Give Women the Right to Defend Themselves

UPDATE 1/15/16: Between the time I posted this video and today, Youtube removed it. I am uncertain for the reason since there are no explicit images of any rapes. Questionable content was blurred by the original poster. It’s too bad since you would have gotten an excellent picture of what Islamic gang rape looks like when hundreds of Muslim men – as an Islamic cultural game – encircle victim or victims for sexual assault even on Muslim women who are out and about in Muslim nations.

Here is a short article translated from Dutch to English by Geert Wilders and Machiel de Graaf about the Muslim “Rapefugee” problem hitting Europe which is a common phenomenon in Islamic dominated nations. The practice even has a cultural name in Arabic – Taharrush.

It looks to me that President Barack Hussein Obama is bringing Taharrush to America by making Americans feel some undeserved guilt about those poor Muslims from war torn Islamic nations. What’s up with that?

Give Women the Right to Defend Themselves

Translation of the original text: Geef vrouwen het recht zich te verdedigen

Gatestone Institute

“Cultural enrichment” has brought us a new word: Taharrush. Remember it well, because we are going to have to deal with it a lot. Taharrush is the Arabic word for the phenomenon whereby women are encircled by groups of men and sexually harassed, assaulted, groped, raped. After the Cologne taharrush on New Year’s Eve, many German women bought pepper spray. Who can blame them?

A culture that has a specific word for sexual assaults of women by groups of men is a danger to all women. The existence of the word indicates that the phenomenon is widespread. Frau Merkel, Prime Minister Rutte and all the other open-door politicians could and should have known this.

The Islamic world is steeped in misogyny. The Koran explicitly states that a woman is worth only half a man (Suras 2: 228, 2: 282, 4:11), that women are unclean (5:6), and that a man can have sex with his wife whenever he wants (24:31). The Koran even says that men are allowed to have sex slaves (4:24), and that they have the right to rape women whom they have captured (24:31).

The hadiths, the descriptions of the life of Muhammad, the ideal human being whose example all the Islamic faithful must follow, confirm that women are sex objects, that they are inferior beings like dogs and donkeys, and that there is nothing wrong with sexual slavery and raping female prisoners.

Taharrush is quite common in Islamic countries. Women are frequently surrounded by men and subsequently abused. The Egyptian website Jadaliyya points out that it also happens to veiled women. Women are victims simply because they are women and not because they have provoked the men by their conduct or “provocative” clothing. It can happen in the streets, public transport, supermarkets, or during protest demonstrations.

In 2011, the American television journalist Lara Logan had her clothes ripped off and “was raped with the hands” by a group of 200 men on Tahrir Square in Cairo. Two years later, a young Dutch woman became a taharrush victim at the same square. Now, along with the flow of migrants from the Islamic world, the phenomenon also reached Europe. The elite tried to keep it hidden from the people, but they cannot do so anymore.

Geert Wilders: “Taharrush is the Arabic word for the phenomenon whereby women are encircled by groups of men and sexually harassed, assaulted, groped, raped. A culture that has a specific word for sexual assaults of women by groups of men is a danger to all women.” Pictured at right: This month has seen public protests in Germany, in response to mass sexual assaults on New Year’s Eve in Cologne and other cities.

Cartoonists in the West already experienced Islamic killers coming to their front door if they dare to draw Muhammad. Now, thousands of women in Cologne and dozens of cities in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, such as Zurich, Stockholm, Malmo and Vienna, experienced rapists standing behind the door if they dare take to the streets.

Islam means submission. And there is a good reason for it. The arrival of Islam has led to the curtailment of Western freedoms under the threat of violence. And this threat will only increase. It is an insidious process until the whole West submits to Islam.

Last week, the Mayor of Cologne advised her female citizens to keep strange men at an arm’s length. In Vienna, the head of the police said that in future women better not walk the streets alone. It seems that Austria will soon resemble Saudi Arabia, where women are not allowed alone in the streets. Earlier, in the Netherlands, women from families hosting asylum seekers had already been advised to wear “appropriate” clothes (even indoors), “so no prom dress or bare shoulders,” and to ensure that they are never alone in the room with male asylum seekers.

But the behavior of women has nothing to do with it. Moreover, it is a disgrace that our women are advised to modify their behavior because the government has invited thousands of dangerous men into our country. When one imports Islam in the Netherlands, one also imports the misogynistic culture of Cairo, Damascus, Riyadh into our cities. Next to headscarves, burkas, mosques, honor killings, and terrorism, we now have taharrush.

The solution is not that our women keep an arm’s length from the male barbarians, but that the government keeps these men thousands of kilometers away from us. Until that happens, other measures are needed. It is irresponsible to turn our country into a jungle and subsequently send women unarmed into the jungle. They must at least have the right to defend themselves. Contrary to countries such as Germany and France, in our country it is illegal to carry pepper spray. With the Netherlands now being overrun by men who see women as inferior sex tools, it is time to legalize pepper spray in the Netherlands as a weapon against taharrush.

Benghazigate More Difficult to Investigate

Way to Go 60 Minutes/Lara Logan

Lara Logan Interviewing Morgan Jones - Benghazi

By John R. Houk

© November 12, 2013

On October 26 I pushed an alert about Lara Logan interviewing an alleged eyewitness of the Islamic Terrorist attack that claimed the lives of Americans Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods. Logan reporting for CBS 60 Minutes even gave the whistleblowing eyewitness a pseudonym – Morgan Jones.

AND THEN I posted a Youtube version of the full Lara Logan interview with a guy calling himself Morgan Jones on November 6.

Both the posts had videos and both videos have been pulled from whence they were embedded. Why?

It turns out Morgan Jones is really Dylan Davies, a British “security contractor” who lied to Logan about being an eyewitness. He actually showed up to the battered Benghazi compound the next day after the Islamic Terrorist attack. Logan has since appeared and apologized twice for being a part of the lie as if it was truth.

Thanks to CBS now the Obama Leftists have ammunition to continue another lie; i.e. that Benghazigate is a bogus scandal. Real whistleblowers who fear for their jobs or even their lives are now going to be extremely reticent to go public with information that will make the White House and the once Hillary led State Department exposed to the truth. Leftist spin doctors will call any Congressional subpoenas as a Logan-Davies fabricated witch-hunt.

Once again impeachable offenses will be covered up. I applaud CBS for risking their Left Wing bona fides for trying to report truth on Obama, but their lack of fact checking and vetting the source harms the whole reporting media system.

CBS News and reporter Lara Logan face brutal criticism on flawed Benghazi report (page 2)

By Paul Farhi

November 11, 2013

Washington Post

Questions about her Benghazi report began to swirl days after her “60 Minutes” story aired, when a Washington Post story revealed that her primary source, British security contractor Dylan Davies, had contradicted his account to Logan in an “incident report” to his employer. Logan had reported that Davies had raced to the compound amid the attack, scaled a wall and fought off terrorists who killed four Americans, including the U.S. ambassador to Libya, J. Christopher Stevens.

Logan originally defended her reporting, but apologized to viewers Friday on “CBS This Morning,” saying the source had “misled” her. The drumbeat of criticism against Logan began almost immediately.

At the end of Sunday’s “60 Minutes,” Logan gave a second, on-air apology for the story. “The most important thing to every person at ‘60 Minutes’ is the truth, and the truth is, we made a mistake,” she said.

It may have only made things worse, for her and CBS.

Numerous critics and commentators have called Logan’s apologies inadequate. Some point out an obvious irony: that a program that has prided itself on getting to the bottom of controversial subjects has offered no details about how its own controversy came about.

“In this day and age, ‘60 Minutes’ needs to be transparent about this,” said Steven Reiner, a former “60 Minutes” producer who now directs the broadcast and digital journalism program at Stony Brook University in New York. “They should explain their verification process and how it broke down. . . . To simply say they were wrong and fooled is merely stating the obvious.”

Terence Smith, a former CBS and PBS correspondent, pointed to another troubling aspect of the story: Logan and CBS’ failure to disclose that Davies’ sensational account was timed with the publication of a book by Davies, “The Embassy House,” published by Simon & Schuster, a subsidiary of CBS. The publisher withdrew the book Friday.

CBS needs “to do a thorough reconstruction of their reporting . . . and assure us that this was not done to help sell books for Simon & Schuster,” said Smith.

Logan, Smith said, “has major egg on her face.”

CBS News said Monday that its news executives are no longer giving interviews on the subject. Logan also was not available.

High-ranking CBS News sources said last week that they did not expect anyone to be fired for the flawed Benghazi report.

“We’re here to kill Americans”: Witness on Benghazi attack

By Tammy Bruce

October 24, 2013

Tammy Bruce – Live Wire

Lara Logan of “60 Minutes” has a segment on Sunday’s program featuring a security officer who witnessed the attack on Benghazi. I’m sure the Obama/Hillary gang are not happy about that. Here’s a preview. Very rarely will I suggest you watch or DVR “60 Minutes,” but this is one of those times.

VIDEO: Preview of Lara Logan Interview with Morgan James on 60 Minutes

We’re hearing for the first time from a security officer who witnessed the terrorist attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, Libya, last year.

U.S. Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans were killed in the attack on the mission and a nearby annex. In an interview for “60 Minutes,” correspondent Lara Logan spoke with a British citizen, who had been hired to train the Libyan guards at the U.S. mission. He calls himself Morgan Jones, a pseudonym to protect his safety.

Jones says he was annoyed that the State Department wouldn’t allow his guards to carry guns. As the attack began on Sept. 11, one of the guards called Jones, who was living nearby.

“I could hear gunshots, and I — and he said, ‘There’s — there’s men coming into the mission,’” Jones said. “His voice, he was — he was scared. You could tell he was really scared, and he was running. You could tell he was running.”

Reporter Lara Logan brings ominous news from Middle East

Lara Logan (Muslim sex-assault victim Egypt)

Lara Logan is a news correspondent for CBS News’ 60 Minutes. She was a keynote speaker at Chicago luncheon of big dogs in “government, politics, media, and the legal and corporate arenas.”

Her speech was a warning that Islamic Terrorism is on the rise rather than the wane as the Obama Administration would have us believe. The BHO propaganda of course is spewing because Obama wants to look like the guy that is ending a decade long war that has been fought in Afghanistan and Iraq began by Republican President George W. Bush because Islamic purists declared war on the USA by attacking the Twin Towers on American soil.

The article I am cross posting is a stark warning of America’s future. This future may hog tie America’s military to respond because BHO’s propaganda of a waning Islamic Terrorist threat has been an excuse to gut America’s military budget.

You should be curious why Logan – a correspondent from a rather Liberal news show – is warning that Islamic Terrorism is far from done and far from unable to strike out the USA. Logan’s politics may have changed on military policy because she was raped at Tahrir Square in Cairo, Egypt covering Hosni Mubarak being deposed by Islamist incitement of Egypt’s Muslim populace. Logan has a good reason to distrust the Muslim mind so check out her warning in Chicago.

Reporter Lara Logan brings ominous news from Middle East

October 7, 2012 4:04PM

Updated: October 9, 2012 8:02AM

Chicago Sun-Times

This was no ordinary rubber chicken affair. That was my reaction to the extraordinary keynoter at Tuesday’s Better Government Association annual luncheon.

Lara Logan, a correspondent for CBS’ “60 Minutes,” delivered a provocative speech to about 1,100 influentials from government, politics, media, and the legal and corporate arenas. Such downtown gatherings are a regular on Chicago’s networking circuit. (I am a member of the BGA’s Civic Leadership Committee, and the Chicago Sun-Times was a sponsor).

Her ominous and frightening message was gleaned from years of covering our wars in the Middle East. She arrived in Chicago on the heels of her Sept. 30 report, “The Longest War.” It examined the Afghanistan conflict and exposed the perils that still confront America, 11 years after 9/11.

Eleven years later, “they” still hate us, now more than ever, Logan told the crowd. The Taliban and al-Qaida have not been vanquished, she added. They’re coming back.

“I chose this subject because, one, I can’t stand, that there is a major lie being propagated . . .” Logan declared in her native South African accent.

The lie is that America’s military might has tamed the Taliban.

“There is this narrative coming out of Washington for the last two years,” Logan said. It is driven in part by “Taliban apologists,” who claim “they are just the poor moderate, gentler, kinder Taliban,” she added sarcastically. “It’s such nonsense!”

Logan stepped way out of the “objective,” journalistic role. The audience was riveted as she told of plowing through reams of documents, and interviewing John Allen, the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan; Afghan President Hamid Karzai, and a Taliban commander trained by al-Qaida. The Taliban and al-Qaida are teaming up and recruiting new terrorists to do us deadly harm, she reports.

She made a passionate case that our government is downplaying the strength of our enemies in Afghanistan and Pakistan, as a rationale of getting us out of the longest war. We have been lulled into believing that the perils are in the past: “You’re not listening to what the people who are fighting you say about this fight. In your arrogance, you think you write the script.”

Our enemies are writing the story, she suggests, and there’s no happy ending for us.

As a journalist, I was queasy. Reporters should tell the story, not be the story. As an American, I was frightened.

Logan even called for retribution for the recent terrorist killings of Christopher Stevens, the U.S. ambassador to Libya, and three other officials. The event is a harbinger of our vulnerability, she said. Logan hopes that America will “exact revenge and let the world know that the United States will not be attacked on its own soil. That its ambassadors will not be murdered, and that the United States will not stand by and do nothing about it.”

In the “good old days,” reporters did not advocate, crusade or call for revenge.

In these “new” days in a post-9/11 world, perhaps we need more reporters who are willing to break the rules.

AGAIN! Religion of Peace, Not so Peaceful

Lara Logan (Muslim sex-assault victim Egypt)

John R. Houk

© February 22, 2011

Lara Logan is a Correspondent for CBS News. She is a face of the Left Wing media which CBS inherently inhabits. Left Wing means an emphasis on multiculturalism and political correctness. If you have read this far you might be thinking “So what? Is this supposed to be news that Lara Logan and CBS have an affinity for a Leftist slant on the news? Well allow me to add a bit more.

Every time I am about to allow myself to form an opinion that a majority of Muslims are moderate in nature and focusing on the benefits of being in holy submission to the Islamic Allah (I mean it was rough to use the word “holy”), I come across an incident in which a large crowd of Muslims is supposed to be representative of the moderate nature of Islam. What is that incident and what does that incident have to do with Leftist journalism? Lara Logan was surrounded by a large group of Muslim men that separated her from her security. These Muslim men proceeded to chant “Jew, Jew!” and “American bitch!” THEN the Muslim men began ripping her clothes off and brutally and forcefully raped Lara Logan.

Typically Left Wing CBS made an effort not to blame the people of the so-called moderate Muslim doctors, lawyers and intelligentsia expressing their peaceful protest to rid their nation of the despotic dictator Hosni Mubarak. CBS even attempted to utilize disinformation to say that Lara Logan was unjustly arrested by Egyptian soldiers who roughly interrogated her for being an Israeli spy.

The reality was there were so many people surrounding the victim Logan; it was probably difficult to tell who the assaulters were and who the innumerable watchers who did not intervene were. Indeed, it is reported that after an ample amount of time passed for the Muslim men to pleasure themselves brutally and mercilessly a group of Muslim women and Egyptian soldiers put an end to the rape transporting Logan to a hospital.

Andrew McCarthy in a National Review article enumerates the Quranic suras that allow Muslim men to rape kafir (non-Muslim) women even when married. To read the grisly details that CBS refused to admit happened go to Radio Patriot which has a reprint of a Wizbang article.

Something to consider about Islam in the 21st century is that the heart of theological-academic learning of the Muslim religion is in Cairo, Egypt at Al-Azhar University. The Muslim world reads what these Muslim intellectuals write to their kind on how a Muslim should treat a kafir or how to live in a kafir land (dar al-harb) and for that matter on how to treat kafir in Muslim lands (dar al-Islam). Al-Azhar is supposed to represent Sunni Islam which is 90% of Islam. AND these Sunnis are supposed to be the scholars that Muslim apologists point to when a person as me shows that the Religion of Peace is anything but peaceful. Islam is inherently adversarial and violent.

Here is a YouTube video of David Pakman reporting on what really happened to Logan near Tahrir Square.

God Almighty I ask you to strengthen Lara Logan to overcome the violation that NO woman should experience whether they are Secularists, Christians, Jews or Muslims.
