Jade Helm 15 and the Conspiracy Theories

Mark Alexander spanks Alex Jones over Jade Helm 15 Conspiracy Theories then Alexander goes on to show there are more patriots in the U.S. Military than any Leftist revolutionaries that an Obama might drum up for martial law or suspending the Constitution. The icing on the cake is Alexander’s brief explanation for the reason the Founding Fathers made a Second Amendment is to give the American people the opportunity to rise up against a rogue despotic government.

Jade Helm 15 and the Conspiracy Theories

A Reality Check on Military Exercises

ByMark Alexander

July 15, 2015

The Patriot Post

“Nothing is so contagious as opinion, especially on questions which … beget in the mind a distrust of itself.” —James Madison (1790)

Have you heard about Jade Helm 15? If the answer is “no,” then you don’t get your “news” from the paranoid purveyors of conspiracy theories at websites such as Infowars and World Net Daily. They gin up concern about non-issues in order to drive traffic to their websites — and to thereby sell advertising, products and services.

Jade Helm 15 is the name of a major military exercise scheduled to run between 15 July and 15 September. The exercise is coordinated by the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and involves special forces units of the Army and other service branches.

According to the Army SpecOps Command: “While multi-state training exercises such as these are not unique to the military, the size and scope of Jade Helm sets this one apart. To stay ahead of the environmental challenges faced overseas, Jade Helm will take place across seven states. However, Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) will only train in five states: Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah and Colorado. The diverse terrain in these states replicates areas Special Operations Soldiers regularly find themselves operating in overseas. The training exercise will be conducted on private and public land with the permission of the private landowners, and from state and local authorities.”

An unclassified power point lays out the exercise in some detail. It involves about 1,200 military personnel, primarily Army Green Berets and infantry, but also some Navy SEALS and Air Force special operators.

Compared to other recent domestic military exercises, Jade Helm is large for peacetime practice (if you consider these to be “peacetimes”) and it’s the “the size and scope” that has all the conspiracy conscripts concerned that its real purpose is to prepare for an imminent declaration of martial law.

In Texas, home to almost two million active duty military personnel and veterans, the king of charismatic conspiracy kooks, Alex Jones, has generated a lot of heartburn among his unwitting lemmings.

Jones says he stopped using marijuana because “it made me paranoid,” then dropped out of Austin Community College before launching his Austin-based conspiracy enterprises, Infowars and his populist radio programs. Over the last few months, he has alerted his two million listeners that Jade Helm is “way worse than you realize,” claiming it was really about “military, police working together toward population control,” and “the U.S. Army’s plan to wage war on the American people.” According to Jones, “They’re going to practice breaking into things and stuff. This is going to be hellish. Now this is just a cover for deploying the military on the streets… This is an invasion … in preparation for the financial collapse and maybe even Obama not leaving office.”

Jones has ginned up concern with headlines like “Beyond Denial: Preparations for Martial Law in America,” warning that the “U.S. military is positioning itself to take over the states and declare martial law.”

This is the same Alex Jones who insists the federal government staged the Oklahoma City bombing and that George Bush organized the 9/11 attack.

He has stirred up so many Lone Star folks that Gov. Greg Abbott is having the State Guard monitor Jade Helm in an effort to quell the discontent. According to Abbott, “It is important that Texans know their safety, constitutional rights, private property rights and civil liberties will not be infringed.”

Texas Rep. Louie Gohmert says his office “has been inundated with calls,” and adds, “Certainly, I can understand these concerns. When leaders within the current administration believe that major threats to the country include those who support the Constitution, are military veterans, or even ‘cling to guns or religion,’ patriotic Americans have reason to be concerned.”

House Armed Services Committee Chairman Mack Thornberry (R-TX) says that the idea of our military acting as Obama’s “private army” was “just silly.” And of course it is.

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) said he had “no reason to doubt” the nature and purpose of this exercise, and offered a rational explanation for the Jade Helm concerns: “I think part of the reason is we have seen, for six years, a federal government disrespecting the liberty of the citizens. And that produces fear. When you see a federal government that is attacking our free speech rights, or religious liberty rights, [and] our Second Amendment rights, that produces distrust as to government.”

Defense Secretary Ashton Carter assured those concerned that the DoD has been “very open and upfront about our training activities” and “very responsive” to citizen inquiries — and they have.

Unfortunately, otherwise rational grassroots folks get swept up by conspiracy charismatics.

So, reality check — should folks be concerned about “the size and scope” of the Jade Helm exercise?

The short answer is “no,” but I admit that my perspective on such exercises is somewhat biased.

Having held for almost 25 years an executive-level appointment in a reserve national security capacity (one of those so-called “shadow government” folks assigned to FEMA/DHS), I have been involved in more than a few training exercises for senior military personnel.

Thus, I can assure you that the number of conservative Patriots in uniform is much higher than in any other profession. May I remind you that, according to reputable annual surveys conducted by The Military Times, Barack Obama’s approval rating among military personnel has fallen from a paltry 35% in 2009 to just 15% now, while his disapproval ratings have increased to 55%.

Obama loathes our military Patriots, as most of them do him. Frankly, he has far more concern about military loyalties than the good people of Texas need have. The notion that somehow our military Patriots will follow a pathological narcissist like Obama down a path to tyranny is patently absurd.

This is not to say that Americans should not be vigilant against the mischief that can infiltrate standing armies when a Socialist Democrat occupies the Executive Branch.

In 2010, we were alerted by some of our readers within the military that the designer of an Army security exercise listed the grassroots Tea Party among the terrorist groups that might assault Ft. Knox — “in order to make it more realistic.” We exposed this exercise in a column titled “Army Preps for Tea Party ‘Terrorists’,” and within hours of publication we heard from the commanding officer at Ft. Knox that the exercise was scrapped and the individual who drafted that scenario was being disciplined.

But there is a wide gulf between rational vigilance and the conspiracy hysterics currently associated with Jade Helm.

Rational vigilance has its origins with our Founders.

In 1783, George Washington wrote, “A large standing Army in time of Peace hath ever been considered dangerous to the liberties of a Country, yet a few Troops, under certain circumstances, are not only safe, but indispensably necessary.”

In 1787, in a speech before the Constitutional Convention, James Madison argued, “A standing military force, with an overgrown Executive will not long be safe companions to liberty. The means of defense against foreign danger, have been always the instruments of tyranny at home.”

Consequently, Article I, Section 8, Clause 12 of our Constitution reads, “The Congress shall have Power To … raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years…”

In other words, our Founders understood that the size of our military should comport with the exigencies of the time. Unfortunately, the current CINC does not understand those exigencies.

Our Founders also understood that American security against a standing army whose leaders disregarded their solemn oaths to defend our Constitution was contained in the plain language of that venerable document’s Second Amendment as the first assurance of the unalienable Rights of Man.

In 1787 Noah Webster observed, “Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretence, raised in the United States.”

Madison, who was the principal author of our Constitution, noted, “The ultimate authority … resides in the people alone. … [T]he advantage of being armed, which the Americans possess over the people of almost every other nation … forms a barrier against the enterprises of ambition.”

Our Founders uniformly understood that the individual right to self-defense constituted the best defense of Liberty for the whole people. Madison’s Supreme Court appointee, Justice Joseph Story, best summed up the Second Amendment: “The right of the citizens to keep and bear arms has justly been considered as the palladium of the liberties of a republic; since it offers a strong moral check against the usurpation and arbitrary power of rulers; and will generally, even if these are successful in the first instance, enable the people to resist and triumph over them.”

A century after the American Revolution, Congress enacted a specific prohibition, the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, greatly limiting the use of military forces by federal authorities in a domestic law enforcement capacity. The primary exception is the use of National Guard and state defense forces under the authority of the governor of a state.

So what to do with the conspiracy propagandists on the Left and Right?

First, it’s worth understanding the nature of such theories and those who buy into these deceptions.

Every conspiracy theory is a combination of a foundational fact plus a lot of fiction heaped upon it — and each depends on a basic maxim, “You can’t prove a negative.” Pop conspiracy theories are all constructed on this predictable formula: 10% substance and 90% fragrance.

Most of these conspiracies assert the existence of a global political or economic “star chamber,” often puppet masters who are members of the Bilderberg Group or the Council on Foreign Relations.

Most disciples of such nonsense are not inherently ignorant or bad, but they harbor basic insecurities that compel them to grasp “straw man” explanations when their insecurities are triggered. The sense of order out of chaos derived from a conspiracy theory tends to satiate their insecurity. Notably, they are often most vulnerable to Internet conspiracy gurus, who decode events with greatly simplified theories. The most ardent adherents within these cults — the 9/11 “Truthers,” for example — have surrendered their willingness to discern fact from fiction in order to sustain their sense of security.

Beyond understanding the psychology behind this phenomenon, conspiracy theorists should be boldly called out for the pathetic frauds they are, and we should encourage anyone who subscribes to their folly to stop drinking their toxic Kool-Aid.

Jones, et al., are doing an enormous disservice to the conservative movement in Texas, dragging a lot of otherwise rational folks down a rat hole and creating unwarranted tension between civilian and military Patriots. Jones has never taken an oath “to Support and Defend” our Constitution, nor has he served a day in uniform. He has no understanding of the sense of duty, honor and sacrifice that forms the foundational drive among our military personnel.

He is promoting division between uniformed and non-uniformed Patriots at a time when military morale is very low.

Former Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, a Republican who served under Rick Perry, published a Dallas Morning News op-ed calling out the travesty of the Jade Helm conspiracy clowns. Dewhurst wrote, “Unfortunately, some Texans have projected their legitimate concerns about the competence and trustworthiness of President Barack Obama onto these noble warriors. This must stop.”

Indeed it must.

Debunking the Jade Helm 15 Conspiracy Theory

Uh Oh Warning Sign

As of this posting Justin Smith has written four comments pertaining to the post “The Jade Helm 15 Drill is a Martial Law, Civil War and “Red List” Extraction Drill”. In full disclosure I am a huge fan of Justin Smith’s writings and he is a frequent contributor to one of my blogs SlantRight 2.0. In saying that Justin’s comments signify that he finds the Conspiracy Theory about Jade Helm 15 being a practice exercise for a future interagency/U.S. Military instituting martial law on American soil to be a bunch of baloney.

Justin is so passionate about his belief that Jade Helm 15 is baloney that he uses profanity (which I have edited) to demonstrate his displeasure. If you have Justin’s submissions here you are fully aware that he is one NOT prone to profanity. Hence as a respecter of his opinion I trust his thoughts.

In his comments below I am going to add some context links to some info that Justin uses to debunk the Jade Helm 15 Conspiracy Theory. The title used is by me the Editor to aggregate Justin’s comments produced here in four separate segments.

Feel free to chime in with comments with whether or not you believe Justin Smith. I hope there is a enough of a sane discussion that future posts are derived.

This is pure unadulterated BULLS**T! I just went through debunking this with a FB “friend” [I wonder this is the guy] who deleted my comments after asking to have it “debunked”. Some people are only interested in sounding or looking more intelligent than they really are and they care not one whit about the Truth!
David Hodges is one such FOOL
, who writes for DC Clothesline, which is a miserable rag that places just enough truth within its stories to make them plausible to those low-informed readers, who are willing to accept anything without properly researching it for themselves.

I have caught Hodges in so many factual errors, that now when I see his name attached to anything, I automatically discard it. Hodges is a buffoon and a base liar as far as I’m concerned.

Anyone subscribing to this conspiracy simply doesn’t understand the mechanisms and methods at play here. There are many concerns with the NDAA certainly. And despite its illegal and unConstitutional nature, the military leaders will abide by Posse Comitatus as a matter of honor, unless they can be politicized by future Progressive Administrations.

If people want to be concerned, they should look toward the use of the Homeland Security/TSAA [Editor: Going out on limb to guess Justin means TSA], the intelligence groups [See Also USNewsAndWorldReport], progressive groups such as ACORN/MoveOn.org as the other army that Obama spoke of growing and the possible use of military contractors such as Blackwater in conjunction with REX 84.

But even this could not and will not succeed as long as Americans are armed and still have the 2nd Amendment. Plus, no self-respecting U.S. soldier would or will go along with the idea being put forth in this piece of s**t article. Special Forces have long been engaging in these sort of exercises on expansive military lands and throughout federal land areas; this is nothing new.

Army Lt. Col. Mark Lastoria, a USASOC [See Also HERE] spokesman, confirmed that there is an upcoming exercise called Jade Helm 15 which is scheduled to take place this summer at locations in Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Colorado, California and Nevada. But he denied the event is preparation for some sort of military takeover.

“That notion was proposed by a few individuals who are unfamiliar with how and why USASOC conducts training exercises,” he said in an email. “This exercise is routine training to maintain a high level of readiness for Army Special Operations Forces because they must be ready to support potential missions anywhere in the world on a moment’s notice.”

This is a fact and represents an interesting and potential danger for all America. Rex 84 was started under Reagan in 1984 and it is directed towards any potential natural catastrophe scenario or nuclear war or any other situation that might have devastating effects on the country and cause a societal upheaval.

Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was a classified “scenario and drill” developed by the United States federal government to suspend the United States Constitution, declare martial law, place military commanders in charge of state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens .

In May 2007, Bush signed executive new orders NSDP51 and HSDP20 to replace REX84. The older order REX84 was an older directive to establish martial law in the event of a national emergency. Everything done in government is done for a reason, and these two new orders are no exception. These new directives surprised and alarmed many real conservatives and true patriots at the time.

These two orders established that the White House Administration would take over all local governments under a national state of emergency, instead of Homeland Security. In May 2007, The Washington Post apparently saw nothing wrong with it and placed the story back on page 13 (a fitting unlucky number for it), according to a CSPAN television interview with well-known author and writer Jerome Corsi [See Also HERE]:

The Jade Helm 15 Drill is a Martial Law, Civil War and “Red List” Extraction Drill

Intro to Jade Helm 15
Edited by John R. Houk

Okay, it’s Conspiracy Theory time. I love a good occasional Conspiracy Theory. I am cross posting this one simply because it’s the first time I have come upon it. Chances are though this Conspiracy has been around for those who follow such things. The believability scale is what attracts me to Conspiracy Theories. There are fairly idiotic Conspiracies out there. I’m not going to mention the ones I consider idiotic because I am sure to step on someone’s toes and have to spend way too much time defending why I think a Conspiracy Theory may be idiotic.

So have you heard of Jade Helm 15? Honestly I never had. I discovered it because I am a member of the social group America Conservative 2 Conservative (AC2C). As an AC2C member I receive email updates. Laura J. Alcorn cross posted this title: “The Jade Helm 15 Drill is a Martial Law, Civial War and “Red List” Extraction Drill”. My first thought was, “Who the heck is Jade Helm?” And, “What in the world is someone named Jade at age 15 have to do with martial law and civil war?” Even as I am typing this I don’t have a clue what a Red List extraction drill is.

After a quick perusal of the article I realized Jade Helm 15 is about military maneuvers in the southwestern USA. The Conspiracy is in the perceived purpose of military maneuvers.

After doing some Google checking this same report cross posted Laura Alcorn can be found over all the Internet. So you may have seen this and may have some insights that I haven’t ran into or discovered as yet.

One place that is a little different than the others is a Scribd.com post that is comparatively is a short summary. The Scribd.com document bills itself as “UNCLASSIFIED/FOUO”. Here’s the title: “Request to Conduct Realistic Military Training (RMT) JADE Helm 15”.

The locations pertaining to Jade Helm 15 appear to me to be copies of the same Dave Hodges authored report cross posted on AC2C. I’m going to cross post the one at D.C. Clothesline because I simply like the way it’s formatted.

The Jade Helm 15 Drill is a Martial Law, Civil War and “Red List” Extraction Drill
Jade Helm 15 Master Human Domain

March 19, 2015

From July 15th to September 15th, 2015, the U.S. Army Special Operations Command is conducting a massive military drill in an area covering the entire American   Southwest. At first glance, I thought this drill was a response to the massive military drills being conducted by Russia. I wrongly assumed that Jade Helm 15 was a drill designed toprotect the Southwest from an invasion by Russian-backed Latin American military forces (i.e. Red Dawn). However, after reading the operational plan of Jade Helm, it is clear that this drill is about the brutal martial law subjugation of the people of Texas, Utah and Southern California who have risen up against some unspecified tyranny. Further, this drill is also about martial law being used as a preventative measure in states which “might” lean towards civil war against the United States government (i.e. California, Nevada, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico).

The operational elements and impact of Jade Helm 15 cannot be considered in isolation. A careful analysis reveals how this drill is connected to Army policies associated with the confinement of detainees in what is commonly called FEMA camps! This drill is undoubtedly the most frightening thing to occur on American soil since the Civil War.

Red Dawn or Martial Law Preparations?
Jade Helm’s Purpose Defined

“Jade Helm is a challenging eight-week joint military and Interagency (IA) Unconventional Warfare (UW) exercise conducted throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado.”

The term, “unconventional warfare (UW)” makes it clear that this exercise is not dealing with a Russian-backed “Red Dawn” invasion of the Southwestern United States by Russian backed Latin American partners. UW speaks to the guerrilla warfare (asymmetrical) nature of the anticipated and rehearsed conflict. Subsequently, it can be conclusively stated that Jade Helm is not preparing for a Red Dawn invasion, rather, they are preparing for a Red, White and Blue invasion. This is a massive rehearsal for martial law implementation as well as implementing the proverbial and much rumored Red and Blue List and the “snatch and grab” extractions of key resistance figures from the Independent Media as well as uncooperative political figures. The various provisions of Jade Helm make it clear just how dangerous this drill truly is.

Composition of Jade Helm Forces Reveals the True Purpose of the Drills

Thomas Mead, the operations planner for the U.S. Army’s Jade Helm realistic military training has publicly stated that “We have Army Green Berets, Navy Seals, Marine Special Operations Command, the 82nd Airborne Division and we also have some of our interagency partners such as the DEA, FBI and the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) that will be working with us.”

The use of Green Berets, Navy Seals and Special Operations Command forces speaks to the unconventional composition of the overall makeup of this group. Among the many duties for these three Special Operations groups include infrastructure raids, assassination of key enemy personnel, reconnaissance, and extraction of key enemy personnel for detention and/or intelligence gathering. It is the latter duty that has me concerned as there has been much discussion over the execution of a “Red List” in which key resistance figures would be kidnapped and “dealt with” in advance of the implementation of martial law. A detailed analysis of the language of Jade Helm has convinced me that we are looking at the implementation of the “snatch and grab” of key resistance figures to the coming marital law. My sources have told me that in past drills of this nature, Red List extraction troops are helicoptered in the early morning hours (e.g. 3AM) land, offload personnel and extract the intended targets, SWAT team style.

In the Jade Helm section entitled “What to Expect“, operation planners state that the public should anticipate “Increased aircraft in the area at night“, and “May receive noise complaints“. What aircraft would be loud enough at night to guarantee noise complaints? My vote would be the helicopters. And who would be on these helicopters at night? What time are snatch and grab activities historically held? And who typically conducts snatch and grab arrests? The answer to these questions would be the special operation forces, which in martial law, would be the Gestapo version of the Green Berets, the Navy Seals and Marine Special Forces as they arrive at your home at 3AM.

Role players will be participating in Jade Helm. In fact, the same section goes on to state that “Some individuals (i.e. civilian insurgents) may conduct suspicious activities…..” What would constitute a “suspicious activity for the purpose of this drill? Would it consist of pretending to be dragged off to a FEMA camp? Would it be engaging in simulated insurgency activities associated with guerrilla war strategies? There are so many possibilities and they are all associated with civilian resistance against a tyrannical force.

Not only is the use of three special operations forces suspicious with regard to Jade Helm, but more notably is the announced use of JPRA, and this is a frightening event. The Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) maintains a series of training school sites whose subject matter includes:

“Prisoners of war; hostages and DETAINEES (emphasis added); evasion and escape; search and rescue; Prison survival techniques and experiences; geography and cartography, natural science, ethnology, and country studies; terrorism; military and Naval science; natural and emergency medicine.”

The majority of the above definition makes it clear that the intent of JPRA is to teach POW survival skills, at least until they use the word “detainee”. Please allow me to call your attention to the term “detainee”. In layman’s language, the term “detainee” simply means someone who is a prisoner of the military occupation force (U.S. government). To the average person, the use of the term detainee would not raise an eyebrow, but to someone who is tune with the connotations and denotations of military parlance, the term “detainee” holds specific meaning as evidenced by the following document which is considered by many to be a blueprint manual, created by the Army, for martial law and FEMA camp incarceration for political prisoners (e.g. dissenters).

Restricted U.S. Army Internment and Resettlement Operations Manual

FEMA leaked- Internment Camps for DissidentsFM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations

In section 1-10 of 3-39.40, “A Civilian detainee is a civilian who is interned during armed conflict, occupation, or other military operation for security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power.”

In section 3-56 of 3-39.40, the following draconian provisions are applied to “detainees“:

·         “Develops PSYOP products that are designed to pacify and acclimate detainees or DCs to accept U.S. I/R facility authority and regulations (Author’s note: “PSYOP Products” such as the use of torture such as water-boarding and sleep deprivation).

·         Gains the cooperation of detainees to reduce the number of guards needed.

·         Identifies malcontents, trained agitators, and political leaders within the facility who may try to organize resistance or create disturbances.

·         Develops and executes indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes (i.e. brainwashing of detainees).

·         Identifies political activists.

·         Plans and executes a PSYOP program that produces an understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.”

The use of the word “detainee” is conspicuous and as the reader can clearly see, it has specific meaning with regard to a Red List extraction action. In effect, this is the black site for political dissidents. Both Jade Helm 15 and the FM 3-39.40 are both Army manuals written exclusively on dealing with civilian personnel in martial law settings. Under the NDAA, designating select citizens as a detainee and holding them indefinitely is legal under this unconstitutional legislation.

States Participating in Jade Helm

Jade Helm is an eight-week joint military and interagency unconventional warfare exercise that will be conducted in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. A clearer copy of this map is available at this link.

 Jade Helm 15 Participants
This map contains the reason as to why we can be certain that this is not a “Red Dawn” invasion emanating from Latin America. The unconnected pockets of “hostile states” is how we know this a martial law/possible civil war map. The color codes of the states listed in the map presented above, can be deciphered as follows:

-The Red States of Utah and Texas are listed as hostile states as is part of Southern California. These states are not geographically contiguous. Subsequently, we are looking at Jade Helm 15 as being the suppression of civil resistance. TheJack Boots Preparing for Civil War use of the 82nd Airborne is also suggestive of the fact that the authorities anticipate that there could be civilian militias rising up, perhaps in combination with veterans groups and possibly military units loyal to the citizens of the United States.

The Brown State of New Mexico is listed as leaning towards being hostile.

-The Blue States of California, Nevada and Colorado are listed as being loyal, “permissive”, to military authority and martial law.

-The Light Blue State of Arizona is listed as “unknown”, but leaning toward being friendly.

This reads like a civil war scorecard, similar to the one that President Lincoln must have constructed in 1861 after the attack upon Ft. Sumter.

The Participation of Certain Interagency Partners Are Very Troubling

Repeated reference is made about the cooperation between the Department of Defense (DoD) and local law enforcement (LEA) in the Jade Helm document. After reading this document, Program 1033 started to make a lot of sense. Program 1033 is the militarization of local police with former military equipment (tanks, machine guns, etc.). It is interesting to note that it was the NDAA legislation that created Program 1033. Obviously, the purpose of this is to turn the local police into a martial law occupation force.

I am not surprised, but very concerned that DHS, listed as an interagency partner, is a part of this drill for the following reasons: IVoice of Russia Propagandists believe a significant number of American military will NOT fire upon American citizens. Subsequently, this is the reason for the Russian troop presence in our country and they will fulfill the role of a martial law occupation force. When I have previously mentioned this, the Russian media (e.g. Voice of Russia) has attacked me in the past as if they have something to hide and evidence of these attacks can be accessed here and here.

What seems logical and something that should frighten all Americans is to wonder if DHS and the Russian partners will be a part of Jade Helm 15? Again, I refer to the video production put together by Sherrie Wilcox in which Russian soldiers have been seen in Tennessee traveling in DHS vehicles as they entered into Western Kentucky. As this related to Jade Helm and martial law, this is ominous. Russian troops will fire upon American citizens. Russian troops will extract American citizens from their beds in the middle of the night. What do you want to bet that Russian troops will be included in Jade Helm 15? Russian troops were included in Grid EX II and the RIMPAC war games, so why not Jade Helm. Yes, I am talking about treason and it is coming from the top.

Pictures of DHS Armored Vehicle I took while in Kentucky as it passed me on the road. . The U.S. ordered 2700 of them for U.S. soil. Tennessee State Guard, has stopped the vehicles from coming into Tennessee from Kentucky. The shocking part is the troops that were with the vehicles were Eastern European/Russian with DHS uniforms on. There are reports of Russian DHS troops in the Smoky Mountain area that have stopped and questioned people. This information is from a high ranking Tennessee State Guard official through someone who is a part of the guard.

22 Governors of States formed their own State Guard/Militias that can never be Federalized and will always be State personnel. The Federal government can never get the equipment or the personnel as they are State Governor controlled.

** At one point in the Video when I am showing the map of the Kentucky Army area, I say this is “Tennessee. “That was a big mistake, I should have said “Kentucky.”

Also the sound did not come out correctly to the video, so please look pass that. I am sorry it is not correct.

Why would the Drug Enforcement Agency become involved in a martial law operation? This makes no sense unless you read the connection of the compromised DEA to various Central and South American factions (e.g. the possible 5th column presence of MS-13) that I revealed in July of 2014.

Conclusion

With regard to the thematic components to this article, there is no conclusion, this is only the beginning. It is quite clear that the Army fully believes, as do their superiors at the Pentagon and at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, that there is the belief that there is going to be something so catastrophic that an American Civil War II will ensue. The reasons behind this event(s) are not the focus of this article. However, I think it is a safe bet that it will have to do with the seizure of bank accounts and retirement accounts.  This is a topic that will be explored in a future article. Meanwhile, Americans in the Southwest need to be concerned that this drill does not go live like so many of these drills seem to in advance of a false flag drill. Every political activist, “uncooperative” politician and member of the Independent Media needs to be thinking about where they want to be from July 15 to September 15. It would be best to be where “they” ain’t!
