Time to Examine Moore Accusers’ Recollection of 40 Years

It is my humble opinion that Democrats lie for the sake of pushing a Left-Wing agenda. if accomplishing a Left-Wing agenda means smearing the political opposition with lies and half-truths (remember – if it is half a truth it is half a lie), the Dems will pour on the disinformation until it is believed as a total fact.

 

I begin this way due to the sexual harassment accusations 40 years ago aimed at Roy Moore from girls then ranging from 14 to 18 or so. Until the alleged accusations Roy Moore has had an impeccable career with the only criticism by Leftist Dems and Establishment Republicans was a refusal to submit to SCOTUS over whether or not the Ten Commandments should remain at the Alabama Supreme Court property. This ludicrous SCOTUS ruling on the Ten Commandments when the Federal SCOTUS building is littered with art of religious works relating to law influences:

When a guy takes a moral stand when the rule of law is blatantly manipulated contrary to the Constitution’s Original Intent and the Will of the Creator, that guy is a moral hero.

 

How does the Left smear a man’s character like that? They look as far back into a guy’s past as possible to manipulate the creation of an egregious story line without physical proof but based on I suspect gratuitously planted memories.

 

When the lack of evidence and a lack of credibility begins to enter in, a more salacious effort is made.

 

In the case of Roy Moore, so far, the Left has drudged up nine accusers from about 40 years ago:

 

  • Leigh Corfman: Claims Moore provided her with alcohol and sexually assaulted her when she was 14 years old.

 

  • Wendy MillerClaims Moore asked her out on a date when she was 16 years old and he was 32. Her mother said no.

 

  • Debbie Wesson Gibson: Claims she dated Moore for roughly three months in 1981 when she was 17 years old. … She said he kissed her twice during the time they dated. He was 34 at the time.

 

  • Gloria Thacker DeasonClaims she dated Moore on-and-off again when she was 18 and he was 32 after an initial meeting at the Gadsden Mall in 1979. Deason said their physical relationship never went further than kissing and hugging.

 

  • Beverly Young NelsonClaims Moore sexually assaulted her in 1977 when she was 16 years old. (This is dubious Yearbook signature gal with all sorts of contradictions in her story.)

 

  • Tina JohnsonClaims Moore groped her in his office in 1991 when she was 28 years old.

 

  • Kelly Harrison ThorpClaims Moore asked her out in 1982 when she was a 17-year-old waitress at Red Lobster.

 

  • Gena Richardson: Claims Moore pursued her relentlessly in 1977 when she was an 18-year-old high school senior. Richardson said she met Moore at the Gadsden Mall, … Richardson said he then called her when she was in trigonometry class and asked her out on a date. … After their first date, she said, Moore gave her an unsolicited, “forceful” kiss, which prompted her to break off further contact with him.

The woman who first spoke out to accuse Alabama Senate candidate Roy Moore of sexually assaulting her when she was 14 said on Monday it took her a long time to get her self-esteem back after she blamed herself for what she says happened. Leigh Corfman was 14 in 1979 when she alleges Moore, then 32, took her to his house, removed most of her clothes, groped her and put her hand on his genitals. He took her back to her home when she told him she was uncomfortable and wanted to leave, but she was emotionally scarred for decades after, she said. Moore denies the allegations.

Corfman’s timeline credibility problem:

 

 

Regarding the original court hearing where Corfman says that Moore asker her for her number while Wells went inside the courtroom, the Post reported that it “confirmed that her mother attended a hearing at the courthouse in February 1979 through divorce records.”

 

A thorough search of court documents finds one court case in February 1979—a case that took place on February 21, 1979.  The Post failed to tell readers that at that February 21, 1979, court case Wells voluntarily gave up custody of Corfman to Corfman’s father, Robert R. Corfman.  The two had been divorced since 1974.  The custody case was amicable and involved a joint petition by both parents.

 

The Post further did not tell readers that as a result of the joint petition to change custody, the court ordered the 14-year-old Corfman to move to her father’s house starting on March 4, 1979.  Court documents show the father’s address in Ohatchee, and not in Gadsden, where her mother lived and where Corfman says the meetings with Moore took place.

 

This would mean that from the court hearing on February 21, 1979, until Corfman was ordered to move to her father’s house, Moore would only have had 12 days, including the day of the court hearing, to have repeatedly called Corfman at her mother’s Gadsden house, arrange two meetings, and attempt another. Moore has strenuously denied the accusations.

 

While that timeline is theoretically possible, the Moore campaign stressed in a press conference today it is unlikely.

 

…  the February 21, 1979, case was the only court movement to have taken place that month. Breitbart News also could not find another court document from that month in 1979.

 

The disclosure raises questions about why that twelve-day window was not mentioned in the Post story or by Wells or Corfman in subsequent interviews.  Neither Corfman nor Wells publicly mentioned the change in custody during the critical period where Moore was said to have arranged meetings with Corfman outside her mother’s home.

 

 

Breitbart News reviewed the custody and divorce documents in full. The custody arrangement allowed for “reasonable rights of visitation” for Wells, including on alternate weekends and full custody for one week starting on December 24.  However, that one week of custody in December does not fit into the timeline of Moore allegedly arranging meetings days after the February hearing.

 

There is another detail in the custody documents that raise questions about Corfman’s story.

 

The Post strongly implied that the alleged encounter with Moore caused Corfman to exhibit reckless behavior in her teenage years.

 

 

The Post failed to mention that the very reason for the February 21, 1979, court hearing where Moore allegedly met Corfman was because, according to the court documents, Corfman had exhibited “certain disciplinary and behavioral problems.” In other words, Corfman evidence behavioral problems prior to the alleged encounters with Moore.

 

Indeed, those stated “disciplinary and behavioral problems” were cited in the joint petition to change custody as the cause for both Wells and Corfman’s father agreeing that Corfman would be better served living with her father.  The parents signed a “consent decree” going along with the change in custody.

 

Over one year later, on May 5, 1980, which would have been after any alleged encounters with Moore, Wells filed a new petition to take back custody of her daughter. That petition stated that Corfman’s “disciplinary problem has improved greatly.”  The stated change in behavior is important since Corfman’s “disciplinary and behavioral problems” were cited as the reason for the father taking custody.

 

The improvement in behavior described by Wells seems to conflict with Corfman’s claim to the Post that after the 1979 encounter her “life became increasingly reckless with drinking, drugs, boyfriends, and a suicide attempt when she was 16.”

 

The judge apparently agreed with Wells’ assessment of Corfman’s improved behavior and granted Wells custody on October 15, 1980.

Refuting Nelson:

 

A man claiming to be the stepson of the woman who accused Roy Moore of sexually assaulting her when she was 16 years-old does not believe any of her allegations are true.

 

“I don’t believe it,” Darrel Nelson said in a video he posted to Facebook, questioning the accusations leveled against the Alabama GOP Senate candidate by his stepmother, Beverly Young Nelson.

 

 

“My stepmother is wrong for what she done,” he said, accusing her of “reading form a script” at the press conference on Monday and that her attorney, Gloria Allred told her what to say.

 

“I’ve known the woman, she married my father many, many years ago. I’ve known her for a while now, and I truly do not believe that she’s being honest about this,” he said.

 

 

He believed that the backlash from his family was worth the trouble if he was able to clear up any false allegations, stating that Moore “has been an outstanding pillar of the community” and is “God-fearing.”

 

“I don’t believe a word she says, but I do believe he is innocent,” Nelson said.

… Allred, who also represented women alleging still unproven sexual misconduct allegations against President Donald Trump, is refusing to hand over the pivotal yearbook Nelson claims Moore signed. Nelson’s own stepson and a high school boyfriend have already cast doubt on her accusation.

 

Potential problems emerged in Nelson’s account Monday when Moore’s campaign released a list of seven of what they describe as inconsistencies that “completely bust” the accusation. The release quotes Rhonda Ledbetter, who claims to have worked at Olde Hickory House, where the assault allegedly occurred, for nearly three years surrounding the dates in question.

 

 

When I heard Beverly Nelson’s story, there were several details that were different from what I remember. I was nervous at coming forward because of all the attention this story has gotten, but as a moral and ethical person I had to speak up about what I know to be true. I was a waitress at Olde Hickory for almost three years from 1977-1979, and I never saw Roy Moore come in to the restaurant. Not one time. And I would have noticed because most of our customers weren’t wearing suits, especially not at night.

 

 

I came forward because from what I’ve seen, the media is only interested in reporting one side of this story. In fact, Dixon Hayes from WRBC in Birmingham asked for former employees to contact him but never responded when I told him I never saw Roy Moore come into Olde Hickory House during the three years I worked for.

 

Ledbetter went on to recount what she sees as questionable elements of Nelson’s story, including that she was able to start work at the restaurant at age 15 when Ledbetter recalls a 16-year-old minimum, that Nelson claimed the restaurant closed at 10 p.m., when Ledbetter never recalled it doing so, and the position of the dumpsters as she remembered them making the geometry of the assault impossible as Nelson described it:

 

 

Another Olde Hickory House waitress, Renee Schivera, similarly questions Nelson’s account, saying:

 

was a waitress at the Olde Hickory House during the summer of 1977, before my senior year of high school. When I heard Beverly Nelson’s story the first thing that stuck out to me was that I don’t remember Roy Moore ever coming into the restaurant. I also don’t remember her working there

 

Finally, Moore’s release quotes Johnny Belyeu Sr., described as “a former police officer with over two decades of experience with the Etowah County Sheriff’s Department and the Gadsden Police Department,” who told the Moore campaign in a statement, “I was a regular customer at Olde Hickory House, and I never once saw Judge Moore come in there. If he had I would have immediately recognized him.” He added, “I also never met Beverly Nelson during any of the many times I frequented the restaurant, and I can’t say that she even worked there.”

The rumor Roy Moore was banned from the mall in Gadsden, Alabama comes from Becky Gray because she was employed at the Pizitz department store in the Gadsen [sic] Mall in 1977. Gray’s account:

 

An Alabama woman who has accused Republican U.S. Senate candidate Roy Moore of sexually harassing her in the late 1970s said he was banned from the mall where she worked after she complained about his repeated, unwanted advances toward her.

The three statements from former mall employees quoted in the Moore press release:

 

  • “In my 26 years working at Gadsden Mall, I never heard anything about Roy Moore being banned from the mall or any other mention of issues concerning him. As the Operations Manager overseeing Mall Security, I would have been aware of something like that.” – Johnny Adams, employed by the Gadsden Mall for 26 years and was the Operations Manager for 14 years, overseeing mall security.

 

  • “As an employee of the Gadsden Mall for Morrison’s Cafeteria Corporation from the late 1970’s through the mid-2000’s, I would like to put forth a statement in regards to the allegations against Judge Roy Moore. During my time at the Gadsden Mall, I formed many lifelong relationships including one with Barnes Boyle and his wife, Brenda. Barnes Boyle was manager of the Gadsden Mall and Brenda was my manager at Morrison’s Cafeteria for many years. Because of this relationship, I was abreast on the latest situations that happened throughout the Gadsden Mall during that time period. There was a prominent man of Etowah County, whom is now deceased that was banned for reasons such as the allegations against Judge Moore. However, due to respect for the family, I decline to reveal his name. Despite allegations against other patrons of the mall, I never heard of Roy Moore’s name come in conversation with any such misconduct against women or a supposed banning from the Gadsden Mall.” – Johnnie V. Sanders, employee of Gadsden Mall from late 70’s to mid-2000’s.

 

  • “We did have written reports and things. To my knowledge, he {Moore} was not banned from the mall.” – Barnes Boyle, Former Manager of the Gadsden Mall (1981-1986).

 

Said Doster in the statement, “The people of Alabama are tired of false accusations and one-sided reporting from the liberal media. “Truth matters or it doesn’t and the Moore campaign will deliver the truth about the character of Judge Roy Moore to affirm what the people of Alabama are already convinced of.” (Roy Moore campaign disputes reports he was banned from mall; By Paul Gattis; AL.com; 11/20/17)

 

Did Moore sexually harass Becky Gray? Since Moore was never banned from the Gadsden Mall, I have some suspicions her claims are at best exaggerated or at worst a downright Dem coached lie.

 

The most egregious thing Roy Moore in his thirties had male hormones for teenagers of the legal age of consent in Alabama. Leigh Corfman is the ONLY accuser that was underage according to Alabama law and her story is tainted in her timeline and for being troubled teen too hard to handle by her mom. Hard enough to transfer custody to Corfman’s father – the mother’s ex-husband – for a more disciplined hand which apparently worked out long after Corfman’s accusations against Roy Moore.

 

If anyone can actually find verifiable evidence sexual harassment or assault from forty years ago, I say fry Roy Moore so he can never serve in any form of Public Office again. Nothing verifiable? Then dear God, it’s the American Left (MSM and Dems) trying to keep a Conservative out of the Senate. The latter is what I currently believe. If you are a Conservative residing in Alabama, ignore the unverifiable and elect Roy Moore as your next Senator.

Here is a look at some stories that begin with Tweeden’s allegations, then has some Majority Leader McConnell calling for a Franken ethics investigation which includes Morgan’s experience with Uncle Al.

Immediately raising questions about double-standards in the media and on Capitol Hill, a Los Angeles radio news anchor today accused Senator Al Franken (D-MN) of sexually assaulting her.

 

Now, Media Equalizer Co-Founder Melanie Morgan has come forward as well, recounting her own experience with the onetime comedian, liberal radio host and activist. Morgan’s disturbing encounter was sparked by daring to disagree with Franken during an August, 2000 edition of ABC’s Politically Incorrect with Bill Maher.

 

Earlier, a bombshell report published by KABC on-air personality Leeann Tweeden accused Franken of kissing and groping her without her consent while she was asleep.

 

Shockingly, Tweeden even provided a photo as evidence, which shows Franken with his hands on her breasts while he smiles for the camera.

 

 

 

Tweeden said the sexual assault occurred in December 2006, when they were both on a USO Tour to support and entertain U.S. soldiers.

 

“It wasn’t until I was back in the U.S. and looking through the CD of photos we were given by the photographer that I saw this one,” Tweeden wrote about the photo on in her KABC article.

 

“I felt violated all over again. Embarrassed. Belittled. Humiliated,” she wrote. “How dare anyone grab my breasts like this and think it’s funny?”

 

Tweeden said Franken had written a skit in which he would kiss Tweeden, where she said she “agreed to play along.”

 

“When I saw the script, Franken had written a moment when his character comes at me for a ‘kiss’. I suspected what he was after, but I figured I could turn my head at the last minute, or put my hand over his mouth, to get more laughs from the crowd,” she wrote.

 

Tweeden wrote that Franken insisted that they rehearse the kiss several times before the show, which she said made her “uncomfortable.”

 

“He repeated that actors really need to rehearse everything and that we must practice the kiss. I said ‘OK’ so he would stop badgering me. We did the line leading up to the kiss and then he came at me, put his hand on the back of my head, mashed his lips against mine and aggressively stuck his tongue in my mouth,” she wrote.

 

“I immediately pushed him away with both of my hands against his chest and told him if he ever did that to me again I wouldn’t be so nice about it the next time,” she added.

 

According to Newsweek, Franken has since released a statement saying he didn’t recall the incident.

 

“I certainly don’t remember the rehearsal for the skit in the same way, but I send my sincerest apologies to Leeann. As to the photo, it was clearly intended to be funny but wasn’t. I shouldn’t have done it,” he said in a statement.

In response to the disturbing allegations made against Franken, Media Equalizer and Media Equality Project Co-Founder Melanie Morgan has come forward to recall her own frightening encounter, sparked by a seemingly-mundane and even obscure topic of political disagreement.

 

Morgan, who was a ABC Radio talk show host for KSFO / San Francisco at the time, appeared August 19, 2000 on ABC’s late night show Politically Incorrect.

 

She was joined by Franken, William Baldwin, and then-Colorado Lt. Governor Joe Rogers on the panel.

 

Morgan and Franken had a dispute over the OMB’s budget numbers.

 

“I was invited and unaware of who his guests were going to be that night,” Morgan said.

“I made a statement about the budget numbers, Franken challenged me, I challenged him back. It was about spending priorities, actually just a mundane discussion. But he obsessed over it.”

“He approached me backstage, angrily called me out on those numbers and insisted he would prove he was right. He wouldn’t leave me alone, he kept following me. As a woman, his presence and proximity to me felt very threatening and intimindating [sic].

 

“I didn’t realize his creepy behavior after the show meant it would continue in the days to come.

 

“He approached Carol, the show’s producer and demanded my home phone number, which was a clear violation of network protocol. I had thought that was the end of the story and was shocked when he started calling my home, badgering me repeatedly.

 

“I became fearful and called Carol to complain and asked her to tell him to back off. But he made another call after that. I thought that he might end up stalking me at my home in Northern California, it was that bad.

 

“By the third phone call I was outraged and terrified, as he is really disturbed,” Morgan recounted.

 

Morgan said Franken finally left her alone, but only after she pushed back and threatened “to call the police and make a report that he was harassing me.”

 

To this day, she says she is haunted by it: “I never forgot that experience and it informed me of his lack of character and obsessive personality. I believe every word Leann wrote.”

 

With many calling on Republican Alabama U.S. Senate candidate Judge Roy Moore to step aside following claims of sexual misconduct from decades ago, will Franken be asked to resign as senator?

 

“I will happily testify before the Senate Ethics Committee, should a hearing be held regarding Franken’s behavior,” Morgan added.

Roy Moore, the Republican Senate candidate accused of sexual misconduct, took a shot at Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Thursday, mocking his call for an ethics investigation into groping allegations against Sen. Al Franken.

 

“Al Franken admits guilt after photographic evidence of his abuse surfaces. Mitch: ‘Let’s investigate,’” Moore tweeted.

 

“In Alabama, ZERO evidence, allegations 100% rejected. Mitch: ‘Moore must quit immediately or be expelled,’” Moore wrote.

 

McConnell, a Republican from Kentucky, has called on Moore to drop out of the Alabama special election after nine women have came forward to accuse him of sexually harassing or assaulting them decades ago.

 

After Leeann Tweeden alleged that Franken, a Democrat from Minnesota, forcibly kissed and groped her during a USA tour to the Middle East in 2006, McConnell called for an ethics probe into the senator.

 

Tweeden also released a photo of Franken grabbing her chest while she was sleeping on a military plane.

 

Franken apologized to Tweeden, a television host for KABC, but said his recollection of their encounter was different.

 

He said he would cooperate with the Senate ethics investigation.

 

Moore has denied the allegations against him, calling them “fake news.”

Four women accused Roy Moore of sexual misconduct that occurred nearly 40 years ago according to WaPo:

On November 11 I cross posted a Gateway Pundit and BizPac Review article that showed enough light to suggest Corfman and Gibson were not credible. Frankly has an extremely tainted reputation in reporting the truth while Moore, until the mysterious emergence of four accusers a generation ago, had a spotless reputation of a godly man willing to withstand Judicial activist rulings running contrary to the Constitution.

 

Because of Moore’s Christian stand he was booted off his duly elected Office of Alabama State Supreme Court Chief Justice twice. Leftists and atheists wanted to remove the Ten Commandments from the Alabama Judicial building. In an act of Judicial hypocrisy the SCOTUS ruled in favor of the Left and atheists even though the SCOTUS building has the Ten Commandments and Christian symbolism all over it. (SEE ALSO HERE)

 

Moore’s Christian activism has annoyed Leftists legislators and the GOP Establishment. Hence Senate Majority Leader McConnel did everything in his propaganda and money power for Roy Moore NOT to win the GOP nomination in Alabama’s special election to replace Jeff Sessions who is now Attorney General. To no avail.

 

I have some unprovable speculation. Leftist legislators and the GOP Establishment concocted a Fusion GPS-like conspiracy to smear Roy Moore’s reputation.

 

Certainly much to the chagrin of anti-Moore enemies, Alabama voters were not buying the smear with polls showing Moore still leading his Dem Party opponent.

 

So what is next step to discredit Moore? Well by golly, let’s find an Alabama girl who was perhaps around then Prosecutor Roy Moore about 40 years ago.

My first thought was if there is solid proof that Moore attempted to rape the younger Nelson, then crucify the lech. But after reading the autograph on a Yearbook undoubtedly freely given to Moore to sign, I just don’t see the lechery.

 

My next thought was someone should really do a handwriting analysis to make sure a forgery was not expertly inserted on the old Yearbook.

 

What I see is a giddy teenager next to a notable person locally receiving a pat-on-the-head of approval with Moore displaying the yearned for teen approval.

This is yet another example that something is fishy in Left-Land which probably includes the GOP Establishment.

 

Somehow Gloria Allred allowed Business Insider’s Josh Barrow to photograph the Yearbook autograph. Without notifying his readers the basis of a handwriting analysis, Barrow compared the Yearbook autograph to Moore’s signature on his US term limits pledge this year:

Personally I’d like an expert handwriting analyst to examine the physical Yearbook autograph and compare that to an authenticated Moore signature.

 

BUT even with an authentication, the text of the Yearbook has little to do with sexual solicitation unless one pushes the envelope with the friendly words “‘Merry Christmas.’ Love, Roy Moore DA”.

 

Huh? Proof of attempted rape?

Alabama Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore and his wife, Kayla Moore, react to new sexual misconduct allegations brought against him by an Alabama woman, Beverly Young Nelson, who claims Moore assaulted her when she was 16 years old.

 

If the Yearbook autograph is officially authenticated then Moore is mistaken about meeting the then 16 year old Nelson over 40 years ago. At worst Moore is lying, but the time frame definitely provides plausible deniability.

Leigh Corfman says she was 14 years old when a 32-year-old assistant district attorney, Roy Moore, made a sexual advancement on her. According to reports, Corfman appears to be a ‘real piece of work.’ 

 

Corfman has been divorced three times, filed for bankruptcy three times and has reportedly “claimed several pastors at various churches made sexual advances at her.”

“Purportedly Moore’s main accuser Leigh Corfman has had three divorces, filed for bankruptcy three times, and has been charged with multiple misdemeanors. Posts on Moore’s FB page indicate that Corfman, has claimed several pastors at various churches made sexual advances at her,” tweeted Newsmax’s James Hirsen on Friday.

 

The Star reports:

 

She says that her teenage life became increasingly reckless with drinking, drugs, boyfriends, and a suicide attempt when she was 16.

 

As the years went on, Corfman says, she did not share her story about Moore partly because of the trouble in her life. She has had three divorces and financial problems. While living in Arizona, she and her second husband started a screen-printing business that fell into debt. They filed for bankruptcy protection three times, once in 1991 with $139,689 in unpaid claims brought by the Internal Revenue Service and other creditors, according to court records.

 

In 2005, Corfman paid a fine for driving a boat without lights. In 2010, she was working at a convenience store when she was charged with a misdemeanor for selling beer to a minor. The charge was dismissed, court records show.

 

The news comes amid reports that the Washington Post failed to disclose another Moore accuser, Debbie Gibson, has worked as a sign language interpreter for Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden. Deborah Wesson Gibson, as she goes by on Facebook, supports Doug Jones.

On Friday, Newsmax columnist James Hirsen tweeted the “Washington Post failed to disclose that one of Moore’s accusers was a sign language interpreter for Joe Biden and is a volunteer for Moore’s Democrat opponent.”

 

While The Gateway Pundit cannot confirm Gibson is a volunteer for Doug Jones, we found Facebook posts that suggest she is a Democrat who wants to see Doug Jones because Alabama’s next Senator.

 

As The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft previously reported, the Washington Post accused Judge Moore of dating a 14 year-old girl in 1979.

 

Judge Moore has denied the charges.

 

On Thursday a top Alabama political activist wrote The Gateway Pundit with this: “I think it’s total malarkey! The opposition, McConnell included, will do anything to keep him out!”

 

Judge Roy Moore posted this official response Thursday night against the “forces of evil.”

If Corfman also accused several church pastors of making sexual advances toward her, some people might start noticing a pattern, and rightly so. While most women who make accusations of sexual assault are undoubtedly telling the truth, the timing and politics of this in itself strains credulity, and Corfman’s checkered past only adds to the puzzle.

 

Corfman herself downplayed her credibility issues by saying, “There is no one here that doesn’t know that I’m no angel.”

 

Fair enough, but the timing of all this is what has the critics rightly ruffled. Even if true and even if Corfman is completely sincere, why not make the accusations during Moore’s primary campaign against Luther Strange, especially if Corfman is a Republican and a Trump voter as she claims?

Senate candidate Judge Roy Moore is being accused of sexual impropriety from four teen girls ranging from 14 to 18. The most egregious accusation comes from the 14 year old who say she disrobed and Moore was handsy with her. WHEN? Nearly 40 years ago.

I am with the Leftists smelling political blood that an impugned reputation may score them a new Dem Senator; i.e. if Roy Moore did what he was accused of, he should withdraw from the Senate race. Even Republicans are believing the allegations reported by the Washington Post are legitimately saying if true, Moore must step down.

 

Here’s the thing for me. The Washington Post and the NY Times are a part of the Lame Stream Media that reported on the discredited Fusion GPS Trump Dossier as fact implying the elected President should be impeached also they have pushed the lying dirt that the President colluded with the Russians to manipulate the election for a Trump victory on November 2016 – ALSO a lie.

 

On the other hand, there is now a huge amount of suggestive data that Crooked Hillary, her husband Slick Willie, the Democratic National Committee and probably Barrack Hussein Obama were involved with the Russians to manipulate the election for a Dem victory.

 

With WaPo’s reputation as a Leftist propaganda mouthpiece, I want to read about actual physical proof connecting Roy Moore to the allegations before I throw him under the bus. AND YOU SHOULD TOO!

 

Unsurprisingly the majority of the Mainstream Media are currently in crucify mode trying to edge out the GOP in the Senate. I think you can tell who the GOP Establishment is by those who are demanding Roy Moore walk away just for the scent of scandal. ROY MOORE ACCUSED OF PAST SEXUAL MISCONDUCT WITH TEEN

Former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore charged Thursday the Washington Post launched a “completely false” and “desperate” political attack on him with its report featuring a woman’s allegation he engaged in sex acts with her when she was a 14-year-old, nearly four decades ago.

 

Moore is the Republican nominee in a special election Dec. 12 for the Alabama U.S. Senate seat vacated by Jeff Sessions, who left to become U.S. attorney general.

 

The Post, which endorsed Moore’s Democratic opponent, cited statements from four women, including one who claimed she went on several dates with Moore when she was 18, another who dated him when she was 17, and a third who said he asked her to go on dates when she was 16, but her mother wouldn’t allow it.

 

The timeframe would have been when Moore was in his early 30s.

 

Breitbart News, which previously reported the Post was preparing the story published Thursday, said the only serious claim is from a woman who said he kissed her on a first date and on a second removed her clothes when she was 14.

 

“She says he guided her hand to touch his penis over his underwear,” Breitbart reported.

 

Moore, in a statement delivered to WND, denied the claims.

“These allegations are completely false and are a desperate political attack by the National Democrat Party and the Washington Post on this campaign,” he said.

 

Breitbart pointed out that the Post is owned by Nash Holdings, which belongs to Amazon founder and “open borders champion Jeff Bezos.”

 

“The newspaper formally endorsed Moore’s Democratic opponent Doug Jones in the Senate race,” Breitbart reported.

 

Moore’s campaign pointed out, “Judge Roy Moore has endured the most outlandish attacks on any candidate in the modern political arena, but this takes the cake.”

 

“The Washington Post has already endorsed the Judge’s opponent, and for months, they have engaged in a systematic campaign to distort the truth about the judge’s record and career and derail his campaign. In fact, just two days ago, the Foundation for Moral Law sent a retraction demand to the Post for the false stories they wrote about the judge’s work and compensation. But apparently, there is no end to what the Post will allege.”

 

The campaign statement continued: “The judge has been married to Kayla for nearly 33 years, has 4 children, and 5 grandchildren. The judge has been a candidate in four hotly contested statewide political contests, twice as a gubernatorial candidate and twice as a candidate for chief justice. He has been a three-time candidate for local office, and he has been a national figure in two ground-breaking, judicial fights over religious liberty and traditional marriage. After over 40 years of public service, if any of these allegations were true, they surely would have been made public long before now.”

 

The campaign said the move by the Post was “no surprise,” since Moore is “winning with a double-digit lead.”

 

“With just over 4 weeks remaining, in a race for the U.S. Senate with national implications, that the Democrat Party and the country’s most liberal newspaper would come up with a fabrication of this kind” was expected.

 

“This garbage is the very definition of fake news and intentional defamation,” the campaign said.

 

The Post reported “inappropriate conduct with four teenage girls 34 years ago.”

 

But the details show allegations of inappropriate behavior with only one, unless dating a teen is classified as inappropriate.

 

Breitbart said the reporting centers “on on-the-record interviews with four women who claimed that when they were teenagers and Moore was in his 30s, he attempted to court them or that he dated them. One claims that he engaged in sexual conduct while she was below the age of consent.”

 

Only last month, another Washington Post report on Moore apparently misfired.

 

The newspaper accused Moore of not reporting or paying taxes on compensation to which he was entitled but did not receive.

 

The Foundation for Moral Law, which was paying Moore as its president for the years at issue, said in a statement that all transactions and arrangements were reported fully to the IRS. The foundation then charged the reporters essentially were working on a political hit.

 

“For the Washington Post to state that Judge Moore secretly ‘collected’ monies he never received or that the Foundation failed to properly report its indebtedness to the IRS is false,” a statement from the foundation charged. “Furthermore, the reporters responsible for the false and misleading articles on the foundation and Judge Moore have written 20 stories, jointly, since last year, 17 of which have been direct attacks on our president and conservative principles.

 

“Their agenda-driven bias is reflected in the articles on Judge Moore.”

 

The Post article stated “the promised back pay ‘was not reported to IRS as income.’”

 

But the foundation’s tax filings for 2011 and 2012 did report the obligation owed to Moore.

 

“Furthermore, everyone knows that you don’t pay taxes on money you didn’t receive,” the statement said.

 

“The Washington Post is trying to deceive the public as to wrongdoing that simply does not exist.”

If the Post was attacking Moore as the foundation described, it was the second such political attack on Moore that went awry.

 

WND reported last month NBC News anchor and political director Chuck Todd claimed that Moore, long known for his conservative values and strict originalist interpretation of the Constitution, “doesn’t appear to believe in the Constitution as it’s written.”

 

Todd played a brief clip of the former Alabama Supreme Court chief justice stating: “Our rights don’t come from government, they don’t come from the Bill of Rights. They come from Almighty God.”

 

Todd commented: “Roy Moore, where the phrase ‘Christian conservative’ doesn’t even begin to describe him, could very well be your next senator. If you don’t understand just how freaked out some folks in the GOP and the White House are, then you don’t know Roy Moore. First off, he doesn’t appear to believe in the Constitution as it’s written.”

The Post reported that several advisers it consulted said taxes may have been due on planned payments to Moore even though they were not made, but it would take an IRS ruling to determine that for a fact.

 

The dispute is about Moore’s work for the Foundation for Moral Law between his stints at chief justice of Alabama’s Supreme Court.

 

He was given a note regarding about $500,000 in “back pay, the Post reported, because the charity did not pay his full salary for a number of years.”

 

“Five tax law and accounting specialists said it appears the guaranteed payment should have been reported as compensation, a disclosure that would have triggered a federal tax bill of more than $100,000,” the Post said.

 

The foundation statement, released Friday by attorney John Eidsmore, was from Judge John Bentley, a board member, to “set the record straight.”

 

First Moore worked from 2004 to 2007 without “any” salary, he said. Then his salary was set at $180,000, but he wasn’t generally paid that, with his average from 2007 to 2012 about $85,000.

 

In 2011, an agreement was reached that acknowledged the shortfall and secured it with a promissory note and second mortgage on the foundation’s building.

 

“That document was filed as a public record in Montgomery and thus was not an ‘undisclosed deal’ as stated in the Washington Post headline. The arrearage was also reported in the foundation’s federal tax filing. To this date, that note and mortgage remain unpaid,” the statement said.

 

Payments stopped when Moore returned to the court bench in 2013.

Moore – whose opponent in the December election, Democrat Doug Jones, said one of his highest priorities is absolute affirmation of abortion – defeated Sen. Luther Strange, the primary candidate handpicked for the nomination by Washington’s GOP establishment.

 

Twice elected chief justice of Alabama and twice removed for refusing to follow federal court orders on the Ten Commandments and same-sex marriage, Moore defeated Strange by roughly 10 percentage points. Strange was appointed to the seat earlier this year by disgraced former Gov. Robert Bentley following the confirmation of former Sen. Jeff Sessions as attorney general.

 

Not only did Moore win easily, he overcame millions of dollars in attack ads from the Senate Leadership Fund, which is closely aligned with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell. Moore also won despite President Trump’s active support for Strange.

 

WND commentator Michael Brown said the election victory “sends a message to the GOP establishment from fed-up Republicans across the country: ‘We’ve had it with your compromising and your political games. We’ve had it with career politicians in general. You represent what we reject. You represent one of the major reasons we voted for Donald Trump. Your time in D.C. is over.’”

After a recording emerged Monday from a Judge Roy Moore campaign rally at which the Senate candidate called for racial reconciliation amid strife nationwide, the mainstream media and leftist and establishment activists dug into Moore for his choice of language.

 

In an extended discussion of the dangers of sectional, partisan, and racial divisions within America and the terrible bloodshed of the time our country allowed these divisions to boil over, the Civil War, Moore told rally-goers:

 

Now we have blacks and whites fighting, reds and yellows fighting, Democrats and Republicans fighting, men and women fighting. What’s going to unite us? What’s going to bring us back together? A president? A Congress? No. It’s going to be God.

 

Moore is locked in a tight GOP primary run-off for U.S. Senate with establishment-backed ex-lobbyist candidate Luther Strange. A “Republican monitoring the race” sent video of the event to The Hillwhich in turn began the media pile-on over what it said was Moore’s “racially insensitive terms to describe Native Americans and Asians.”

 

In response, the Moore campaign simply pointed out that his comments match a still-ubiquitous Sunday school rhyme. “Red, yellow, black and white they are precious in His sight. Jesus loves the little children of the world…This is the gospel. If we take it seriously, America can once again be united as one nation under God,” the Moore campaign wrote in a Facebook statement.

 

It appears as though the “Republican monitoring the race” between Moore and Strange is from the GOP establishment, and attempted yet again to frame Moore’s comments here as some kind of mistake–similar to recent stories about 9/11 comments and shootings comments that Moore has made, referencing the lack of God in American society.

 

Within minutes of The Hill‘s story going live, Senate Leadership Fund (SLF) Communications Director Chris Pack tweeted the story and five others from mostly liberal journalists taking Moore to task for saying “red” and “yellow” people.

 

 

The SLF itself also quickly made hay with the video on their own website. The SLF, a political action committee connected to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), has already spent millions supporting Luther Strange in this race to the chagrin of Moore and Rep. Mo Brooks (R-AL), the third-place finisher in the primary’s first round. Last week, Moore attacked a debate co-sponsor for failing to disclose his own ties to the SLF.

 

Slate’s Ben Mathis-Lilley, in one of the outrage-pushing articles Pack retweeted, mockingly calls for Moore to receive divine punishment for his word-choice:

 

Ironically, one way God could improve white Americans’ relationships with Native Americans and Americans of Asian ancestry is by coming down hard on people like Roy Moore who still refer to Native Americans and Americans of Asian ancestry by using racial terms that were already considered insulting and antiquated 50 years ago.

 

Please smite Roy Moore, God! Do it!

 

In another piece Pack cited, NBC News’ Alex Sietz-Wald dismisses Roy Moore’s reference to “Jesus Loves the Little Children” because it was “written in the 1800s.”

 

Mashable’s Gianluca Mezzofiore goes further than his colleagues, turning to former President Bill Clinton’s and failed 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton’s daughter Chelsea Clinton as arbiter of racial semantics. Referring to Moore’s words as “racial slurs,” Mezzofiore appears to believe the younger Ms. Clinton put the former Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court in his place, claiming: “Clinton used just one perfect tweet to shut him down.”

Interestingly, not one of the journalists quoted above made any objection to the use of “black” or “white” in the same Moore quotation.

The SPLC filed the original complaints against Chief Justice Moore with the Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission (JIC). Then, in a brazen move, the JIC hired John Carroll, a former Legal Director of the SPLC to prosecute its politically motivated charges against Chief Justice Moore. Utterly outrageous! Carroll has been very vocal in his critique of Justice Moore and the Alabama Supreme Court.

Mark Alexander writes about how Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore (Politico gives a decent profile yet as expected is a bit judgmental by I think to attain to neutrality) contradicts Lefty Chris Cuomo (Andrew’s bro and Mario’s son) assertion that America’s Rights and Laws come from Man’s collective agreement and compromise. Cuomo’s assertion was in response to Moore’s assertion that “Rights contained in the Bill of Rights do not come from the Constitution, they come from God.”

Just in time for the faux celebration of “Presidents’ Day” this week, faux CNN celebrity “journalist” Chris Cuomo, brother of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (both heirs to the Mario Cuomo Demo Dynasty), managed to dispense with the Declaration of Independence and its 239 year enshrinement of American Liberty – in a mere 10 seconds.

 

In Cuomo’s interview with a real Patriot, Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore, on a Tenth Amendment (States’ Rights) issue, Judge Moore stated that the “Rights contained in the Bill of Rights do not come from the Constitution, they come from God.”

 

Cuomo, endeavoring to redefine the origin of Rights, rebutted, “Our rights do not come from God, your honor, and you know that. They come from man. … That’s your faith, that’s my faith, but that’s not our country. Our laws come from collective agreement and compromise.”

 

I am quite sure that Judge Moore, a West Point graduate, Army captain and Vietnam veteran who later earned his JD and embarked on a law career, wanted to grab Cuomo, who has spent his entire adult life as a media talkinghead, and slap some sense into him.

 

Instead, Judge Moore responded thoughtfully and respectfully, paraphrasing our Declaration’s foundational assertion, which reads, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator [not man] with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among [not over] Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed [not the government].”

 

Given that Cuomo’s knowledge of history and law is unduly limited by his Ivy League education, and unduly revisionist by his Democratic Party indoctrination, allow me to provide an elementary civics lesson in regard to the words “endowed by their Creator.”

 

First, Cuomo argues, “Our rights do not come from God. … That’s your faith, that’s my faith…”

 

Wrong, wrong and wrong.

 

The first paragraph of our Declaration references “the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them,” which informs the words “endowed by their Creator” in the second paragraph.

 

To better understand what is meant by “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God,” recall that our Declaration’s signers were not of one mind on matters of theology and doctrine. They were Christians, Deists and Agnostics, but they did, however, uniformly declare that the Rights of all people were, are and forever will be innate and unalienable, as established by “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God.”

 

This is not an article of “faith” as Cuomo assumes. It is the assertion that the right to “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness,” while enshrined in our Declaration, is inherent and applicable to all humans of every nation, religion, race and ethnicity, for all time.

 

It makes no difference what your concept of “Nature’s God” or our “Creator” is, or whether you even subscribe to any such conceptualization. You, and all people, are entitled to Liberty and all the rights it embodies.

 

As Founder Alexander Hamilton wrote, “The sacred Rights of mankind are not to be rummaged for among parchments and musty records. They are written, as with a sunbeam, in the whole volume of human nature, by the Hand of Divinity itself, and can never be erased or obscured by mortal power.”

 

Next, Cuomo insisted, “That’s not our country. Our laws come from collective agreement and compromise.”

 

Now that is an absurdly malleable heap of horse pucky. Cuomo has discounted the universal guidance of the Declaration, as if our Founders intended the Constitution as a substitute for it. Of course, it did no such thing, nor was that the intent of our Constitution’s delegation or ratification.

 

In that regard, I note that on the occasion of the Declaration’s 50th anniversary, James Madison (our Constitution’s principle author) wrote to Thomas Jefferson (our Declaration’s principle author), that the Constitution was subordinate to the Rights enshrined in our Declaration. Madison noted, “On the distinctive principles of the Government … of the U. States, the best guides are to be found in … The Declaration of Independence, as the fundamental Act of Union of these States.”

 

In other words, although the Articles of Confederation and its successor, the U.S. Constitution, were the contractual agreements binding the several states into one union – E Pluribus Unum – the innate Rights of Man identified in the Declaration are the overarching act of that union, and would never be negotiable by way of “collective agreement and compromise.”

 

Nor are those Rights negotiable today or tomorrow.

 

However, Cuomo’s conflation of Rights and laws asserts that the Rights of Man are, at any time, subject to the whims of agreement and compromise. Again, one wonders what part of “they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights” Cuomo doesn’t understand. Perhaps it’s the “unalienable” part, which means “unable to be taken away or transferred.”

 

Not only do Cuomo and his leftist ilk refuse to acknowledge that the Rights of Man are non-negotiable, but they subscribe to the errant notion of a “living constitution” – one which is subject to executive and legislative encroachment, and particularly judicial amendment by diktat, instead of its prescribed method of amendment in Article V.

 

Though they take solemn oaths to “to Support and Defend” our Constitution, most politicians on the Left and too many on the Right ignore that obligation, and have trampled Constitutional Rule of Law with reckless abandon. The implications for Liberty are dire.

 

The debate between Judge Moore and Cuomo is the foundational basis of all historical debate regarding Liberty and tyranny, or in contemporary political parlance, between Right and Left – between conservatives and liberals. The core question being debated: Who endows the Rights of Man, God (as ordained in natural law) or government (ordained by man)?

 

The Left’s position has been made plainly evident by Barack Hussein Obama, who has a history of deliberately and repeatedly omitting the words “endowed by their Creator” when citing in open constituent forums the Declaration’s reference to “Rights.”

 

Obama and other contemporary leftist protagonists seek to substitute Liberty as ensured under Rule of Law with the rule of men. They do so because the former is predicated on the principle that Liberty is innately “endowed by our Creator,” while the latter asserts that government is the sole arbiter and grantor of Liberty.

 

Ignorance of the true and eternal source of the Rights of Man is fertile ground for the Left’s assertion that government endows such Rights. It is also perilous ground, soaked with the blood of generations of American Patriots defending Liberty at home and around the world. Indeed, as Jefferson wrote, “The tree of Liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.”

 

Our Founders concluded our Declaration with this pledge to each other, and all who would follow: “With a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.”

 

Millions of fellow Patriots honor that pledge today, and stand ready to extend Liberty to the next generation.

A Poetic Prayer – America the Beautiful

Judge Roy Moore is the President of the Foundation for Moral Law. The evil ACLU was instrumental in having Judge Moore removed from his judgeship in Alabama. The reason that got the ACLU all upset about is that Judge Moore refused to remove the 10 Commandments from a position of dignity at the Court House he presided.

Now that you have a little background on Judge Roy Moore, I received a chain email that is attributed to the Judge. The chain email is a poem about America’s moral decline. Usually chain email is at best a distortion of something that has started out as authentic and then warped by time or is a total scam with such notorious goals of collecting email addresses or worse infect our computers with some kind of virus or Trojan.

The chain email is a poem entitled, “America the Beautiful.” According to Urban Legends at About.com the poem has circulated since 1997 before Judge Moore’s fame emerged over his 10 Commandments defense. Evidently the poem was accredited to “Anonymous” way back in 1997. Urban Legends does affirm the poem is by Judge Roy Moore; however as usual time may have enhanced the wording a bit.

The following is a poem written by Judge Roy Moore from Alabama … Judge Moore was sued by the ACLU for displaying the Ten Commandments in his courtroom foyer. He has been stripped of his judgeship and now they are trying to strip his right to practice law in Alabama! The judge’s poem sums it up quite well.

America the beautiful,
or so you used to be.
Land of the Pilgrims’ pride;
I’m glad they’ll never see.

Babies piled in dumpsters,
Abortion on demand,
Oh, sweet land of liberty;
your house is on the sand.

Our children wander aimlessly
