Examine whether Islam is antithetical to Human Rights

This is a petition placed on Change.org by a person who wisely only identifies them self as “Examine Islam”. It is wise because a religious Muslim will very upset with the design of this petition. The media has demonstrated that Muslims who might be identified as “Moderate” act as “Radical” when they feel their prophet or their so-called religion of Islam has been insulted. Westerners exercise their Free Speech rights to parody Mohammed and Muslims across the Islamic world and significant Muslim population centers in Europe riot in streets – in many cases violently.

This petition lays out the reasons that Islam is more an anti-Human Rights ideology than a religion and asks World Leaders – especially in the non-Muslim World – to rule Islam is an unacceptable ideology that violates Human Rights.

The reality of the matter is that these kinds of petitions rarely have any political effect. AND YET if such large number sign this petition that not even the Lame Stream Media cannot ignore population sentiment may be influenced to wake-up. That means the voice of the voters in the Free World would begin to make their voices heard at the polls.

This petition urges the leaders of the Western and non-Muslim World and the UN to examine whether Islam is in fact antithetical to Human Rights law, and incites violence towards non-Muslims and apostates, incites hatred and the rejection of Civil Law. We the undersigned urge our Political Leaders and the United Nations Human Rights Council to examine whether Islam is an ideology rather than a religion and as such should be banned as a belief system in the non-Muslim world.

The Strasbourg-based European Court of Human Rights ruled in February 2003 that Islamic Sharia law is “incompatible with the fundamental principles of democracy.” The court said that a legal system based on Sharia law “would diverge from the European Convention on Human Rights, particularly with regard to the rules on the status of women, and its intervention in all spheres of private and public life in accordance with religious precepts.”

Further, the European Court of Human Rights determined on July 31, 2001, that “the institution of Sharia law and a theocratic regime, were incompatible with the requirements of a democratic society.”

Sharia law is Islam. Islamic Theocratic regimes are founded upon Islam. In all its manifestations, whether in violent responses to ‘blasphemy’ such as the Charlie Hebdo attacks, or in forcing women to cover their faces, child marriage, beheadings or intolerance towards non-Muslims, Islam, Muslim nations, leaders and Islamic organisations are continuously flouting Human Rights laws.

This is evidenced today in Saudi Arabia‘s theocratic (religious) legal system enforcing regular beheadings, banning women from driving and the persecution of minorities, or the much better known barbarism of Isis which takes slaves of women and children and is currently engaged in the extermination of the Yazidi people and conquest of land in Iraq and Syria.

Muslim groups Boko Haram and Al-Shabaab in Kenya and Somalia terrorise and kill thousands. Iran regularly hangs and whips dissenters, is close to having a nuclear weapon and has stated its intention to destroy Israel. Jews have been expelled from Muslim nations and Christians continue to be persecuted and killed there for their religious belief.

Closer to home, Hizbut Tahir works to establish a global Caliphate and rejects UK law openly. ‘Islamophobia’ is shouted each time Islam causes another horror, in order to crush dissent and debate – regardless of the fact that Islam is responsible for oppression and slaughter, most recently in Paris – NOT non-Muslims.

We constantly hear Muslim voices condemning non-Muslim actions (such as publishing cartoons) – yet these are as nothing compared to the killing and oppression BY Muslims.

It is now incumbent on our political leaders and the UN to listen to the voices of non-Muslims and to ex-Muslim testimony in order to finally examine in a dispassionate manner Islam and its relationship to the non-Islamic world. Specifically we ask that a major enquiry is set up to examine whether or not Islam  will pose a threat to the freedoms and Human Rights which we have fought oppression to guard and which we hold so dear in the non-Muslim world.

There are now many Muslim groups wanting to establish Sharia law in the West and to make Muslim lands of our nations. The existent rulings by Strasbourg that there no place for Sharia law in a democracy must be upheld everywhere and it means too that non-Muslim nations should stop allowing the voices of Islam to demand special treatment or the silencing of dissent. Ultimately it is the purpose of this petition to ask our leaders to honestly examine whether Islam is compatible with Human Rights in non-Muslim nations. If it is found not to be it should be banned just as Nazism is banned.

People like Ayaan Hirsi-Ali and Serkan Engin have left Islam and as such are able to see it clearly. They compare it to a cult or to Nazism – NOT to a religion. Nazism is rightly condemned today, yet Islam has an even worse track record historically. Muhammad was a warlord who himself killed many people and persuaded his followers to kill any who didn’t believe in his new religion.

This tendency to kill non-believers is very evident in the history of Islam right through to the present day. Islam was started by Muhammad who was not peaceful nor tolerant –he had Jews and Christians killed. The fact that Iran has a stated aim to ‘destroy Israel’, and the rise of Isis and Islamic terrorist attacks on the West shows clearly that Islam uses the cover and protection of religious freedom to promote its hate-filled, intolerant and violent ideology.

If followers of the cult of Scientology were to begin beheading people and violently taking over large parts of the world there would be immediate calls to ban it. Yet there is a popular myth which our leaders and media maintain, that Islam is a religion of the same caliber as Judaism or Christianity. In fact whilst terrible things were done in the name of these religions – the Judeo-Christian faith model is based on strongly moral teaching. Jesus was so peaceful he allowed himself to be killed and abused rather than exhort his followers to kill for him. Islam is based on the example of a violent warlord who did exhort violence as the solution to non-believers.

It is Islam which leads to Islamism. The roots of the violence and persecution of other religions which we see both today, and in the history of the belief, are there plainly in the Koran and especially the Hadith or life of Muhammad.

Read the following from Bukhari, The Book of Jihad, and consider whether Isis and Boko Haram are in fact much more likely to be simply Muslims rather than radical Muslims – for they DO follow the life of their prophet:

‘He (The Prophet) had their hands and feet cut off. Then he ordered that nails should be heated and passed over their eyes, and they were left in the rocky land of Medina. They asked for water, but none provided them with water till they died.’ [3018]

Please sign this petition now, and share it widely, to ask our world leaders to stop calling Islam the ‘Religion of Peace’ when it is no such thing – rather it has a history of violence and conquest of non-believers which has not abated to this day.

Humanity itself and the freedom of Western civilisation is at threat from this fastest growing belief system which incites hatred, violence and oppression, intolerance and fear wherever it spreads.

Islam must be examined as a cult or belief-system which has always and is now a threat to Human peace and civilisation – NOT as a religion. If Sharia and Theocratic Regimes are disallowed under the Human Rights act then why is Islam given the respect of any other religion? Islam is the foundation of Sharia and Islamic Theocracies.

There is no place for such a belief system within the non-Muslim world. Please watch Ayaah (sic) Hirsi Ali’s account of Islam and read more on how Islam breaches Human Rights Law here.

Thank you for your time and please help us in this struggle to retain our basic freedoms, in the face of this violent oppressor which passes for a ‘religion’ when it is rather no more than a cult.

We would not allow Nazism to flourish again unchecked in our lands – we should therefore not allow Islam to place more and more checks on our behaviour until all we hold dear has been destroyed.

Pak-Stan, Land of Pure

Non-Sunnis protesting Pakistan Intolerance

Intro to ‘Pak-Stan, Land of Pure’

Edited by John R. Houk

11/5/14

Shamim Masih writes about Sunni Muslims persecuting all the religious minorities of Pakistan. Shamim points out religious strife in Pakistan is largely due to the intolerance by Sunnis of all things not Muslim especially all things not Sunni Islam. Then Shamim segues how some Pakistani Sunnis flipped their lid when some students participated in an international student fair choosing Israel their nation to commemorate.

Now let me address Shamim’s title, “Pak-Stan, Land of Pure”:

Many writers translate the word ‘Pakistan’ as ‘Land of the Pure’; this is incorrect. The word Pakistan consists of two parts, i.e., Pak and Istan. While Pak is a Persian word, which mans (sic) holy/ pure/ clean, the word Istan is from the word isthan, which is a Hindi word meaning a place. For example ‘Janum Isthan’ means the place of birth. So the word Pakistan means a holy/ pure/ clean place (country) and not the ‘Land of the Pure’. The word Pak is an adjective which describes ‘Istan’ (Isthan), place and not its inhabitants. This is eulogized in the National Anthem; which begins as ‘Pak Sar Zamin Shad Baad’ As regards its inhabitants; all of them cannot be said to be pure as they have proved time and again. (The true meaning of Pakistan; By KHAWAJA MUHAMMAD BASHIR BUTT; The Nation; 1/19/13)

I suspect Shamim views the Land of the Pure through the filter of the hope that Pakistan’s founder Muhammad Ali Jinnah was genuine in his founding speech proclaiming:

You are free to go to your temples, you are free to go to your mosques or to any other place of worship in this State of Pakistan. You may belong to any religion or caste or creed. That has nothing to do with the business of the State. – Presidential address to the first Constituent Assembly of Pakistan, Karachi, 11 August 1947 (Muhammad Ali Jinnah; Wikiquote)

The minority religions in Pakistan to this do believe this was a promise for secular state in which all the citizens of Pakistan would enjoy equal civil rights. I believe this was a lie. You can read a decent essay that sets the case that Jinnah was not being honest to the future citizens of Pakistan: “Muslim Partition of an Independent and United India”.

If Pakistan was ever to be considered the Land of the Pure it was more in the sense of a Nazi Aryan pure race in which like Hitler’s German supremacy, Pakistan was intended to be an Islamic Supremacist State.

Pak-Stan, Land of Pure

Pakistani demanded expulsion of the students for displaying pro-Israel

By Shamim Masih

Sent: 11/4/2014 7:11 PM

ISLAMABAD: Rawalpindi city was seized for three days due to the Moharam [Also Muharram] riots [Religious conflict between Sunnis and Shias – HERE and HERE] in October, 2013. Roads were blocked, mobile service was off and the residents faced a short fall off their household items. Sunni Muslims wanted to dictate to the other faiths of the country. There is large number of Shia Muslims living in the country, on every year when there is Moharam, the situation becomes worse. This has been [going] on for years, both targets each other; and thus the situation is getting worse day by day (I am sorry, but it is fact). When there are different schools of thought and people are from different faiths, you have to be tolerant. Tolerance is the essence of the faith you believe in.

Muhammad Ali Jinnah had conceived Pakistan as a democratic state for Muslims and all others, [where] they could live together in peace and harmony. And every Pakistani can worship freely according to his belief. Unfortunately a religious mind-set had started ruling after Pakistan’s independence. As a result, insecurity, terrorism and intolerance are prevailing in the country. No Pakistani feels safe and secure in the country either from the majority or minority. Minorities – weak segment of the society – is especially targeted [by the] majority Muslims, especially Shias are not protected.

Recently the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) arranged an international student fair at Faisal Mosque. Students publicly displayed Israeli culture & customs that include Israeli flags, photographs of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Orthodox Jews, a high-tech manufacturing plant, and Jerusalem’s Al- Aqsa [See HERE]. The mere presence of the display triggered a ferocious and immediate reaction led by religious and student groups on campus and across the country. After a firestorm of criticism, authorities at the university empanelled a disciplinary committee to investigate and punish the students behind the stall. Even this was discussed in the parliament and parliamentarians demanded to take strict action against those students, who have promoted Israeli culture and painted it as land of peace and prosperity. Unfortunately people don’t accept others.

When there are different schools of thought and people are from a different faith, you have to be tolerant. Since, the people of Pakistan tied with Jordanians and Egyptians are the world’s most anti-Semitic people. According to the most recent Pew Global Attitudes Survey only 2% of all Pakistani polled reported favorable attitudes towards the Jewish people and Israel. Perhaps, they could be Christians. Christians around the world believe Jews as [the] favorite nation of God.

For more than a decade – Pakistan [has] faced terrorism and you [can] find different protests, mobile phone service [is often] off, sit-ins, energy shortages etc. The law and order situation has reached its worse. Politicians are smashing each other and only nationalism is seen in papers. Normally on every other occasion, when people are celebrating their special days, mobile service usually is off. This is so-called precautionary measure taken for security reasons.

Biblically speaking- Jews, Christians and Muslims are siblings of Abraham. Thus Pakistani Christians believe and obey the Word of God. We being Christians believe that Jacob (son of Isaac) was named Israel by God. And God loved Israel throughout his life and ordered to bless Israel.  It is written in the Bible; Genesis 27:28-29 ……. May nations serve you and people bow down to you. Be lord over your brothers…… may those who curse you be cursed and those who bless you be blessed.

When it is written in the Bible, we being Christian have to follow the teaching and we bless Israel. When it is written; those who bless [Israel will] be blessed. Isaac’s blessing was irrevocable. Israel is the land of prophets; most of messages came from this soil.

I give you an example, Hindus of India chose to be secular as that is what their religion teaches; acceptance. When there are 330 million gods you have to be tolerant. That is the beauty of pantheism and polytheism. There are around 180 million Muslims in India. Not only the population is increasing by the percentage but the total population is increasing too. It is due to tolerance from Hindus that Muslims are just multiplying in India.

The authorities have to realize that many Hindus are migrating to India and thousands of Pakistani Christians and Shia Hazaras are seeking asylum in different countries. It doesn’t make any difference if Pakistan does not accept Israel. Israel exists and it is member of United Nations. And most importantly Christ Jesus was born in Jerusalem and set an example of tolerance. A land of peace and prosperity; live long Israel.

Be Blessed,

Christianity’s Non-Compete Clause

Jesus the ONLY Way

John R. Houk

© September 11, 2014

Here is a great essay by Kenneth Roberts that I found on Political Islam. The central theme is that Islam has a non-compete clause encoded into their holy writings and theology. And Mr. Roberts also takes the next step alluding that Islam is the only major religion with a non-compete clause.

I am a Christian so I probably shouldn’t comment definitively on the certainty of other religions accepting the existence of other faiths. However, I do know that Christianity has a non-compete clause also embedded into our Holy writings. The difference between Islam and Christianity is how that encoded non-compete is to be placed into action.

Islam overtly utilizes its incomprehensible dualistic theology in which two contradictory Quranic teachings are true as long as Islam is promoted. For example the Quran tells Muslims to treat the People of the Book with respect because these poor ignorant people were followers of Allah but allowed themselves to distort the content of their Holy writings. Contrasting this respect for the People of the Book is the command to kill them for blaspheming against Mohammed the false prophet and blaspheming the faith of Islam by asserting Jesus is both fully human and fully God and is a part of the Trinity which Christians believe is the mystery of three persons that are ONE God. The Islamic solution for this perceived blasphemy is to kill them wherever you find them. Although Islamic dualism is not specifically mentioned in this essay by Ali Sina, the essay demonstrates the reality of Islam toward non-Muslims:

Let us compare both sides of Quran:

In Surah 73:10 God tells Mohammad to be patient with his opponents, “Be patient with what they say, and part from them courteously”. While in Surah 2:191 God orders him to kill his opponents, “kill them wherever you find them, and drive them out from wherever they drove you out.” In Surah 2:256 God tells Mohammad not to impose Islam by force, “There is no compulsion in religion”, Then again in verse 193 He tells his messenger to kill whoever rejects Islam, “Fight them until there is no persecution and the religion is God’s”. In Surah 29:45 God tells Mohammad to speak nicely to people of the Book (Christians and Jews), “Argue with people of the book, other than evil doers, only by means of what are better! and say, we believe in what has been sent down to us and sent down to you. Our God is the same as your God, and we are surrendered to Him.” But in Surah 9:29 Allah tells him to fight the people of the Book, “Fight those who do not believe in God and the last day… and fight People of the Book, who do not accept the religion of truth (Islam) until they pay tribute by hand, being inferior”.

Muhammad gives no justification for this discrepancy in the Quran and the change in Allah’s mood from peaceful to militant and conciliatory to confrontational. Muslim apologists in the West present the kinder verses of the Quran or what is known as the Early Revelation. While Islamic scholars, when have only Muslims as their audience, say that those softer verses of the Quran were abrogated and supplanted by harsher ones. The reason given is, as Al Maudoody puts it, “Mohammad became strong enough to move from the stage of weakness to the stage of Jihad”. READ ENTIRETY (The Contradictory teachings of the Quran; By Ali Sina; found at Harrington Sites – Attributed to FaithFreedom.org but couldn’t find it)

The Religion of Peace has collated some Muslim suras that show the Quran requiring violence and/or death for non-Muslims that defy Islamic Supremacism: “What does the Religion of Peace Teach About Violence?

Christianity in contrast does not teach human beings to exact violence and death against nonbelievers of Christianity. Rather Christians are to share the Good News of Christ’s deliverance from this dark age by believing that the Blood of Christ exacted on Him by human hands is the Redemption price for Adam and Eve’s failure in selling out to Satan in the Garden of Eden; thus one must believe in Jesus is the Son of God in deity and the son of man via Mary Who died on the Cross, was buried for three days and arose from the grave in bodily form to reside on the Right Hand of God the Father. Unbelief is dealt with in the Last Judgment when the Book of Life is opened to see whose name is written or not written in it. God’s Mercy is extended for that human decision until a person’s dying breath to Believe in Christ Jesus.

Unfortunately as the Christian Church became a State Religion, rulers of man exacted punishment on nonbelievers for refusing to believe. That unscriptural punishment included a death sentence and mass genocide in the name of Jesus Christ. However such crimes against humanity is distinctly against the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ the Son of God both coequal with the Father and with the nature of humanity. Taking on a sinless version of human nature in Christ is what makes Redemption from the lost nature of humanity possible in Christ’s Redeeming act.

Here are New Testament Scriptures demonstrating Redemption and toleration:

13 No one has ascended to heaven but He who came down from heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in heaven.[a] 14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of Man be lifted up, 15 that whoever believes in Him should not perish but[b] have eternal life. 16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.

18 “He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. 21 But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.” (Jesus talking in John 3: 13-21 NKJV)

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, 4 just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love,5 having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, 6 to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.

7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace (Ephesians 1: 3-7 NKJV)

3 For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures, 5 and that He was seen by Cephas, then by the twelve.6 After that He was seen by over five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep. 7 After that He was seen by James, then by all the apostles. 8 Then last of all He was seen by me also, as by one born out of due time.

12 Now if Christ is preached that He has been raised from the dead, how do some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? 13 But if there is no resurrection of the dead, then Christ is not risen. 14 And if Christ is not risen, then our preaching is empty and your faith is also empty.

20 But now Christ is risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since by man came death, by Man also came the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. 23 But each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, afterward those who are Christ’s at His coming.24 Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. 25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. 26 The last enemy that will be destroyed is death.

42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. The body is sown in corruption, it is raised in incorruption. 43 It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory. It is sown in weakness, it is raised in power. 44 It is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. 45 And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.”[a] The last Adam became a life-giving spirit.

46 However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual. 47 The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the Lord[b] from heaven. 48 As was the man of dust, so also are those who are made of dust; and as is the heavenly Man, so also are those who are heavenly. 49 And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear[c] the image of the heavenly Man. (Bold text mine – 1 Corinthians 15: 3-8, 12-14, 20-26, 42-49 NKJV)

5 Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. 8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross. 9 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, 11 and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Bold text mine – Philippians 2: 5-11 NKJV)

In case you have been too brainwashed to understand the mystery here, verse six proclaims Jesus is equal to God and ergo is God. Verse seven tells us Jesus emptied Himself of those Divine prerogatives as God to become a human being. Verse eight tells us he became a human being to be able to die. And we did Jesus as a man need to die? Because only a human being could remit the spiritual DNA passed to every single human by Adam that had become through disobedience by believing and giving allegiance to Satan in the Garden.

6 Now when these things had been thus prepared, the priests always went into the first part of the tabernacle, performing the services. 7 But into the second part the high priest went alone once a year, not without blood, which he offered for himself and for the people’s sins committed in ignorance; 8 the Holy Spirit indicating this, that the way into the Holiest of All was not yet made manifest while the first tabernacle was still standing.9 It was symbolic for the present time in which both gifts and sacrifices are offered which cannot make him who performed the service perfect in regard to the conscience—10 concerned only with foods and drinks, various washings, and fleshly ordinances imposed until the time of reformation.

11 But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come,[a] with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. 12 Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. 13 For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, 14 how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? 15 And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

23 Therefore it was necessary that the copies of the things in the heavens should be purified with these, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.24 For Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands, which are copies of the true, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us; 25 not that He should offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the Most Holy Place every year with blood of another— 26 He then would have had to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now, once at the end of the ages, He has appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself. 27 And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, 28 so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation. (Hebrews 9: 6-15, 23-28 NKJV)

Jesus sets the example of how to treat people in the present time who reject Him. In Jesus’ day Jews and the Samaritans did not get along too well. Samaritans were the descendants of the remnant left in Israel after deportation occurred by Assyrian conquest. These Jews (or really the remnant of the ten-tribe Northern Kingdom) that were left behind were devoid of spiritual leadership plus any Judaic faith they possessed was also corrupted by bad Kings allowing polytheistic religions to be practiced so that the King of Judah still centered in Jerusalem would not inspire rebellion. The Assyrians left these leaderless there to work the land. These remnant Northern Kingdom Hebrews left behind developed a religion that combing Judaic beliefs with some polytheistic beliefs. The returning Jews from the second deportation executed by conquering Babylon viewed these surviving remnant with disdain and thus as impure. This shows the reason Samaritans treated Jesus badly in the verses below:

51 Now it came to pass, when the time had come for Him to be received up, that He steadfastly set His face to go to Jerusalem, 52 and sent messengers before His face. And as they went, they entered a village of the Samaritans, to prepare for Him. 53 But they did not receive Him, because His face was set for the journey to Jerusalem. 54 And when His disciples James and John saw this, they said, “Lord, do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven and consume them, just as Elijah did?”[a]

55 But He turned and rebuked them,[b] and said, “You do not know what manner of spirit you are of. 56 For the Son of Man did not come to destroy men’s lives but to save them.[c]And they went to another village. (Bold text is mine – Luke 9-51-56 NKJV)

Hmm … What would Mohammed have done?

11 “Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake. 12 Rejoice and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

43 “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor[a] and hate your enemy.’44 But I say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,[b] 45 that you may be sons of your Father in heaven; for He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. 46 For if you love those who love you, what reward have you? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? 47 And if you greet your brethren[c] only, what do you do more than others? Do not even the tax collectors[d] do so? 48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect. (Matthew 5: 11-12, 43-48 NKJV)

How would Mohammed react to an enemy?

10 Also He said to them, “In whatever place you enter a house, stay there till you depart from that place. 11 And whoever[a] will not receive you nor hear you, when you depart from there, shake off the dust under your feet as a testimony against them.[b] Assuredly, I say to you, it will be more tolerable for Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment than for that city!” (Mark 6-10-11 NKJV)

Mecca authorities had given Mohammed the boot. Mo went to Medina for refuge. For some idiotic reason the Medinans who appeared to be swayed by a Jewish-Arab tribe made a deal with Mo, BUT Mo began to gather in followers largely to the revenue sharing plan from robbing trade caravans. These followers became militarized. The Medina Jews became concerned with the writing on the wall concerning Mo’s power. Mo sets up the Jewish-Arab tribe with a false accusation providing the excuse to usurp power and authority from the Jewish-Arabs. The final result – Mo beheaded all the males above puberty and placed the useful women (regardless of marital status) into sex-slavery. After the Jews and Mo’s own Arab tribe were sufficiently subdued the false prophet practically walked on in to Mecca as the new ruler. Mo spent the remainder his days conquering today’s Arabic Peninsula being particularly harsh to those refusing to convert to Islam.

Christians have a non-compete clause but as earlier noted Scripture does not demand violence or death for refusing Christ as Savior. Neither do the Scriptures demand violence or death for a person who chooses to leave the Faith either for another or out of atheism. Even so leaving Christianity places a person in a position to have their name erased from the Book of Life opened at the Last Judgment.

6 since it is a righteous thing with God to repay with tribulation those who trouble you,7 and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, 8 in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power, 10 when He comes, in that Day, to be glorified in His saints and to be admired among all those who believe,[a] because our testimony among you was believed. (2 Thessalonians 1: 6-10 NKJV)

If one leads an unchristian lifestyle yet still professes Christianity there is a problem that needs to be dealt with. But still, the solution is not violence or death:

9 I wrote to you in my epistle not to keep company with sexually immoral people. 10 Yet I certainly did not mean with the sexually immoral people of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or idolaters, since then you would need to go out of the world.11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person.

12 For what have I to do with judging those also who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? 13 But those who are outside God judges. Therefore “put away from yourselves the evil person.”[a] (1 Corinthians 5: 9-13 NKJV)

Shunning an unrepentant apostate in the hope that repentance brings a return to Faith:

6 This punishment which was inflicted by the majority is sufficient for such a man, 7 so that, on the contrary, you ought rather to forgive and comfort him, lest perhaps such a one be swallowed up with too much sorrow. 8 Therefore I urge you to reaffirm your love to him. 9 For to this end I also wrote, that I might put you to the test, whether you are obedient in all things. (2 Corinthians 2: 6-9 NKJV)

Knowingly flirting with any sin that separates from God after experiencing Redemption in Christ presents a danger to self that may have eternal consequences:

1 Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God, 2 of the doctrine of baptisms, of laying on of hands, of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment. 3 And this we will[a] do if God permits.

4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, 5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, 6 if they fall away,[b] to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.

9 But, beloved, we are confident of better things concerning you, yes, things that accompany salvation, though we speak in this manner. 10 For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of[a] love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister. 11 And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, 12 that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. (Hebrews 6: 1-6, 9-12 NKJV)

Salvation is easy to attain in Christ but one must be sure to work out their Salvation in order to NOT condemn themselves to a negative eternal judgment.

Jesus Christ the Son of God is the ONLY way to a positive eternity in union with God Almighty:

7 Then Jesus said to them again, “Most assuredly, I say to you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All who ever came before Me[a] are thieves and robbers, but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture. 10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. (John 10: 7-10 NKJV)

6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

15 “If you love Me, keep[a] My commandments. 16 And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.

19 “A little while longer and the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you will live also. 20 At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. 21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.”

26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. 27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. (John 14: 6, 15-17, 19-21, 26-27 NKJV)

The Christian non-compete clause thus is an extension of God’s Grace and Mercy in which the actual outcome results in a positive or negative Last Judgment according to the time spent in your mortal coil and your last mortal breath.

Islam’s Non-Compete Clause

By Kenneth Roberts

Political Islam

Imagine a football league where only one team is allowed to score goals or win. That’s the premise of political Islam.

Islam is the only religion with a non-compete clause. Non-compete agreements in today’s business world defend proprietary information. Proprietary ideas give companies their leading edge. Islam goes beyond branding itself ‘the best’ (which all ideologies do); Islam forbids other ideologies from competing with Islam in a number of areas. It’s like a modern corporation, but more ruthless.

Islam’s Unique Idea

Islam’s unique, proprietary idea is jihad, the holy war to eliminate competition with Islam. According to Ibn Khaldun, the holy war of jihad is not permitted to other religions or ideologies.

Non-Compete Regulations

Islam’s non-compete restrictions are summarized in the infamous Pact of Omar and Sharia law. They regulate non-Muslims from competing with Muslim males in the following areas: proselytizing, politics, employment opportunities, social status, prestige or ‘honor’, public events, using the Arabic language, teaching about Islam, marrying Muslim women, the security of possessions and the elegance or height of buildings…even in how the Kafirs dress. Nor may women compete with Muslim males, since Allah made women constitutionally inferior to men ‘in reason and religion’.

Islam’s non-compete restrictions are the Kafirs’ terms of surrender to the Islamic state. The Pact of Omar was made by eighth-century caliphs to be forced on non-Muslims against their wills. Wherever Islamists become the ruling class, the Pact of Omar is dragged out to crush whatever challenges Islamic monopolies. That makes Kafirs and women permanent underclasses in Sharia-ruled societies.

Islamists want to insinuate Sharia into Kafir societies before Kafirs and women are aware of its non-compete implications.

In a Sharia society, non-competition applies everywhere, even in the law courts where Sharia favors the inconvenience, impoverishment and humiliation of Kafirs and the inferior status of women.

How Islam defends non-competition

Islamic non-competition is defended by jihad. Jihad is a monopoly on aggression. Allah forbids Kafirs from resisting jihad in any way, since counterjihad is a way of competing with Islam.

What makes Islam’s non-compete system draconian is the normative means to enforce it: vigilantism. Since murder is reprehensible, Sharia law craftily hides the murder of Kafirs and apostates behind verbiage, mumbo jumbo and silence. Silence should not be overlooked as a powerful legal weapon!

America’s emancipation of slaves did not entirely end slavery. American slavery slyly continued as late as 1928 because no punishment was on the books for slave-owners, even though slavery was illegal. Similarly, Sharia law has no punishment for a vigilante who murders an apostate or a blasphemer. Islamic vigilantes in such cases are ‘killing by right’, that is, Allah authorizes killing apostates and blasphemers on the example of Mohammed. Vigilantes are considered auxiliary police enforcing Allah’s non-compete laws. Such vigilantes are heroes, rather than criminals.

Islam’s top authority on Sharia, the fatwa department of Al Azhar University in Cairo has sanctioned Islamic vigilantism. In theory, the death sentence for blasphemy is imposed by the Islamic state, but if the state isn’t available to act, a private Muslim vigilante may carry out a death sentence against a blasphemer. This is where Islamic law gets interesting. A self-directed vigilante may execute a fatwa issued by an imam, but even a fatwa is not necessary. When a Kafir competes with Islam or its prophet, a vigilante may murder the blasphemer even without a fatwa being issued.

We cannot imagine a Christian pastor issuing a death warrant, yet two hundred thousand imams are authorized to do so and over a billion Muslims are deputized to kill. Many writers and cartoonists around the world (such as Salman Rushdie, Robert Redecker, Ayaan Hirsi Ali, Kurt Westergaard, Lars Vilks, Molly Norris, Trey Parker and Matt Stone) have a clear understanding of Islamic vigilantism, since they live with full-time security guards. Almost everyone writing about Islam has received anonymous death threats. Writing about Islam breaches Islam’s non-compete clause.

Results of Non-Compete

The cost of Islam’s non-compete contract is stagnation. ‘Innovation’ (an evil word in Islam) is forbidden, because Islam’s alleged perfection cannot be improved. The 7th century is deemed the time of perfection, so Muslims cannot progress past it. Sharia leads the world backwards to the 7th century, not forwards to progress.

Muslims want to be world leaders, but their non-compete makes them followers. Competition has everything and produces everything that the Islamic world craves and needs for its survival, but the Muslim world produces little because of its philosophy of non-competition.

Jihadists curb their cognitive dissonance by repeating their certainty of Islam’s moral perfection until they all but drown out the images and voices of modernity. They want Islamic terrorism removed from discussion, so that 7th-century-loving Muslims are not contrasted with progress-loving Kafirs. Jihadists live in denial, but many burn out: they half-heartedly see backwardness is not the answer.

What should we do?

First of all, Kafirs need to see Islam’s non-compete clause is a real threat to progress and democratic values. Islamic belief in non-competition means that no progress is needed or possible. But Islam’s allegedly perfect society never existed, unless slavery, misogyny, vigilantism, inequality and genocide are ‘perfect’. Non-competition is bad for people. Societies that imposed monopolies on thought and political power have had cycles of revolution and counter-revolution or have stalled in poverty, disease and superstition.

Secondly, we should fault Islam’s non-compete system because it spreads fear; we should ban jihad because it has caused more than 270 million deaths and always creates tyrannies.

Recognizing political Islam’s dysfunction, today’s Muslims flee from it to live in free non-Islamist countries. Surveys show 65% of Muslims are Islamists in theory, but not in practice. This contradiction is Islam’s Achilles’ heel. Westerners should highlight it, rather than flattering the Islamism of oil-rich countries in order to keep oil prices low.

Mohammed declared endless war on competition giving Muslim males monopolies on everything. Jihadists expect to win this war through high birthrates and terrorism.

Many Western leaders shield jihad and supremacism from ideological scrutiny because they underestimate the pervasiveness of Islamism. Are they fit to lead?

As Islamism spreads, the vibrancy of the competitive world will gradually be dampened by Islam’s non-competition and terrorism.

It is self-refuting to fight the jihadists militarily, without blaming Islam’s non-compete philosophy. Non-competition is what ignites the jihadist culture, so refuting the non-compete philosophy of Islam should be a top priority.

“A footnote to a reader ‘David’ [Ken — September 7, 2014 @ 7:34 PM]:

Convict leasing began in 1846 and lasted until July 1, 1928, when Herbert Hoover was vying for the White House. When the U.S. entered World War II, the Franklin Roosevelt administration realized that the continued existence of involuntary servitude in the South undermined war propaganda against the Axis. Less than a week after Pearl Harbor, Circular N0. 3591 was issued to all federal prosecutors instructing them to prosecute cases of “involuntary servitude and slavery”. Finally, the Thirteenth Amendment would be enforced.

Sharia law maintains a loophole allowing the murder of apostates and blasphemers by private Muslims.”

Muslim Brotherhood Covertly Embraces Violence

Behead Insulters of Islam

Here is another example that the Muslim Brotherhood is not as non-violent as they and their Muslim apologists claim. When or if free elections are held in Egypt the least problem is the MB will have an influential part in a democratically elected government. At worst the MB will be controlling factor in an elected Egyptian government.

From an individual American perspective in which we cherish the rule of law for and by the people, this actually sounds great. Unfortunately the Islamic view of democracy and the Western view of democracy are clashing cultures apart. Islam is theopolitical. Theopolitical means even if a Muslim nation claims a secular government the rule of law is based on Islamic Sharia Law. Even if the penalties called for in Sharia are softened by moderate-secular Muslims the framework is still Muslim. This means non-Muslims still do not have the rights of Muslims. Even though moderate secularization softens the treatment of women even providing election suffrage, the Muslim male still can force his wife or daughter into a submissive role which easily can lead to sexual exploitation and the lack of freedom to do the same things as a Muslim male. Muslim secularism may afford large minorities a greater freedom to practice a divergent religion from Islam, but Islam is supreme. Christians in Egypt still have to get permission to build new Churches. Egyptian Christians have next to no recourse if Muslims are offended by Christians. Muslims then embark on a pogrom to destroy Churches, exact violence or even sexually molest Christian women. Indeed it is not uncommon to read about a Christian women being kidnapped and forced to convert. If a Muslim becomes an apostate and converts to Christianity in Egypt and it is discovered, then that person can expect violent torture up to and including death even though secular law in Egypt has renounced the death penalty for apostasy.

I could on with more examples but I think you get the point. An Egypt that elects an Islamist Muslim Brotherhood will be under the much harsher elements of Sharia as well as becoming militarized to prepare the goal of a global Caliphate.

The Western example that most readers have grown weary of reading is the comparison of Egypt becoming an Iran or looking at the similitude of Adolf Hitler’s democratic elected government gaining more and more power until the rule of law abandoned constitutional law and became based on Hitler’s Nazi vision of a Germanic super race cleansing the world of perceived abnormalities of which the Jews were considered the largest abnormality.

It is reported that the Muslim Brotherhood has reactivated the military wing which really means the terrorist wing of their Salafist organization. That military wing is called Al-Gama’a al-Islamiyya (SA IPT). Al-Gama’a al-Islamiyya (IG) could easily mirror Hitler’s paramilitary Storm Troopers or Khomeini’s Revolutionary Guard which did their utmost to secure the incoming power structure of their master.

The only certainty for Egypt’s future is that Hosni Mubarak and the Mubarak legacy is finished. Egypt’s future will be between Egyptian Generals and the Islamic version of a democratic republic which would probably empower the Muslim Brotherhood.  Time should tell sooner than later.
