MSA Misleads – Professor Eisenstein Litigates

Associated Professor Maurice Eisenstein of the Political Science department at Purdue University noticed that a group of radical Muslims from Nigeria calling themselves Boko Haram (Warning: Link that tells what Radical Islamic Boko Haram is has a video showing just how evil these Muslims are by ritually beheading a Christian Nigerian) slaughtered some fellow Nigerians merely because they were Christians. Eisenstein objected to murder in the name of Islam as taught to do to non-Muslims by Islam’s founder Mohammed. Eisenstein objected in the public forum of Facebook.

A Muslim gal at Purdue commented on Eisenstein’s Facebook page that she was the equivalent of disgusted for insulting Mo the prophet. Evidently because the Muslim gal has tons of Muslim friends on Facebook, Eisenstein’s excellent though not politically correct call went viral among Muslim students at Purdue. And surprise-surprise, the Muslim Student Association (MSA) organized a fire Eisenstein movement on the Purdue campus. Here is a snapshot of the Facebook entry made by Eisenstein courtesy of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE).

Maurice Eisensten Facebook Controversy

In a interview between Eisenstein and Jamie Glazov, Eisenstein said this:

“The entire attack on my free speech began over a post I made to Facebook in November 2011.  I posted a picture with a storyline about an Islamist Muslim group (Boko Haram) killing Christians in Nigeria.  I asked: Where were the moderate Muslims? They must be listening to that idiot Mohammad.

From this, one of my PUC colleagues, a Muslim, told me (on Facebook) that she believed my statement about Mohammad was beyond despicable.  Once she responded to me, then several of her students were able come to my Facebook page to tell me that they also believed that I was out-of-bounds for denigrating Mohammad.  Their essential issue was that I was offending Mohammed and Islam.  In the wake of that incident, the Muslim Student Association became involved and they did a press release saying that no prophet (Jesus, Moses, Mohammad — their argument not mine) should be insulted because offending a religion was not an acceptable use of freedom of speech.

Basically, this whole ordeal started because I insulted Mohammad.  I did insult Mohammad.  I may not have been nice about it, I may have been provocative about it, but quite frankly, I think killing Christians because they are Christian and not Muslim is much more insulting than calling Mohammad an idiot.

From this incident, there emerged an active campaign from the Muslim faculty and students, the Muslim Student Association (acting, as it claimed, on behalf of all Muslims), and their leftist supporters, active collusion to get the University to fire me for offending them.  Because the University could not fire me for Facebook comments, the faculty, students, and the MSA decided that it would then say that I was harassing and discriminating against students in my classroom.  Toward that end, audio tapes of one of my courses from Spring 2011 were then posted on YouTube. It was an Introduction to Judaism course, which I taught from a pro-Jewish and pro-Israel perspective.  Two of the books I used in the course were: Why the Jews? by Praeger and Telushkin as well as The Israel Test by George Gilder.  Anyway, I am very provocative and blunt — I like challenging students, particularly since most of what is taught on campus (irrespective of the discipline) comes from a center left perspective.

Now, there are over 40 to 45 hours of lectures from that class.  Out of those 40 to 45 hours, about 16 minutes were posted on YouTube and, of course, these 16 minutes were selectively edited so that I was portrayed in the worst possible light and without context.  Then, based on these tapes, in conjunction with my Facebook comments, 9 separate harassment and discrimination complaints were filed against me.” (Read Entire Interview)

Eventually the Muslim Student Association is a direct offshoot of the Salafist/Radical Muslim group known as the Muslim Brotherhood. That means the MSA as does the Muslim Brotherhood believes that Christians that refuse to submit to Islamic Supremacism must die. Since MSA is an American group, they will not come outright and say the Mohammed principle of the People of the Book (Jews and Christians) must choose between converting to Islam, submitting to the authority of the rules of Sharia-Dhimmitude or die. That would be a public relations disaster for them in America. So the MSA as do many Muslim-American groups that have roots in the Muslim Brotherhood or Saudi Wahhabism obfuscate their beliefs in America to produce the view that Islam is just another religion deserving Religious Freedom.

ACT for America is exposing the nefarious nature of the MSA in sharing about Eisenstein’s effort to sue Purdue for infringing on his Free Speech rights because Purdue considered the possibility of punishment for Eisenstein writing the obvious truth on his Facebook page.

The ACT for America email alert begins with harassment Eisenstein received then finishes the email with a Fox News report.

Professor files free speech lawsuit

When should free speech be limited?

According to the Muslim Students Association (MSA), apparently when it hears speech it deems “anti-Muslim.”

According to the Fox News story below (highlights added), a Purdue University professor who made comments on his Facebook page about Muslims was investigated after complaints by the MSA and other faculty.

The professor then filed a lawsuit alleging the investigation violated his free speech rights.

One of the faculty members expressed concern for the Saudi students on campus. She went so far as to argue that the “anti-Muslim” comments were comparable to yelling fire in a crowded theater. The implication is that the comments put Muslim students in danger and should be prohibited.

Someone needs to remind this professor who complained that we’re not living in Saudi Arabia, where speech deemed offensive to Muslims is prohibited and can put a non-Muslim in serious jeopardy. We still have free speech protections here, whether that speech is offensive to Muslims, Jews or Christians.

Professor sues Purdue after probe of his anti-Muslim Facebook comments

Purdue University Professor Maurice Eisenstein says the school’s investigation – which cleared him – still violated his free speech rights.

A Purdue University professor has filed a freedom of speech suit against his school and five co-workers after getting in hot water for inflammatory statements about Muslims on his Facebook page.

Tenured political science professor Maurice Eisenstein was cleared by a university investigation into his Facebook comments, which included a reference to “the idiot Mohammad [sic}, may his name be cursed.” But Eisenstein claims the investigation nonetheless damaged his reputation and disputes a finding that he retaliated against other faculty members.

“I was trying to be challenging as a professor, and do what I was trained to do,” Eistenstein, who joined the school’s faculty in 1993, told

The flap unfolded late last year, when Eisenstein posted a photo of the aftermath of a massacre of Nigerian Christians, purportedly carried out by African Muslims, on his Facebook page.

“Where are the ‘moderate’ Muslims’ reaction to this? Oh, I forgot they are still looking at the earth as flat …,” Eisenstein wrote above the post.

Other members of the faculty, as well as members of the Muslim Student Association, learned of the comments and went to school officials. Eisenstein maintained that the post was on his personal page and in no way reflected on the school. History professor Miriam Joyce, who later filed a harassment complaint against Eisenstein, told the comments could alienate students.

“We have Saudi students,” Joyce said. “We have other Muslim students. This is wrong. It creates an unpleasant and unwelcoming atmosphere. “I’m concerned that Muslim students and their parents will get the wrong idea about my school.”

The Muslim Student Association could not be reached for comment.

The school’s investigation, led by Chancelor Thomas Keon, cleared Eisenstein in January of violating the college’s free-speech and anti-harassment rules. However, he received a written reprimand for allegedly retaliating against Joyce, as well as a second professor, Saul Lerner.

Eisenstein denied retaliating or harassing his colleagues, but acknowledged a bitter e-mail exchange with Lerner and denies making a callous reference to Joyce’s son, a former hedge fund manager who committed suicide.

Eisenstein said his freedom-of-speech suit is the result of the university’s investigation into his comments about Muslims – even though the probe ostensibly cleared him.

“When you investigate free speech, you chill free speech,” Eisenstein said. “How am I supposed to do my job without free speech. I’ve changed. Every time I go into a classroom, I look around and wonder who will complain about what I say.”

Eisenstein enlisted the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) in bringing his suit against the Big Ten school.

“This is not the first time and it won’t be the last time we will see a university punish a student or professor for constitutionally protected speech on Facebook,” said FIRE President Greg Lukianoff. “Professors at public universities should not have to go to court to defend their free speech rights.”

Joyce said freedom of speech shouldn’t permit a professor at a public school to gratuitously denigrate the beliefs of others, including students at the school.

“I’m all for free speech. I want it for me and I want it for everyone else, but there’s got to be some judgment used,” Joyce said. “You don’t cry fire if there isn’t a fire and then say it was protected by free speech.

“I’m a [history] teacher,” she added. “I’d rather be dealing with Bahrain than Eisenstein, anyway.”

Benjamin Netanyahu – Israel Office of the Prime Minister

During these perilous times, as God’s people, we need to intensify our support for Israel, the nation fighting to protect the world,” says Robert Stearns, founder and director of Eagles’ Wings, a global movement of churches, ministries and leaders. “As we remember the coming of our Savior to this earth, we must protect the Holy Land of His Covenant and keep it holy, which makes the prime minister’s greetings so important.” -Robert Stearns, founder and director of Eagles’ Wings

FOUNDING EDITOR’S NOTE: Robert Stearns sent a request for me to send out this story as far and wide as I could to our Christian readers. As far as I am concerned, Netanyahu is a hero to both his country, Israel, and ours, the United States of America.

-Steve Shultz, www.BreakingChristianNews;

(Israel)—The office of the prime minister of Israel has released a video of Benjamin Netanyahu thanking Christians for their support. Here are some excerpts from that message:

“I want to wish the Christian citizens of Israel, as well as Christians around the world, a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Israel is proud of its strong and growing Christian community, and we are proud of the deep and passionate support of so many Christian friends of Israel around the world.”

“We are living in a time of great uncertainty and instability in the Middle East and Israel, throughout this instability, remains a beacon of religious freedom and pluralism. In a region where Christians are routinely persecuted and where there is little tolerance for the faith of others, Israel safeguards the holy places of the great religion and ensures freedom of worship for all.”

Why do Egyptian-Muslims Persecute Egyptian-Christians?

Truth about Islam

John R. Houk

© October 15, 2011

If you are a news watcher you are aware that Muslims in Egypt are assaulting, vandalizing and killing Christians. You probably are giving the conflict only a second glance because after all it is religious strife in the far off corner of the world.

The reality is the Christians in Egypt represent some of the most stalwart faithful Believers still left residing in a Muslim nation. When the Muslims conquered Egypt the land spoke Egyptian and was a Christian population. The Egyptians were not Arabic nor did they speak Arabic. Muslim apologists love to tell you that the conquering Muslim armies were liberating Egyptians from the oppression of the Byzantine (Eastern Orthodox) Empire. Muslim apologists base this claim on the fact that Egyptian Christians were Monophysite Christians disagreeing with the Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholic that believe Jesus Christ is both fully human and fully divine. Monophysites believe that Jesus Christ is one nature of the Divine submerging the human nature. Present day Coptics (or Copts) have a problem as being pegged as Monophysites as defined by the Council of Chalcedon in 451 AD. Here is the Coptic Church view of the nature of Christ:

However, it should be pointed out that, officially, the Coptic Church has never believed in monophysitism the way it was portrayed in the Council of Chalcedon. According to a statement by the Coptic Church:

Copts believe that the Lord is perfect in His divinity, and He is perfect in His humanity, but His divinity and His humanity were united in one nature called “the nature of the incarnate word”, which was reiterated by Saint Cyril of Alexandria. Copts, thus, believe in two natures “human” and “divine” that are united in one “without mingling, without confusion, and without alteration” (from the declaration of faith at the end of the Coptic divine liturgy).

These two natures “did not separate for a moment or the twinkling of an eye” (also from the declaration of faith at the end of the Coptic divine liturgy).

This split in the church ended up taking the form of persecution against the Coptic Christians of Egypt. After having survived the persecution of the Roman Pagans, they were once again besieged, now by other Christians. Hence, when the Arabs invaded Egypt in the mid-seventh century AD, they met little resistance form (sic) the native Christian population. (AN OVERVIEW OF THE COPTIC CHRISTIANS OF EGYPT; BY LARA ISKANDER AND JIMMY DUNN;

Notice the last part of the above quote asserts the Coptic Christians of Egypt offered little resistance to invading Muslims. There is truth in this because the Byzantine Empire under the auspices of the Council of Chalcedon treated the Monophysite Christians as heretics; however the fact often forgotten by Muslim apologists is that the Coptics soon discovered the Eastern Orthodox persecution of Monophysite Christians was a picnic compared to the Islamic persecution that followed conquest. The Arabic-Muslims went on a transformation binge of Arabizing the Christian-Egyptian population with the typical convert, experience the humiliation of a second class dhimmi or die. Indeed the Coptic-Christian Egyptians rebelled a few times against their conquerors only to be put down in the severest of manners.

Now Muslim apologists are attempting to revise history by claiming the Christian Copts of Egypt were not ever Christians because they were rejected by the Eastern Orthodox Church of the Byzantine Empire. These various history revisionist Muslim apologists are calling the Monophysites prototypical Muslims and calling the Monophysites by the name of Arian Christians.

Muslim apologists are doing some big stretching because the Arian theological nature of Christ is vastly different than the predominating Monophysite-Coptic theological nature of Christ. Monophysites placed Jesus as one nature with the emphasis that was born a human but at the Resurrection Jesus assumed full Divinity absorbing His human nature; hence the human nature disappeared. Arians believed that Christ was born a human and thus was not an uncreated Divine being. For Arians the Lord Jesus Christ is a separate created entity from the uncreated Father God; thus Christ is created and the Father is uncreated (There is a lot of similarities to the present day Mormons).

Muslim apologists like to claim the ancient Egyptian Christians conquered by Islam circa 640s AD were Arians because a Jesus created by God is akin to Islamic theology of Jesus is a created human being that was a great prophet; hence the appellation of prototypical Muslims. The problem for these Muslim apologists is that the Christians of Egypt that were conquered were of the Jesus is one Divine nature of God. Oops, Muslim apologist revised history simply does not work and is yet another example of present day Islam deceiving Westerners about the reality of Islam.

Diana West takes into account the history of Islam pressing Coptic Christians into a persecuted group of people by the so-called religion of peace – Islam – that is something that has occurred ever since Egyptian Christians were conquered by Islam. The Muslim-Egyptian persecution and killing of Egyptian Christians is merely a continuation of the Islamic rules of conquest in which Islamic Supremacism overrules all other religions. In the case of Egypt that means Christians must know their place or be open to violence and murders.

Christians Receiving the Same Hatred as Jews

Muslims Torch Christian Homes

John R. Houk

© October 12, 2012

One has read for years about those poor Arabs calling themselves Palestinians about a victimhood blamed by most people on Israel. I have always contended the existence of these populations of Muslim-Arabs in Gaza, Judea and Samaria was the result of the 1948 invasions of Arab armies of the free sovereign Jewish State of Israel. These invading Arab armies are the primary reason Muslim Arabs fled their homes with the understanding they would return after the butchery of Jews. Guess what happened though? The fledgling Israel with the union of Jewish militant underground groups that existed to protect Jews from Jew-hating Muslims and a leaving British military that had swung to an affinity to Arabs over the Jews, miraculously came together to hold off and defeat the far numerical forces of the invading Arab armies.

The result of the Arab loss was the creation of Arabs that were homeless for supporting the invading Arab armies. The irony of the newly created 1948 Arab refugees was that the repulsed Arab nations refused to absorb the refugees they created. Indeed there was by design a plan to keep these Arab refugees in flux as an excuse for future invasions of Israel to champion the return of Jew-hating Arab refugees to homes they previously lived in (but not necessarily owned).

The truth is the invading Arab armies had the intention of creating a sovereign Arab Palestine on the backs of the slaughter of Jews. The Arab nations behind the invading armies had the intention of establishing sovereign Palestine out of the former British Mandate for Palestine; however there was mistrust of each other among Arab nations that participated in the invasion: primarily Egypt, Jordan and Syria (with perhaps some small spoils going to Lebanon and Iraq).

True, Arab armies in 1948 were badly led, badly trained, and uncoordinated. Arab regimes distrusted and disliked the Palestinian leadership and bickered among themselves, striving for individual advantage. This pattern, too, was often repeated in later years. Abdallah secretly negotiated with the Zionists but they distrusted him, knew he couldn’t control the other leaders, and he offered too little.

Still, the consensus was, in the words of a U.S. intelligence report, “The loosely organized, ill-equipped armies of the Arab nations do not have any capabilities against a modern opponent but they do have the strength to overrun Jewish resistance in Palestine….”

It didn’t work out that way. The nascent Israeli forces gained ground against the Husseini and Qawukji forces before the Arab states’ invasion then largely won the ensuing international war. (SELF-MADE NAKBA by Barry Ruben; Think-Israel; May-June 2008 Featured Stories – Emphasis Mine)

Now that most Evangelical Christians are supportive of the existence of Israel, Christians residing in Muslim dominated nations are beginning to experience rising persecution by Muslim rioters oft time instigated by radical Islamic religious elements within Muslim nations.

Does anyone in the West stand up for Christians that are experiencing ethnic cleansing in Muslim nations? As far as I know the closest group of people exposing Islamic persecution of Christians are anti-Islamist educators and the Evangelical Christians often labeled as Christian Zionists due to their support for a strong Israel. NO ONE ELSE in the West in governments or in the private sector has condemned the decimation of Christian communities in the Muslim world.

Carolyn Glick has pointed out that many Christians are supportive of some the despotic governments in the Muslim world because they perceive a modicum of protection from the actions of Islamist inspired hatred toward Christians in Muslim nations. The perception is inaccurate and is based on centuries of dhimmitude.

The basis of Muslim nation dictatorships protecting Christians is based on the ability of Christians using their feet to flee nations because of persecution. Since Iraq was liberated from the brutal dictatorship of Saddam Hussein the focus of religious strife has been on the minority Sunni Muslim population and the majority Shia Muslim population. Little has been said about the near million person Christian population being decreased by acts of Islamic terrorism with very little protection of the current Iraqi regime.

Recently the head of the Lebanese Maronite Church visited Paris and publically decried if the West topples the Syrian regime of Assad, he fears that Christians will receive the same persecution that other Muslims nations have executed with the toppling of a dictator. This prediction seems to be backed up by Missionary Terry Law that has shared from his experiences in preaching the Gospel in Middle Eastern nations that Christians fear the results of the Arab Spring. The Arab Spring is developing into a Christian Winter for Middle Eastern Christians.

The European Centre for Law and Justice (ECLJ) submitted a report on Christian persecution in Muslim nations to European nations on January 25, 2011. The report (PDF) demonstrates the cruelty that these Christians face as a whole.

One of the largest Christian populations among Muslim nations is in Egypt. Egyptian-Coptic Christians represent 10% of the Egyptian population. With the Obama abandonment of Hosni Mubarak there has been a greater and greater influence of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) over the Muslim-Egyptian population. The MB influence is evidenced by the Egyptian government and military either looking away as persecution happens to Christians or outright aiding in the persecution of Christians.

The West is so hampered by political correctness and the fear of offending Muslims that there is all the appearance that Muslim nations are enabled to the ethnic cleansing of Christians in Muslim nations.

It is time for Western governments – especially the American government – to become more involved in protecting the rights of Christians in Muslim nations. Protection means more than the occasional press conference publically announcing the verbal displeasure and verbal denunciation of the ethnic cleansing of Christians.

It’s Time for Christians to Push Back against Homosexual Activism

I am guessing this Obama Proclamation went under the radar to the people who would be offended. Does anyone know that President Barack Hussein Obama self-proclaimed Christian but more likely plugged into atheistic Marxist ideology with some sympathy for the Islamic culture his early childhood experienced, had declared the month of June 2011 to be Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month (LGBT Pride Month).

As if the blight of pornography was not enough to legalize in the name of the First Amendment, thanks to President BHO the wicked homosexual lifestyle has gone beyond legalization. Rather the President of the United States of America has placed the LGBT lifestyle on a pedestal of honor completely contrary to Biblical Morality.

Here is the May 31, 2011 Presidential Proclamation:

Presidential Proclamation–Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month

May 31, 2011

The White House

Office of the Press Secretary

The story of America’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) community is the story of our fathers and sons, our mothers and daughters, and our friends and neighbors who continue the task of making our country a more perfect Union. It is a story about the struggle to realize the great American promise that all people can live with dignity and fairness under the law. Each June, we commemorate the courageous individuals who have fought to achieve this promise for LGBT Americans, and we rededicate ourselves to the pursuit of equal rights for all, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.

Since taking office, my Administration has made significant progress towards achieving equality for LGBT Americans. Last December, I was proud to sign the repeal of the discriminatory “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy. With this repeal, gay and lesbian Americans will be able to serve openly in our Armed Forces for the first time in our Nation’s history. Our national security will be strengthened and the heroic contributions these Americans make to our military, and have made throughout our history, will be fully recognized.

My Administration has also taken steps to eliminate discrimination against LGBT Americans in Federal housing programs and to give LGBT Americans the right to visit their loved ones in the hospital. We have made clear through executive branch nondiscrimination policies that discrimination on the basis of gender identity in the Federal workplace will not be tolerated. I have continued to nominate and appoint highly qualified, openly LGBT individuals to executive branch and judicial positions. Because we recognize that LGBT rights are human rights, my Administration stands with advocates of equality around the world in leading the fight against pernicious laws targeting LGBT persons and malicious attempts to exclude LGBT organizations from full participation in the international system. We led a global campaign to ensure “sexual orientation” was included in the United Nations resolution on extrajudicial execution — the only United Nations resolution that specifically mentions LGBT people — to send the unequivocal message that no matter where it occurs, state-sanctioned killing of gays and lesbians is indefensible. No one should be harmed because of who they are or who they love, and my Administration has mobilized unprecedented public commitments from countries around the world to join in the fight against hate and homophobia.

At home, we are working to address and eliminate violence against LGBT individuals through our enforcement and implementation of the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act. We are also working to reduce the threat of bullying against young people, including LGBT youth. My Administration is actively engaged with educators and community leaders across America to reduce violence and discrimination in schools. To help dispel the myth that bullying is a harmless or inevitable part of growing up, the First Lady and I hosted the first White House Conference on Bullying Prevention in March. Many senior Administration officials have also joined me in reaching out to LGBT youth who have been bullied by recording “It Gets Better” video messages to assure them they are not alone.

This month also marks the 30th anniversary of the emergence of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, which has had a profound impact on the LGBT community. Though we have made strides in combating this devastating disease, more work remains to be done, and I am committed to expanding access to HIV/AIDS prevention and care. Last year, I announced the first comprehensive National HIV/AIDS Strategy for the United States. This strategy focuses on combinations of evidence-based approaches to decrease new HIV infections in high risk communities, improve care for people living with HIV/AIDS, and reduce health disparities. My Administration also increased domestic HIV/AIDS funding to support the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and HIV prevention, and to invest in HIV/AIDS-related research. However, government cannot take on this disease alone. This landmark anniversary is an opportunity for the LGBT community and allies to recommit to raising awareness about HIV/AIDS and continuing the fight against this deadly pandemic.

Every generation of Americans has brought our Nation closer to fulfilling its promise of equality. While progress has taken time, our achievements in advancing the rights of LGBT Americans remind us that history is on our side, and that the American people will never stop striving toward liberty and justice for all.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim June 2011 as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Pride Month. I call upon the people of the United States to eliminate prejudice everywhere it exists, and to celebrate the great diversity of the American people.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this thirty-first day of May, in the year of our Lord two thousand eleven, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and thirty-fifth.

This Presidential proclamation reads like the celebration of homosexual debauchery.

These words might as well read that BHO’s Administration also has taken steps to ensure that Federal housing programs become cesspools of moral degradation. All American citizens should have qualified access to housing programs; however extending that access to a federal program based on sexual perversion is insane. After all America is One Nation Under God and NOT one nation under sexual perversion.

President BHO writes with pride he has infected the Federal government by appointing sinful anti-Christian homosexuals to the Executive Branch and the Judicial Branch of the USA.

I agree with the President that LGBT rights are human rights; HOWEVER those LGBT rights are not based on sexual perversion, rather those rights are based on the individual rights all Americans have as being U.S. citizens under the Constitution. The Founding Fathers did not recognize sexual perversion as covered under the First Amendment.

Yes, absolutely violence against homosexuals should be prosecuted to the highest extent of the law; however making special laws for promoting homosexual perversion as a special class that needs protection is absurd. Any violence against any human being has equal protection under the law. Hate crime laws such as the one designed around the horrific death of Matthew Shepard merely because he was a homosexual is the beginning of the end of E Pluribus Unum – Out of One, Many. Hate crime laws that aim to specifically protect a class of perverts as if sinful immorality lived by homosexuals is equal to heterosexuals living a life of marriage under Godly morality as in Adam and Eve is repugnant.

BHO is says his Administration is actively “engaged” with educators and community leaders to “reduce” violence and discrimination in schools. The campaign to reduce violence in schools should be aimed the violent – period.  If someone looks at a homosexual and simply states that homosexuality is an ungodly practice, then should the Christian moralist (of any age) be sent to the school office to receive judgment and punishment for being a bully? That is the implication of Obama working with educators and community leaders. Since we are One Nation Under God and that our money claims In God we Trust, the Judeo-Christian principles of morality should be Constitutionally enforced for Christians to act like Christians even if it is offensive to groups of LGBT who act contrary to being under God. Within the framework of Constitutional law I believe the privacy of LGBT people is protected; however open and public displays of the LGBT lifestyle should be prosecuted when displayed openly. Much like people who practice public nudity or pornographic sex in public venues find themselves in the hoosegow for breaking the law the same should apply to the public deviancy of homosexuality.

This month also marks the 30th anniversary of the emergence of the HIV/AIDS epidemic, which has had a profound impact on the LGBT community. Though we have made strides in combating this devastating disease, more work remains to be done, and I am committed to expanding access to HIV/AIDS prevention and care.

Someone should ask, “Why did the HIV/AIDS epidemic have such a profound impact on LTBT people? The reason is because in America HIV/AIDS began as a homosexual disease and even today HIV/AIDS is in higher infection rates among homosexuals than among heterosexuals.

Homosexual activists and Leftists would label me a bigoted homophobe for the sentiments I just expressed. Is expressing my First Amendment rights of Free Speech and Religious Freedom bigoted? Perhaps I should stand at the rough tops and shout to the world of the hate-speech expressed by homosexual activists and Leftists denigrating Biblical Christianity. Is it not discrimination to terminate all things Christians in our public forum? How is the public expression of Christian symbolism and open Christian prayer at public events harmful to the community good?

In communities in which a traditional prayer is said before the beginning of a Public School sporting event or before opening a City Council meeting harmful to the community? Perhaps the homosexual activists and Leftist would feel better about trading prayer for a public demonstration of homosexual sex or perhaps a heterosexual pornographic display to the open public to bring a greater sense of commonality for the community?

As Americans we have to use our vote to distinguish that which is truly bigoted and that which is invigorating for the community. When the Leftist judicial activism of the Federal Bench steps in to overrule Biblical morality, then political Christian activism should begin to promote an Amendment to define family values. If or when Congress failed to listen to their constituents, then grassroots activism should go to the next level and start movements in each State to convene a Constitutional Convention that maintains the Bill of Rights yet with family values and a definition of America’s heritage is Judeo-Christianity and still maintaining Religious Freedom and still prohibiting the government from establishing a State religion.

Europe and U.S. Need a Double Take on Muslim Migration

Islamic Trojan House

John R. Houk

© February 24, 2011

European nations have stuck their heads in the sand when it comes to immigration or political asylum from Muslim Middle Eastern nations. I believe Europe’s deal is if you have job skills you can immigrate to work. Or perhaps even if people with Islamist credentials are given political asylum because they are fleeing a repressive dictatorship (or even by Western standards a moderate Muslim nation) that might result in death if caught.

The leadership of Germany, France and the United Kingdom has finally come to the politically incorrect conclusion that putting faith in multiculturalism has become ruinous because national cohesion is becoming threatened. Of course I don’t believe anyone had the guts to reference Muslims but everyone knows who these leaders were speaking of.

The blogger at 1683 AD is promoting the idea that the immigration and political asylum policy of accommodating immigrating or fleeing Muslims should change especially with the upheaval spreading from Muslim Maghreb through the Muslim Middle East with grassroots activism threatening to bring the status quo down. The 1683 AD blog goes out of its way to point out that actual persecuted people that definitely are Islamists should NOT be allowed to immigrate or flee toward European political asylum. Although there are more examples the classic group allowed safe haven in Europe should be people like the Egyptian Coptic Christians and the Middle Eastern Assyrian Christians.

Residing in America, 1683 AD’s idea should also be implemented in the good old USA as well. I believe it is such a good idea that students from the Middle East should NOT be given student visas at least not until American hatred subsides. I mean a Saudi living in Texas on a student visa was busted with plans and charts to make a Weapon of Mass Destruction (WMD). The American-hating Saudi Muslim’s name is Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari. It is time for some good old fashion religious profiling before anyone from the Muslim world is allowed to enter America. When will America wake up from the stupor of political correctness when it comes to Islam?

Salvation Is of the Jews

Eretz Israel. Ezek 47 & 48

Ari Bussel has written an awesome essay with the intended reading audience being Jews. The purpose of the essay is to bring to the forefront practice of Aliyah which was and is the call for Jews to return to the Land of Promise given by God. From the days that Jews faced expulsion from Israel/Judah by Assyria then by Babylonia and again by the Romans; Jews became a people without a national homeland and became known as Diaspora Jews.

From the dispersion of Jews by Romans the Jewish Diaspora grew outside their former homeland renamed Philistia by the Romans. It is from the word Philistia that the word Palestine developed. The Diaspora initially grew in cities outside of Palestine that already had Jewish established populations. Alexandria in Egypt became one of the Jewish religious and economic centers of the Diaspora early on. I am not investigating this now but eventually Jewish populations grew in Europe from Spain to Russia. The persecution of Jews by the increasingly Christian nature of the Roman Empire and Europe undoubtedly led to a strong Jewish desire to return to the city of David; i.e. Jerusalem, the Capitol City of Israel’s greatest King David. Return to Jerusalem the location of God’s Presence on the Temple Mount for Jews.

Jews that observe the traditions of their people regard the Temple Mount as the center of the World because God’s Presence was housed there after Solomon built the First Temple following David’s death. Thus Jews always prayed to return to Jerusalem. Liberal or non-observant Jews perhaps are not so much into the awe of God’s Presence in Jerusalem which may explain there are a significant amount of Jews willing to toss the Old City half of Jerusalem back into Muslim control under the delusion peace will follow from Middle Eastern Muslims and the ones that call themselves Palestinians in particular.

At any rate apart from the Jewish connection to Jerusalem which in my opinion is preeminent. There is a vital Christian connection to Jerusalem. Jesus the son of Mary and the Son of God was descended from the kingly line of the House of Judah which hearkens back to King David. In the Christian perspective the promises to Abraham that followed through the hereditary line of Promise, became available to non-Jewish (i.e. Gentile) people through the Redemptive Sacrificial Blood of Jesus the Christ. Christians do not have the same affinity as Jews about the Presence of God on the Temple Mount because Jesus provides the opportunity of all people to be engrafted to the Natural Seed of Promise. Those that believe in the Risen Savior thus become the adopted sons and daughters of God as part of His Kingdom Family. The concept of adoption should give more meaning as to the reason the Apostle Paul frequently used the phrase about Salvation, “To Jew first and then the Gentile (or to the Greek).” Salvation is of the Jews. As a Christian I consider myself as a friend of Jews even though most Observant Jews may not consider the Christian faith as a group that are friends to Jews. Most Observant Jews frown on Christian evangelism because of the belief that it would be heresy that God would incarnate a human to form the simultaneous human-Divine nature of the Son of God. (Incidentally, the Jewish view of denying Christ’s Sonship is taken up on a militant sentiment by Muslims.)

Here is a paragraph from Ari Bussel’s article, “And They Will be a Nation to Me(Posted at the end of these thoughts at

And it is the word of God, the Almighty:  Here I take the Israelites from among the gentiles to where they have departed.  And I will collect them from all around and bring them to their land.  And I will make them one … and they will be a nation to me and I will be their God.  And my servant David will be a king unto them, and one shepherd will be for all. … And they will settle the land that I gave my servant, to Jacob, where your forefathers sat before you, and you will be there, they and their sons and their sons’ sons to the end of day, and my servant David a president to them for eternity.

Bussel’s intent is that one day all of the nation of Israel will be one day collected from its dispersion and returned by the power of God to Eretz Israel. As a Christian I see the return of Diaspora Jews as the plan of God for the Messiah – Jesus Christ – returning for the second time to bring Salvation to all peoples and nations. Salvation is of the Jews.
