I am fairly convinced that those that pre-read mail addresses to the President will mark this down in the loon-mail category. At a first-hand look this letter reads like a person suffering the effects of schizophrenia. I’ll be honest with you though, I believe Soleilmavis is a victim of mind control. What I question is if her victimhood was a clandestine USA organization or if it was a Communist Chinese clandestine organization. We all know that many nations have been involved in spy-stuff that might benefit the National Interests and National Security issues of each nation.

Author Soleilmavis Liu is a citizen of Communist China so understandably she looks to U.S. clandestine operations in remote mind control experiments. The online search engines point primarily toward U.S. activity which is understandable because the American Freedom of the Press enables both reliable and unreliable information to pass over ye old World Wide Web. I did manage to find some Chinese citizens brave enough to write to their government in an open letter back in 2008 about the same experiences that Soleilmavis has had. Just for the sake of argument here is that open letter found on a Google group:

An Announcement to the Whole World by Chinese Victims

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

First of all, please permit us to introduce ourselves to you. We are some of the Chinese victims from dozens of regions and cities across China, who have been cruelly harassed, tortured and persecuted in a covert way by the means of secret remote control on human body & brain. Among us, there are corporate employees, teachers, students, retirees and other intellectual workers and physical workers. Our suffering period ranges from several months till over 30 years.

Thanks to Internet that builds a bridge for us to know each other, and it is same sufferings bring us to work together.

A group of secret criminals who abuse their powers, arbitrarily use “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain”, illegally manipulate our bodies and brains covertly, and also cruelly torture and harass us psychologically and physically and persecute us days and nights so that a lot of victims live a very miserable and horrible life.

Secret criminals utilize the weapons of “secret remote control on human body & brain” and remotely influence us, and consequently our bodies suffer from “physiological diseases and physiological behaviors” caused artificially from their weapons such as aching, itching, coldness, hotness, trembling, unwell feeling and unhappiness, and so that our brains suffer harassments and tortures from “acoasma [Blog Editor: I found a definition in a Spanish Wikipedia version – you’ll to translate] and hallucination”. Besides, criminals do all they could to shamelessly steal and indecently spread our privacy in our brains in an abnormal psychology and crazily do all they could to intimidate and humiliate victims. All these vices do a great harm us psychologically and physically. Therefore, some innocent victims was forced to hospitals especially for being forced to accept mental treatment, some innocent victims were forced to suicide because of intolerable secret tortures and insults, and others died of “strange fatal diseases” yielded by criminals secretly in a special trap.

Such secret crimes as the wide abuse of their powers, the illegal use of “the means of secret remote control on human body & brain” and illegal violation of fundamental human rights, have resulted horribly in atrocity or the unprecedented anti-human catastrophe of human rights technically. These crimes not only challenge severely Chinese constitution and laws, but also human conscience, the UN Charter and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It is NOT permitted by all the human beings at all!

Owing to the above-mentioned cases, Chinese victims jointly lodged “a collective complaint to Chinese President Hu Jintao” (please see attachment 1) on 3rd Dec. 2007, and emailed it to the Chinese Communist Party Central Committee, every ministries of the State Council, major news media and the legal community who we asked to deliver the complaints to Chinese President.

Subsequently, we jointly announced “An Open Letter to the Head of Chinese Secret Institution” on 5th May 2008. (Please see attachment 2)

Chinese Government has the undisputed responsibility to take an immediate investigation into the secret criminals who abuse their power, and to sternly punish them according to the clause of “the State respect and protect citizens’ human rights” set out by Constitution of PRC China. However, unfortunately, so far we have not received any response on the issue.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UN General Assembly passed and published Resolution 217A (III) on 10th December 1948) stipulates in the following relevant clauses that:

We, Chinese victims, support resolutely the global campaign of “Ban the abuse and torture of secret MIND CONTROL/PSYCHOTRONIC WEAPONS/Remote Human manipulation” through our practical actions. We strongly appeal for the United Nations to immediately stop the abuse of the means of the secret remote control on human body & brain which are used to cruelly harass and torture and persecute covertly common citizens.

I doubt that any nation would fess-up to any wrongdoing as it would be a violation of human rights on an international scale. In being honest though if you Google Remote Mind Control, a significant majority of listings tend to finger the United States of America.

Dear President Obama,

I am writing to urge you and the USA government to investigate the cover abuse and torture with remote voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control frequency.

I am a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China, who was first attacked by such technologies in December 2001, when I was studying for a Master`s Degree in Australia. At the time I was unfamiliar with remote electromagnetic weapons which can control thinking, behavior, emotions or decision making by attacking the brain and nervous system. Eventually, I came to learn of these technologies that are being secretly used or covered up by governments worldwide to control and harass the populace.

Noticeable effects started with some noises (whispering voices) which I heard from the floor below me or from the neighbors’ houses. The other people who lived in the same house could not hear them. Soon I started to experience a wide variety of symptoms.

Majority of the symptoms were: pain all over the body, stomach pain, toothaches, headaches, involuntary hand tremors, inability to stand firmly on her legs, alternation of cold and hot sensations, excessive perspiration, high fevers, constipation, faece and piss incontinence, sexual harassment, sleep deprivation, dream manipulation, artificial emotions (induced fear, anger, shame, joy, hate, sadness), and manipulation of memory (forgetting/remembering/screen memories). Torturers also can make me say things (forced speech). All those symptoms would disappear without any medical treatment, or sometimes, a pain would persist, even if I had strong medication.

I was like a little trapped marionette being controlled by invisible strings. Some unknown people held the strings and controlled my actions: speaking, walking, eating, sleeping, and even my thoughts and emotions.

Since 2002, I travelled to many places to try to escape from the torture and harassment. I had been to Hong Kong, Thailand, China, New Zealand. When I was in Hong Kong in April 2002, my brain was controlled by voice-to-skull and remote electromagnetic mind control technologies, and I was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong. I am living in China now and still suffering the harassment and torture with these technologies.

The proliferation of mind control technologies and their accompanying abuse and torture has become one of the twenty-first century’s greatest violations of human rights. Thousands of innocent victims across the globe have become activists for their freedom. We are demanding an international investigation into these crimes which constitute immense violations of the United Nations’ Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

I have published my book “Twelve Years in the Grave – Mind Control with Electromagnetic Spectrums, the Invisible Modern Concentration Camp” to let the public know details of my story. I presented my paper “Mind Control with Electromagnetic Frequency” at the E-Leader conference held by China Fudan University and CASA (Chinese American Scholars Association) in Shanghai, January 5-7, 2015.

Provided the fact that my brain was remotely controlled by voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies, and I was taken into the US Embassy in Hong Kong, I urge the US government to take immediate actions to investigate my case. I also require the cooperation and support of the governments of Australia and China, and request assistance from the United Nations and other governments in investigating my case.

My original intention was to write a small introduction to the promotional email I received from Soleilmavis Liu. But since this kind of stuff is relatively new to me I had to do some reading up to understand a bit better in order to post for Soleilmavis.

 

Mind Control by governments has been labeled as fringe Conspiracy Theory and those that push or complain about government managed Mind Control are labeled as nut jobs. A good example is the case of Aaron Alexis who has disappeared from the headlines almost as fast as it appeared.

 

Aaron Alexis is the guy that was released from the Navy but managed to stay in the Reserves and continued to work for the Navy on a civilian basis. As an independent contractor Alexis moved from a Texas contracting job to the Washington Navy Yard near DC. Working at the Navy Yard meant he had the security clearance to enter and leave.

 

When I first heard the news on TV it was at first thought that two gunmen were shooting up the Navy Yard. But after Alexis was shot to death by law enforcement it was discovered he was a lone gunman. Then the News Media began to wonder: what was Alexis’ motivation for going on a shooting rampage? You know, like was Alexis a Muslim terrorist, a disgruntled employee, a Right Wing terrorist or a nut job. It turns out it was discovered that Alexis had been seeing a psychiatrist.

 

The News Media speculation went to questioning how a disturbed individual gets security clearance for civilian work at Navy Yard. The anti-gun people began doing through their diatribes that guns are dangerous and the Conservatives responded by wondering how does a mental outpatient able to legally score a gun since he did recently purchase guns.

 

Now that I have gone through the narrative on Aaron Alexis’ random shooting that resulted in the deaths of twelve people. Witnesses that survived the shooting spree have revealed that Alexis seemed to indicate he was following the orders of voices he was hearing in his head. Also the FBI have released suspicions that Alexis believed he was the victim of remote Mind Control.

 

… Alexis “held a delusional belief that he was being controlled or influenced by extremely low frequency, or ELF, electromagnetic waves,” Valerie Parlave, the assistant director in charge of the FBI’s Washington field division, said in a news conference outside her office.

Scrawled onto the shotgun, purchased legally at a Northern Virginia gun shop two days earlier, were several phrases, including, “End to the torment,” “My ELF weapon,” and “Better off this way,” Parlave said.

 

In documents recovered after the attack, Alexis indicated that the electromagnetic waves drove him to commit the hourlong morning assault, in which a dozen workers died and several more were injured.

 

“Ultra-low frequency attack is what I’ve been subject to for the last three months,” Alexis wrote in a document obtained by authorities, Parlave said. “That is what has driven me to this.”

Now this takes me back to my first paragraph. Mind Control by government as an experiment in preparation for human weaponization or military defensive disruption. Now keep in mind those that profess to be victims of remote experimentation are considered a delusional fringe minority somewhat on the scale of those that claim alien abduction. NONETHELESS, these guys are sincere and serious about their plight. AND if indeed their claims are true, would that not change the perspective view on Aaron Alexis’ bloody gun rampage?

Electromagnetic Frequency Mind Control Weapons

 

Voice to Skull directed acoustic devices are neuro-electromagnetic non-lethal weapons, able to produce mood-altering sounds in a person’s head. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) uses satellite transmitted extra low frequencies (ELF) to send voice to brain communications. Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRADs) are used for crowd control. They produce 150-decibel acoustic beams, “designed to communicate with authority and exceptionally high intelligibility in a 15 – 30 degree beam.” They emit verbal challenges over distances beyond 500 meters, with warning tones to influence behavior. They can also inflict physical harm, manipulate minds, and cause death.

The field of Augmented Cognition includes Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), used therapeutically and for military purposes. The latter is to emit close proximity electrical impulses to the brain to affect mood, sleep patterns, and improve cognitive abilities in areas of learning, memory, attentiveness, visualization, and decision-making. The long-term neurological effects are unknown. The potential for human harm is considerable.

Transmitted over long distances, silent psychotronic weapons can cause illness or death for no apparent reason. In his 1970 book, “Between Two Ages,” Zbigniew Brezezinski, discussed technologies to conduct secret warfare, saying:

“It is possible – and tempting – to exploit, for strategic-political purposes, the fruits of research on the brain and on human behavior….Accurately timed, artificially excited electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth….In this way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain performance of a very large population in selected regions, over an extended period.”

Most people know nothing about directed energy weapons, manipulating, incapacitating and killing many thousands who have no idea what hit them. America has been a longtime global offender, developing and using them for decades to surveille, harass, intimidate, manipulate, torture, and kill. They can also read minds and turn people into zombies. Why? To achieve total unchallengeable control. Q: Tell us a little about your upbringing, your family, and what you dreamed about becoming when you were a young girl.

 

A: I am a Chinese citizen, born and raised in China in a rural area which had a simple and vanilla environment. My parents came from farmers’ families. My mother graduated in a polytechnic school, and my father had middle school education. They were rare people who had some education in rural areas at that time. I studied in one of the top primary schools of China; I entered one of the top secondary schools of Shandong Province, which was famous with its high educational standards in China. I liked to read history books since I was very young. My friends regarded me as a ‘bookworm’! My teachers often selected my essays as the model essays at primary and middle school.

 

When I was a young girl, I dreamed to travel all over the world, study hard, work hard, learn different cultures and meet different people. I entered a university at age 17. After university, I worked in the easternmost County of China; then I went abroad to work. When I had earned and saved enough money, I applied to a university to study a Master’s Degree in Australia.

 

Q: Who do you believe had the most influence on shaping your outlook about life?

 

A: Although my father came from a farmer’s family in a rural area in China, he paid much attention to the world development. He had many books which were written by foreigners and he also ordered the newspaper of “Reference News” which has been published by Xinhua News Agency since the 1960s. It was the only official channel for the Chinese public to have a glimpse of the outside world. As the Chinese government’s official news agency, Xinhua carefully selects articles from the world’s major news agencies and news journals and translates them into Chinese. These books and the newspaper opened my eyes to the world, instead of focusing only on China and matters around my area.

 

Q: What was your academic major when you applied to a university in Australia?

 

A: Master of Business Information Technologies (MBI)

 

Q: When did you first become aware of mind control technologies?

 

A: December 2001

 

Q: For readers who aren’t familiar with remote voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies, why was the government doing this?

 

A: I did an anonymous Survey for Mind Control Victims all over the world. By the end of 2009, 296 victims including 130 Females and 166 Males filled out the questionnaires. The possible reasons victims believed they became a target were:

 

(1) Government Secret Human Experiments or Scientists Performing Secret Human Experiments supported by Government (58.11%);

 

(2) Scientists Performing Secret Human Experiments (36.82%);

 

(3) Government Secret War (33.45%);

 

(4) Secret Political persecution (32.77%);

 

(5) Terrorist violence (22.97%);

 

(6) Misuse of weapons by government corruption (45.27%).

 

Q: What time period are we talking about and, to your knowledge, is this still going on?

 

A: The time period is from December 2001 until today, and it is still going on.

 

Q: Why do you believe you were chosen?

 

A: As a legitimate civilian, I was never involved in any illegal organization and I never did anything unlawful. The torturers couldn’t give a legitimate reason for harassing and torturing me with high technologies. I believe that they chose me as a test subject.

 

Q: Were you able to talk to anyone about what you were experiencing? If so, what was their reaction?

 

A: As a previous IT supervisor, I understood that computers and the Internet were the most important tools to acquire new knowledge, gain new information and meet expert people. Since I believed that I was attacked by high electromagnetic spectrums technologies, I talked to people through the Internet and searched information; I found many people who understood my sufferings, and I have collected a lot of information about voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies. According to a survey, about 15% believe mind control technologies and their abuse and torture.

 

Q: What was the geographic reach? In other words, couldn’t you have left the region and gone somewhere else to escape?

 

A: I was first attacked in Australia in December 2001 by remote voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies. During April 2002 to April 2003, I traveled to Hong Kong, Thailand, South China, New Zealand, but could not get rid of the remote harassment and torture. Since April 2003 until today, I live in China and still suffer the horrible harassment and torture. Voice-to-skull and electromagnetic mind control technologies can attack an individual through satellites or other high technologies.

 

Q: What part did religious faith play in helping you to endure this level of mind torture?

 

A: My religious faith played the most important part in helping me to endure this level of mind torture. God was the light in the dark that lightened my heart; He was the light of freedom shining upon me. This light would point the way to victory.

 

Q: What inspired you to write your book?

 

A: Many victims who have been working hard to expose such horrible abuse and torture of electromagnetic mind control technologies had greatly encouraged me to work hard to write this book which I believe it would be a help for them seeking justice and fighting such crimes. I believe it will appeal to people who are concerned about human rights, torture, and justice; people who are concerned about abuse and torture with voice-to-skull, mind control technologies, non-lethal weapons, and electromagnetic spectrums weapons, and people who wish to know how God helps those in darkness.

 

Q: Had you done any writing prior to this?

 

A: I had published two articles in academic journals.

Q: Why did you decide to self-publish this title?

 

A: Mind control technologies and their abuse and torture are still covered by governments, and the mainstream public does not believe it. No publishing company was willing to talk to a new writer who was writing a strange topic for them.

 

Q: What do you feel is your book’s strongest takeaway value for readers?

 

A: Mankind never stops the pace of seeking social equity and justice. Human Rights is one of the most important causes.  This book makes a little contribution to the cause of social equity, justice and human rights. It would encourage those who endure hardness and live in the darkness to never stop persevering with courage, hope, and faith.

 

Q: What inspires you?

 

A: God and the Bible inspire me, making me strong and giving me faith in exposing secret crimes and seeking justice on the Earth.

 

Q: What would readers be the most surprised to learn about you?

 

A: Always regarding me as a shy and reticent woman, who was even timid and always tried to keep out of trouble. People who used to know me well never thought that I would become an activist and stand up to fight against one of the 21st century’s greatest violations of human rights which is the proliferation of electromagnetic mind control technologies and their accompanying abuse and torture. Readers will also find in my book that it is God who has been encouraging me and making me a brave soldier to fight for justice and human rights.

 

Q: What are you working on now?

 

A: I am working on the Worldwide campaign to stop the abuse and torture of the following: directed energy weapons, neurological weapons, mind control weapons, body and brain manipulation weapons, psychtronic weapons, space weapons, non-lethal weapons, and any other unacknowledged or as yet undeveloped means of inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person) through the use of land-based, sea-based, or space-based systems for the purpose of information war, mood management, or mind control of target populations.

 

I am also working on another book: An Ordinary Man’s Vicissitudes of Life, which records the real history through an ordinary man’s life in a rural area of Shandong Peninsula from 1932-2000.
