you here with Andrey Yermak, who is very close to President Zelensky.”
We are seeing as this is dug into, more surprisingly by the news outlets that are usually supporting this type of narrative, CBS, New York Times and others, this is a hoax, it complaint set up from second-hand knowledge, something that is not protected under the law.
In another blow to the Democrat narrative, now there are sources within the Ukraine government that says the cutting off of funds happened a month after the conversation between Trump and their leader, there was no knowledge of this at the time, so claiming it was implied, as Pelosi and other Democrats are arguing, simply does not hold up under scrutiny.
NY Timescame out and reported that the claim of quid pro quo for the aid is destroyed by this damning article by them. he official told the New York Times that Zelensky’s government was unaware about the aid issue until a month after Trump’s July 25 phone call in which he discussed Joe Biden and his son Hunter.
According to FOX, the whistle-blower complaint – citing U.S. officials – claimed that officials in Kiev knew that the military aid could be in jeopardy in early August, but the whistleblower admitted to not knowing “how or when they learned of it.”
The more we dig into this, the more we see the shaky ground the whole leftist plot is built on, they were so excited to see something they thought they could get Trump with, they never bothered to check the background first. This is a repeating pattern we see with the left, time after time they hear something, come up breathlessly and tell the world they have him, soon are eating crow when they find out all they had were empty claims. One has to wonder, how much longer will we, the American People, put up with this?

Report: Whistleblower Is CIA Plant, One of Obama’s Goon John Brennan’s Men
From the very first, John Brennan was Obama’s muscle who worked outside the law.
Brennan handled the nasty things that needed to be done. If you recall, during the presidential election, I ran a number of stories on the passport breach of Obama’s passport at the Department of State. There were always questions about Obama’s citizenship status and what kind of passport he used to travel to Pakistan during his college years as a foreign student.
Back in March 2008, the State Department launched an investigation of improper computer access to passport records of Barack Hussein Obama. The investigation was focused on John Brennan company (here). Brennan’s employee was accused of tampering with the passport files.
A cynical Obama said at the time:
In Portland, Ore., Mr. Obama said the series of attempts to “tap into people’s personal records” were “a problem not just for me but for how our government functions.”
The balls. Brennan was working for him. And laughable, considering how intrusive his administration was in accessing private information.
“As soon as we realized that there were these unauthorized accesses for Senator Obama’s passport files, we collected the information, we briefed the secretary, we briefed Senator Obama’s staff, all before we ever replied to the reporter,” Mr. McCormack said.
RUSH: All right. So, here’s the CNN headline on screen right now: “Whistleblower: Trump tried to get Ukraine to interfere in 2020 election and White House tried to cover it up.” Now, keep something in mind. The whistleblower never heard anything. The whistleblower heard things secondhand and thirdhand. The whistleblower was not on the call. The whistleblower was told things. We have, again, this anonymous, very deeply caring, very moral person worried about American values, our values.
And Trump tried to get Ukraine to interfere in the 2020 election. It’s the same theme! Trump interfered in the 2016 election. The Russians meddled; Trump colluded. The FBI tried to plant spies to prove this. It did happen because the meddling happened with the Democrats. The Democrats meddled and interfered by creating (the Hillary Clinton campaign buying) the Steele dossier. Pardon me for revisiting this, but it is necessary to put all this in perspective. Trump did not interfere in the 2020 election.
And the whistleblower doesn’t know what happened because the whistleblower didn’t hear the call! The transcript of the call has been released. What Trump was actually doing — and I’ve mentioned this two days in a row. And, you know, our last caller, folks? Our last caller made an actually brilliant point. All during the Mueller investigation, the Drive-Bys are doing daily stories about what a reprobate Donald Trump is cause he wanted to fire Mueller. He had fired Comey and he wanted to fire Mueller. Remember all of this?
Except Mueller never got fired. It never happened — and yet the Drive-Bys said that Trump wanted to fire Mueller every day. Then Mueller’s report says, “Yeah, we heard that the president was trying to fire us but that people in his media orbit talked him out of it.” Well, the bottom line is, Mueller didn’t get fired. But the prosecutor in Ukraine did, the prosecutor looking into the scandal of Joe Biden setting up his son with both the Chinese and the Ukrainians to get rich without knowing or doing anything for it! There was a prosecutor looking into it.
Biden went over there as vice president. He has bragged about this. We’ve had the audio on this program. He was at a Council on Foreign Relations meeting. He was bragging to people how he bullied the Ukrainians. He said that he told them, “You’re gonna fire this guy! You’re gonna fire this prosecutor. You’re gonna put in a prosecutor that we want or we’re gonna withhold American aid — and if you think that this is just me, then you get on the phone and you call Obama and you ask him.
“You’ve got six hours,” Biden said. So what do we have? Trump didn’t fire Mueller. The Drive-Bys said he wanted to. That makes him obstructing justice. “Trump tried to obstruct justice, Trump did obstruct justice, cause he wanted to fire Mueller,” but Mueller never got fired. Meanwhile, Biden and his son are under investigation over Ukraine, and Biden goes over and bullies the prosecutor, bullies the government, demands they fire the prosecutor looking into his son or else they will withhold money already pledged to Ukraine.
Biden says, “And if you think this is just me blabbering on, you call Obama. You call him right now. He’ll back me up.” So Obama has been implicated by Biden as being part of this bullying blackmail effort to withhold previously pledged American aid money to Ukraine unless the prosecutor is fired. So they fired the prosecutor! Biden got a prosecutor fired! Trump did not fire Mueller! Who is under investigation here for meddling in elections and meddling in internal affairs? Donald Trump. And what’s he doing?
Meddling in an election again. When are the Democrats gonna figure out that people don’t believe Trump is meddling in elections? He’s meddling in… If anything, he’s trying to get to the bottom of what happened to him in 2016. You’ll note… Well, you haven’t noted. This is up to me to tell you. Not one… I haven’t seen it. Now, I must admit I haven’t seen everything. So there is an outside chance I could be wrong here. But nobody in Drive-By Media has even referenced Trump mentioning CrowdStrike to the Ukrainian president in that phone call.
They don’t want to go anywhere near that. CrowdStrike is a private sector firm, as you know, and that’s the only evidence that we have that the Russians hacked the DNC server. This tells me that that probably didn’t happen, either, that the Russians are probably not the people that hacked the DNC server. But the Trump case in 2016 depended on the Russians doing a bunch of hacking. It depended on the Russians meddling. It depended on… When it was the Democrats that had meddled. It was the Democrats that hired Steele.
It was Hillary. This stuff is actually amazing, cause everything the Democrats are accusing Trump of doing, they have done — and they’re getting away with it. At least the appearance is they’re getting away with it because nobody’s investigating them. Ah, ah, ah! I spoke too soon. The attorney general is investigating them, along with the FBI and the whole of the deep state. So here, folks. Here’s a brief synonymous of what I think the lay of the land is. The next couple of days could be critical to getting the Trump version of this story out, meaning the nature of the whistleblower and his lawyer.
His lawyer is a Clinton-Obama connection. I found it hilarious today, the Democrats are asking the witness, the Director of National Intelligence, “Do you agree that the whistleblower is a political hack?” Because Trump had accused the whistleblower of being a political hack. And I guarantee you the whistleblower is a political hack! The whistleblower is not some morally offended paragon of justice (sobbing) “terribly, terribly concerned about what Trump is doing to our government and our country and our values.” The whistleblower is a political hack!
I will guarantee you there is some connection to whatever the Democrats were doing to Trump in 2016. It’s gonna be Fusion GPS. It’s gonna be somebody that’s involved in Russia-Trump colluding who is gonna be tied to this whistleblower. I will say it right here and now: The whistleblower is a political hack. Do you know that Adam Schiff has had the whistleblower report since August? (interruption) What? (interruption) You think I shouldn’t have said that? (interruption) Okay. Good. (interruption)
What do you mean, you didn’t know that? (interruption) You thought what was…? (interruption) Oh, the whistleblower report? (interruption) No! Adam Schiff’s had this on his desk since August! Pencil Neck had it. This whistleblower report is just like the Christine Blasey Ford letter, which had just been waiting there for Dianne Feinstein, in that case, to unveil it. This has been an operation needing only a timeframe for execution. The timeframe is they decide to go with this shortly after everybody thinks that Pelosi has authorized impeachment.
So this is supposed to go on top of that as the perception of evidence that Trump has done something impeachable. (dramatic tone) “He has asked Ukraine to meddle in the 2020 elections.” That’s based on the fact that Trump supposedly asked the guy to look into Biden. It’s okay for Hillary to hire Christopher Steele and to create a phony document, the Steele dossier — and it’s okay for the Democrats to take that to the FISA court and use that as an evidence for a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign and the Trump transition.
Oh, that’s perfectly fine. Perfectly fine.
The Russians can collude with the Democrats and vice-versa all day long if the objective is to get Trump. At any rate, so we have here the nature of the whistleblower and his lawyer — and, I mean, getting it out what we think this is. Our side of the story also involves the difference between Trump’s justified speculations that the whistleblower is a hack and Biden’s admission to what was likely a felony! Biden has admitted to pressuring Ukraine to dump a prosecutor to save his son, and threatening to withhold American money if they didn’t dump the prosecutor.
Whatever Trump has done, it doesn’t even compare to that. And this is also part of our narrative or story that needs to be part of the drumbeat. And we need to keep reminding everybody that nobody ever investigated CrowdStrike! We just accept some private sector company that’s founded by a guy that hates Putin. The DNC hires them to examine their server that was hacked, and this CrowdStrike outfit, it’s the Russians, and that’s it? No examination, no verification, no outside independent validation.
And how about the weird relationship with Comey’s FBI and CrowdStrike’s outsourced data investigations? I mean, these people are thick as thieves, and they’re still running the same operation. The operation to get rid of Trump for Trump-Russia collusion has not stopped. It’s just taken a turn now into this latest direction toward Ukraine.

And this guy, the whistleblower wasn’t even there! He didn’t even hear it! In a questionnaire… The whistleblower answered, “I don’t know” 12 different times in a questionnaire about what he was reporting. “I don’t know,” 12 different times.
A story in the New York Times: “The whistleblower who revealed that President Trump sought foreign help [blah, blah] is a CIA officer who was detailed to work at the White House at one point, according to three people familiar with his identity. The man has since returned to the CIA, the people said. Little else is known about him.” So he was a CIA officer. He was a plant! He was a deep state plant from the CIA at the White House! I knew it was either gonna be this or somebody from Fusion GPS.
This guy may still be a tie to Fusion GPS, because the intelligence community is tied in with the FBI and the DOJ — the Obama DOJ — that tried to ramrod Trump through 2016, ’18, ’19, you name it. This is why Phil Mudd was upset. (interruption) Yeah. I may as well as remind you. Phil Mudd, a former deputy director of counterintelligence at the CIA, was livid when he heard about this. Okay, what does this prove? It proves the intelligence community is spying on the president. It proves it. Trump said it during the 2016 campaign. They laughed at him; they mocked him.
They said, “You’re insane. You’re crazy. Nobody’s monitoring your calls. Nobody’s tapping your wires. The CIA’s not spying on you!” Yes, they are. Not, “yes, they were.” Yes, they are. He “is a CIA officer detailed to the White House,” meaning not a Trumper. This is somebody the CIA, the intel community, sent over there. This guy was put there as a spy and did his job. I knew it. I knew it. I knew the intel community was part of this — and, folks, nothing’s changed. Nothing’s new. It’s the same operation. They just failed to get Trump on Russia.
Now they’re trying Trump-Ukraine. They failed to get Trump on everything they’ve tried to get him with, but they’re trying something new now. It’s the same thing. This guy’s no different than Christine Blasey Ford. This guy’s no different than Christopher Steele. He’s just part of the cabal — or she. It’s a political hack, no doubt — and don’t tell me that CIA people can’t be political. There’s no question the guy’s a political hack. But he didn’t directly overhear the call! Somebody told him! Trump wants to know: Who is it that told the CIA hack?
Now CNN says, “This is very, very dangerous! The president is now trying to find out who the leaker is. This is very, very dangerous for America. Presidents don’t do this!” Presidents don’t try to find out who leaks on ’em? Are you kidding me, CNN? “It’s very dangerous for the president to be targeting an individual like this.” Very dangerous to be targeting…? Trump is the target! For crying out loud! (pause) I’m sorry for yelling here, folks, but I’m incredulous over all this. Not incredulous. Angry. We’ve been played again. I knew it! I knew it.
The whole thing is a scam. It’s an orchestrated scam. It was set up, it was planned, like Blasey Ford coming forward to try to nail Kavanaugh, like version 2 to get Kavanaugh a couple weeks ago, like Christopher Steele — the supposed dossier — totally made up and used to get FISA warrants to spy on Trump. This guy, Donald Trump, is the most spied-on president we’ve ever had — by his own country. The Washington deep state is alive and well, and they are functioning. (interruption) I don’t know who it is. (interruption)
No. I have no idea. I have no way of knowing. Could this CIA guy be part of the presidential briefing team? I have no idea. There’s no way of knowing. We’re gonna find out. We’re gonna find out who this is. We will find… I can’t believe the New York Times has even revealed this much. If you want to know the truth, it’s kind of a shock to me the New York Times has gone this way. This may indicate that it’s beginning to fall apart and they need a fall guy. (interruption) I’m not wishful thinking. The New York Times divulging a source like this?
“Well, Rush, they haven’t named him.” (Snort!) It doesn’t matter who this is. The American intel community is continuing to spy on the president. Who cares who it is! I mean, it would be interesting to know. But for the New York Times to be burning even this much of it, it… Look, I could be dead wrong, but it could well mean that a lot of people think this is not working out. Schiff really blew this big time today. So they might need a fall guy. Somebody may have to fall on the sword here at some point.
Adam Schiff is a total fraud. He is a liar — I’m sorry — a bad satirist. He made up things Trump supposedly said to the Ukrainian ambassador in his opening statement today. But the point is that this plan has been in the works for a while, all the way back in August. Adam Schiff was tweeting things back in August based on the whistleblower report without citing it. He was tweeting things like, “President may be putting undue pressure on president of Ukraine to meddle in next year’s elections,” little things like that that he knew he was just setting them up.
We have learned from the New York Times that the whistleblower is a CIA plant. And now Paul Sperry has released this bit of information. Are you ready? Dadelut, dadelut, dadelut, dadelut, dadelut. “Rumors are now swirling that the anti-Trump whistleblower,” the hack, the political hack “was one of John Brennan’s old CIA humps detailed over to — planted inside — the White House to spy on Trump and help thwart the investigation of #Spygate which also involves Obama DOS/FBI/CIA skullduggery in Ukraine.” In other words, the Barr investigation.
So the rumors — this stuff, it’s not gonna get contained. It’s gonna come out. Trump is right. The whistleblower is a political hack. The rumors are circling now that he is one of John Brennan’s buddies. John Brennan ran the CIA for Obama. He was one of the original Never Trumpers running the Russia investigation. He was on TV every day promising people Trump was going to jail. He was promising people that Trump was gonna get frog-marched. He was promising people that Trump was going to be found guilty of treason.
And then when the Mueller report came out no collusion, Brennan was out: I must have been given false information. No, your efforts bombed. Your efforts failed. So the whistleblower, one of John Brennan’s old CIA buddies planted inside the White House to spy on Trump and to try to undermine the Barr investigation into the original FBI investigation, like when did it begin, who’s really responsible for it.
So one way to look at this is this, Mr. Snerdley, the FBI was tasked with taking out Trump in the Russia investigation. The CIA has been tasked with taking Trump out on this Ukraine business. So who’s it been next? When this one doesn’t work, what’s the next one? Because there is gonna be one.
In fact, I’m gonna make a prediction to you. This Ukraine thing is gonna blow over because Trump didn’t do anything. Biden did! The guilty party here is Joe Biden and his son Hunter. Trump didn’t do anything. So this is not gonna amount to anything either and there isn’t gonna be an impeachment. There will not be a formal impeachment inquiry. Do not doubt me. And yet in a few months guaranteed we are gonna be going through this exact scenario that we’ve been through this week with an entirely new revelation that Trump is meddling in something, that Trump is trying to steal the 2020 election.
They’re just gonna keep recycling this with different details. Trump meddled with Russia in the first one, now he’s meddling with Ukraine, now he’s asking Ukraine to take out his political opponent. When this bombs, they’ll come with something else or they’ll have Kavanaugh 3.0 or something. But this is all they’ve got.
They can’t win 2020 on policy. Some of their biggest donors are telling the Democrats, “If it’s Elizabeth Warren, we are out. We don’t want any part of her presidency. We’re tired of being targeted anyway. We’re gonna vote for Trump.” I have anecdotal evidence to back up that, by the way. That would be my friend who’s making speeches and these oil people and banking people are coming up to him and telling him the same thing.
So, Mr. Snerdley, are you surprised that it’s a CIA friend of John Brennan’s perhaps? It has to be a spy. The one thing that I knew it wasn’t, it’s not some moral, clean and pure as the wind-driven snow, deeply concerned American really, really shocked at what Trump did. That’s not who this is. That’s what they want us to believe. There’s somebody in there that found out what Trump did and was so morally, morally outraged by it that he had no choice but to come forward.
They want us to believe that there’s some cabal of CIA agents so, so, so offended over what Trump is doing to our great country that they cannot not come forward. That’s not what this is. It’s a spy. It’s a plant. It’s all part of the effort that they’ve had to destroy Donald Trump since before he was inaugurated.
So the Russia thing blew up in their face, okay, we’ll try it later. Mueller blows up, no big deal, we’ll try it later, we’ll bring back Kavanaugh, we’ll do anything. And they’re still not true. This is gonna happen all the way through the election, folks.
Now I want to go back at this juncture, it’d be helpful to play Phil Mudd. This is exactly what he was afraid of. Phil Mudd is a Never Trumper on CNN. He doesn’t like Trump at all. He’s a typical deep stater that thinks Trump is just a pig. They just don’t like him. They just don’t think he’s fit to even appear in Washington and walk around and be there. He’s that big a joke.
MUDD: Boy, I’m about ready to blow a gasket. Can you explain to me, A, why it’s the U.S. intelligence community’s responsibility to listen to the president of the United States speaking to a foreign leader? And, B, why the U.S. intelligence community — under the rules provided by the Democrats in Congress — are responsible to report to the Congress what the president of the United States says?
FREDO: Hold on a second! What if he did say something to a foreign leader that sounded like a promise that went over the line enough that somebody of good conscience said, “He’s not supposed to say things like this?”
MUDD: Well, pardon me, what the heck is “over the line”? The president can say what he wants to Putin. He can say what he wants to Kim Jong-un. The president can say what he wants. It’s not the responsibility of the intel guys to go police the president and go snitch on him to the Congress. Ridiculous!
RUSH: I couldn’t believe this when I heard it. That’s why I keep playing this sound bite. I could not believe it. You notice Fredo’s question? So Fredo is totally accepting of the idea that when there’s a Republican in the White House, we need somebody in there “policing” the guy. We need somebody monitoring and spying to make sure the Republican doesn’t do something that’s gonna hurt us all. It’s perfectly fine! “What’s wrong with that?” Fredo says, in another public expression of sheer ignorance — happy, sheer ignorance.
Mudd told him straight, “What the heck is ‘over the line’? The president can say what he wants” to anybody. It’s not the intel community’s job to spy on him and start snitching! And what Mudd… This is political. So Fredo then says, “Okay. Well, if you don’t let people spy, what is the mechanism…?” Get this: “[W]hat is the mechanism for policing the White House?”
This is Fredo Cuomo! As though there has to be a mechanism for the White House to be policed. If it’s not the intel community, who is it? Fredo Cuomo is entirely fine with the CIA being the overall judgmental authority on the executive branch. Now, Fredo doesn’t realize he’s saying this, but that’s what he’s saying. (impression) “Well… Well, what’s the mechanism for policing the White House if it’s not these guys in the CIA?” And here was what Phil Mudd answered to that…
MUDD: Quit! Quit and you could talk to the media if you want. You can write a book if you want. If you don’t like what the president does — whether you are the secretary of defense, whether you’re the national security adviser, whether you’re Rex Tillerson — you go quit. You don’t go say, “Well, I have a secret avenue to the Congress,” that, in my view, is inappropriate, “to go explain why the intel guys have to collect intelligence on the president.” Exactly, by the way — exactly — what the president alleges happened during the campaign!
RUSH: Bingo! And they all denied it. They all said Trump was a fool, they all said he was a paranoiac, they all said he was crazy — and this is one of the reasons Phil Mudd’s not happy about this, because it establishes that Trump was right! It further establishes that the media is perfectly fine with the CIA spying on the president of the United States.

RUSH: I tell you one thing this means. It means that Trump, even in the West Wing, is still surrounded by a bunch of disloyal spies who are on no doubt leaking to the media — sorry, leaking to the Democrats, leaking to the Democrats in the media and the Democrats up on Capitol Hill. That is a reality. He hasn’t been able to clean it out — and even if he cleans it all out, they send other people up there to replace the people he cleans out and there’s still spies. We’ve got Pelosi out there now (sobbing), “This is just a horrible week for our country! Our dear president is guilty of colluding and trying to meddle in the 2020 election.”
The timing of this is rather curious. There are still a lot of questions about this and why they dropped this card now. I think it goes along with their big impeachment push. But I think they also may be getting nervous about Barr’s investigation too. I know a lot of people think that’s not gonna amount to anything. A lot of people told me, Mr. Snerdley, that they think Barr’s gonna say, “Yeah, we found some stuff, but none of it’s prosecutable, none of it (muttering),” and that we’re gonna be let down again. It may be. But even at that, I think some of these people are worried about it, what will be learned and maybe uncovered or reported.

Google insider Zachary Vorhies went public today and exposed Google and its operation to control the global information landscape.

Vorhies released hundreds of documents that reveal Google’s news blacklist, “human raters,” and the corruption and lies of the world’s most powerful company.
James O’Keefe III and Project Veritas broke this story on Wednesday.
Vorhies told Project Veritas he went public after receiving a letter from Google, and after he says Google allegedly called the police and FBI to perform a “wellness check” on him.
Vorhies says he sent damning Google internal documents to the Department of Justice Antitrust Division.
And he encourages fellow Google employees to clear their conscience, do the right thing and go public with the deceptive Google practices.

In November 2018The Guardian reported on group of Google employees who published an open letter calling on their employer to cancel its plans to build a censored search engine for China. Google employees were very upset that Google’s Project Dragonfly would allow the Chinese government to blacklist certain search terms.
But their blacklist operations were not just in China.
It is obvious that Google, Facebook and Twitter are using their own political blacklists to censor and diminish traffic to prominent conservative publishers and their supporters.
If you search Google for prominent conservative voices including: Mike Cernovich, Joe diGenova, Jack Posobiec or Gateway Pundit you will see hit pieces and biased attacks.
The Gateway Pundit is one of the largest, most accurate and most influential publishers in the country today. But earlier this year if you searched Google for “Gateway Pundit” the first item that popped up was a hit piece on The Gateway Pundit followed by several more links that smeared our website.
You had to go to the fifth item before you could even find a link to our website.
On Wednesday Project Veritas released leaked documents from a Google insider that shows The Gateway Pundit, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Newsbusters, American Thinker, MRCTV, American Lookout, Twitchy, Daily Caller, Natural News, The Rebel Media, LifeNews, BizPac Review, YoungCons and many others are being targeted, censored, blacklisted and silenced by Google.
It doesn’t matter if you are pro-Trump or a Never Trumper– as long as you are conservative you made their list.
One of the documents includes “news black list site for google now.”
A Google whistleblower has gone public with claims of election manipulation and political bias, according to investigative journalism group Project Veritas, which posted a trove of over 950 documents provided by Google insider Zachary Vorhies, who says he has come forward because he “saw something dark and nefarious going on with the company and I realized that they were going to not only tamper with the elections, but use that tampering with the elections to essentially overthrow the United States.”
Project Veritas has released yet another report about tech giant Google, this time a Google insider named Zachary Vorhies has gone public with claims that Google planned to tamper with U.S. elections. Vorhies turned over a trove of documents to Project Veritas and has reportedly given over 950 documents to the Department of Justice’s Antitrust division.
A Google insider who anonymously leaked internal documents to Project Veritas made the decision to go public in an on-the-record video interview. The insider, Zachary Vorhies, decided to go public after receiving a letter from Google, and after he says Google allegedly called the police to perform a “wellness check” on him.
I gave the documents to Project Veritas, I had been collecting the documents for over a year. And the reason why I collected these documents was because I saw something dark and nefarious going on with the company and I realized that there were going to not only tamper with the elections, but use that tampering with the elections to essentially overthrow the United States.
Project Veritas leaked a number of internal Google documents in June which revealed “algorithmic unfairness” in search rankings, now Vorhies is claiming that these documents were widely available to Google employees:
These documents were available to every single employee within the company that was full-time. And so as a fulltime employee at the company, I just searched for some keywords and these documents started to pop up. And so once I started finding one document and started finding keywords for other documents and I would enter that in and continue this cycle until I had a treasure trove and archive of documents that clearly spelled out the system, what they’re attempting to do in very clear language.
The documents provided by Vorhies contain a number of files of concern for conservatives, one of which is called “news black list site for Google Now” which Vorhies alleges is a “blacklist” that restricts certain websites from appearing on news feeds for some Android Google products. The list includes a number of both conservative and leftist websites including newsbusters.org and mediamatters.org. The document states that some sites are added to the list because of a “high user block rate.”
Another document titled “Fringe ranking/classifier: Defining channel quality” compiles a ranking of various news sites by their level of trustworthiness. In the sample ranking showed, the most trusted site appears to the Wall Street Journal while the Next News Network is the least trustworthy ranking just below Alex Jones. Breitbart News is ranked above YouTube commentator Philip DeFranco, the Huffington Post, and The Young Turks, but below Russia Today America and CNN.
Another document titled “Fake news & other fringe: Trashy recap” claims that videos on Google’s platforms are rated by multiple “human raters.” Another internal document labeled “coffee beans” allegedly shows Google employees discussing diversity hiring practices at the firm. An internal thread of communications including with the firm appears to show a discussion about the document between employees, one of whom worries that the document appears to “misrepresent Google’s hiring practices in a way that could raise legal questions…”
Another internal discussion thread appears to show Google employees discussing how best to change the translation of President Trump’s infamous “covfefe” tweet. Vorhies told Project Veritas that he hopes more Google workers come forward to discuss the practices of big tech firms. Vorhies stated:
My message to those that are on the fence is I released the documents. They can go in, they can see everything that Google is doing and then they can see the scale of it. Because I think that there’s a lot of engineers that have a hint that things are wrong, but they don’t understand the colossal scale that it’s at. And so for those people, I say, look at the documents, take the pulse of America, see what’s happening and come and tell the world you know what you already know to be true.

I ran into a social media post linking to the audio of a Dan Bongino podcast. I usually give credit to such discoveries, but I can only remember it was on a G+ Community.
Bongino takes about an hour to discuss the ramifications of the FBI raid on Whistleblower Dennis Cain in Chicago. The surprise is Cain was supposed to be a cooperating Whistleblower protected by Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act (ICWPA).
So, why would the FBI get a search warrant and raid a person supposedly under the protection of the ICWPA? Bongino theorizes three possibilities:
The initial theory the raid is good.
Bongino’s theory (which I think is plausible) the raid might be to prevent incriminating evidence against the FBI.
OR a combination of 1 & 2.

So readers, I’ve been using a seven year old laptop to fulfill the old blogging habit. My lovely wife sprang for a Christmas upgrade. I’m a relatively small-time blogger but with a consistently growing readership despite some token censorship from the liberal-oriented blog and social platforms. Still looking to defray the Christmas costs.
A series of four investigations that recently came to light suggest that something larger is at play in clearing out corruption in the United States. In this episode of Declassified, we take a look at these investigations and their significance.
If anyone tells you they are tired of nothing happening with regard to ongoing investigations, perhaps they should take a closer look at a number of events that came to light over the past few days.
In a matter that caused no small amount of worry and consternation among supporters of President Donald Trump, The Daily Caller reportedon Nov. 29 that the FBI had raided the home of whistleblower Dennis Nathan Cain.
The raid, which took place on Nov. 19, involved 16 FBI agents who had obtained a court order signed on Nov. 15 by federal magistrate Stephanie A. Gallagher in the U.S. District Court for Baltimore, according to The Daily Caller. No reason for the 10-day delay between the raid and his lawyer’s public announcement was given.
Cain, whose name is new to the public, isn’t just any whistleblower. He retains a top-level security clearance and maintains a number of security-related credentials, according to his resume, which has since been deleted online. Specialties include the FISA Amendment Act (FAA) Section 702 and USSID SP0018 Minimization Procedures and Signals Intelligence Authorities.
According to the article, Cain “privately delivered documents pertaining to the Clinton Foundation and Uranium One to a government watchdog, according to the whistleblower’s attorney.”
“The Justice Department’s inspector general was informed that the documents show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity regarding former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation and Rosatom, the Russian company that purchased Uranium One,” the article states.
Cain also had obtained official whistleblower status from DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz. Michael Socarras, Cain’s lawyer, told The Daily Caller that Cain had met with a “senior member of Horowitz’s office” and delivered a flash drive along with a sealed envelope containing documents. The same materials reportedly were also delivered to the Senate and House Intelligence committees.
The FBI agents seized all of the original documents in Cain’s possession, according to Socarras. The Daily Caller said that one document they reviewed showed that then-FBI Director Robert Mueller “failed to investigate allegations of criminal misconduct pertaining to Rosatom and to other Russian government entities attached to Uranium One.” How The Daily Caller was able to review any documents, following what was reported to be a full seizure, remains unexplained.
There have been strong reactions to the news, with many perceiving it as some sort of coverup. However, a few facts are worth entertaining. Regardless of the FBI’s seizure, both IG Horowitz and the House and Senate intelligence committees already have the documents in their possession. The FBI’s seizure of documents from Cain doesn’t indicate the documents are being hidden.
As noted in the article, the FBI agents obtained a court order which means their identities are known. FBI Director Chris Wray, if he doesn’t already know, could easily determine the agents’ identities—this wasn’t a clandestine operation.
Another possible issue might have to do with Cain himself. Very little is known about him other than that he’s a whistleblower, which generally conveys images of positive actions taken by a well-intentioned individual. However, we know nothing of Cain’s true motivations or the actions that lay behind them. It may turn out that an invasive raid by the FBI was fully warranted.
Another explanation may lie within the documents themselves. The FBI’s actions may be related to chain-of-custody issues. The FBI may have been required to ensure that all evidence was accumulated and taken into their custody. It’s possible this document seizure by the FBI may indicate a case against the Clintons and/or their Foundation is actively underway.
The Chicago Raid
The FBI raid on Cain’s house wasn’t the only one.
On Nov. 29, federal agents raided the offices of Alderman Edward Burke, a powerful Chicago politician who has held his position in Chicago politics for 50 years. Burke’s office windows were covered and FBI agents remained on the premises for about seven hours, according to media reports.
Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel, who abruptly announced in September that he would not seek re-election, said his office had no advance warning of the raid, noting: “I know what I read in the paper. I’m out here. That’s it. … You are asking hypotheticals and I am not going to do that with the FBI walking around his office.”
Burke, who has beenunder federal scrutiny on several occasions, has never been convicted or indicted. His investigation is being handled by the public corruption squad from the local FBI office.
Burke’s law firm specializes in property-tax reductions for his clients, and some have speculated that the raid could be connected to work that Burke’s law firm did for the president, but there are several problems with that theory.

The Burke investigation, according to the Chicago Tribune, “was being conducted in conjunction with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Chicago, not Mueller’s office.” Additionally, the Sun-Times reported, “the raids were in response to new allegations, and not prompted by any past controversies that have swirled around Burke.”
Dan Mihalopoulos, a reporter for WBEZ in Chicago, was somewhat more direct: “Worth also noting today: Burke’s huge role in the local Democratic judge-making process. One judge just told me, ‘Everyone’s crapping themselves here.’”
The investigation probably has more to do with corrupt Chicago politics than anything related to the president.
Money-Laundering Probes
Two other events with a more international scope also have been underway.
Several banks are currently under investigation for a massive money-laundering scandal that is likely to only grow larger.
Danske Bank is being investigated by the U.S. Department of Justice, and new charges were filed this week by Danish authorities. The bank’s CEO and chairman both have been forced to resign and numerous current employees are under investigation. Danske Bank has admitted that approximately $230 billion has flowed through one of its units in Estonia, but the focus now appears to be shifting to other financial institutions:
“Howard Wilkinson, a former Danske Bank A/S manager who blew the whistle on its multibillion-dollar laundromat, told lawmakers in Brussels that when it comes to shell companies, or limited liability partnerships, the U.K. is ‘worst of all.’ He said he was legally prevented from naming the other banks involved, but urged lawmakers to treat the Danske scandal as a case that goes well beyond its core in Estonia,” Bloomberg reported Nov. 21.

Also on Nov. 29, Deutsche Bank’s headquarters was also raided by German officials. Transactions being examined by investigators relate to the bank’s wealth-management division, which previously has come under scrutiny.
According to a spokeswoman for prosecutors, the investigation covers the five-year period from 2013 to 2018 and is related to disclosures made in the Panama Papers—11.5 million leaked documents from Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca, then the world’s fourth-biggest provider of offshore services.
The Deutsche Bank raids continued for a second day and reportedly included the executive management board’s floor. Deutsche was one of Danske’s correspondent banks, as are JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. Any potential involvement of other banks will bear close watching.
Clinton Donor Charged
Lastly, in a Nov. 29 DOJ press release, three executives including Abul Huda Farouki were charged “for their roles in a scheme to defraud U.S. military contracts in Afghanistan, engaging in illegal commerce in Iran, and laundering money internationally.” Farouki was the CEO of Anham, a defense contractor based in the United Arab Emirates
This wasn’t the first time Farouki or his company have been involved in allegations of misconduct. In a 2013 article by The Daily Caller, headlined “Clinton Donors Get a Pass on Shady Contracting,” Farouki and his company were highlighted:
“In June 2011, the Defense Department’s Office of the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction (SIGIR) released a scathingreport on a defense contracting company called Anham. The title of the report and its conclusion were the same: ‘Poor Government Oversight of Anham and Its Subcontracting Procedures Allowed Questionable Costs to Go Undetected.’”
The article then asked a simple question: Given prior violations, how was Anham able to secure an $8 billion contract in Afghanistan that “allowed it to illegally ship supplies through two Iranian border crossings and a seaport controlled by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard?”
The $8 billion contract, along with the illegal shipment of supplies, being cited in the 2013 article appear to be exactly the same violations being alleged in the 2018 DOJ indictment. So why weren’t Farouki and his company charged with these same, known violations back in 2013?
The answer may lie within Farouki’s many connections to the Democratic Party. The Daily Caller notes that Farouki is a longtime donor to Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.), and donated to Obama for America in 2008. But Farouki’s closest ties lie with the Clintons and their Foundation.
Farouki, a member of the now-shuttered Clinton Global Initiative,participated in annual CGI meetings since the group’s formation in 2005 through at least 2010 and made multiple donations to the Clinton Foundation. Farouki also made donations to Terry McAuliffe and has been photographed with Huma Abedin.
There appears to be a common thread among what might appear to be unrelated events: the raid on the whistleblower, the raid on the Chicago politician, the investigations of European banks, and the charges brought against a Clinton donor. All the activities targeted were either occurring during the Obama era or, in the case of the DOJ whistleblower, were directly related to underlying events from that time.
There may be more going on than meets the casual eye.

Whistleblower activists condemned the FBI’s raid of a recognized whistleblower, Dennis Cain.
Cain had previously shared documents with Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz.
The documents contained potential wrongdoing regarding the Clinton Foundation, the Uranium One deal and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, according to Cain’s lawyer.
Whistleblower advocates across the political spectrum condemned an FBI raid on the home of a recognized whistleblower who reported potential wrongdoing surrounding the Clinton Foundation, the Uranium One deal and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
The Daily Caller News Foundation, in a bombshell report, detailed how 16 FBIagents raided the home of Dennis Cain, a former employee of an FBI contractor, on Nov. 19. They rummaged through his home for six hours even though he told them that Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz awarded him whistleblower status, according to Cain’s lawyer, Michael Socarras.
Everyone TheDCNF interviewed said the raid should never have occurred. They said it appeared Cain followed the rules in accordance to the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act, which protects federal whistleblowers from retaliation.
“I really do question the need for this raid at all,” said Nick Schwellenbach, the investigations director for the Project on Government Oversight, a nonpartisan watchdog group that frequently works with whistleblowers. “On its face it doesn’t seem like it was necessary.”
“This isn’t how we should be treating whistleblowers who are coming forward with information about high level wrongdoing,” he told TheDCNF. “It sends a very strong message that you will be treated as a criminal even though what you’re trying to do is expose crime or a potential crime.”

Craig Holman, a lobbyist for Public Citizen, the liberal advocacy group founded by Ralph Nader, told TheDCNF: “Well it certainly sounds like an absolute violation of the spirit of what the whistleblower law is supposed to be all about.”
The documents Cain possessed, which he gave to the special agent leading the search, show that federal officials failed to investigate potential criminal activity pertaining to Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, and the Russian company that purchased Uranium One, according to a document TheDCNF reviewed.
The court order and all the documents justifying the raid are sealed and are not available for public viewing. Federal magistrate Stephanie A. Gallagher of the U.S. District Court of Maryland in Baltimore issued the court order on Nov. 15.
TheDCNF asked the court on Friday to unseal the documents. Gallagher has not yet responded.
A conservative attorney on ethics law, Cleta Mitchell, questioned whether the FBI was truthful when it sought the court order.
“If they did not fully advise the court of his whistleblower status, then I would find that to be extremely troublesome,” she said. “The main question is whether or not they properly informed the court that this individual is a whistleblower and that he had gone through the procedures to receive whistleblower status.”
“Until Mr. Cain’s attorney is able to see what the FBI or the U.S. Attorney presented to the court in order to obtain this search warrant, then we have no way of knowing and he has no way of knowing whether they fully and properly advised the court that he had whistleblower status, and whether they informed the judge that he had gone through all of the proper procedures,” Mitchell continued.
Schwellenbach said the judge should release the original documents filed by the FBI and the U.S. Attorney.
“I would love to see what’s in their subpoena request to the judge,” he told TheDCNF. “What facts do they present to the judge? I think that is a document that should see the light of the day.”
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley asked FBI Director Christopher Wray in a Nov. 30 letter whether the bureau was “aware at the time of the raid that Mr. Cain had made what appeared to be lawful disclosures to the Inspector General?”

Texas defense attorney Stuart Baggish told TheDCNF that the search of Cain’s home could be a violation of the Fourth Amendment, which protects against unreasonable search and seizures. Baggish is challenging a recent raid on his client’s business after local law enforcement allegedly omitted key facts before a judge when justifying the search.

“If the search warrant for Mr. Cain’s property was based on an affidavit that purposely or recklessly omitted his whistleblower status, like my client’s case against the Smith County Sheriff [in Texas], the search could be ruled unreasonable and hence a Fourth Amendment violation,” he said.
“Material information may occasionally inadvertently be left out of a search warrant affidavit, but it is rare and dangerous when it is done purposely or recklessly,” Baggish continued.
Schwellenbach, the POGO investigator, told TheDCNF: “I think the FBI needs to be thoughtful how it uses these powers. Judges need to be skeptical of FBI claims.”
“They shouldn’t be raiding people’s homes unless there’s a real compelling reason to do so and alternative means have been exhaustive,” he continued.
Baggish warned that such raids also undermine the judiciary and violate civil rights.
“When law enforcement officers intentionally mislead a court to obtain a search warrant, they are entering a realm of malfeasance that harms not just the individual or entity whose property is raided, destroyed and confiscated, they also harm the judiciary itself by depriving it of its efficacy as the guardian of Americans’ civil rights,” he said.

This has led Us into an epic battle for control of power and the U.S. government, which will either be won by the anti-American Deep State agents or American patriots and President Trump’s loyalists.
An FBI raid on Dennis Cain’s home, in Union Bridge, Maryland on November 19th (reported by The Daily Caller), is one more move in this war for the future of America, and it could well start the unraveling of the intricate web of lies weaved over the past eight years by Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Cain is a Department of Justice whistleblower, who gave information to a government watchdog on the Clinton Foundation’s involvement with the Uranium One Deal, and documents in his possession show criminal activity by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and then FBI Director Robert Mueller’s failure to enforce criminal laws in regard to Russian State Nuclear Energy Corporation (ROSATOM) and other Russian government agencies involved in Uranium One.

Well known and widely reported, as the trench fighters of the FBI were assiduously investigating these Clinton and Russian cooperative schemes to obtain U.S. uranium through other corrupt public officials, Robert Mueller handed his longtime legal crony, Rod Rosenstein, the Uranium One case to be buried and forgotten, clearing the way for the ROSATOM Deal that handed Russia twenty percent of America’s uranium industry and a path to controlling interests.
Now America bears witness to a severely flawed and corrupt Special Counsel Mueller. Rather than politely decline the position due to numerous conflicts of interest, Mueller took the position to investigate the “progressive” Communist Democratic Party’s claim of collusion between Russia and President Trump, without even blinking and to the cheers of key figures implicated in the Department of Justice, National Security and FBI corruption in service to ulterior partisan agendas, through the Clinton crime family — all of whom had close personal and professional connections to Mueller.
Mueller is not a “special prosecutor”. He is a political hack put in place to prevent the truth from being revealed and to ruin President Trump in the process. It’s just as Representative Louie Gohmert (R-TX) noted in June, as he said, “[Mueller is] covering for himself at the same time he’s trying to have a coup against the president.” This entire ignoble and despicable Democrat machination has been manufactured to prevent Americans from understanding how truly depraved, duplicitous and traitorous Barack Hussein Obama’s regime really was.
In bizarre fashion that reads like a John Le Carré novel, the fine, good and decent constitutional-minded Americans were alarmed to see Hillary Clinton protected from clear felonious violations of the Espionage Act. The Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, lied for her and leaked those lies to the media; CIA Director John Brennan started the false dossier and the false investigation on President Trump and FBI Director James Comey refused to charge and arrest her. Even the United Kingdom’s top security agency used U.S National Security Agency information to target President Trump and protect Hillary. It should chill every American to the bone to know these people were willing to risk criminal prosecution in order to get Hillary elected.
This is an evil and desperate gambit facilitated by the Democratic Party to bring down a sitting U.S. President. In the process, they have ruined the lives of many people, such as General Flynn and George Papadopoulos, and now they are targeting the highly esteemed and nationally renowned scholar and investigative journalist, Jerome Corsi, when it is the Democratic Party operatives, such as Mueller — a fake “republican”, who need the media and legal ACME anvil dropped on them.
The Obama White House was involved in the entire sorry episode, attempting to cloak itself in plausible deniability, which may be unraveling now. It will be interesting to see where this goes.
Who is going to review the chain of decisions among FISA judges who approved of warrants made in bad faith to spy on U.S. citizens?
Potent weapons against his adversaries, President Trump may wait to declassify numerous secret files, memoranda and communications he’s been holding for months, until Mueller releases a final report. And then the chaos of a constitutional crisis will follow, as Good goes to war with Evil for adjudication of the misdeeds of several agency heads and top officials. The Department of Justice may split into warring camps, one charging the other, and surely America will soon see the acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker seek indictments against Bruce Ohr, Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, John Brennan, James Clapper and others, and Hillary herself should be in real jeopardy.
“Now that Russia collusion is a lie, when do the trials for treason begin?”, tweeted President Trump on November 29th. Many Americans would like to find out, too.
If not treason, there are a litany of other charges that can be levied against these traitors to America, and at the very least, they too should be exposed, arrested and ruined. Remember these are the allies of Antifa, Black Lives Matter and people, such as Eric Holder, urging the masses to assault conservatives and Trump supporters, organize violent riots and destroy entire neighborhoods.
America’s constitutional patriots, conservatives and most Christians yearn for the return of the rule of law and the righteous ideas of freedom and equality under the law, as We watch this legal charade and mockery of the Constitution orchestrated by Mueller and his Democrat cronies, in shock and disbelief, play out in each evening’s newscast. We want someone in the Department of Justice to stand up and end this Deep State coup; and, if Justice cannot untangle and properly resolve this mess, America may witness a Constitutional crisis, for the first time in almost nineteen years, that requires President Trump to declare a state of emergency, possibly martial law, in order to eradicate the seditious elements and traitors to America, from the halls of the U.S. government.
On May 17 I posted my own thoughts on the murder and coverup of Democratic National Committee (DNC) staffer Seth Rich. I was of the opinion that Rich was murdered because it was he and not the Russians that acquired and made public the DNC emails that helped to show Hillary is crooked and the DNC is corrupt.
The typical response by the Left – MSM and Dems alike – was to attempt to discredit the story, especially the info made public by private investigator and former DC police detective Rod Wheeler.
I even had a bit of a disagreement on Facebook with a commenter that insisted she found at least three stories that repudiated Mr. Wheeler. I examined her sources and each story had zero information to discredit Wheeler’s revelation on Seth Rich. The Left Stream Media’s major point of contention was that Rich’s devoted Dem Party family could not believe such betrayal could occur. Rich’s family had acquired Wheeler’s services through the payment of a 3rd party and were quite upset that Wheeler went public with his discoveries.
AND that is the whole basis of the Left’s lame attempt to discredit Mr. Wheeler and the story in general that Seth Rich saw corruption and became a stealth whistleblower.

DNC staffer sends thousands of emails to Wikileaks. DNC staffer is murdered amidst the Wikileaks publications. Wikileaks offers 20k reward for information on DNC staffer’s murder. Julian Assange of Wikileaks speaks about the risks to leakers, then brings up DNC staffers murder on the same day of reward offer.
Caught up? Good, because this story just went mainstream because the Fake News (Washington Post) decided to try to kill the story and it backfired in a big, big way…. or as President Trump is often misquoted as saying … BIGLY!!!
The DNC staffer’s name is Seth Rich and he was murdered last July, and recent reports published on Fox News, show that a former DC homicide detective, hired to run a parallel investigation into his murder, found out from sources within law enforcement that Rich had previously emailed Wikileaks, dropping another bombshell during that report with the claim that he had personally been told by law enforcement officials that they were told to stand down on the investigation into Rich’s murder. The fake news (WAPO) , who has been using a lot of anonymous sources for anti-Trump/Russia stories, without any evidence to support their claims, decided to jump into the fray in an obvious attempt to kill the Seth Rich story, because it was taking attention away from their preferred narrative and their own outright fake news stories, by wring a so-called “analysis,” titled “The Seth Rich conspiracy shows how fake news still works,” where they assert “The reemergence of the conspiracy theory last week, which did not lack for real news, revealed plenty about the fake news ecosystem.”
BACKFIRE- By this morning there were over 65 thousand tweets trending with the term “The Seth Rich,” and multiple Independent Media outlets being highlighted in that trending term, which show why the Seth Rich story has legs and much more logic than the “Russia hacked the emails” BS conspiracy the mainstream media has been pushing.
“Former-DNC employee, Seth Rich, not only had access to the emails, but also a motive. He was pissed about the way the Clinton crowd was “sandbagging” Bernie Sanders. In contrast, there’s neither evidence nor motive connecting Russia to the emails. On top of that, WikiLeaks founder, Julien Assange (a man of impeccable integrity) has repeatedly denied that Russia gave him the emails which suggests the government investigation is completely misdirected. The logical course of action, would be to pursue the leads that are most likely to bear fruit, not those that originate from one’s own political bias. But, of course, logic has nothing to do with the current investigation, it’s all about politics and geopolitics.
We don’t know who killed Seth Rich and we’re not going to speculate on the matter here. But we find it very strange that neither the media nor the FBI have pursued leads in the case that challenge the prevailing narrative on the Russia hacking issue. Why is that? Why is the media so eager to blame Russia when Rich looks like the much more probable suspect?
And why have the mainstream news organizations put so much energy into discrediting the latest Fox News report, when– for the last 10 months– they’ve showed absolutely zero interest in Rich’s death at all?”
By May of 2015, Bloomberg also highlighted the fact that KimDotCom, had information that it would be Wikileaks founder Julian Assange that would be “Hillary Clinton’s Worst Nightmare in 2016.”
PRESENT DAY – KIMDOTCOM: I KNEW SETH RICH… I WAS INVOLVED
Those flashbacks are important because it shows he knew that Wikileaks had or would have information that would destroy Hillary Clinton and that he was invovled somehow, to which he has just reaffirmed, in a series of tweets from May 20, 2017, the same day Washington Post attempted to kill the story, where Kim asserts he knew Seth Rich, knew he was the source of the leaks, claimed that Kim himself was “involved,” and is offering written testimony to Congress regarding it all.
Sean Hannity jumped right on Kim’s claims, offering him a public invitation to appear on his radio show and television.

Has KimDotCom jumped into the discussion after the Washington Post story, or even after Wikileaks started publishing their damaging leaked emails from the DNC and the Clinton campaign, it could have been be [Sic] waved off as opportunistic, but the tweet from December 2014, shows knowledge that she was going to be running for president in 2016. The Bloomberg story shows Kim knew in May 2015 that Wikileaks would be involved in the 2016 “nightmare” for Hillary. His tweet about offering testimony to Congress came out on May 19, 2017, before the Wapo article attempting to kill the story.
This all points to direct knowledge on his part about Seth Rich’s role in the DNC/Clinton campaign hacks.
Which brings us back to the Washington Post and how their plan to kill the story, not only backfired, but how the deep state propaganda campaign to blame Russia, where the MSM are being used as hapless fools and puppets, is nothing more than an attempt to distract the public from the biggest story this century, where a DNC operative leaked damaging information against the media and DNC’s “chosen” candidate, Hillary Clinton, ended up being shot in the back, murdered, and the police were told to stand down and not investigate it.
Below is the investigator, Rod Wheeler speaking to Sean Hannity, where at the 4:53 minute mark, reveals that after he approached the police department for more information, the family notified him and he claims that the family was contact by the DNC asking why he is asking questions. This is critical because after the DNC supposedly got involved…. Wheeler walked back one of his assertions, specifically that one of his sources was with the FBI. (emphasis mine)

If Kim Dotcom Proves Seth Rich Was DNC Wikileaks Source Russian Hacking/Collusion Story Must End
Some very high level Democrats are terrified that the truth is about to be told. Kim Dotcom the German born Entrepreneur who now lives in New Zealand, has let it be known that he can confirm that Seth Rich was in fact the Wikileaks DNC emails source. This destroys the entire “Russia did it” narrative that MSM and Democrats have been claiming. The Seth Rich story may also finally become front page news and no longer buried. Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has been in a self created situation since the murder of Rich. Assange had vowed to never give up his sources whether alive or dead.
Assange was forced to walk a tightrope of hinting that it was in fact Seth Rich who provided the corruption exposing emails. Offering a $20,000 reward in the murder case, using Rich’s death as an example as to the danger his sources face. Assange even retweeted the recent Fox News 5 story that involved investigator Rod Wheeler saying that Seth Rich was the source and that the evidence was on his laptop.
Now that Kim Dotcom has entered the storyline more has come to light. Rich had a Reddit account that has been shown to have recent activity, someone has been editing his account. An anonymous source claiming to be one of Rich’s surgeons the morning he was shot has said that the gunshot wounds were not life threatening. This anonymous source has also said that they were witness to federal investigators entering Rich’s ICU room and that Rich died shortly afterward. This source seemed legitimate as they described the procedures in medical terms. However as with all anonymous sources you can’t be certain if it is the truth.
MSM has used anonymous sources to build it’s narrative of the Russian/Trump collusion claims and the Russian/Wikileaks source claims for almost a year now. If Kim Dotcom proves his claims then this entire MSM and Democrat narrative will blow up in their faces. It won’t solve the Seth Rich murder investigation but it should create a demand for answers. Hopefully both of these stories can come to light and we can end the guessing game. If this Doctor comes forward it could also expose the level of corruption surrounding Rich’s death. Putting to end the botched robbery claim and pointing to a political assassination instead.
Washington DC is full of anonymous sources as the truth can get you killed. The power these people in government wield is enormous even at lower levels. The American people have had the wool pulled over their eyes long enough. We deserve answers, we must demand them if we will ever really get our government back.

If Kim Dotcom Proves Seth Rich Was DNC Wikileaks Source Russian Hacking/Collusion Story Must End
WND sent a promotional email focusing on the documentary “The Enemies Within”. The promotional bundles the documentary and two books: See Something, Say Nothing (Hardcover), and Stealth Invasion (Hardcover) by Philip Haney.
I am not a WND salesman however every so a WND promotion arrives in which the description in itself is informative. This one of those cases. The bundle relates to the government conspiracy under Obama’s Manchurian Candidate Administration how Marxism and Jihadi Muslims team up to take down the American nation and culture down from within.
But “The Enemies Within” also claims forces dedicated to the destruction of this country have even penetrated the national security bureaucracy, endangering Americans and the entire system of constitutional government.
Key to this case is the testimony of Philip Haney, a founding member of the Department of Homeland Security and a counter-terrorism analyst who was widely praised and commended by his superiors throughout his distinguished career.
By accumulating vast amounts of data and examining the relationships between various extremist groups and their sources of funding, Haney had identified dozens of terrorists throughout the years, arguably preventing numerous attacks.
He recounts in “The Enemies Within:” “I finished a case up, I put it in the system. There were 67 records related to the case, individuals and organizations. But then about two weeks after I put the case into the system, I went on vacation and received a call from my colleague. He said they had removed the records from the system. They didn’t just modify them, they completely obliterated them, took all of them out.”
Haney argues this dramatic action had devastating consequences for the American people. The specific records the government deleted turned out to be directly relevant to terrorist attacks that took place later.
“Those are the records related to the network of mosques and organizations operating in the United States that is linked to the San Bernardino shooting and to the Orlando shooting,” he recalled.
Indeed, Haney states in the video the federal government not only removed the records but actually investigated him for simply doing his job. “They said essentially that I did not have the authority to put those records into the system, even though I had been commended by the National Targeting Center for finding 300 terrorists,” Haney says in the film. “So, essentially, the last three years of my career, I was under investigation by three different government agencies, all at the same time. They essentially determined that I was more of a threat than these terrorist groups.”
Shockingly, the distinguished counter-terrorism expert says no one in the federal government ever claimed his records were inaccurate or untrue. The facts, he claims, were beyond dispute. Instead, for no good reason he can identify, his work was eliminated and he was disgraced.
In one of the most dramatic moments of the film, Haney describes his reaction as feeling “infuriated and stripped naked.” He describes the painful experience as a “public humiliation.”
“To sequester me in a small room for the last 11 months of my career with no assigned duties and then have the audacity to say those were not adverse actions because ‘we’re just conducting an investigation,” Haney remembers. “It’s cruel to do that to a person. It wasn’t a moral infraction, it wasn’t refusal to obey orders, it wasn’t some crime that I committed. It was simply doing the job that I took a vow to do and had been recognized and awarded for.”
For that reason, Haney emphatically states in the documentary the United States has enemies within its own government.
Distinguished author and researcher Trevor Loudon describes the terrifying full extent of this hostile network operating within America’s own borders in “The Enemies Within,” detailing an alliance between radical Marxists and Islamic extremists that has penetrated the very highest levels of the federal government. As Haney explains in the film, the problem has gotten so bad, many of America’s politicians and policy makers would not be able to pass the kind of basic security checks required of even entry level employees.
“If you have overt ties to associations with known associations with terrorism, you cannot pass a background check,” Haney says in the film.
He describes Hillary Clinton as a “domestic threat” and details the deep connections between the former Democratic presidential nominee and secretary of state with some of the most dangerous Islamic movements in the world. They even go beyond her close relationship with longtime aide and confidante Huma Abedin.

Resolution 1618. That resolution, it essentially criminalizes defamation of Islam, has been backed for 10 years by the Organization of the Islamic Conference, a 57-nation organization. It is essentially run in its leadership positions by members of the Muslim Brotherhood. By endorsing U.N. Resolution 16/18, by default Hillary Clinton is aiding and abetting the Muslim Brotherhood on a macro, global level.” And the Muslim Brotherhood, in Haney’s opinion as a national security professional, is directly responsible for sponsoring terrorism. He argues in “The Enemies Within” the organization should be labeled a terrorist group and shut down.
“Since we already know that Muslim Brotherhood is the parent of Hamas and that these organizations are overtly supporting Hamas and other like-minded organizations around the world then we should shut those organizations,” he declares in the film. “And that would send a shockwave throughout the pro-Shariah, pro-jihadist Islamic world without firing a single shot or dropping a bomb anywhere in the world.”
Until that happens, Haney argues, national security professionals have been “completely blindfolded and handcuffed.” “We can’t use the most basic fundamental language that they themselves use to help us understand what Islam believes and what its intentions are,” he explains in the movie.
“The Enemies Within” doesn’t just analyze radical Islam. Instead, it details the terrifying extent to which far left radicals who have overtly declared their anti-American intentions are taking control of the very institutions meant to protect Americans.
At a time when the mainstream media is suddenly concerned about supposed Russian interference, “The Enemies Within” shows the rot set in much sooner than the last election cycle and involves hostile foreign actors more malevolent than Vladimir Putin.
“Those of us who took our oath [seriously] are being betrayed,” Haney says of his fellow national security professionals in the film. “Things like that which happened to me will happen more and more often because people will be forced to stand up for the law at the risk of their career and maybe even their life.”

As we know the Democratic National Committee (DNC) either had their email server hacked or someone leaked server info to Wikileaks. The Dems say the Russians hacked their servers and released the data to Wikileaks. Julian Assange of Wikileaks says the Russians didn’t do the whistleblowing but a disgruntled Clinton insider gave the data to Wikileaks. (See Also 12/14/16 Washington Times report)
Angry Patriot wonders if Eric Braverman was the disgruntled insider because of the timing of Braverman going off the public grid.
With Clintons’ history of potential finger-pointers disappearing by prison or death, I wonder if Braverman was disposed by the Clintons or if Wikileaks helped him disappear to protect him from nefarious designs by the Clintons or Dem Party Cleaners.
On December 29, 2016 a Joint Analysis Report (JAR) was released as the combine work of the FBI and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) entitled, “GRIZZLY STEPPE – Russian Malicious Cyber Activity”. The report definitely fingers Russian hacking. Here is the PDF first paragraph:
This Joint Analysis Report (JAR) is the result of analytic efforts between the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This document provides technical details regarding the tools and infrastructure used by the Russian civilian and military intelligence Services (RIS) to compromise and exploit networks and endpoints associated with the U.S. election, as well as a range of U.S. Government, political, and private sector entities. The U.S. Government is referring to this malicious cyber activity by RIS as GRIZZLY STEPPE.
“RIS” is the acronym for Russian Intelligence Services. Meaning more than one specific Russian intelligence agency was involved in hacking the DNC.

The government report follows several from the private sector, notably a lengthy section in a Microsoft report from 2015 on a hacking team referred to as “advanced persistent threat 28” (APT 28), which the company’s internal nomenclature calls Strontium and others have called Fancy Bear. Also mentioned in the government document is another group called APT 29 or Cozy Bear.

The Microsoft report contains a history of the groups’ operation; a report by security analysts ThreatConnect describes the team’s modus operandi; and competing firm CrowdStrike detailed the attack on the Democratic National Committee shortly before subsequent breaches of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign were discovered.
Security experts on Twitter criticized the government report as too basic. Jonathan Zdziarski, a highly regarded security researcher, compared the joint action report to a child’s activity center.
Tom Killalea, former vice-president of security at Amazon and a Capital One board member, wrote: “Russian attack on DNC similar to so many other attacks in past 15yrs. Big question: Why such poor incident response?”

If anyone is like me, when I read the above I became very excited. This was a clear statement from the White House that they were going to help network defenders, give out a combination of previously classified data as well as validate private sector data, release information about Russian malware that was previously classified, and detail new tactics and techniques used by Russia. Unfortunately, while the intent was laid out clearly by the White House that intent was not captured in the DHS/FBI report.

The report is intended to help network defenders; it is not the technical evidence of attribution
There is no mention of the focus of attribution in any of the White House’s statements. Across multiple statements from government officials and agencies it is clear that the technical data and attribution will be a report prepared for Congress and later declassified (likely prepared by the NSA). Yet, the GRIZZLY STEPPE report reads like a poorly done vendor intelligence report stringing together various aspects of attribution without evidence. The beginning of the report (Figure 2) specifically notes that the DHS/FBI has avoided attribution before in their JARs but that based off of their technical indicators they can confirm the private sector attribution to RIS.

But why is this so bad? Because it does not follow the intent laid out by the White House and confuses readers to think that this report is about attribution and not the intended purpose of helping network defenders. The public is looking for evidence of the attribution, the White House and the DHS/FBI clearly laid out that this report is meant for network defense, and then the entire discussion in the document is on how the DHS/FBI confirms that APT28 and APT29 are RIS groups that compromised a political party. The technical indicators they released later in the report (which we will discuss more below) are in no way related to that attribution though.
Or said more simply: the written portion of the report has little to nothing to do with the intended purpose or the technical data released.
Even worse, page 4 of the document notes other groups identified as RIS (Figure 4). This would be exciting normally. Government validation of private sector intelligence helps raise the confidence level of the public information. Unfortunately, the list in the report detracts from the confidence because of the interweaving of unrelated data.
As an example, the list contains campaign/group names such as APT28, APT29, COZYBEAR, Sandworm, Sofacy, and others. This is exactly what you’d want to see although the government’s justification for this assessment is completely lacking (for a better exploration on the topic of naming see Sergio Caltagirone’s blog post here). But as the list progresses it becomes worrisome as the list also contains malware names (HAVEX and BlackEnergy v3 as examples) which are different than campaign names. Campaign names describe a collection of intrusions into one or more victims by the same adversary. Those campaigns can utilize various pieces of malware and sometimes malware is consistent across unrelated campaigns and unrelated actors. It gets worse though when the list includes things such as “Powershell Backdoor”. This is not even a malware family at this point but instead a classification of a capability that can be found in various malware families.
Or said more simply: the list of reported RIS names includes relevant and specific names such as campaign names, more general and often unrelated malware family names, and extremely broad and non-descriptive classification of capabilities. It was a mixing of data types that didn’t meet any objective in the report and only added confusion as to whether the DHS/FBI knows what they are doing or if they are instead just telling teams in the government “contribute anything you have that has been affiliated with Russian activity.”

In some locations in the CSV the indicators are IP addresses with a request to network administrators to look for it and in other locations there are IP addresses with just what country it was located in. This information is nearly useless for a few reasons. First, we do not know what data set these indicators belong to (see my previous point, are these IPs for “Sandworm”, “APT28” “Powershell” or what?). Second, many (30%+) of these IP addresses are mostly useless as they are VPS, TOR exit nodes, proxies, and other non-descriptive internet traffic sites (you can use this type of information but not in the way being positioned in the report and not well without additional information such as timestamps). Third, IP addresses as indicators especially when associated with malware or adversary campaigns must contain information around timing. I.e. when were these IP addresses associated with the malware or campaign and when were they in active usage? IP addresses and domains are constantly getting shuffled around the Internet and are mostly useful when seen in a snapshot of time.

So what’s the problem? All but the two hashes released that state they belong to the OnionDuke family do not contain the appropriate context for defenders to leverage them. Without knowing what campaign they were associated with and when there’s not appropriate information for defenders to investigate these discoveries on their network. They can block the activity (play the equivalent of whack-a-mole) but not leverage it for real defense without considerable effort. Additionally, the report specifically said this was newly declassified information. However, looking the samples in VirusTotal Intelligence (Figure 7) reveals that many of them were already known dating back to April 2016.

The only thing that would thus be classified about this data (note they said newly declassified and not private sector information) would be the association of this malware to a specific family or campaign instead of leaving it as “generic.” But as noted that information was left out. It’s also not fair to say it’s all “RIS” given the DHS/FBI’s inappropriate aggregation of campaign, malware, and capability names in their “Reported RIS” list. As an example, they used one name from their “Reported RIS” list (OnionDuke) and thus some of the other samples might be from there as well such as “Powershell Backdoor” which is wholly not descriptive. Either way we don’t know because they left that information out. Also as a general pet peeve, the hashes are sometimes given as MD5, sometimes as SHA1, and sometimes as SHA256. It’s ok to choose whatever standard you want if you’re giving out information but be consistent in the data format.

The report goes beyond indicators to include new tradecraft and techniques used by the Russian intelligence services
The report was to detail new tradecraft and techniques used by the RIS and specifically noted that defenders could leverage this to find new tactics and techniques. Except – it doesn’t. The report instead gives a high-level overview of how APT28 and APT29 have been reported to operate which is very generic and similar to many adversary campaigns (Figure 8). The tradecraft and techniques presented specific to the RIS include things such as “using shortened URLs”, “spear phishing”, “lateral movement”, and “escalating privileges” once in the network. This is basically the same set of tactics used across unrelated campaigns for the last decade or more.

This ultimately seems like a very rushed report put together by multiple teams working different data sets and motivations. It is my opinion and speculation that there were some really good government analysts and operators contributing to this data and then report reviews, leadership approval processes, and sanitation processes stripped out most of the value and left behind a very confusing report trying to cover too much while saying too little.
We must do better as a community. So, I’m not an expert, but the JAR data suggests a combination of RIS and private hackers. Because of the lackluster of specific finger pointing in the JAR data made public how the DNC had their server data dispersed is still up in the air.
A whistleblower could have sent data to a private Russian hacker in which the RIS picked up and then either the RIS or private Russian hacker dispersed the data to Wikileaks.
Of course, either way, there is something rotten going on in Russia in connection American private and public organizations. As such, some kind of American response should proceed. HOWEVER, the deed was done and the DNC and Crooked Hillary have been exposed as just as corrupt and manipulative as anything of Russian origin. ERGO, the DNC and the Crooked Hillary campaign must be investigated as well. EVEN IF THE SOURCE IS AN OUTSIDE HACKER!
Someone has to step up and ask questions about the disappearance of Eric Braverman, the Clinton Foundation CEO from 2013 to 2015, or no one will!
Eric Braverman disappeared in October, just a few weeks before Hillary Clinton’s defeat sent shock waves through Washington, D.C. and liberal cities across the country. So far, few outside the political blogosphere even knew the man existed, let alone disappeared without a trace.
Why are the mainstream media ignoring the disappearance of a top-level Clinton Foundation official? Perhaps because many have speculated Braverman went into hiding after an email mentioning his name surfaced on WikiLeaks just days before he went missing.
In a leaked email from March 2015, Center for American Progress President Neera Tanden told Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager and longtime pal, John Podesta, that they had a mole within the Clinton Foundation. In his responding email, Podesta told Tanden the mole was none other than Eric Braverman, the Stream reports.
Shortly before the emails between John Podesta and Neera Tanden had taken place, Braverman abruptly resigned as the CEO of the Clinton Foundation. Almost immediately after WikiLeaks made the emails public, the former executive completely vanished.
This not only sounds like a story in dire need of good old fashioned investigative reporting—it sounds like the makings of a television movie special. Once upon a time, a real free press would be all over the sudden disappearance of a top official who worked for a former president and a former Oval Office contender.
The last evidence of Eric Braverman being active on a public level was on October 12. He made a post to Twitter, which he reportedly did about once a month.
Braverman’s partner, Neil Brown, has reportedly not tweeted since August. The former Clinton Foundation CEO is still listed as a lecturer at Yale where he has given speeches for the past several years.
Craig Murray, a former British ambassador to Uzbekistan and close friend of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, claims the leaked emails from the Democrat Party were not taken by the Russians but by a disgruntled insider. Could this have been Eric Braverman, who sadly got caught up in his own behind-the-scenes whistleblowing on the Clintons?
Braverman was allegedly hired as the Clinton Foundation CEO by Chelsea Clinton, who wanted to find and clean up any corruption within the family charity. Braverman was allegedly forced out of the job by John Podesta.
Chelsea was allegedly very upset by examples of misspent funds. One example of such corruption was the more than $1 billion Bill Clinton raised to rebuild 100 villages in India. Reportedly, only $53 million was ever actually spent on the project.

Some people are born angry, some are made angry through tragic life events. The latter is true for Marine Gunnery Sergeant Freefall.
While we sat in front of our TVs in horror on 9/11, a family of American Eagles was tragically destroyed. Sgt. Freefall’s parents created a nest at the top of the World Trade Center in early August. They thought they had found the perfect home to raise a family. Soon thereafter, Sgt. Freefall’s mother laid her first egg.
Unfortunately, just as the egg was ready to hatch, the terrorist attack took place in New York City. While Sgt. Freefall’s mother and father were killed in the bombing, the egg fell from the sky and miraculously landed in the hands of a fireman. Inspired by these events, that fireman would join the Marines to fight for his country.
Self-proclaimed Conservative John Boehner (R-OH) is the Speaker of the House. Many Conservatives have questioned whether or not Boehner is a bona fide Conservative or a part of the Republican in Name Only (RINO) crowd. RINOs can Center-Left to Center-Right but definitely not committed to the entirety of Conservative principles that have been a part of the Republican Party Platform for some time. In Boehner’s case he has taken the GOP Establishment line that the Tea Party Movement needs to be minimized if not downright ostracized from the Republican Party. If the Republican Establishment has their way the removal of the Tea Party will mean we will have to come up with a new acronym representing the present day RINO. Maybe something like Republican Establishment Party Only (REPO). Or maybe something like Republican Elitist Party Only (REPO). You get the point, no true Conservatives are a part of the GOP.
Now if Boehner and his Establishment buddies’ war on the Tea Party is not bad enough here is a thought that should make you want to flush Boehner and the Republican Establishment down the political toilet. Retired Lieutenant Colonel and former Representative Allen West wonders if the Speaker is helping Obama cover-up Benghazigate.
No matter how much it might hurt in 2016, it is time for Conservatives and Tea Partiers to form a new Political Party to give American voters an opportunity to side with the Conservative vision to return the Original Intent of the Constitution which includes less government and fair taxes.
Former Rep. Allen West (R-FL), a leader in the conservative movement and retired Lt. Colonel of the United States Army, told Breitbart News that he thinks House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) and Majority Leader Rep. Eric Cantor (R-VA) might be trying to help the Obama administration cover up the Benghazi scandal.
West is a signer of the letter from a coalition of conservative and military leaders, along with three family members of the victims in the Benghazi terrorist attack, that demanded Boehner create a select committee to investigate the Benghazi terrorist attack. Boehner has been blocking the House Resolution from Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA) that would create such a committee, even though H. Res. 36 has 178 cosponsors in addition to Wolf.
“There is widespread support for a select committee to get to the bottom of disturbing questions surrounding the attack, as H. Res. 36 has 178 cosponsors,” West said in an email to Breitbart News. “Yet Speaker of the House John Boehner and Majority Leader Eric Cantor refuse to bring it to the House floor for a vote. You have to wonder, is there something they know that they prefer not come to light?”
The letter delivered to Boehner on Monday similarly questioned whether Boehner is helping President Barack Obama’s administration cover up the Benghazi scandal. Specifically, because Boehner is a member of the “Super 8”—congressional leaders who are briefed on national security matters—the coalition wondered if he knew something that a full investigation into Benghazi would reveal.
“Some analysts believe your inaction and passivity towards getting to the truth concerning Benghazi is because you were briefed on the intelligence and special operations activities in Libya as a member of the ‘Super 8,’” the group wrote. “You may possess ‘guilty knowledge.’ We recall how then-Speaker Nancy Pelosi developed a form of ‘amnesia’ concerning a documented briefing she received on so-called ‘enhanced interrogation techniques’ – later termed ‘torture’ for political purposes.”

Editor: As I was preparing to post this I came upon another Breitbart article on Boehner’s minions pertaining to a Benghazigate investigation. Boehner insinuates he still desires to investigate Benghazi. Now that sounds fishy to me because if Boehner is serious I have to ask, “What is the hold-up?”

GOP LEADERSHIP: BENGHAZI VICTIMS’ FAMILIES ‘ABSURD AND INACCURATE’ IN SELECT COMMITTEE DEMAND
An anonymous aide for House GOP leadership told the Washington Examiner Monday it believes three family members of the victims of the Benghazi terrorist attack and other conservative movement and military community leaders are being untruthful in their demand for a select committee investigation into Benghazi.
The unidentified aide would work for either Speaker John Boehner, Majority Leader Eric Cantor, or Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy, per the Examiner’s identification.
Pat Smith, the mother of murdered Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith, and Charles Woods, the father of murdered security officer Tyrone Woods, along with Smith’s uncle Michael Ingmire, joined scores of conservative movement leaders in demanding Boehner install a select committee.
A bill that would do so is sitting in the House with 179 cosponsors including lead sponsor Rep. Frank Wolf (R-VA), more than a substantial majority of the House GOP conference. Boehner, Cantor, and McCarthy will not schedule a vote on the matter, despite overwhelming support from the conservative movement, victims’ families, the American people, and the GOP conference.
Instead, an anonymous House GOP leadership aide responded to Monday’s letter, which was exclusively reported by Breitbart News, to the Washington Examiner’s Paul Bedard by accusing the coalition writing the letter of making false statements in the letter regarding the GOP leadership’s incapacity to lead an investigation into Benghazi.
“These complaints are absurd and factually inaccurate,” the anonymous GOP leadership aide said. “The committees’ efforts are coordinated by a full-time leadership staffer, administration witnesses have testified publicly and privately, and the committees have both professional investigators and subpoena authority.”
Boehner aide Michael Steel added that Boehner wants to still investigate Benghazi. “House Republicans are committed to finding the truth about what happened in Benghazi and why the White House failed to level with the American people,” Steel told Bedard.
Steel has not responded to a series of questions on the matter from Breitbart News, including details on the lone staffer he says House GOP leadership has working to coordinate the investigation among the various committees.
