WATCH: Khamenei threatens ‘criminal America’ in chilling new video

So … this is the guy President Barack Hussein Obama made a nuke deal with which includes secret side deals not made available to Congress. Hmm … since I do consider Obama an intelligent person rather than an idiot, what nefarious intention does he have for the United States of America?

WATCH: Khamenei threatens ‘criminal America’ in chilling new video

Iranian supreme leader says should war break out, US will be defeated, humiliated

The Times of Israel

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei released a video published to YouTube this week in which he warned of an American defeat in any war with Iran.

The clip — published September 13 to Khamenei’s official YouTube channel — is entitled “If Any War Happens.” It features Khamenei’s voice and is accompanied by English subtitles.

The video was viewed almost half a million times by September 18.

The clip begins by showing an image of US President Barack Obama sitting down for an interview in which he says that the US will not have a problem “knocking out [Iran’s] military with speed and dispatch if we choose to,” after which Khamenei’s voice appears to dismiss such a warning, calling it “boasting among strangers,” according to a translation provided in a report by MEMRI — the Middle East Media Research Institute.

The supreme leader then advises the Americans to “use their experiences [in the Middle East] correctly” as images play of suggested American “failures” in the background including photos of the advanced American RQ-170 drone that Iran brought down on its soil in December 2011; a photo of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah against a backdrop of a man flying the Hezbollah flag atop a missile and a mention of the Second Lebanon War in 2006; depictions of US forces being bombed in Afghanistan; and images of US forces carrying a coffin with the text “2003-2011 Iraq war” above it.

“We neither welcome nor begin any war. They must know that should any war break out, one who will emerge humiliated out of it will be invading and criminal America,” says Khamenei, according to the English subtitles.

In the background of the clip, a crowd says: “We will stand until the end, Khamenei is the leader.”

The Iranian leader has issued several threats against the US — and Israel — following the Iranian nuclear deal signed July 14 with world powers, which allows for sanctions relief in exchange for Iran curbing its controversial nuclear program and submitting to inspections.

The US is set to start implementing the deal October 18, but it is not yet clear when punitive measures will be lifted, as the International Atomic Energy Agency must first ensure Iranian compliance with the accord.

New ‘Khamenei’ Book Outlines Slow, Painful Strategy to Destroy Israel

Ali Khamenei Twitter Screen Capture: “9 key questions about the elimination of Israel

Ted Belman of Israpundit cross posted an Algemeiner post this should be used in Congress to show one of many probable reasons America can’t trust the paper Iran signed to honor a nuke deal ensuring peace in the 21st century. I wonder where in history in the 20th century the world heard a similar thought.

At any rate the Algemeiner staff write about Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has written some kind of book entitled “Palestine” in which he outlines the destruction of Israel. Ironically the plan doesn’t (at least openly) refer to nuke warheads but rather to numerous tedious attacks that wear down Jews so much they simply immigrate out of Israel to find a safer life. In case don’t realize it, a small nuke warhead can be designed that does not entail the destruction of massive amounts of land. It is entirely possible to utilize a limited impact warhead strike.

New ‘Khamenei’ Book Outlines Slow, Painful Strategy to Destroy Israel

Israpundit

Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei outlined his excruciating and patient strategy to annihilate the State of Israel in a new volume entitled “Palestine,” New York-based think tank the Gatestone Institute revealed last week.

Rather than wiping Israel off the map through conventional warfare, Khamenei recommends an everlasting chain of low-intensity attacks that will ultimately make life unbearable for Israelis, who would largely respond, the supreme leader hypothesizes, by packing their bags and relocating themselves out of the country.

Ultimately, the international community would address the conflict whereby some mechanism would be implemented that transforms the “cancerous tumor” of Israel and, ostensibly, the Palestinian controlled territories into another single entity under Muslim rule where the Jews who cannot prove “genuine roots” in their old home country would have to leave and the rest would have to remain as a “protected minority” in the new state of Palestine. The Gatestone Institute, which obtained a copy of the 416-page edition, did not explain the criteria necessary to prove “genuine roots.”

The supreme leader’s top three reasons for wanting to destroy the Jewish state include: its occupation of Jerusalem, its unflagging belligerence against Muslims and its intimate relationship with the “Great Satan,” the United States.

Khamenei also argues that if Jews would begin to leave Israel as a result of sustained and growing threats, the U.S. may withdraw its support for the Jewish State.

Lucky for Khamenei, President Barack Obama is already responsible for a massive rupture in U.S.-Israeli relations, the worst in a decade according to the Gatestone Institute.

In the new book, Khamenei also abhors the fact that the Jewish state was established on lands once under Muslim control — most recently, Ottoman — and he wishes to undo that wrong. Planning ahead, he also hopes to liberate large swaths of Europe, about a third of China, all of India and parts of the Philippines and Thailand. It is unclear what he would do with property once owned by Muslims in the United States that has since been sold to non-Muslims.

Khamenei’s latest iteration of his plan for Israel was published on the heels of an agreement Iran signed with world powers from China to the United States that will lift international sanctions in exchange for some restrictions on and monitoring of its declared nuclear program, which Iran largely developed in secret. The country has intercontinental missiles apparently capable of striking Israel, and past intelligence has indicated that Iran had researched fitting one of those missiles with a nuclear warhead.

Iranian leaders regularly and openly call for the destruction of Israel. The ideas outlined by the Gatestone Institute that appear in “Palestine” echoed an article linked to by the English Twitter handle widely attributed to Khamenei himself, called “9 key questions about the elimination of Israel.

Is Obama Promising to Protect Iranian Nukes from Sabotage?

John R. Houk

© July 23, 2015

President Barack Hussein Obama has hailed the P5 + 1 nuke deal with Iran as a peace in our time deal. AND YET Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has these sentiments for Israel and America:

Iran’s supreme leader on Saturday hailed the Iranian masses for demanding the destruction of Israel and America, and said he hoped that God would answer their prayers.

In a viciously anti-US speech delivered in Tehran four days after Iran and the world powers signed an accord designed to thwart Iran’s nuclear program, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei praised “the slogans of the people of Iran” which “indicated what directions they’re heading for,” according to the English translation of his speech by Iran’s Press TV.

At Al-Quds day rallies last week, Khamenei noted appreciatively, “You heard ‘Death to Israel’, ‘Death to the US.’ You could hear it. The whole nation was shaken by these slogans. It wasn’t only confined to Tehran. The whole of the nation, you could hear, that was covered by this great movement. So we ask Almighty God to accept these prayers by the people of Iran.” (Iran’s Khamenei hails his people for demanding death to America and Israel; By TIMES OF ISRAEL STAFF AND AFP; Times of Israel; July 18, 2015, 4:37 pm)

Hmm … Since those of who pay attention KNOW President BHO is a compulsive liar to American voters which includes his used car sell-job about the Iran Nuke Deal, Iran will develop nukes. Obama has informed the gullible that Khamenei is a politician and the old Ayatollah is just playing to his constituents.

Those who believe Obama that Khamenei is merely playing to his Iranian supporters should know that the Supreme Leader was not elected to a political office. Rather Khamenei acquired the leadership mantle after the death of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini. This Supreme Leader junk is the typical blend of Islamic Mosque and State. The Iranian Mosque-State theopolitical leader calls the shots and is answerable to Allah, the Hidden 12th Imam and perhaps the Guardian Council theopolitical Ayatollahs.

So Obama lies and Khamenei proclaims Iran’s reason to exist to destroy Israel and the USA for the good of Islam to spread globally. With that in mind check out how Obama’s participation in P5 + 1 has promised to Iran pertaining to the theopolitical republic’s nuclear agenda:

I know I wrote this somewhere before – either on this blog or on Twitter: The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action on Iran requires the P5+1 countries to protect Iranian nuclear facilities against sabotage by Israel.

However, one provision of the deal has received scant coverage. Blogs, specialized media outlets, the Israeli and some Jewish press have reported on a troubling section of the Joint Plan of Action (JPOA) that commits the signatories to help protect Iran from sabotage of its nuclear facilities. But the popular press has not widely covered this troubling element of the deal.

Arutz Sheva reports on Article 10 of the agreement:

In the deal the world powers obligate to “co-operation in the form of training courses and workshops to strengthen Iran’s ability to prevent, protect and respond to nuclear security threats to nuclear facilities and systems as well as to enable effective and sustainable nuclear security and physical protection systems.” Leaving no doubts about the intentions, the text then promises “co-operation through training and workshops to strengthen Iran’s ability to protect against, and respond to nuclear security threats, including sabotage.”

Reports are that these clauses were not present in the interim JPOA signed in April. This was apparently a last minute concession to Iran.

Since the United States and its Western allies are signatories to this agreement, the “protection” and “response” would not be to any action undertaken by them. The same can be said for China and Russia who would be unlikely to sabotage Iran anyway. Therefore, the “nuclear security threats, including sabotage” must refer to potential actions by Israel, believed to be party to previous acts of sabotage against Iran’s nuclear program.

In other words, the United States will be protecting Iran, whose leaders frequently chant “Death to America,” from Israel, frequently described as “America’s best friend in the region.”

Obama has always wanted an excuse to go to war with Israel. Now he has one. (ICYMI: P5+1 agreed to protect Iranian nuke program against Israel; Posted by Carl in Jerusalem; Israel Matzav; 7/23/15)

Israel is backed into an existential corner. Obama apparently is not only committed to destabilizing the Middle East and Muslim dominated nations, there is all the appearance Obama is in cahoots with Russia, China, UK, France, Germany and the unanimity of the United Nations Security Council will join Iran in punishingin reality destroying – the Jewish State of Israel. I guess that is Obama giving diplomacy and negotiation every opportunity to work no matter the consequences.

The truth of the matter is Israel has to do something militarily even if the Western world joins the despotism inherent in the Eastern world as well as the Muslim world to take on that tiny sliver of land that is ONLY a portion God promised to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. OR Israel can wait until Iran designs WMD loaded ICBMs tactically aimed to only destroy Jewish population centers.

OR Congress can override any Obama veto and negate his idiotic deal that at best Iran becomes a nuke power in ten years, or at worst the Iranian Twelver Ayatollahs laugh at the Dem Party/Obama sell-outs as they arm nuke WMDs in a very short unanticipated time beyond the belief of American statists among both Dems and Republicans who believe Iran is years from creating a nuke warhead.

A Congress rejection of Obama’s nuke deal with Iran should be followed with serious talk of impeachment if Obama punishes Israel for attacking Iranian nuke locations.

AND so I really enjoyed the ideas of David Rubin who lays out five reasons for Israel to attack Iran.

Five Reasons to Attack Iran

Arutz Sheva 7 – Israel National News

Blogs- Zion’s Corner

“If someone comes to kill you, get up early to kill him first.” (Talmud Sanhedrin 72:1)

As details of the agreement with Iran continue to emerge, it becomes more and more evident that the deal is an existential danger to the survival of the State of Israel. While it is seems clear that US President Barack Obama will be preparing a compensation package to placate Israel and other concerned nations in the Middle East, this will only increase the arms race in the region, thereby making nuclear conflict more likely, as the Persian Gulf nations will now feel compelled to achieve nuclear capability to counter the Iranian threat.

There is only one realistic way of stopping that nightmare scenario – an Israeli preemptive strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities, with logistic support provided by Saudi Arabia and other Persian Gulf nations. Such support from concerned Sunni Muslim nations would be covert, but would provide a cushion to counter the expected international condemnation against any Israeli military offensive. Sadly, there will be those Israelis who will warn against ruffling American feathers by launching an attack which would effectively scuttle the agreement, but such warnings should be ignored. The deal with Iran certainly cannot be relied on to protect Israel, and therefore, a preemptive action should be ordered ASAP for the following reasons:

1. There will be no surprise inspections of the Iranian nuclear facilities. Giving twenty-four days advance notice gives them sufficient time to hide the evidence of nuclear weapons production.

2. The Parchin military plant and the Bushehr reactor, where substantial covert nuclear activity has taken place, are not even mentioned in the deal.

3. The immediate removal of sanctions and the subsequent infusion of vast billions to Iran’s coffers will lead to a sharp increase in Iran’s already substantial support for Hamas, Hezbollah, and other terrorist organizations in the region.

4. The longer Israel waits, the more complicated a preemptive strike will become, both politically and militarily.

5. An early and effective lightning strike, while risky, will forestall a massive Middle East nuclear arms race.

If one is to believe the repeated claims of Israel’s political leadership proclaiming that “Israel will know how to defend itself”, there comes a time that bold action must be taken, despite the negative political reaction that is sure to come, at least publicly. However, the private praise for a successful operation will also pour in from every nation that has felt itself threatened by the madmen in Teheran.

Wishing Israel’s political leadership the wisdom and especially, the courage to know how and when to do what is clearly necessary!

Evil Iran Nuke Deal

Intro to Clarion Project & Krauthammer on Iran

Edited by John R. Houk

July 3, 2015

Obama’s intention to make a deal at any cost with the crazies of Iran, who constantly call for America’s and Israel’s destruction, will lead to a nuclear war. I found a Charles Krauthammer post at The Telegraph replicating a Washington Post release castigating President Barack Hussein Obama’s idiotic justifications to flush American National Security down the tube and threaten the very existence of Israel.

Before I highlight the very credible thoughts of Charles Krauthammer, I’m going to share an email the Clarion Project that is promoting the 7th short video of the real info on a dark Iran agenda via their nukes. This video is a part of an Iran series by the Clarendon Project.

Iran nuclear deal: The worst agreement in US diplomatic history

Barack Obama and John Kerry are desperate for a deal with Iran. But at what cost?

By Charles Krauthammer

12:34PM BST 03 Jul 2015

The Telegraph

The devil is not in the details. It’s in the entire conception of the Iran deal, animated by President Obama’s fantastical belief that he, uniquely, could achieve détente with a fanatical Islamist regime whose foundational purpose is to cleanse the Middle East of the poisonous corruption of American power and influence.

In pursuit of his desire to make the Islamic Republic into an accepted, normalised “successful regional power,” Obama decided to take over the nuclear negotiations. At the time, Tehran was reeling – the rial plunging, inflation skyrocketing, the economy contracting – under a regime of international sanctions painstakingly constructed over a decade.

Then, instead of welcoming Congress’ attempt to tighten sanctions to increase the pressure on the mullahs, Obama began the negotiations by loosening sanctions, injecting billions into the Iranian economy (which began growing again in 2014) and conceding in advance an Iranian right to enrich uranium.

VIDEO: An Iran Nuclear Deal: Why it Matters

It’s been downhill ever since. Desperate for a legacy deal, Obama has played the supplicant, abandoning every red line his administration had declared essential to any acceptable deal.

Inspections

They were to be anywhere, anytime, unimpeded. Now? Total cave. Unfettered access has become “managed access.” Nuclear inspectors will have to negotiate and receive Iranian approval for inspections. Which allows them denial and/or crucial delay for concealing any clandestine activities.

To give a flavour of the degree of our capitulation, the administration played Iran’s lawyer on this one, explaining that, after all, “the United States of America wouldn’t allow anybody to get into every military site, so that’s not appropriate.” Apart from the absurdity of morally equating America with the world’s foremost state sponsor of terrorism, if we were going to parrot the Iranian position, why wait 19 months to do so – after repeatedly insisting on free access as essential to any inspection regime?

Coming clean on past nuclear activity

The current interim agreement that governed the last 19 months of negotiation required Iran to do exactly that. Tehran has offered nothing. The administration had insisted that this accounting was essential because how can you verify future illegal advances in Iran’s nuclear program if you have no baseline?

After continually demanding access to their scientists, plans and weaponisation facilities, Secretary of State John Kerry two weeks ago airily dismissed the need, saying he is focused on the future, “not fixated” on the past. And that we have “absolute knowledge” of the Iranian program anyway – a whopper that his staffers had to spend days walking back.

Not to worry, we are told. The accounting will be done after the final deal is signed. Which is ridiculous. If the Iranians haven’t budged on disclosing previous work under the current sanctions regime, by what logic will they comply after sanctions are lifted?

Sanctions relief

These were to be gradual and staged as the International Atomic Energy Agency certified Iranian compliance over time. Now we’re going to be releasing up to $150 billion as an upfront signing bonus. That’s 25 times the annual budget of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard. Enough to fuel a generation of intensified Iranian aggression from Yemen to Lebanon to Bahrain.

Yet three months ago, Obama expressed nonchalance about immediate sanctions relief. It’s not the issue, he said. The real issue is “snapback” sanctions to be reimposed if Iran is found in violation.

Good grief. Iran won’t be found in violation. The inspection regime is laughable and the bureaucratic procedures endless. Moreover, does anyone imagine that Russia and China will reimpose sanctions? Or that the myriad European businesses preparing to join the Iranian gold rush the day the deal is signed will simply turn around and go home?

Non-nuclear-related sanctions

The administration insisted that the nuclear talks would not affect separate sanctions imposed because of Iranian aggression and terrorism. That was then. The administration is now leaking that everything will be lifted.

Taken together, the catalogue of capitulations is breathtaking: spot inspections, disclosure of previous nuclear activity, gradual sanctions relief, retention of non-nuclear sanctions.

What’s left? A surrender document of the kind offered by defeated nations suing for peace. Consider: The strongest military and economic power on earth, backed by the five other major powers, armed with what had been a crushing sanctions regime, is about to sign the worst international agreement in American diplomatic history.

How did it come to this? With every concession, Obama and Kerry made clear they were desperate for a deal.

And they will get it. Obama will get his “legacy.” Kerry will get his Nobel. And Iran will get the bomb.

Obama’s Bitter Fruit

Iran Nuke Missile toon

Most sane people understand a nuclear deal with Iran without verification that nuclear weapons are not being developed is insane. It is apparent President Barack Hussein Obama does not comprehend a valid and open verification process is needed pertaining to Iran keeping a promise to develop uranium enrichment for only peaceful nuclear energy rather than the stealth production of nuclear weapons.

Justin Smith shines a light on the untrustworthiness of Iran’s promises pertaining to nuclear weaponry. The key to this mistrust is Iran’s nuclear facility at Parchin. For context here is some of the exposed nefariousness one can glean about Iran’s Parchin nuclear facility:

On October 9, 2014, we posted on the mysterious explosions that occurred at the Parchin Military testing site.  The Islamic Republic attributed the blast to an unnamed “foreign intelligence power”.   We noted the findings of nuclear watchdog, the Washington, DC –based Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) headed by former UN inspector David Albright:

Earlier today, it has been reported that the imagery shows that the damage is consistent with an attack against bunkers and that the locality is adjacent to another installation where work was being conducted that involves controlled detonation of fuses intended to serve as triggers for nuclear devices.

However, it is important to note that there is no evidence of either an attack or nuclear weapon-related activities at this specific site. There may be confusion over alleged high explosive nuclear weapon-related activities at another site at Parchin that occurred prior to 2004.

Fast forward to satellite imagery taken on January 31, 2015 that raised more questions about what is going on at Parchin, a site barred by Iran from IAEA inspections. Further, it is excluded from the final P5+1 agreement with a target date of March 24th looming.  ISIS recently published its assessment of new activity at Parchin, noting that the asphalting was consistent with hiding prior activities, perhaps the explosions that occurred there last October.  The ISIS report concluded:

Over the last three years, Iran has substantially modified the Parchin site. Like its actions at the Lavisan site, Iran’s more recent modifications at Parchin are probably aimed at concealing past nuclear weapons-related activities from the IAEA and the P5+1, who are in charge of negotiating a long term agreement with Iran. Tehran has a long history of hiding its nuclear facilities and conducting secret, illicit nuclear procurement activities to outfit its nuclear programs. The removal of key economic and financial sanctions will depend on a variety of factors in a long term agreement, including significant cuts in Iran’s centrifuge program. But the lifting of these sanctions also depends on Iran stopping its nuclear-related concealment activities and its illicit nuclear procurements and addressing the IAEA’s concerns about past and possibly on-going work on nuclear weapons.

ISIS further commented on the wisdom of the pending final agreement:

Prospects for a comprehensive agreement dim if Iran remains intransigent on Parchin. A deal that does not include Iran addressing … READ THE REST (Satellite Imagery Analysis of Iran’s Parchin Military site Question Nuclear Deal; By Jerry Gordon; New English ReviewThe Iconoclast; 2/13/15)

Obama’s Bitter Fruit

By Justin O. Smith

Sent: 3/28/2015 9:15 PM

America will point to this juncture in history one day, and it will note that this was the critical moment when the Grand Fool, Barack Obama, and his Court Jester, John Kerry, failed to recognize the greatest threat to America and the world in the 21st century. Ignoring all sound reason and stark warnings from numerous U.S. and world leaders, such as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s March 4th speech before Congress, they are proceeding with a bad agreement that does not prevent the growth and perfection of a broad Iranian nuclear weapons delivery system, and they are paving a path to nuclear weapons for the Revolutionary Guard and a rogue regime and state-sponsor of terrorism.

Iran’s nuclear weapons program has long been evident. Its heavy water nuclear facility at Arak is one proof, since this type of facility is only good for making weapons grade plutonium. Iran’s high explosive components for implosion-type nuclear weapons are made at Parchin.

Parchin has been mentioned numerous times by the U.K., France and Germany in these ongoing negotiations, from which Iran hopes to gain relief from all economic sanctions. However, Iran has refused to allow any further inspection of Parchin, since 2005, and it now says further inspections are out of the question.

Any arms deals most usually demands verification of one’s compliance. And due to Iran’s resistance to allow for proper verification measures, most of America is asking, “Why are we negotiating with Iran at all at this point?”

While Iran cannot be trusted, there is a liar leading the U.S., who wants to side-step the Senate’s advise and consent role, even though in 2013 Obama stated that “the people’s representatives must be invested in what America does abroad.” Look where the U.S. stands now and compare it to Obama’s March 6, 2012 statement: “… My policy is to prevent [Iran] from getting a nuclear weapon, because if they get a nuclear weapon that could trigger an arms race in the region … it could potentially fall into the hands of terrorists.”

Shortly after Netanyahu’s speech in the halls of Congress, Saudi Prince Turki al-Faisal Saud warned, in a BBC interview, that any terms granting Iran nuclear power would result in a massive wide-open arms race across the Middle East. Similar concerns are currently being voiced by Turkey, the United Arab Emirates and many other nations.

Iran is already in flagrant violation of past U.N. Security Council resolutions, and yet they are proceeding in their efforts to develop nuclear weapons and inter-continental ballistic missiles. And contrary to the purpose of dissuading Iran from this course, the U.S. and other nations now seem unwilling to stop Iran from going nuclear, as they concede Iran’s right to retain its current capabilities.

The price-tag on Obama’s dismal legacy is a high one, since Ayatollah Khamenei demands immediate relief from all sanctions. That means more money in Iranian coffers and an increased ability to assist the likes of Hezbollah, the Houthi rebels in Yemen and murderous Shia militia in Iraq. Enabling this terrorist regime to reshape the Middle East through force of arms, slaughtering innocents and nuclear blackmail certainly promises peace will elude the world throughout this century.

Well within their rights, duty and authority to serve and protect the United States, Chairman Ed Royce (R-CA) of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, ranking committee member Eliot Engel (D-NY) and 365 House members sent a bipartisan letter to Obama, dated March 20th, that specified in part: “… Congress must be convinced that [the agreement’s] terms foreclose any pathway to a [nuclear] bomb, and only then will Congress be able to consider permanent sanctions relief … Finally … it is critical that we also consider Iran’s destabilizing role in the region.”

Similarly, just days previous, Senator Tom Cotton (R-Ark) and 46 other Republican senators published an “open letter” to Iran and its leaders. It essentially stated that any agreement with President Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry could be rescinded by any successor and was basically not worth the paper it is written on, without Senate approval.

Nothing has changed in the thirty-five years after Iran took U.S. diplomats hostage for 444 days or after the Marine barracks bombing in Beirut in 1983. As noted by Holocaust survivor and Nobel Peace Laureate Elie Wiesel on February 14, 2015: “The Ayatollah Khamenei has been as clear as his predecessor in declaring his goal __ ‘the annihilation and destruction’ of Israel. He is bent on acquiring the weapons needed to make good on his deadly promise: And, just weeks ago, as Khamenei rallied his country to endorse the nuclear negotiations, he joined the crowd in their chants of “Death to America.”

During his 39 minute speech before the U.S. Congress, Benjamin Netanyahu told lawmakers and visitors, “This deal won’t be a farewell to arms, it will be a farewell to arms control … a countdown to a potential nuclear nightmare.” At one point, Bibi turned to the 86 year old Holocaust survivor, Elie Wiesel, who sat with Sara Netanyahu in the Congressional gallery, and poignantly continued, “I wish I could promise You, Elie, that the lessons of history have been learned. I can only urge the leaders of the world not to repeat the mistakes of the past.”

Much in the manner that Czechoslovakia was betrayed at the 1938 Munich Conference, Israel is being betrayed by Obama’s executive agreement with Iran, and Israel is now left alone to mount a military operation that can destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities. Israel can accomplish this, just as it did at Osirak in 1981, but a much more thorough job would result from U.S. and European assistance. A pre-emptive strike is the only answer to a nuclear armed Iran that most certainly will bring the world to the brink of destruction.

America is nearing a terrible milestone in its history. It must not refuse to stand against Iran’s naked aggression, just as it initially refused to stand against the Nazis, or history will weigh our nation in the balance and find it wanting. America must recover its moral character and rebuke Obama’s bitter fruit of appeasement. Considerably less danger exists in a preemptive strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities than going forward with a bitter fruit that only promises a dark future filled with exponentially larger conflagrations, massive wars and chaos.

I have just discovered the Obama Administration negotiating team (five permanent U.N. Security Council members – United States, Britain, France, Russia, China – plus Germany) has hammered out a deal that indeed favors Iran. The favor is Iran agrees to lower its uranium enrichment process by 5% while the UN led sanctions are reduced to the point that the USA promises to give Iran $7 BILLION in sanction relief. The whole deal is based on an absolute trust that Iran will honor its part of the deal. I guess that will work out just like trustworthy North Korea promised no nuke weaponization and Hitler promised Chamberlain no more aggressive invasions.

A Very Bad Deal

This morning in Geneva, the United States and other world powers agreed to a deal with the radical mullahs in Iran over their nuclear program. What details have been released indicate it is a very bad deal for the United States and can be interpreted as rewarding Iran for its decades of radicalism and terror.

Even more important, Obama and Kerry seem to naively believe Iran can be trusted. What gives them that idea? Iran has been lying and terrorizing the west for over 30 years. Nothing has changed. In fact, the United States went down this path with North Korea and it lead directly to its getting nuclear weapons. Read this article which sheds more light on the Iran deal.

A Bad and Morally Indefensible Deal (NationalReview.com)

By Jack David, November 24, 2013 1:00 AM

The announcement that the P-5+1 (the five U.N. Security Council members plus Germany) reached a nuclear deal with Iran has just been made. A few details of the deal have been announced and there likely will be others. But what has been reported so far is sufficient to conclude, as Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said of the draft deal reported two weeks ago, that “this is a very, very bad deal.”

The Iranian “concessions” thus far announced are unimpressive: Iran will stop enriching uranium beyond 5 percent; it will install no additional centrifuges; it will convert the 100 pounds or so of 20 percent enriched uranium which quickly can be converted to weapons-grade uranium to something harder to convert to weapons-grade uranium. Iran has not agreed to dismantle any of the thousands of centrifuges it has installed and continues to operate; to send any of its 20 percent enriched uranium out of the country; to close the nuclear facilities which will soon provide it with plutonium with which to make nuclear weapons; to stop its testing of long-range missiles; or to cease its support of terrorist activities by Hezbollah and others.

The United States has reportedly agreed to provide Iran with $7 billion in sanctions relief. This relief doubtless will help Iran in many ways, not least the “right” to continue the dangerous nuclear-weapons development and terrorist-support activities which it has long maintained. It will not be in the least surprising, as more details of the deal are announced, to learn of other benefits provided to Iran to induce it to agree . . . to something – anything.

The U.S., by pressing forward with this very, very bad deal has further eroded its dwindling international credibility. No country in the Middle East will perceive U.S. agreement to this deal as anything but further evidence of its weakness, further evidence that the U.S. is content to undermine its historical alliances, expressions to the contrary notwithstanding.

In defending the deal, the United States (and perhaps others among its P-5+1 partners) doubtless will point to the fact that it is only an interim step and that Iran has agreed to allow International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors to visit its still-operating facilities. Given Iran’s long history of preventing IAEA inspectors to do their jobs and its long history of flouting its obligations regarding its nuclear program, the value of this Iranian promise should be discounted to zero.

In a speech in Tehran this past week to a crowd of thousands that was was broadcast live, Iranian Supreme leader Khamenei attacked the U.S., France, and Israel, saying that “Zionist officials cannot be called humans, they are like animals,” that “the Israeli regime is doomed to failure and annihilation,” that the “Zionist regime” is the “rabid dog of the region.”

The deal the U.S. and its partners just struck with Iran is a “very, very bad deal” as a practical and a political matter. In the context of Khamenei’s contemporaneous statements and the background of so many other statements of similar stripe, it is also morally indefensible.
