State Department Hosts Muslim Brotherhood Front Groups

One of the things that sealed the deal for me to vote for Donald Trump in 2016 was his anti-Islamic terrorism and anti-Muslim immigration stand. I have recently become convinced that President Trump’s National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster is removing pro-Trump people from the National Security Council (NSC). What’s up with that?

Now I am finding out President Trump’s Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is schmoozing with radical Islamists that hate America and Israel. What’s up with that?

Here are the radical Muslim details from Freedom Outpost.

State Department Hosts Muslim Brotherhood Front Groups

By TIM BROWN

AUGUST 12, 2017

Freedom Outpost

While President Donald Trump is but one man, he was very vocal about Islam and speaking out against it, but it appears that those he chose to fill positions in his administration just don’t have the same mindset, and the latest to demonstrate this is Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, as he hosted designated terror organization and Hamas-tied Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), along with other Muslims Brotherhood front groups at the State Department on Thursday.

Jordan Schachtel at Conservative Review that the meeting with State Department representatives to discuss the ongoing situation in Jerusalem was posted by the American Muslims for Palestine (AMP).

Schachtel writes:

The delegation was brought together by an umbrella conglomerate of Islamist outfits known as the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO). They went to the State Dept. to discuss the “ongoing Al-Aqsa Mosque crisis and Israel’s denial of religious freedom in Jerusalem, which is holy to the three Abrahamic faiths,” the AMP website said.

In July, Palestinian terrorists stormed outside the Al-Aqsa mosque compound and assassinated two Israeli police officers, setting off a diplomatic firestorm that would result in Israel securing the facility with metal detectors (which would later be removed due to international pressure).

Represented at the meeting included a CAIR official and members of other suspected Muslim Brotherhood front groups, such as the Islamic Circle of North America and the Islamic Shura Council of North America.

The delegation included Osama Abu Irshaid, a leader at AMP and an open supporter of Hamas. Terrorism expert Steven Emerson reported that he once served as the editor of “Al-Zaitounah” periodical, which Emerson describes as “pro-Hamas propaganda.”

Emerson has compared AMP as a whole to a “Hamas-support network” that mimics the Hamas-funding organizations that federal prosecutors shut down during the George W. Bush administration.

Islamic expert and author of numerous books on the subject, Robert Spencer wrote, “This is the kind of thing that should have ended with the inception of the ‘Drain the Swamp’ administration.”

“Unfortunately, Trump appointed too many people who did not share his vision, and so that vision is not being implemented, and Obama holdovers are still in charge,” he added.

All of these groups are known Muslim Brotherhood front groups who want Islam to dominate the world.

They have the same ideology as Herman Mustafa Carroll, executive director of the Dallas-Fort Worth CAIR branch, does when he announced:

“If we are practicing Muslims, we are above the law of the land.”

Dr. Muzammil Siddiqi, who was a part of the delegation to the State Department, once called for Islamic law to dominate the world, declaring: “Allah’s rules have to be established in all lands, and all our efforts should lead to that direction.”

Additionally, what many fail to remember regarding the Palestinians is that the Palestine National Charter of 1964 states:

We, the Palestinian Arab people, who believe in its Arabism and in its right to regain its homeland, to realize its freedom and dignity, and who have determined to amass its forces and mobilize its efforts and capabilities in order to continue its struggle and to move forward on the path of holy war (al-jihad) until complete and final victory has been attained.

In 1988, Hamas formed its own covenant in which it cites Imam Hassan al Banna:

Israel will exist and will continue to exist until Islam will obliterate it, just as it obliterated others before it.

Nothing in this has changed! Not one word.

Now, look, I’m not Zionist by any stretch of the imagination [Blog Editor: In full disclosure, I consider myself a Christian Zionist fully supporting the existence of Israel as God’s plan], but when you have people who have put in print that they seek the utter destruction of an entire state and its people, and on top of that, their fellow brothers in the “hood” (Muslim Brotherhood) are literally Hell bent on taking over the US and the West in the name of the false prophet Muhammed and Allah, then there is a serious issue there.

While Trump has backed the idea of doing what the United Arab Emirates did and designating the Muslim Brotherhood a terror organization, Tillerson has done everything he can, just like H. R. McMaster to whitewash Islam and engage in taqiyya on the behalf of Islamists by seeking to block such efforts.

“There are elements of the Muslim Brotherhood that have become parts of governments,” he said, pointing out parliaments in Bahrain and Turkey as examples.

“Those elements… have done so by renouncing violence and terrorism,” he said.

“So in designating the Brotherhood in its totality as a terrorist organization… I think you can appreciate the complexities this enters into our relations with [governments in the region],” said Tillerson.

Nope, I can’t see the complexities, especially in light of the goals of the Muslim Brotherhood, which are to destroy the West and claim it in the name of Allah.

Tillerson is just demonstrating he is a stooge for Islam, just like others before him.

Welcoming these people who hold to these doctrines of demons into our places of government is not only a bad move, but in my opinion is dangerously close, if not over the line, to treason.

Falsehoods and Facts about the Middle East Forum: A Top Ten List

Unsurprisingly, the Middle East Forum (MEF) has been the recipient of Fake News lies all based on the Multiculturalist accusation of Islamophobia. Evidently the lies have become so huge that the MEF has decided to answer those lies with a Top Ten List.

Below is an email alert introduction to that Top Ten List which I will follow with cross post of that list.

Falsehoods and Facts about the Middle East Forum: A Top Ten List

Dear Reader:

As the Middle East Forum’s reach and influence expands, so too does the flurry of ad hominem, distorted, and plainly false attacks on the organization, mostly from Islamists and the far Left.

Institutions leading this assault include the Southern Poverty Law Center, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), J Street, Jewish Voices for Peace, and most recently the Silicon Valley Community Foundation. George Soros’ Open Society Foundations has a special place in our hearts for funding anti-MEF research.

Our opponents attack us for different reasons. Islamist activists loathe our national security views, advancement of women’s rights, and efforts to protect freedoms of moderate Muslim authors, activists, and publishers. Israel-haters oppose our efforts to puncture Palestinian illusions. Academics want to discredit our efforts to improve Middle East studies in North America. America-haters can pretty much take their pick of reasons.

Regardless of their motives, they all draw on the same tired canards that we so often refuted on an ad hoc basis. To save the curious some legwork, we are publishing a list of the top ten falsehoods, refuting them all at once, and maybe once and for all. Please take a look.

Gregg Roman

Falsehoods and Facts about the Middle East Forum: A Top Ten List

August 9, 2017

Middle East Forum

The Middle East Forum (MEF) is the object of repeated falsehoods. To clear the record, here follows the top ten and our corrections.

Falsehood 1: The Middle East Forum is anti-Muslim, or “Islamophobic.”

False Statements

Center for American Progress: “The Middle East Forum is at the center of the Islamophobia network.”

Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR): Daniel Pipes is “considered by many Muslims to be America’s leading Islamophobe.”

The Southern Poverty Law Center: Daniel Pipes is “at the center of what is a large and evolving network of Islam-bashing activists.”

Fact 1: Far from being biased against Muslims, MEF challenges a radical ideology responsible for unfathomable Muslim suffering, and one which most Muslims reject. Middle East Forum President Daniel Pipes has been emphasizing the distinction between Islamism and the Islamic religion – and between the “completely justified fear of Islamists and unjustified fear of all Muslims” – for decades.

The only people who maintain there is little or no distinction between detesting Islamism and detesting Muslims are Islamists themselves and fellow travelers of the sort quoted above. The “Islamophobia” accusations they level at MEF and others are designed to conflate Islamism and Islam, claiming an attack on one is an attack on the other.

This conflation also attempts to delegitimize non-Islamist Muslims working to free their faith from the grip of extremists, and it is no coincidence that Muslim reformers are often viciously attacked. The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), a far-left organization known for its often inaccurate claims, lists Maajid Nawaz of the Quilliam Foundation alongside Mr. Pipes as an “anti-Muslim extremist.”

The SPLC has branded Muslim reformer Maajid Nawaz as an “anti-Muslim extremist.”

A lot of money finances these allegations. The Center for American Progress, for example, received a $200,000 grant from George Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF) to “research and track the activities” of the Middle East Forum and other NGOs working to combat the spread of radical Islam in America. The Brookings Institution’s recent focus on so-called “Islamophobia” in America likely has much to do with its decade-long partnership with Qatar, which provided it with a $14.8 million 4-year grant in 2013.

The latest organization to level the “Islamophobia” accusation at MEF is the Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF), which lashed out after we revealed publicly that it had provided $330,524 to two extremist organizations, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and Islamic Relief. It turns out SVCF is getting paid too. According to its 990 form, the extremist International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT) provided SVCF with $500,000 in “program assistance” in 2015.

Falsehood 2: Daniel Pipes regards Muslim organizations as subversive.

False Statements

Jewish Voice for Peace: “Pipes views almost every possible Muslim activity as subversive and threatening.”

Center for American Progress: “The alarmist rhetoric of Daniel Pipes … brand[s] Muslims, Sharia, and even the instruction of Arabic as affronts to American freedom.

Fact 2: In keeping with Mr. Pipes’ oft-repeated belief that “radical Islam is the problem, moderate Islam is the solution,” MEF’s Islamist Watch project was established with a mission to “expose the Islamist organizations that currently dominate the debate, while identifying and promoting the work of moderate Muslims.”

MEF has a long history of supporting, employing, and collaborating with Muslims working to free their community and faith from the grip of Islamists.

See a list here of Muslim organizations the Forum regards as vital allies in this fight, some of whom it helps fund.

Falsehood 3: Pipes supports interning Muslims, akin to the internment of Japanese-Americans during World War II.

False Statements

Jewish Voice for Peace: “The Southern Poverty Law Center notes that ‘Pipes endorsed the internment of Muslims in America,’ referencing WWII Japanese American concentration camps as a model to be used against Muslims today.”

Silicon Valley Community Foundation: “Daniel Pipes, president of Middle East Forum, has written in support of the model of Japanese internment camps in relation to American Muslims.”

Fact 3: This canard is a paradigmatic example of how charges initially levelled by one radical organization metastasize through repetition by others. The SPLC report misquoted at right by Jewish Voice for Peace actually states, “In 2004, Pipes endorsed the internment of ethnic Japanese in American prison camps in World War II and held that up as a model for dealing with Muslims today.”

But even this isn’t true. In 2005 an Islamist organization in Canada had to apologize and make a charitable donation to the Middle East Forum for making this claim.

The original article did not argue for internment camps as a model (a follow-up explaining how CAIR and others distorted Pipes’ position can be read here), but rather concluded with support for author Michelle Malkin’s thesis about threat profiling: “She correctly concludes that, especially in time of war, governments should take into account nationality, ethnicity, and religious affiliation in their homeland security policies.”

Falsehood 4: MEF is wrong to label CAIR as “terrorism-linked.”

Clockwise from top left: Randall (“Ismail”) Royer, Ghassan Elashi, Bassem Khafagi, Rabih Haddad, Nabil Sadoun, and Muthanna Al-Hanooti

Fact 4: Here are many reasons why MEF can reasonably describe CAIR as “terrorism-linked.”

  • CAIR was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing trial.

  • During that trial, U.S. District Court Judge Jorge Solis concluded that, “The government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR…with Hamas.”

  • In 2014, the United Arab Emirates, a Muslim ally of the United States, designated CAIR a terrorist organization.

  • CAIR itself implicitly acknowledged the truth when it settled a 2004 libel lawsuit against a group making this allegation called Anti-CAIR, with no apology, retraction, or removal of offending Internet materials.

Falsehood 5: CAIR, Islamic Relief, and other Muslim groups criticized by MEF are respectable civil rights organizations.

False Statements

Jewish Voice for Peace: “Contrary to the Middle East Forum’s smear campaign, CAIR is a nationally-recognized civil rights organization that has received praise from seventeen U.S. Senators and 85 U.S. Representatives from both sides of the political aisle.”

Fact 5: CAIR and Islamic Relief are focused on promoting social insularity and distrust of authorities among U.S. Muslims, not defending their civil rights. In fact, both groups frequently host and promote extremist speakers who advocate against civil rights as most Americans understand them.

Siraj Wahhaj, for example, preaches that homosexuality is a “disease” of society, that the punishment for adultery is death, and that Muslims shouldn’t have non-Muslim friends. Omar Suleiman has rationalized honor killings, telling women thinking of promiscuity that they could be killed by their fathers for “offending Allah.” Jamal Badawi has said that men have a right to beat their wives. Abdul Nasir Jangda has argued that they have the right to rape their wives.

Falsehood 6: CAIR and Islamic Relief have clean bills of health on links to terrorism from the federal government and from charity watchdogs.

False Statements

Silicon Valley Community Foundation: “The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) and Islamic Relief … are nonprofit organizations in good standing with federal agencies, and do not appear on any U.S. government list as having been tied to terrorism.”

Silicon Valley Community Foundation: “GuideStar reports … whether a nonprofit organization is identified as a ‘Specially Designated National’ on the Office of Foreign Asset Control’s list. In simpler terms, this is the list of U.S. organizations designated as having links to terrorist organizations. Neither CAIR nor Islamic Relief is on this list.”

Fact 7: MEF is a research institution that promotes American interests. Islamist Watch presents factual research on the influence and activity of non-violent U.S.-based Islamist groups and their leaders. Some oppose Israel, to be sure, but most are more focused on targeting women, homosexuals, and others.

Campus Watch researches, analyzes, and critiques the academic study of the Middle East. It argues against “analytical failures, the mixing of politics with scholarship, intolerance of alternative views, apologetics, and the abuse of power over students,” but it accepts divergent perspectives. Campus Watch recently published a favorable review of a lecture at the City University of New York (CUNY) by Sari Nusseibeh, a former senior PLO representative under Yasser Arafat whose views hardly qualify as pro-Israeli. A cursory examination of the project’s research articles demonstrates that the characterization of Campus Watch as Israel-centered is false. As for the “dossiers,” CW took down those initial eight profiles 15 years ago in favor of an institution-focused survey method.

Falsehood 8: Daniel Pipes and the Middle East Forum have funded the political campaigns of Dutch right-wing leader Geert Wilders.

False Statements

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette: “David Horowitz and Daniel Pipes are reported to have put some $150,000 of foundation money into his campaign.”

Fact 8: Not a penny from Daniel Pipes or the Middle East Forum has gone to Wilders personally, his political party, or his campaign.

MEF did provide a grant to pay legal bills in Mr. Wilders’ trial over his film on radical Islam.

As the New York Times notes: “the funds that were sent to Geert Wilders were to help him in his legal cases and were not political donations.”

Falsehood 9: Campus Watch seeks to stifle academic freedom.

False Statements

CAIR: Campus Watch [is] part of a larger anti-intellectual campaign aimed at regulating discourse on the Middle East.

Chronicle of Higher Education, Inside Higher Ed, The Nation: Campus Watch is “neo-McCarthyite” and part of the “New McCarthyism” that seeks to silence anyone with whom it disagrees.

Fact 9: Campus Watch critiques contemporary Middle East studies, which years ago jettisoned rigorous scholarship and teaching for politicized, biased, and inferior work. There is nothing wrong with scrutinizing and criticizing academic research.

No cliché is more hackneyed, no charge intellectually lazier than that CW engages in “McCarthyism” (see right). Unlike the late Sen. Joseph McCarthy, Campus Watch—a private organization—neither possesses nor seeks the ability to silence or persecute anyone.

Only in the fevered imaginations of some professors do rigorous critiques by outsiders equate with an anti-Communist witch-hunt.

Falsehood 10: Daniel Pipes has lost the support of his former academic colleagues

False Statements

Al Jazeera [interviewing a spokesman from the Center for American Progress]: Pipes has a “scholarly background, but … he has lost the support of many of the people he used to work with, and associate with, when he was a well-respected scholar.”

Fact 10: Mr. Pipes never stopped being a “well-respected scholar” When President George W. Bush nominated him to the board of directors of the U.S. Institute of Peace in 2003, 30 academics signed a letter in support of the appointment. For a more recent example, Professor Edward Alexander of the University of Washington lavished praise in 2016 on Pipes’ Nothing Abides.

That said, it is true that a radicalized academia condemns Pipes and the Forum for their mainstream outlook – and especially for their role in exposing the failure of Middle East studies.

MEF About Page

With roots going back to 1990, the Middle East Forum has been an independent tax-exempt 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization based in Philadelphia since 1994.

Mission

The Middle East Forum promotes American interests in the Middle East and protects Western values from Middle Eastern threats.

The Forum sees the region — with its profusion of dictatorships, radical ideologies, existential conflicts, border disagreements, corruption, political violence, and weapons of mass destruction — as a major source of problems for the United States. Accordingly, we urge bold measures to protect Americans and their allies.

In the Middle East, we focus on ways to defeat radical Islam; work for Palestinian acceptance of Israel; develop strategies to contain Iran; and deal with the great advances of anarchy.

At home, the Forum emphasizes the danger of lawful Islamism; protects the freedoms of anti-Islamist authors, activists, and publishers; and works to improve Middle East studies.

Methods

The Middle East Forum realizes its goals through three main mechanisms:

  • Intellectual: The Forum provides context, insights, and policy recommendations through the Middle East Quarterly, staff writings, public lectures, radio and television appearances, and conference calls (see below for details).

  • Operational: The Forum exerts an active influence through its projects, including Campus Watch, Islamist Watch, Legal Project, Washington Project, Apartheid Monitor, and Shillman/Ginsburg Writing Fellowship Program (see below for details).

  • Philanthropic: The Forum annually distributes US$1.5 million in earmarked donations through its Education Fund, helping researchers, writers, investigators, and activists around the world.

Activities

MEForum.org (this website) hosts a complete archive of Middle East Quarterly articles; articles by MEF staff; audio recordings and summary accounts of guest lectures and conference calls; and MEF alerts for Forum events, media appearances, and news releases.

Middle East Quarterly, published since 1994 and edited by Efraim Karsh, it is the only scholarly journal on the Middle East consistent with mainstream American views. Delivering timely analyses, cutting-edge information, and sound policy initiatives, it serves as a valuable resource for policymakers and opinion-shapers.

Public Outreach. Television and radio rely on Forum specialists, who appear on virtually all the major American over-the-air and cable news programs, plus stations around the globe. MEF staff also brief ranking officials of the U.S. government, testify before Congress, and conduct studies for executive branch agencies.

CAIR Works “Tirelessly to Advance the Agenda & Goals of the Muslim Brotherhood & Hamas”

Blog Editor Intro to ‘CAIR Works “Tirelessly to Advance the Agenda & Goals of the Muslim Brotherhood & Hamas”’

Edited by John R. Houk

5/8/17

This post highlights a Chris Gaubatz interview on a UTT Radio broadcast in which comparisons are made of the objectives of CAIR, ISIS and al Qaeda.

I need to mention a relatively new Muslim-American group is talked about called US Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO – official about page). Apparently, I have been paying close attention (shame on me) since the group has been around since 2014. Here are a couple of excerpts briefly highlighting the USCMO agenda as compared to the other Muslim Brotherhood related Muslim American organizations:

Executive leadership from some of the most prominent American Muslim organizations announced the formation of the United States Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO) on Wednesday, 12 March 2014 at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. The eight founding Muslim organizations participating at the press conference were immediately joined by two additional U.S. Muslim organizations. …

The USCMO is described as an umbrella organization – and CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad inferred that and more, with his assertion regarding the USCMO that “This is the dream of every American Muslim, to unify the approach, agenda and vision of the Muslim community. … The formation of the USCMO marks the first U.S. Muslim Brotherhood political party, and indeed the first religious identity political party in the history of this country.

During the press conference, Nihad Awad indicated his organization CAIR was “proud to join this historic organization, because today is a historic one. We have been meeting for at least one and a half years.” However, the information absent from this discussion by Awad and his colleagues was that the development of the USCMO not only predates the eighteen month time frame, but finds its origins in the Chicago metropolitan area, where the Muslim Brotherhood has successfully built a strategic organizational network for almost six decades.

READ ENTIRETY (Genesis of the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations Muslim Brotherhood Political Party; By Center for Security Policy; 5/19/14)

And from CounterJihad.com:

In March of 2014, a new group formed with the aim of uniting a coalition of Muslim organizations: the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO). USCMO came into the spotlight more recently with the launch of their 2016 political campaign, “One America.” The campaign followed on the heels of a December 2015 emergency summit of over 100 mostly Muslim leaders who sought to offset a Muslim image crisis after GOP nominees’ unfavorable – albeit often true – remarks about some Muslim communities.

Reading Between the Lines of USCMO’s “One America” Campaign

The “One America” campaign calls for mobilizing one million new Muslim American voters, cultivating dialogue with elected officials, along with increased open-house days at mosques across the country. …

… Furthermore, the Islamist group supports the agenda to manipulate language, which now includes denying the existence of radicalization.

When USCMO talks about ensuring civil liberties, it means ensuring these Islamist groups’ use civil liberties to advance their own cause. In this election year and moving forward into 2017, that cause is defined by challenging the validity of critical thinkers and slandering them through largely unfounded accusations of bigotry and Islamophobia. In almost call cases, Islamist organizations work with counter-productive groups like the Southern Poverty Law Center and Wahhabi funded agents to weave a narrative that undermines our number one freedom: freedom of speech.]

For USCMO, the Only “Real” Muslims are Islamists

When USCMO talks about Muslim Americans rejoining the mainstream community, their vision is a new legion of politically active Muslims who can further ensure their agenda. Secular Muslims, Muslims combative towards Islamism, critical Muslim academics and Muslim Reformers are not part of what USCMO considers its demographic. In fact, private conversations with both cultural and deeply faithful Muslims shows a disdain for Muslim groups that pander to identity politics.

CAIR Works “Tirelessly to Advance the Agenda & Goals of the Muslim Brotherhood & Hamas”

By John Guandolo

May 8, 2017

Understanding The Threat

The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) is a terrorist organization.  Specifically, it was created in 1994 by the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood’s Palestine Committee, which is Hamas in the United States.

This week’s UTT Radio Broadcast (30 mins) – which can be heard at www.WorldviewRadio.com – features an interview with UTT’s Vice President Chris Gaubatz who worked undercover at Hamas’ headquarters in Washington, D.C. (CAIR) nearly ten years ago while posing as a converted muslim.

Listen to the UTT radio broadcast HERE.

In the interview, Chris Gaubatz explains CAIR’s objectives are no different than those of ISIS and Al Qaeda, and that CAIR works “Tirelessly to advance the agenda and goals of the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas.”

Chris Gaubatz testifies before Senator Ted Cruz’s hearing on “Radical Islam and Terrorism”

Here are a few of the comments from Chris Gaubatz from the UTT broadcast:

“As I testified in front of the U.S. Senate, the Muslim Brotherhood is no different than Al Qaeda and the Islamic State.  They have the same goals, which is to establish an Islamic state under sharia…Whether its jihadi groups all over the world, the Islamic State, Al Qaeda or the Muslim Brotherhood, specifically Hamas in this case with CAIR, they all say that they’re muslims waging jihad to establish an Islamic state under sharia…My workspace (at CAIR) was right outside the office of Nihad Awad, the Executive Director of Hamas doing business as CAIR, and Ibrahim Hooper’s office was right next door to Nihad’s office.  So I had daily interactions with them.”

Chris Gaubatz undercover at Hamas headquarters with U.S. Muslim Brotherhood leader and Hamas (CAIR) Executive Director Nihad Awad

“I was able to see exactly how they (CAIR) go about doing what they do, which is ultimately civilization jihad.  They want to destroy Western civilization from within per their own goals and documents, and I was able to witness that daily.”

In the largest terrorism financing and Hamas trial ever successfully prosecuted in American history – US v Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development (HLF), Dallas 2008 – which was the culmination of a 15 year FBI investigation, the FBI and the Department of Justice entered into evidence a “wide array” of testimonial and documentary evidence expressly linking CAIR to Hamas.

See UTT’s CAIR is Hamas brief sheet HERE.  Hamas is a designated terrorist organization per the United States government.  See the Department of State’s designation of Hamas HERE.

Yet, despite all the evidence from the HLF trial, the over 12,000 documents Chris Gaubatz pulled out of CAIR’s headquarters in Washington, D.C. as well as the 300 hours of covert video/audio recordings revealing CAIR is involved in fraud, sedition, and terrorism, CAIR continues to operate and CAIR leaders walk free on the streets of America.

The book Muslim Mafia details Chris’ experiences and the evidence uncovered.  Purchase a copy today HERE!

CAIR frequently appear in the media and is defended by local and national media outlets as a “civil rights” organization.  CAIR organizes “Muslim Capital Day” at state capitals around the United States, influences national policy related to the Islamic threat, attacks individuals and organizations who speak truth about the threat of Islam, and they defend jihadis (“terrorists”) while putting out the propaganda that what “terrorists” do has nothing to do with Islam.

Hamas leader Nihad Awad, who is the General Masul (leader) of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood, is now steering the MB’s accelerated efforts to prepare for war in the United States through the efforts of the US Council of Muslim Organizations (USCMO).

Three things citizens can do to help thwart the efforts of the CAIR terrorists (Hamas) are:

  • Encourage local and state law enforcement to prosecute CAIR entities in your state.  If they have no idea where to begin, please refer them to UTT.

  • Work to ensure none of the local public entities in your area work with Hamas terrorists (dba CAIR) such as media, businesses, schools, etc.

  • Support and defend organizations and individuals being attacked by CAIR.

CAIR is a terrorist organization and should be treated as such.

VIDEO: CAIR – Muslim Mafia

Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America is a 2009 book by U.S. State Department-trained Arabic linguist and former U.S. Air Force Office of Special Investigations special agent Paul David Gaubatz, and investigative journalist and Hoover Institute fellow Paul Sperry.

It proves the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) to be a subversive organization allied with international terrorists.

The book is based on a six-month undercover investigation of the Washington-based CAIR by Chris Gaubatz — son of co-author Paul David Gaubatz — who posed as a convert to Islam. The book uses documents Chris Gaubatz obtained as a CAIR intern to prove the book’s assertions that CAIR is a front for the Muslim Brotherhood, and that CAIR supports international jihad against the U.S.

The book prompted endorsements from a number of writers and requests by members of the United States Congress for investigations into CAIR’s terrorist links and undue influence.

One of the best books I have EVER read is “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America”. The book is the result of the private undercover work of Chris Gaubatz who transmitted info Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) did not want to be made public. The CAIR-info demonstrates the Muslim-American organization is an agent of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB). The MB is a transnational Islamic organization designated a terrorist group by numerous nations (including the MB home nation Egypt), but for some beyond reason decision not by the USA.

Paul Sperry and Chris’ father David Gaubatz authored the book “Muslim Mafia” from the clandestinely acquired info. The book was published in 2009. CAIR has done everything within its legal power to either discredit, squelch the book’s existence and/or destroy the Gaubatz family since 2009.

Legal Jihad/Lawfare is the tactic Islam uses to intimidate critics and individuals actively exposing Islamic designs for the West. You can Google the term for yourself, but this 113-page pdf from the Center for Security Policy bring to light some insight on this Muslim litigation tactic:

Lawfare – the use of litigation and other judicial instruments to achieve policy outcomes – has long been employed by the U.S. progressive movement. In recent years, it has become a favored weapon of the Left’s allies in the Muslim Brotherhood and other parts of the global jihad movement in America.

Organizations in this country that front for the Brotherhood and its Palestinian franchise, Hamas, such as the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), have wielded lawfare both strategically and tactically. Their focus typically involves efforts to create and promote victimization narratives for Islam. They seek to silence their critics and put the American public and policy-makers on the defensive in the face of the global and domestic threat from a jihad or holy war, driven by the dictates of the Islamic supremacist doctrine known as shariah.

In advancing this agenda, the Muslim Brotherhood uses our own laws and courts for such purposes as intimidating and otherwise suppressing any who dare challenge Islamic supremacism. A steady stream of lawsuits filed by Muslims in this country works to achieve such outcomes and to normalize shariah by: insinuating it incrementally into our legal system; advancing the claim that Islamic law ought to be treated as superior to our basic freedoms; and gaining acceptance for anti-constitutional Islamic tenets related to equality, women’s rights, free speech and more. (OFFENSIVE AND DEFENSIVE LAWFARE: FIGHTING CIVILIZATION JIHAD IN AMERICA’S COURTS; Civilization Jihad Reader Series volume 7; CENTER  FOR  SECURITY  POLICY; 10/16/5)

CAIR has lost numerous legal challenges to the Gaubatz family. Yet they keep the lawfare going. It is obvious CAIR has been doing a great job in draining the Gaubatzs of their money to break them. Think about this: Lawfare is also costing CAIR legal fees. What is their source to keep this flowing? I can’t believe that CAIR’s exaggerated and ever decreasing member rolls are donating the kind of money needed to keep their Lawfare objectives active.

Here we are in 2017 and CAIR has chosen to take the Gaubatzs all the way to a civil trial. Frankly when that Gaubatz defense team nails CAIR with hiding discovery or catches the organization in a lie, I suspect CAIR will settle. There is no way I can believe CAIR can win such a lawsuit unless the Judge is bought or is an extremely complicit Multiculturalist to the point the rule of law is ignored to benefit CAIR. Much like President Trump is experiencing with lawless activist Judges so far.

Below is a WND article that touches on some old news and includes some relevant updates on CAIR’s civil suit against the Gaubatz family. But first here are a few blog posts I have made since the 2009 Legal Jihad began:

TRIAL TO EXPOSE RADICAL ISLAMIC AGENTS EMBEDDED IN U.S.

Top First Amendment lawyers defend breathtaking infiltration of terror front

By ART MOORE

April 3, 2017

WND

A former federal investigator enlists his son to infiltrate a Muslim front in the nation’s capital that had routinely collaborated with the White House and federal law-enforcement agencies as a “civil rights” group.

The daring undercover operation results in the capture of 12,000 pages of incriminating internal documents along with audio and video recordings, attracting the interest of the FBI and congressional investigators.

The evidence is compiled in one volume that draws the praise of a member of Congress who declares: “Now we have proof – from the secret documents that this investigative team has uncovered, coupled with the ones recently declassified by the FBI – that [radical Islamic] agents living among us have a plan in place, and they are successfully carrying out that subversive plan.”

But the Muslim front group, funded by wealthy Saudi donors and other foreign sources, files a lawsuit against the investigators, charging its “reputation” was damaged. Lacking any grounds to rebut the overwhelming evidence that it actually is a Muslim Brotherhood front, the group amends it complaint then prolongs the case through frivolous motions until finally, after eight years, a trial is set to be scheduled.

While it might sound like a Hollywood script, it’s the true story of a WND Books co-author and his son who have been sued by the Washington, D.C.-based Council on American-Islamic Relations in a case that has moved to a trial likely to begin this fall in the nation’s capital.

No defense

CAIR filed suit in 2009 against former Air Force special agent David Gaubatz and his son, Chris Gaubatz, after their findings were published in “Muslim Mafia: Inside the Secret Underworld That’s Conspiring to Islamize America.

Serving as an intern, Chris Gaubatz gathered some 12,000 pages of documents that were headed for a shredder at CAIR’s national office in Washington, just three blocks from the U.S. Capitol building. The information published in “Muslim Mafia,” co-authored by David Gaubatz and investigative journalist Paul Sperry, demonstrated CAIR’s connection to the Muslim Brotherhood, the group that spawned al-Qaida and Hamas and stated in writing its intent to put America under Islamic law and the authority of the Quran.

In the lawsuit, however, CAIR has never defended itself against the book’s claims.

The release of the book was kicked off with a Capitol Hill press conference in which several members of the Congressional Anti-Terrorism Caucus cited the research in the book as a national security concern.

It was then-Republican Rep. Sue Myrick of North Carolina who hailed the book as proof of a “subversive plan” by the Muslim Brotherhood to, in the words of a Brotherhood document submitted in a terror-funding trial in which CAIR was named an unindicted co-conspirator, “destroy Western Civilization from within.”

CAIR’s motions in the “Muslim Mafia” case showed its aim was to squelch any further distribution of the documents and instill fear of the book among any potentially curious reporters.

Meanwhile, as attorneys representing the Gaubatzes were preparing to honor a court order to return documents obtained during operation, FBI agents served a warrant on a Washington, D.C., law office for the same documents, suggesting the agency wanted to see the papers and examine the recordings as part of its interest in CAIR and its Hamas terrorist links.

To defend its author, WND Books hired, among others, famed First Amendment defense attorney Martin Garbus, known for the Pentagon Papers case, and Daniel Horowitz, known for his high-profile clients and legal commentary on CNN, MSNBC and Fox News.

The legal team soon demonstrated that CAIR did not even legally exist as the Washington, D.C., corporation it claimed to be, operating a corporate “shell game,” forcing CAIR to refile its lawsuit.

The FBI already had cut off ties to CAIR in January 2009 after the group was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation case in Texas, the largest terrorism-finance case in U.S. history.

More than a dozen CAIR leaders have been charged or convicted of terrorism-related crimes.

FBI wiretap evidence from the Holy Land case showed CAIR Executive Director Nihad Awad was at an October 1993 meeting of Hamas leaders and activists in Philadelphia. CAIR, according to the evidence, was born out of a need to give a “media twinkle” to the Muslim leaders’ agenda of supporting violent jihad abroad while slowly institutionalizing Islamic law in the U.S.

A federal judge later determined that the Justice Department provided “ample evidence” to designate CAIR as an unindicted terrorist co-conspirator, affirming the Muslim group had been involved in “a conspiracy to support Hamas.”

In addition, CAIR leaders have made statements affirming the aim of establishing Islamic rule in the United States.

The Islamic organization long had accused WND and others of “smearing” the Muslim group by citing a newspaper account of CAIR founder Omar Ahmad telling Muslims in Northern California in 1998 that they were in America not to assimilate but to help assert Islam’s rule over the country. But WND caught CAIR falsely claiming that it had contacted the paper and had “sought a retraction,” insisting Ahmad never made the statement. Three years later, the issue arose again, and WND found CAIR still had not contacted the paper.

CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper also has expressed a desire to replace the U.S. system of government with an Islamic state.

“I wouldn’t want to create the impression that I wouldn’t like the government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future,” Hooper said in a 1993 interview with the Minneapolis Star Tribune. “But I’m not going to do anything violent to promote that. I’m going to do it through education.”

Media hijack

Horowitz told WND on Wednesday that despite being named by the United States as a co-conspirator to Hamas and being designated a terrorist group by the United Arab Emirates, CAIR “continues to hijack the media, acting like they are a Muslim civil rights group.”

“They filed this case in a jurisdiction very favorable to their group, and if they win, they will use the case to prove to the world that they are a legitimate group that represents American Muslims,” he said. “If we win, they will be unmasked in a very public way.”

Horowitz explained that the case has gone on so long because CAIR has hid under different corporate names “to obscure a lot of their wrongdoing.”

“We had to petition the court to tie them down to their real identity,” he said.

Also, Horowitz noted that the court shot down CAIR’s claim that its reputation was damaged by an undercover investigation that alleged it was a front for the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas.

Horowitz has insisted that “exposing CAIR as a criminal organization does not give them the right to sue for being exposed in that manner.”

“The case is a vendetta by CAIR against people who exposed their Muslim Brotherhood connection,” he told WND in 2015. “They seem have unlimited foreign money, but we have an unlimited will to resist.”

Horowitz said Wednesday that CAIR’s tactics to prolong the case have included not cooperating with court orders to meet and confer.

“They have filed vicious personal attacks, once accusing me of being Islamophobic because I was ‘David Horowitz,’” he said, referring to the widely cited conservative writer and activist who founded the think tank the David Horowitz Freedom Center.

Horowitz said that at the trial, he expects to see complete exposure of CAIR’s founding by the Muslim Brotherhood.

Evidence, he said, will trace CAIR’s support for radical jihadists and its donations from foreign entities.

While CAIR repeatedly has denied it receives foreign support, the covert operation that produced “Muslim Mafia” obtained video footage that captured CAIR spokesman Ibrahim Hooper boasting of his ability to bring in a half million dollars of “overseas money,” including from Saudi Arabia.

The trial also will spotlight CAIR’s post-9/11 solicitations of funds for 9/11 victims that actually went to Hamas-based groups, and its subversion of the FBI and law enforcement, employing, he said, “the Muslim civil rights persona the way a wolf wears sheep’s clothing.”

Horowitz cautioned that while CAIR doesn’t have a case, the Saudi-funded group “can chill the First Amendment by making it so expensive to speak against them that no one can challenge them.”

He warned that WND must continue to be vigilant: “In the end, CAIR can just keep getting more and more money from overseas and burn out opposition with lawsuits.”

Legal fees paid by WND, besides those paid for by insurance, total hundreds of thousands of dollars before the trial.

“WND has carried the burden of these costs not because it is a party named in the lawsuit,” explained Joseph Farah, founder, editor and chief executive officer of WND.

“Instead, we have done so because no one else stepped forward to do so – to defend the Gaubatzes personally, to take the fight to the Muslim Brotherhood front group CAIR, to defend any attacks CAIR might direct toward the integrity of our book, “Muslim Mafia,” and, more generally, to stand up for the First Amendment.”

Free-speech defender

Along with Horowitz, WND has hired the legendary First Amendment lawyer Garbus, who has represented the likes of Ronald Reagan, Nelson Mandela and Andrei Sakharov.

Garbus, who has appeared before the U.S. Supreme Court along with trial and appellate courts in more than 100 cases, told WND in 2010 he sees the “Muslim Mafia” case as a “continuation of a struggle being carried out throughout the world” to guard freedom of speech.

“I think a book has a right to be out there, and any attempt to stop the book, I think, would be violating the First Amendment,” he said.

Garbus has been in the thick of numerous groundbreaking and highly controversial First Amendment cases over the past five decades, from Daniel Ellsberg’s battle over the Pentagon Papers during the Vietnam War and Lenny Bruce’s famous obscenity charges to radio host Don Imus’ lawsuit against CBS after he was fired for his remarks about the Rutgers women’s basketball team.

Other clients have included activist Cesar Chavez, actor Robert Redford, actor Al Pacino, director Spike Lee, writer Samuel Beckett and Czech playwright Vaclav Havel. Later, when Havel became president of the Czech Republic, Garbus was invited to help write the nation’s constitution.

One of his many seminal cases was Ashton v. Kentucky, in which the Supreme Court ruled in 1966 that libel could no longer be criminally prosecuted.

Garbus believes Americans have an interest in exposure of the CAIR documents, because they are relevant to federal law enforcement officials’ concerns about the group’s ties to terrorist operatives that threaten the nation’s security.

Garbus has said the Gaubatz lawsuit has similarities to his defense of legal author and CNN commentator Jeffrey Toobin, who allegedly violated a confidentiality agreement with Iran-Contra investigator Lawrence E. Walsh in the early 1990s when he published a book about his experience as a member of the prosecution team. Garbus won the case on First Amendment grounds.

‘This book will shake you’

The highlights of “Muslim Mafia” include:

  • New evidence that CAIR was launched to support the Hamas terrorist group and has transferred tens of thousands of dollars to a group convicted as Hamas’ top fundraising arm in the U.S. – money that ended up aiding terrorist attacks on Israelis and Americans;

  • Internal documents showing CAIR, despite claims of cooperating with law enforcement, actively works behind the scenes to mislead and deceive the FBI on behalf of terrorism suspects – and has even cultivated Muslim moles inside law enforcement who have tipped off FBI terror targets;

  • CAIR is more closely tied to al-Qaida than previously reported;

  • CAIR claims to represent all Muslim Americans; however, it has victimized some 100 indigent Muslims in a massive fraud and threatened them when they tried to go to the media; and internally, personnel complaints reveal CAIR discriminates against Shiite Muslims and Muslim women within its own headquarters;

  • CAIR and its sister fronts are funded by foreign Muslim Brotherhood sources;

  • CAIR leaders share the Muslim Brotherhood’s ultimate goal to replace the U.S. Constitution with Shariah law:

  • The Muslim Brotherhood investment in corporate America will be used to pressure U.S. companies into compliance with Islamic principles.

The book has been praised by retired Lt. Gen. William G. Boykin, former U.S. deputy undersecretary of defense for intelligence, who has played a role in almost every recent major American military operation, serving in Grenada, Somalia and Iraq.

“There’s a recent book that came out called ‘Muslim Mafia,’” he told a conference in 2010.

“Have any of you read this? Have any of you ever seen it? I encourage you to get this book – ‘Muslim Mafia.’ … This book will scare you. This book will open your eyes. This book will shake you. What this book says is frightening,”

Rogues gallery of terror-tied CAIR leaders

As former FBI agent Mike Rolf acknowledges in “Muslim Mafia,” “CAIR has had a number of people in positions of power within the organization that have been directly connected to terrorism and have either been prosecuted or thrown out of the country.” According to another FBI veteran familiar with cases involving CAIR officials, “Their offices have been a turnstile for terrorists and their supporters.”

The list includes:

  • Ghassan Elashi: One of CAIR’s founding directors, he was convicted in 2004 of illegally shipping high-tech goods to terror state Syria and is serving 80 months in prison. He was also convicted of providing material support to Hamas in the Holy Land Foundation terror-financing trial. He was chairman of the charity, which provided seed capital to CAIR. Elashi is related to Hamas leader Mousa Abu Marzook.

  • Muthanna al-Hanooti: The CAIR director’s home was raided in 2006 by FBI agents in connection with an active terrorism investigation. Agents also searched the offices of his advocacy group, Focus on Advocacy and Advancement of International Relations, which al-Hanooti operates out of Dearborn, Michigan, and Washington, D.C. Al-Hanooti, who emigrated to the U.S. from Iraq, formerly helped run a suspected Hamas terror front called LIFE for Relief and Development. Its Michigan offices also were raided in September 2006. In 2004, LIFE’s Baghdad office was raided by U.S. troops, who seized files and computers. Al-Hanooti is related to Sheik Mohammed al-Hanooti, an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

“Al-Hanooti collected over $6 million for support of Hamas,” according to a 2001 FBI report, and was present with CAIR and Holy Land officials at a secret Hamas fundraising summit held in 1993 at a Philadelphia hotel. Prosecutors added his name to the list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land case.

Although Al-Hanooti denies supporting Hamas, he has praised Palestinian suicide bombers as “martyrs” who are “alive in the eyes of Allah.”

  • Abdurahman Alamoudi: Another CAIR director, he is serving 23 years in federal prison for plotting terrorism. Alamoudi, who was caught on tape complaining that bin Laden hadn’t killed enough Americans in the U.S. embassy bombings in Africa, was one of al-Qaida’s top fundraisers in America, according to the U.S. Treasury Department.

  • Siraj Wahhaj: A member of CAIR’s board of advisers, Wahhaj was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. The radical Brooklyn imam was close to convicted terrorist Sheik Omar Abdel Rahman and defended him during his trial.

“Muslim Mafia,” citing co-author’s Sperry’s previous book “Infiltration” as well as terror expert Steven Emerson’s research, reports that Wahhaj, a black convert to Islam, is converting gang members to Islam and holding “jihad camps” for them. With a combination of Islam and Uzis, he has said, the street thugs will be a powerful force for Islam the day America “will crumble.”

Wahhaj was a key speaker at CAIR’s 15th annual fund-raising banquet in Arlington, Virginia, in 2009.

  • Randall “Ismail” Royer: The former CAIR communications specialist and civil-rights coordinator is serving 20 years in prison in connection with the Virginia Jihad Network, which he led while employed by CAIR at its Washington headquarters. The group trained to kill U.S. soldiers overseas, cased the FBI headquarters and cheered the space shuttle Columbia tragedy. Al-Qaida operative Ahmed Abu Ali, convicted of plotting to assassinate President George W. Bush, was among those who trained with Royer’s Northern Virginia cell.

  • Bassam Khafagi: Another CAIR official, Khafagi was arrested in 2003 while serving as CAIR’s director of community affairs. He pleaded guilty to charges of bank and visa fraud stemming from a federal counter-terror probe of his leadership role in the Islamic Assembly of North America, which has supported al-Qaida and advocated suicide attacks on America. He was sentenced to 10 months in prison and deported to his native Egypt.

  • Laura Jaghlit: A civil-rights coordinator for CAIR, her Washington-area home was raided by federal agents after 9/11 as part of an investigation into terrorist financing, money laundering and tax fraud. Her husband Mohammed Jaghlit, a key leader in the Saudi-backed SAAR network, is a target of the still-active probe. Jaghlit sent two letters accompanying donations – one for $10,000, the other for $5,000 – from the SAAR Foundation to Sami al-Arian, now a convicted terrorist. In each letter, according to a federal affidavit, “Jaghlit instructed al-Arian not to disclose the contribution publicly or to the media. “Investigators suspect the funds were intended for Palestinian terrorists via a U.S. front called WISE, which at the time employed an official who personally delivered a satellite phone battery to Osama bin Laden. The same official also worked for Jaghlit’s group. In addition, Jaghlit donated a total of $37,200 to the Holy Land Foundation, which prosecutors say is a Hamas front. Jaghlit subsequently was named an unindicted co-conspirator in the case.

  • Nihad Awad: Wiretap evidence from the Holy Land case puts CAIR’s executive director at the Philadelphia meeting of Hamas leaders and activists in 1993 that was secretly recorded by the FBI. Participants hatched a plot to disguise payments to Hamas terrorists as charitable giving. During the meeting, according to FBI transcripts, Awad was recorded discussing the propaganda effort. He mentions Ghassan Dahduli, whom he worked with at the time at the Islamic Association for Palestine, another Hamas front. Both were IAP officers. Dahduli’s name also was listed in the address book of bin Laden’s personal secretary, Wadi al-Hage, who is serving a life sentence in prison for his role in the U.S. embassy bombings. Dahduli, an ethnic-Palestinian like Awad, was deported to Jordan after 9/11 for refusing to cooperate in the terror investigation. (An April 28, 2009, letter from FBI assistant director Richard C. Powers to Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz. – which singles out CAIR chief Awad for suspicion – explains how the group’s many Hamas connections caused the FBI to sever ties with CAIR.) Awad’s and Dahduli’s phone numbers are listed in a Muslim Brotherhood document seized by federal investigators revealing “important phone numbers” for the “Palestine Section” of the Brotherhood in America. The court exhibit showed Hamas fugitive Mousa Abu Marzook listed on the same page with Awad.

  • Omar Ahmad: U.S. prosecutors also named CAIR’s founder and chairman emeritus as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land case. Ahmad, too, was placed at the Philadelphia meeting, FBI special agent Lara Burns testified at the trial. Prosecutors also designated him as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood’s “Palestine Committee” in America. Ahmad, like his CAIR partner Awad, is ethnic-Palestinian. (Though both Ahmad and Awad were senior leaders of IAP, the Hamas front, neither of their biographical sketches posted on CAIR’s website mentions their IAP past.)

  • Nabil Sadoun: A CAIR board member, Sadoun has served on the board of the United Association for Studies and Research, which investigators believe to be a key Hamas front in America. In fact, Sadoun co-founded UASR with Hamas leader Marzook. The Justice Department added UASR to the list of unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land case. In 2010, Sadoun was ordered deported to his native Jordan. An immigration judge referenced Sadoun’s relationship with Hamas and the Holy Land Foundation during a deportation hearing.

  • Mohamed Nimer: CAIR’s research director also served as a board director for UASR, the strategic arm for Hamas in the U.S. CAIR neglects to mention Nimer’s and Sadoun’s roles in UASR in their bios.

  • Rafeeq Jaber: A founding director of CAIR, Jaber was the long-time president of the Islamic Association for Palestine. In 2002, a federal judge found that “the Islamic Association for Palestine has acted in support of Hamas.” In his capacity as IAP chief, Jaber praised Hezbollah attacks on Israel. He also served on the board of a radical mosque in the Chicago area.

  • Rabith Hadid: The CAIR fundraiser was a founder of the Global Relief Foundation, which after 9/11 was blacklisted by the Treasury Department for financing al-Qaida and other terror groups. Its assets were frozen in December 2001. Hadid was arrested on terror-related charges and deported to Lebanon in 2003.

  • Hamza Yusuf: The FBI investigated the CAIR board member after 9/11, because just two days before the attacks, he made an ominous prediction to a Muslim audience. “This country is facing a terrible fate, and the reason for that is because this country stands condemned,” Yusuf warned. “It stands condemned like Europe stood condemned because of what it did. And lest people forget, Europe suffered two world wars after conquering the Muslim lands.”

Have you heard of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation? If you live in California, you probably have heard of SVCF. Adding California and SVCF, it is not difficult to pigeon-hole a wide Leftist influence. Here are some excerpts from the SCVF About Us page:

Silicon Valley Community Foundation advances innovative philanthropic solutions to challenging problems.

Since SVCF formed in 2007, we’ve become the largest community foundation in the world, with more than $8 billion in assets under management.

We partner with families, individuals and corporations to manage and facilitate their philanthropy. We connect donors’ interests to the most pressing needs, whether in Silicon Valley or around the globe.  As a comprehensive center for philanthropy, SVCF shapes critical public policy issues, partners with nonprofit groups and institutions advancing the best ideas and directs resources swiftly and strategically toward unforeseen needs.

What We Do

We play an exciting role in addressing the social, economic, and environmental challenges of our communities. SVCF provides leadership, expertise and capital to help address social issues in our region. We also serve as a resource for nonprofit, civic, government and philanthropic organizations. There are four primary ways in which we contribute:

  • Commission research: We commission research to identify emerging issues, monitor trends and provide analysis. To read about research we have recently commissioned, visit the publications page.

  • Conduct public discussions: We bring people together to engage in discussion and problem solving. These events often stimulate new insights while encouraging diverse perspectives. Check our calendar for information on upcoming events and discussions.

  • Advocate: We take principled positions on critical issues and advocate policy outcomes. To learn more about policy, visit the publications page.

  • Create initiatives: We often launch initiatives and special projects, partnering with other foundations, corporations, nonprofits, donors and government agencies to work on specific topics or issues. Visit our Initiatives page for more information.

… You can READ THE REST

Notice the about page says nothing about a Left agenda, advanced by Left-darling Obama, to fundamentally transform America.

Transform” means change America’s traditional Christian moral stance, change American attitudes toward alternative lifestyles, change the Rule of Law from an Originalist Constitution to a Living Constitution, change American self-reliance to Big Government reliance, change the American Market Economy into a State Managed Economy AND probably more American changes I can’t think of off the top of my head.

I have learned via Change.org that SVCF has hopped on board of the Leftist agenda to promote counter-Christian religions to dilute and eventually eradicate Christianity’s traditional influence on America. In this case that religion is Islam.

As a part of the SVCF community enhancement, the foundation has donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to American radical Islamic organizations that have been caught at least by association to have been supportive of Islamic terrorism abroad.

This is fundamentally WRONG to be an American and yet be supportive of religious entities that seek the destruction of the American way of life.

Unlike this petition that distinguishes between Islam & Islamism and according to my readings of the Quran, Hadith and Sunna; Islam is a theopolitical supremacist religion that stands against everything America stands. That is the reason I signed the petition.

I encourage you to sign the petition as well.

Below is the full text of the petition on Change.org. Perhaps if you have not been convinced to sign as yet, reading the petition will encourage you.

The Silicon Valley Community Foundation Must Stop Funding Islamist Hate Groups

Mark Zuckerberg & Siraj Wahhaj

Petition from Middle East Forum

United States

Change.org

In 2008-15, the Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF) provided eight donations totaling $330,524 to two extremist organizations. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) received five donations totaling $132,933. Islamic Relief received three donations totaling $197,591.

We differentiate between Islam and Islamism. American Muslims are an important part of our country; but Islamists pursue an extreme political ideology with no real mandate from ordinary Muslims.

Islamists such as those running CAIR and Islamic Relief encourage hatred against women, Jews, Christians, the LGBTQ community, and Muslims belonging to minority sects. Islamists radicalize Muslims in the United States and fund jihadi violence abroad.

CAIR and Islamic Relief duplicitously employ liberal rhetoric in their pursuit of illiberal ideas, sometimes successfully duping politicians, journalists, academics, and philanthropists.

The Middle East Forum and its allies oppose all funding of Islamist organizations because this money both legitimizes Islamists as the voice of America’s Muslims and betrays those moderate Muslims working to free their faith from the grip of hatred and extremism.

SVCF is the largest community foundation in the United States. With over 8 billion dollars in assets under management, it is the go-to charitable organization for some of America’s wealthiest philanthropists. Mark Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Facebook, made a $500 million dollar donation to the foundation in 2013. America’s largest community foundation and its philanthropic partners should not support organizations that promulgate extremism both here and abroad.

We the undersigned call upon the SVCF to immediately stop all funding of extremist groups, including CAIR and Islamic Relief.

Appendix 1: What Are CAIR and Islamic Relief?

CAIR was named as an un-indicted co-conspirator in the 2008 Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing trial. The FBI has banned outreach with CAIR since 2008. In 2014, the United Arab Emirates, a pious Muslim country, designated CAIR a terrorist organization. The Anti-Defamation League accuses CAIR of promoting anti-Jewish sentiment. Six CAIR leaders have been arrested, convicted, or deported for terrorism-related crimes: Randall (“Ismail”) Royer, Ghassan ElashiBassem Khafagi, Rabih HaddadNabil Sadoun, and Muthanna Al-Hanooti.

Islamic Relief is the largest Islamic charity in America and the Western world, reporting an income of about $110 million in 2014. But it is a designated terrorist entity in Israel and the UAE. Banks such as UBS and HSBC have closed Islamic Relief bank accounts over concerns about terrorism financing.

Appendix 2: Examples of CAIR and Islamic Relief Hate Speakers

Siraj Wahhaj is a former member of CAIR’s advisory board and one of CAIR’s most regular speakers.

  • LGTBQ:“I don’t believe any of you are homosexual. This is a disease of this          society. … you know what the punishment is, if a man is found with another man? The Prophet Mohammad said the one who does it and the one to whom it is done to, kill them both.

  • Infidels“Woe to the Muslims who pick kafirs [a derogatory Arabic word meaning non-Muslims] for friends. … Take not into your intimacy those outside of your race. They will not fail to corrupt you. Don’t you know our children are surrounded by kafirs. I’m telling you, making the hearts of our children corrupt, dirty, foul.”

Hussain Kamani is a Deobandi preacher who has spoken at multiple Islamic Relief events.

  • Sex slavery and adultery: Kamani explains that Muslim men may fulfill any sexual desires “with a female slave that belongs to him.” Those who commit adultery or have sex outside of marriage, he asserts, must be “stoned to death.” When Muslim husbands are learning to “train their wives,” beating them is allowed as a “last measure.”

Abdul Nasir Jangda, also from the Deobandi sect, has been promoted and given platforms by both Islamic Relief and CAIR.

  • Non-consensual sex: Detailed notes published by Jangda’s students indicate that he defends the use of female sex slaves and justifies marital rape: “The thing to understand is that the husband has his set of divinely given rights one of which is the right to have his physical desires satisfied.”

  • Death penalty:He advocates the killing of apostates and adulterers.

  • Homosexuality:“When Allah describes homosexuality as a repugnant shameless sin and details his punishment of a people that practiced sodomy, how can anyone who believes in Allah not find it immoral?  If as Muslims we don’t take a clear stance on this, we will be forced to conform and watch this disease destroy our children.”

Muzammil Siddiqi is chairman of the Fiqh Council of North America and the religious director at the Islamic Society of Orange County. He works closely with CAIR and often speaks at its events.

CAIR is Deceptive – Islam Hates Judeo-Christianity

John R. Houk

The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) bills itself as a Muslim civil rights organization. But the Mainstream Media too often fails to tell you is that CAIR subscribes to the Salafist teachings of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB). The MB has a goal to reestablish an Islamic Supremacist Caliphate and spread Islam globally under the paradigm established by the founding pseudo-prophet Muhammad and his four succeeding “Rightly Guided” Caliphs that expanded a Muslim empire by the sword which included booty raids, slave trading, repression of non-Muslims and often death for those refusing submission either by conversion or subscribing to an inferior second class citizen that must honor all Islam or else. The MB has developed a fifth column/Trojan horse path for ending Constitutional Rights in America and initiate Islamic domination in the USA.

CAIR is one of many MB and Saudi/Wahhabi allies that have nefarious designs for the home of the brave and the land of the free. To note the Islamic agenda check out the transnational motto of the MB:

The Muslim Brotherhood’s motto is ‘Allah is our objective. The Prophet is our leader. The Quran is our law. Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope’. (Ban the Muslim Brotherhood; From Party for Freedom)

Exposing the truth about Islam and its global agenda should be enough for any American to take pause of all the glorification of the religious freedom based on the U.S. Constitution. As a Christian I do have some specific issues against Islam relating to the tenets found in the theo-political religion’s revered writings found in the Quran, Hadith and Sunna.

The Islamic religion is extremely hostile to non-Islamic religions. Islam reserves a special hostility toward polytheistic religions while Judaism and Christianity are singled out by name often times referenced as the People of the Book; i.e. the Judeo-Christian Holy Bible.

Jews are referenced as pigs and apes. Christians are often related as deceived polytheists because of our faith in the Trinity as Three Persons are one single God. Muslims have a difficult time understanding the Christian Oneness of God and instead label Trinitarianism as polytheism.

Even worse from a Christian perspective, Islam denies that Jesus is the Son of God, that the Lord Jesus died on the Cross and most reprehensibly, that Jesus Christ the Son of God never arose bodily from death to life. These are all factors that define Christian Salvation from the curse of this age presented to humanity and Earth after Adam and Eve willingly and at the behest of Satan ate from the forbidden fruit of the Tree of Knowledge and Good and Evil. That act of eating forbidden fruit separated Adam and Eve and their descendants from God’s Presence. This was a curse that could only be redeemed by a man born without a sin nature as Adam’s nature was created by God without sin before his rebellious disobedience. The price of Redemption was the sacrifice of this sin-free nature man. The unjust death replaced Adam and Eve’s just death. Here “death” refers to separation from the Presence of God not instant physical death. The separation from the Divine changed humanity from immortal to mortal in which the body decays from birth until physical death occurs.

Islam calls all this Christian centrality of faith baloney, worthy of death because it is blasphemous in the eyes of Muhammad and his demon-god Allah. The supremacist theo-political ideology of Islam gives Muslims the perceived right to enforce diminishing any religion or ideology that disagrees with Islam.

Hence, where Islam dominates, non-Muslim people culturally and too often legally face extreme persecution that can devolve into murder.

This makes Islam – at least from a Christian perspective – an antichrist religion. I would not be surprised if other non-Muslim faiths give Islam their version of an “anti” appellation. Here is the universal Scriptural warning for Christians to heed:

1 John

Chapter 2

22 Who is a liar but he who denies that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist who denies the Father and the Son. 23 Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.

Chapter 4

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that[a] Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. (1 John 2: 22-23; 4: 1-3 NKJV)

If speaking against Islam to point out this antichrist ideology is Islamophobic, then I where that moniker gladly. The difference between exposing the truth about an antichrist religion and a religion reaching out in violence because it is offended is the difference between Christianity and Islam. Christians that reach out toward Muslims with violence are violating Holy Scripture. Muslims reaching out in violence are in tune with their Quran, Hadith and Sunna.

And this brings me back to CAIR.

CAIR anti-Americanism and Anti-Christian attitudes can be seen in the propaganda campaign against the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton for taking issue with providing an Islamic prayer room available only to Muslims. There is – hypocritically – no Leftist uproar for the unconstitutional paradigm of Separation of Church and State that is typically cried about for less Christian-involved in the Public School arena. When the law balks at giving Islam a singular privilege denied to Christianity, CAIR brings out the Islamophobia train to intimidate a favorable from Texas AG Ken Paxton.

Texas AG Ken Paxton

Liberty High School of the Frisco Independent School District in Texas claims the prayer room is open to all faiths. Hmm … Devout Muslims pray five times a day. I have to wonder how it would it go over if a Christian went into the pray room while Muslims were praying and prayed in the name of Jesus Christ the Son of God. Given Islamic intolerance, it is a more likely a scenario in which the Muslim students beat up Christian students. Or School Principal Scott Warstler would prevent Christian prayer to head off strife making the School District a liar about the all faiths assertion.

Liberty High School in Frisco, Texas is allowing Muslims to have a dedicated classroom to pray during the school day.  See Liberty High School March 3, 2017 Wingspan newspaper article below titled Classroom becomes prayer room.

WFAA 8 ABC reported on March 19, 2017 Paxton’s office outlines concerns over ‘prayer room’ in letter to Frisco ISD

DALLAS – The office of Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton wrote a letter to Frisco ISD Friday expressing concern over a “prayer room” in one of the district’s schools.

Liberty High School has an empty classroom where students can pray during the school day. Deputy Attorney General Andrew Leonie’s letter to Frisco ISD’s superintendent questioned the legality of the prayer room, saying the room is dedicated to Islamic students and excludes other religions.

“Liberty High School’s policy should be neutral toward religion,” the letter reads. “However, it appears that students are being treated different based on their religious beliefs. Such a practice, of course, is irreconcilable with our nation’s enduring commitment to religious liberty.”

The letter references a March 3 article in the Liberty High School Campus Wingspan — the school’s student-run news outlet — that says the prayer room “addresses the religious needs of some students.”

CAIR Texas issued a news release on March 19, 2017 titled CAIR Condemns Texas Attorney General’s ‘Cheap Islamophobic Publicity Stunt’

(AUSTIN, TEXAS, 3/19/17) The Texas office of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-Texas) today condemned what it called a “cheap Islamophobic publicity stunt” by that state’s Attorney General Ken Paxton, whose office has raised objections to the use of a spare classroom by Muslim middle school students to perform their daily prayers.

Paxton’s office sent the Frisco school district superintendent a letter Friday expressing “concerns” that the classroom is being used by Muslim students. In a news release, Paxton’s office falsely stated: “Recent news reports have indicated that the high school’s prayer room is. . .apparently excluding students of other faiths.”  .

Ironically, it appears that CAIR is “falsely” accusing “Paxton’s office of falsely stating: ‘Recent news reports have indicated that the high school’s prayer room is. . .apparently excluding students of other faiths.’”  The high school’s own article about this situation posted below clearly states that this classroom is used to provide a place for Muslims to pray throughout the school day.

Florida Family Association has prepared a short email for you to send to thank Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton for challenging the special prayer room for one religion.  A copy of the email will also be sent to Liberty High School Principal Scott Warstler and the Frisco Independent School District Board Members.

Liberty High School March 3, 2017 Wingspan newspaper published the following article titled:  Classroom becomes prayer room

At many public schools, religion isn’t talked about openly.

But here on campus, there’s a room dedicated to the religious needs of some students.

Every day during lunches, room C112 is utilized as a prayer room.

While most religions do not dictate specific times to pray, Islam is different in this regard.

“By praying five times a day, which includes movements such as bowing and prostrating where you actually place your forehead and the tip of your nose on to the floor and also facing a specific direction, not only shows uniformity, in terms of how Muslims pray together and come together for that purpose,” Islamic Association of Collin County Youth Director Ryan Hilliard said. “But even more importantly it shows that they’re willing to put their entire body and their entire mind and their soul into this act and be able to focus on that moment where they’re able to have this conversation with God, when in many other places they would not be able to do so.”

The campus prayer room has been available for students since 2009.

“This is my seventh year at Liberty, my first year it kind of started when a core group of students were leaving campus every Friday for Friday prayer,” Principal Scott Warstler said. “Their parents would come pick them up, so they may miss an hour and a half to two hours to two and a half hours of school every Friday, so I met with those students and a couple of their parents and suggested if they would be okay if the students were able to lead the prayer at school as a group, and we gave them a space to do that so they didn’t have to be in a car traveling thirty minutes each way on a Friday missing an hour, hour and a half, of class.”

It  started with a small group of students in one of the AP conference rooms, but as more and more students got involved, it was moved to a classroom.

“I think the trademark of what makes Liberty High so great is our diversity and in how our students respond to the different cultures and diversity on campus,” Warstler said. “Like I’ve said, this is the seventh year that we’ve been doing this and we’ve never had one issue. You know we have other religious student groups that meet maybe before school or maybe after school. As long as it’s student-led, where the students are organizing and running it, we pretty much as a school stay out of that and allow them their freedom to practice their religion.”

Intro to Sutliff ‘FOIA Reveals Shredding in FEMA or Worse!

Intro by John R. Houk, Blog Editor

February 20, 2017

Paul Sutliff may have uncovered yet another Obama Administration scandal involving radical Islamic elements within the U.S. borders. The scandalous Obama behavior is not surprising. And yet you have to know that the Mainstream Media which is so intent to bring down President Trump will not report on another Obama scandal, right?

This is what Paul is looking into: He believes that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is granting Federal funding to American Muslim organizations that either linked to radical Islam or tied to Islamic terrorism. Here is a soundbite from a 2015 article on the subject from Paul Sutliff:

FEMA created the Non-Profit Security Program (NSGP) to provide assistance to non-profits targeted and/or threatened by terrorist organizations. The intent was to help targeted organizations in high threat areas of the country, it was not to provide funds for people who defend terrorists. (FEMA is Funding Muslims in America Who Support Terrorism; Paul Sutliff on Civilization Jihad; 9/14/15)

You’ll read below that Paul is still looking at FEMA and Islamic terrorist funding connections AND that FEMA is not cooperating with his FOIA requests which points to the potential Obama scandal.

The grant money comes under the aegis of NSGP. Here is a paragraph description of the FEMA program:

The Nonprofit Security Grant Program plays an important role in the implementation of the National Preparedness System by supporting the development and sustainment of core capabilities. Core capabilities are essential for the execution of each of the five mission areas outlined in the National Preparedness Goal (the Goal). (Nonprofit Security Grant Program)

I’ve got to ask: What the heck does a National Preparedness Goal have to do with Islamic-American organizations with ties to foreign Islamic organizations that favor the institution of a global Caliphate?

Here is the FEMA National Prepared Goals under the introduction section says:

The National Preparedness Goal defines what it means for the whole community to be prepared for all types of disasters and emergencies. The goal itself is succinct:

“A secure and resilient nation with the capabilities required across the whole community to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from the threats and hazards that pose the greatest risk.”

These risks include events such as natural disasters, disease pandemics, chemical spills and other manmade hazards, terrorist attacks and cyber attacks.

To learn more about the commitment to whole community involvement, visit the whole community page on this site.

Hmm … FEMA is giving money to Muslim American organizations that support a Jihad Caliphate agenda quite contrary to the U.S. Constitution?

Now for the Paul Sutliff thoughts on FEMA.

FOIA Reveals Shredding in FEMA or Worse!

By Paul Sutliff

February 20, 2017 10:01 AM

Paul Sutliff on Civilization Jihad

foia-fema-battle-royal-starwars-analogy

FOIA Battle Royale

“These are not the droids your looking for.”

“There is not the information your looking for.”

When Obi-won Kenobi of Star Wars comes to mind when you are trying to get information from the federal government something is wrong! I wrote a Freedom of Information Act request to FEMA on August 31, 2015 regarding the awarding of grants to these three entities under the Nonprofit Security Grant Program.

# Name and Info Amount
1 ISLAMIC SOCIETY OF BALTIMORE MD INC. $74,675
2. ISLAMIC CENTER OF SAN DIEGO, INCORPORATED $71,250
3. CAIR $70,324
TOTAL: $216,249

It took them over a year to fill my request. However, in saying they did fulfill the request they also denied my request. They simply sent me a print out from USA Spending.gov. Something you or I can access at home on the Internet. I reached out to the people in the FOIA office for FEMA explaining that I had received copies of applications before and that I had previously been sent a copy of the required confirmation of the claims. Which in the one case I received, was a police letter. This became an article on awarding a grant to those who support terrorism and an example of awarding a grant with confirmation of a threat.

So imagine my surprise when I received the following statement from the FOIA person working at FEMA on February 15, 2017:

After our discussion on the phone last week, as promised I did reach back out to the component within FEMA to double check that there was no additional information that was missing from your FOIA request. There was no applications found and so it cannot be provided to you. The program office is aware of the FOIA process and conducted multiple searches and no records were located regarding the applications.

To our knowledge on this Grant Program, FEMA would only consider the Grant applications (E.G. the four corners of the documents) and not any additional threat assessments or documents that may be provided by the non-profits.

After receiving this I called the FOIA Officer and informed her I was filing a complaint with the Inspector General. Which I did that day! To say that an organization that approves grants did not keep a copy of the application or the supporting material is either a lie or evidence of shredding federal documents!

Maybe I should apply for the $20,000 award for evidence of the Obama administration shredding offered by Wiki Leaks? While the cash is a great motivator I would rather have the Trump Administration do some heavy stomping in FEMA and shake the tree that is hiding this information!

One other possibility exists regarding this “missing information.” It is that FEMA under the Obama Administration was awarding NPSG funding to Islamic organizations without even receiving a grant. This is “misappropriation of funds.” How can I make such damning accusations that FEMA has to have this documentation? The answer is simple.

The FEMA site claims that groups filed out applications. I have received evidence of this also through past FOIA requests.

fiscal-yr-2015-nonprofit-grant-program

Fiscal Year 2015 Nonprofit Security Grant

I even checked to see if there was a different way to file a FOIA for this information if the state FEMA awarded the funding. But as you can see below the state FEMA sites are federal sites and the FOIA requests go through DHS and more specifically FEMA.

fema-california

FEMA California

fema-maryland

FEMA Maryland

Since 2013 this FEMA program has award $56,000,000 to nonprofits claiming to be under a terrorist threat. I have only scratched the surface here. What if the majority of the organizations awarded never had confirmation of a threat? This too is misappropriation of funds!

I do not know about you, but I for one am very concerned that organizations such as CAIR that have been directly linked to Hamas in federal courts would receive any federal funding. It gets worse when you consider some of our allies have placed CAIR on a terrorist list. Did we fund the enemy of our allies? Sadly the answer is yes.

What can we do as American citizens to stop this? My only suggestion is to email or call the White House and voice your concerns.
