Tony Newbill sends emails to me relating to what many would call Conspiracy Theory. Too often the thought of ‘Conspiracy Theory’ is thought of in the pejorative sense. Most of the data that Tony Newbill sends me is something I agree with. Ergo, in my book a better description is Conspiracy Fact. Even so predictive conclusions are still theories even if they are credible predictions. So I will stick to ‘Conspiracy Theory’ yet in a positive predictive sense rather than the typical pejorative sense that status quo thinkers grudgingly stick to.
With no further adieu here are a series of Tony Newbill emails that should give you pause in future planning. I may include expansive excerpts of some of the links and/or include some of my thoughts along the way.

This is leading to a NO Growth Economic Policy in the Private Sector as the Government Prints their own operating Capital and Begin to isolate from the US dollar as world trade currency. This makes the risk takers in the free market who buy bonds and hold debt investment in fixed income markets nervous when supply expansion is not being realized for true fundamental growth that can create equitable net value to back the debt being created. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke revealed on Wednesday that the Fed will buy $85 billion in bonds every month beginning in January, and continuing until unemployment falls from its present 7.7 percent to 6.5 percent. The step made it clear that job creation has become the Fed’s primary focus. During his statement Bernanke also announced he planned to keep interest rates near zero as long as unemployment remained over the 6.5 percent target. The announcement was intended to reduce borrowing costs by persuading investors that interest rates would remain low for longer than they might have expected. The goal is to spur more borrowing that would result in more spending that would lead to faster growth.
The most optimistic economists say it will take two years for the jobless level to reach the targeted level, while the Fed’s own projection is that it will be the end of 2015 before unemployment drops below 6.5 percent, which means the newest quantitative easing (QE) effort, the fourth since the great recession, will result in a little over two trillion in spending over the next 24 months- and that total is based on best case scenarios concerning the pace of job creation. They are saying this is to stimulate employment but the money is going to cover the Over Spending the US Government has on the books. So we have non-convertible debt that’s leading to insolvency and a bankrupted nation that is right now the world’s trade currency.
Urban populations will rapidly strain services and resources
Population experts project that in 30 years 9 billion people will reside on this planet. That’s a staggering total, especially considering the demands such a number will place on our natural resources. World population surpassed 7 billion in 2011.
Efficient food production will become critical, but, food may not be the most important issue facing people at mid-century. The World Health Organization says the rapid increase of urban populations, especially slum populations, means health issues will remain a critical threat to humans. The agency cites overcrowding, lack of safe water, and improper sanitation systems as the primary factors contributing to poor health among the urban poor. Slums often become breeding grounds for diseases like tuberculosis, dengue, pneumonia, and cholera.
As global population expands, most of the growth will be in urban areas, according to new research conducted by the Worldwatch Institute, suggesting additional population growth in slum areas and further health concerns. (READ THE REST)

What he says about China and Russia trading Oil for Yuan instead of dollars that will lead to the defection of other nations using dollars which will lead to hyperinflation in the USA in September is reported here:
On Sept. 11, Pastor Lindsey Williams, former minister to the global oil companies during the building of the Alaskan pipeline, announced the most significant event to affect the U.S. dollar since its inception as a currency. For the first time since the 1970′s, when Henry Kissenger (sic) forged a trade agreement with the Royal house of Saud to sell oil using only U.S. dollars, China announced its intention to bypass the dollar for global oil customers and began selling the commodity using their own currency.

This announcement by China is one of the most significant sea changes in the global economic and monetary systems, but was barely reported on due to its announcement taking place during the Democratic convention last week. The ramifications of this new action are vast, and could very well be the catalyst that brings down the dollar as the global reserve currency, and change the entire landscape of how the world purchases energy. Grocery stores may still be stocked with food and most Americans are still able to keep their family’s fed, but with 50 million Americans requiring government assistance to do so and prices on a seemingly never ending rise, how long will it be before the situation becomes unmanageable?

Any number of disasters, natural or man-made, can cause food prices to skyrocket to such levels that the most basic essentials like corn, rice, wheat, and soy beans become almost impossible to acquire for the majority of the population.
Another prolonged drought, a war with Iran that restricts the flow of oil, or a rapid collapse in the US dollar’s purchasing power could all lead to unprecedented worldwide pressure almost immediately.
We’ve seen what happens in countries where the populace is forced to spend 50% or more of their earned income on food. Despite how the media portrays it, the riots we’ve seen in the middle east, Greece and Spain have been largely fueled by cost increases in food and the inability of individuals to provide the basic essentials for their families. The GOP is talked about in this link and the author talks about people not knowing what economic collapse means to them , and I think the GOP and Congress in general don’t realize what a USA economy on the verge of Collapse means either once you read this article and the Links it provides it would appear the USA is on the Verge of economic catastrophe !!!

Last week I wrote an article in response to the media’s vilification of preppers in the aftermath of the horrible tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut. The article was quoted in an article on Yahoo.com, to my great astonishment, and that is when I saw how little most people understand about prepping. You can see in most of the 4492 comments the article received that many folks just don’t “get it”.
My inbox was filled with a barrage of hate mail and a number of people felt compelled to leave angry (and rather ignorant) comments on my website. I got messages from people that called me “batsh*t crazy”, messages from gun control advocates, messages from people who directly blamed me and all other preppers for the massacre, and even one particularly hate-filled email from a person who said “I hope that your kids are killed at the next school shooting.”
All of this leads me to reconfirm my belief that people sincerely do not understand why we do what we do, and that ignorance leads to fear.
If you go back through history, the “visionaries” or “wise ones” were always mocked at best and feared at worst. They were cast out of society to live alone at the edge of the village; children would sneak onto their property to show their bravery; they were burned at the stake as witches and heretics. Anything the larger percentage of people does not understand is treated as something evil and frightening.
Am I saying that preppers are all visionaries and sages? Not in a mystical “Joan of Arc” sense – but I am saying that preppers are willing to see the writing on the wall and search for a deeper understanding.
Many preppers are preparing for an economic collapse and the subsequent social collapse that will be close behind.
If you don’t think this is realistic, then you aren’t paying attention to the world around you.

A leaked U.S. Army document prepared for the Department of Defense contains shocking plans for “political activists” to be pacified by “PSYOP officers” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States.
The document, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF) was originally released on a restricted basis to the DoD in February 2010, but has now been leaked online.
The manual outlines policies for processing detainees into internment camps both globally and inside the United States. International agencies like the UN and the Red Cross are named as partners in addition to domestic federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA.

A shocking U.S. Army manual that describes how political activists in prison camps will be indoctrinated by specially assigned psychological operations officers contains numerous clear references to the fact that the policies do apply domestically to U.S. citizens.
Despite the fact that the manual is well over 300 pages long and would take hours to read properly, within minutes of posting our story yesterday a minority of commenters were claiming that the policies outlined in the document only pertained to foreign combat operations and did not apply domestically to U.S. citizens.
This is similar to the denial witnessed prior to the passage of the NDAA when some argued that the indefinite detention provisions did not apply to American citizens despite numerous legal analysts asserting they did and President Barack Obama himself acknowledging they did when he signed the bill.

CJ from America Conservative 2 Conservative sent me a personal message asking to check out a couple of AC2C links. The first link is humongous and is a PDF file that represents two Websites:

CJ’s rendition is kind of mangled I suspect due to copying and pasting from the PDF document.
I truly admire the effort to mobilize Americans on a grassroots level to such a mass of people that the Federal Government (Executive, Congressional and Judicial) would have to either listen to demands of Constitution believing American or create law ex nihilo to forcefully shut down the right to peaceful assembly and free speech.
A lot of people envision the U.S. Government under the Obama Administration will choose repression to shut down opposition even to the point creating a crisis to suspend the 2012 election and/or institute an unconstitutional Martial Law which would be a rule by fiat Marxist style.
I for one would rather envision a Gandhi-style massive grassroots mobilization to confront America’s Left of the their manipulation of the Constitution to the so-called living document that can be molded to the vision of a carved out manipulated society that is slipping into moral deviancy and the slow restriction of American innovation and Liberty.
If the repression follows to the point that slaughter begins to occur then and only then should a Declaration of Independence style proclamation be issued to free American from ruling despots.
Below is the comment I made according to the conversation of the previous comments and the reading of the posted PDF document:
I am afraid I am not really a member of this club so I am unaware of the inside knowledge that seems to be the conversation of the comments. This is an extremely long post, has anyone read it all the way to the end? I got about half way through and began skimming through the post instead of carefully reading it.
It seems the goals of the “Call to Action” are quite laudable. However, there is a hint of using unconstitutional methods in an effort to restore our Republic back to the Original Intent of the Constitution. If I am incorrect, forgive me.
However by using the auspices of the First Amendment it would be awesome for a massive grassroots movement to arise in the streets utilizing our right to peaceful assembly and to free speech to inundate the government of the Leftist Dems and the Establishment Republicans.
If such a scenario emerges, let me know. I will be in. I will participate on a local basis. If such a scenario is not imminent, then keep me posted on the how leaders are trying to unite and overcome the minor disagreements that impede a full grassroots movement that attracts Americans to preserve America.
If I missed the point I truly want to be set straight. If I didn’t miss the point, I stand by my thoughts.

My Thoughts on Newbill Soviet Historical Parallels

Tony Newbill has found two moments in now defunct Soviet history and sees a parallel to President Barack Hussein Obama’s seeming consolidation of Executive power through the vehicle of the Presidential Executive Order.
The first parallel is an examination of Josef Stalin’s maneuvering to set himself up as the supreme leader of the USSR as it became apparent that Lenin was dying a slow death. At a time that many felt Leon Trotsky would be the successor to Lenin, Stalin effectively mobilized the affections of the Russian poor that had a difficult time grasping the Marxist intellectualism of Lenin and Trotsky. An example might be something like spreading the wealth was more comprehensible to the poor than the dictatorship of the proletariat.
It would take a dictatorship to actually spread the wealth to the people in an (cough) equal manner; however the term dictatorship might sound more like the old life of serfdom experienced for hundreds of years under Russian Czarist rule. Thus spread the wealth concepts were more understandable to the poor and used by Stalin instead of the more intellectual terms such as dictatorship of the proletariat.
The 2008 candidate promised “Change” for America and transparency of government. “Change” has turned out to be creeping Socialistic transformation wrapped in terms of a better life for the American poor, American minorities, Pro-Choice women, diverse cultures that have no intention of becoming One out of Many – E Pluribus Unum (i.e. divisive Multiculturalism) and the elimination of the American Culture based on Judeo-Christian principles. The last concept being closer to the Marxist concept of the elimination of religion and traditional morals to mold society into what the government proclaims to morally good for the society of now.

The second defunct Soviet history moment was the purposeful use of withholding food to cause deprivation and starvation in Red Army conquered Ukraine. In an effort to keep Ukraine a loyal Soviet Socialist Republic, Stalin decided to starve the nationalism out of the Ukrainians. The political nature of the Ukrainian Genocide is often given the name “Holodomor” – murder by famine.
Can you see the depopulation agenda to control people? Can you say Club of Rome or Agenda 21? Can you say Eco-Marxism?

The similarities between Stalin’s era and What Obama Executive orders are designed to do are astonishingly comparable!!!!

Where is Obama’s Executive Orders Taking America?
The beginning of this Executive Order sounds in order. Then you get to Section 201. Section 201 sounds like something aligned to Agenda 21. Even the sections following 201 may have the semblance of National Interests and National Defense in mind, if Section 201 is the foundation for the rest of the Executive Order, then there is a Constitutional issue that the Office of President has exceeded its authority in setting policy that might intrude on Property Rights if misused according to the letter of the EO Obama has implemented. In which case this is scary stuff.

I hear these guys talk about the USA being cut-off from future trade supply, and they don’t understand why, But what they are not considering is that the Loss of the Dollar as World Trade Currency at this time with Our manufacturing base gone and no way to retool it fast enough to counter a Loss from world suppliers who reject the dollar, this will lead to a Breakdown in supply in the USA at a rate that will not be manageable under the current free market system. So Nationalization and martial law rationing of the current supply will be implemented.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (50 U.S.C. App. 2061 et seq.), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, and as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States, it is hereby ordered as follows:
PART I - PURPOSE, POLICY, AND IMPLEMENTATION
Section 101. Purpose. This order delegates authorities and addresses national defense resource policies and programs under the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (the “Act”).
Sec. 102. Policy. The United States must have an industrial and technological base capable of meeting national defense requirements and capable of contributing to the technological superiority of its national defense equipment in peacetime and in times of national emergency. The domestic industrial and technological base is the foundation for national defense preparedness. The authorities provided in the Act shall be used to strengthen this base and to ensure it is capable of responding to the national defense needs of the United States.
Sec. 103. General Functions. Executive departments and agencies (agencies) responsible for plans and programs relating to national defense (as defined in section 801(j) of this order), or for resources and services needed to support such plans and programs, shall:
(a) identify requirements for the full spectrum of emergencies, including essential military and civilian demand;
(b) assess on an ongoing basis the capability of the domestic industrial and technological base to satisfy requirements in peacetime and times of national emergency, specifically evaluating the availability of the most critical resource and … Oh yeah, THERE IS MORE TO READ
Obama did [this] with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that he keeps inheriting [i.e. keeps coming up annually in a budget] from Congress, he and Bush did this for the last 11 years:
President Obama today notified Congress that he is extending the U.S. national state of emergency for one more year, in accordance with his duties as chief executive. President George W. Bush placed the United States in a state of emergency on September 14, 2001, three days after the September 11 attacks. A national state of emergency cannot continue for more than two years without being renewed by the President.
This action is not apparently related to the current credible terrorist threats announced last night against New York City and Washington, D.C., rather, is a statement on the overall threat level.

President Obama signs Executive Order allowing for control over all US resources
On March 16th, President Obama signed a new Executive Order which expands upon a prior order issued in 1950 for Disaster Preparedness, and gives the office of the President complete control over all the resources in the United States in times of war or emergency.
The National Defense Resources Preparedness order gives the Executive Branch the power to control and allocate energy, production, transportation, food, and even water resources by decree under the auspices of national defense and national security. The order is not limited to wartime implementation, as one of the order’s functions includes the command and control of resources in peacetime determinations.

Monsanto should be named an enemy of the State. It’s definitely an enemy of the people. Instead, the company has essentially become another branch of government.

And anyone trying to grow crops uncontaminated by Monsanto’s genetically engineered (GE) frankenseeds can be slapped with a lawsuit if the prevailing winds or pollinating insects cause pollen from Monsanto-patented crops to mingle with non-Monsanto GE crops.

The United States plans to buy 21 Mi-17 helicopters for the Afghan military from Russia’s Rosoboronexport by 2016. The contract totals $375 million by 2016, with an option to buy $550 million worth more, according to the letter.
Russia has refused to stop arms shipments to Syria and has offered diplomatic support to President Bashar al-Assad as he puts down a year-long revolt that activists say has killed more than 8,500 people, mostly civilians.
The senators voiced alarm at reports that Rosoboronexport has shipped arms to Syria and that Syrian forces used Russian weapons in opposition stronghold Homs.
Activists recently said the throats of 47 women and children were slit in a massacre in Homs, following a month-long bombardment of the rebellious Baba Amr neighborhood where 700 people were said to have died.

I am a proponent of utilizing the Patriot Act and FISA to combat Muslim hatred of America in the fashion of transnational Islamic terrorism. Radical Islam has reached inside the very borders of America with the phenomena known as Homegrown Terrorism. Homegrown Terrorism is when the influence of Radical Islam usually directly or indirectly from a foreign source militarizes Muslim-Americans against their own nation of the United States of America.
Islam has declared war on America in that Radical Muslim Mullahs have encouraged violence against America and Americans and NO so-called Moderate Muslim Mullah has expressed in outrage that a religion of peace would not contradict a religion of violence.
Congress cannot really declare war on transnational Islamic non-sovereign terrorists (except perhaps Iran). So it is left to the Executive Branch to protect Americans from a foreign threat that is not a sovereign nation. Thus it is up the Executive Branch to find that fine line that does not involve the military battling foreign threats inside America while at the same time neutralizing foreign threats within America.
The Patriot ACT and updating FISA to confront Islamic terrorism allows a civilian law enforcement response with the independence similar to the military to engage a foreign enemy or Americans turned against their nation by a foreign threat.
President Bush’s Administration effectively used the Patriot ACT to the level that there were no terrorist successes within the American homeland on the scale of the Islamic terrorist attack in New York City, Washington, DC (i.e. the Pentagon) and the crashing of Flight of United Flight 93 in Pennsylvania. Nevertheless, a huge scouring by the Left leaning MSM and the Democratic Party effectively propagandized Bush a President embroiled in war at the expense of American lives (the military) and of American personal Liberty. At this point we can say, “Enter Obama” with unfulfilled promises of “Change” from politics as usual (meaning Republican Conservatism) and “Transparency” to make the BHO Administration open to public scrutiny.
The only change that has occurred is to dilute the Constitution, move America into European entitlement Socialism and openly destroy the moral fabric of America by warring on Christian values. There has been ZERO transparency by BHO. The President has spent untold dollars on making sure his past did not find the light of day implying there was some kind of political embarrassment about his birth, schooling and initial moves into public life. Also BHO has issued Congressional usurping Executive Orders causing and affecting the rule of law by fiat many of which were quite secretive EOs. BHO has circumvented Constitutional accountability by creating a Czar-Commissar system that neither has Congressional oversight nor a Constitutional basis in the Executive Branch.
Now Republicans in Congress are showing just how unobservant they are by allowing a couple changes to the National Defense Authorization Act for fiscal year 2012 (SB 1867) to be attached. NDAA-2012 enables Obama to use the U.S. Military to detain and question American citizens as well as to be held for an indefinite amount of time without the Court System. Even the Left Wing Huffington Post is calling for President BHO to veto the Bill! You see the problem is there are loads of military funding goodies in the Bill if vetoed would slow down the military budget. Conspiracy Theorists believe this would be an opportunity for President BHO to create a domestic crisis in which the military might be used in the final push to transform America without the restraints of the U.S. Constitution.
If the President signs this Bill it would enable a huge amount of centralized power in the hands of the Executive Branch that certainly has crossed the line of the Constitution making the Patriot Act looking like a civil rights picnic. Now as if the NDAA-2012 is not bad enough for American Freedom, the Bill also completely transforms morality in the military. Part of SB 1867 changed Article 125 of the Unified Code of Military Justice that originally reads:
“It states: ‘(a) Any person subject to this chapter who engages in unnatural carnal copulation with another person of the same or opposite sex or with an animal is guilty of sodomy. Penetration, however slight, is sufficient to complete the offense. (b) Any person found guilty of sodomy shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.’” (Emphasis SlantRight)
In an effort to codify homosexuality as normal and moral SB 1867 removes sodomy as a punishable crime in the Military. Now for me this is bad enough; however with all the lawyers that are lawmakers you would think that someone would catch that a blanket legalization of sodomy according Article 125 also legalizes bestiality, right?
You know voting constituents that finally give the Dems the boot out of the Senate and President Barack Hussein Obama the boot out of the Whitehouse will demand a return to at least “Don’t Ask – Don’t Tell”. This would mean sodomy as defined by the original Article 125 would return.
The thing is a battle is brewing between homosexual activists and Christian activists. You have to realize Christians are growing weary of Moral Relativist Secular Humanists marginalizing the Christian faith especially when we Christian Believers know that our faith is the foundation of the rule of law that has made the American Constitution great. When all these misinterpreters of the Establishment Clause in the First Amendment (erroneously labeled as Separation of Church and State) activate righteous indignation and push Christians into being just as verbally active as the anti-Christian cultural transformationists, then I believe political polarity will exist in America that will first go through the Left Wing influenced Judicial Branch ending with a Constitutional Amendment. I am guessing Original Intent Judges are outnumbered but will be vocal enough to push Christians to work on a new Amendment. The Christian-Humanist conflict will then begin to draw in a score of other Social Conservative issues with Pro-Life/Pro-Choice most likely at the top of the list.
Like there are Liberals and Conservatives alike dissatisfied with the Patriot Act and the portion of NDAA-2012 that gives the U.S. military power over the civilian population, there is an irony concerning making bestiality legal in the U.S. Military. That irony is an organization that most Conservatives believe are a group of Liberal nut jobs. The organization is People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA). PETA became riled with the legalizing of bestiality in the Military when the Obama Press Secretary Jay Carney flippantly dismissed a question from WorldNetDaily press corps journalist Les Kinsolving.
“Does the Commander-in-Chief approve or disapprove of beastiality (sic) in our armed forces?”
The question did not please Jay Carney. He ignored the question by saying:

I doubt that PETA will join Conservative organizations in condemning homosexuality as an ungodly lifestyle; however I do find amusing that there is an unnamed alliance between PETA and Conservatives over the moral issue of bestiality. Check out this excerpt from the Family Research Council:

In the first video an interview is conducted with an anonymous soldier who claims there are foreign troops in America NOW. The troops are from various nations, some are Western nations and incredibly Soldier X says there are 20,000 Chinese troops in Florida. When he says “Chinese” I have to assume he means Communist Chinese rather than Taiwanese troops.
Interspersed throughout the video are mini-bites of info about forced Japanese internment on American soil. Notably the video says that two-thirds of the Japanese internees were born on American soil hence were American citizens. Of this suggests that one-third of the interned Japanese were foreign born Japanese.
Now it does sound very un-American to force Japanese-Americans and Japanese nationals here in America to be forced legally into Military built village camps; however the time frame of the 1940s it is understandable. Most German-Americans and Italian-Americans had gone to great lengths to move into the American motto of E Pluribus Unum – Out of many, one. German and Italian Americans moved to America to start a new life.
I am not saying the same thing did not applied to Japanese immigrants and the next generation that became American born citizens; however the Japanese culture much like the Chinese and other Oriental Asian Cultures place a premium on honoring their ancestors on a level that Americans and the typical European immigrants could not understand without suspicion in the 1940s. The perception of honoring ancestors in America has the appearance of ancestor worship.
For the Japanese the Emperor was a deified god. Can you imagine that? The Japanese Emperor (Hirohito at the time) was regarded as a god on earth by the typical Japanese person. Thus on December 7, 1941 on the sneak attack by Japan on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii there would not be a rousing condemnation from Japanese living on American soil that had emigrated from Japan.
A great book written by Michelle Malkin entitled, “In Defense of Internment: The Case for Racial Profiling in World War II and the War on Terror,” is a great book that used original sources to place Japanese internment in a better light of understanding with the resources America had in the 1940s engaging in a war with Imperial Japan. Daniel Pipes reviewed the Malkin book which included a brief six-point description:
· Within hours of the attacks on Pearl Harbor, two American citizens of Japanese ancestry, with no prior history of anti-Americanism, shockingly collaborated with a Japanese soldier against their fellow Hawaiians.
· The Japanese government established “an extensive espionage network within the United States” believed to include hundreds of agents.
· In contrast to loose talk about “American concentration camps,” the relocation camps for Japanese were “spartan facilities that were for the most part administered humanely.” As proof, she notes that over 200 individuals voluntarily chose to move into the camps.
· The relocation process itself won praise from Carey McWilliams, a contemporary leftist critic (and future editor of the Nation), for taking place “without a hitch.”
· A federal panel that reviewed these issues in 1981-83, the Commission on Wartime Relocation and Internment of Civilians, was, Ms. Malkin explains, “Stacked with left-leaning lawyers, politicians, and civil rights activists – but not a single military officer or intelligence expert.”
· The apology for internment by Ronald Reagan in 1988, in addition to the nearly $1.65 billion in reparations paid to former internees was premised on faulty scholarship. In particular, it largely ignored the top-secret decoding of Japanese diplomatic traffic, codenamed the MAGIC messages, which revealed Tokyo’s plans to exploit Japanese-Americans.
Malkin’s demonstrates that Japanese internment was not as evil as the history books say it was. Granted, there should have been investigations to prove the loyalty of Japanese-Americans to America. There is no possible way that the Japanese as a whole were pro-Japan. Indeed, the majority of Japanese in America were quite loyal. The Japanese had a description of different classes according to their emigration status:
· Issei
· Nisei
· Sansei
· Yonsei
· Gosei
· Kibei
The primary concern to the American government was the Issei, Nisei and Kibei:
The people that were forced into the Internment camps were divided into three groups – Nisei, Issei, and Kibei. The Nisei group integrated people that were born in the United States but their parents had immigrated to the U.S. The Issei group included the people that had themselves emigrated to the U.S. from Japan. The third group, Kibei, was made up of people that were actually Nisei but had been educated for the most part in Japan.
Most of the camps were generally peaceful and quiet. The only camp with considerable problems was the Tule Lake Relocation Center; located at the California – Oregon border. Tule Lake was selected as a segregation center for those in the camps whom asserted their loyalty to Japan over the United States. The Department of Justice also placed several internees there that were considered disloyal to America. The army was forced to tighten control as the strikes and demonstrations grew in number. The Issei were born in Japan and immigrated to America. The Nisei were born in America. The Kibei were born in America but sent back by Issei parents to Japan to be educated. The biggest concerns for the American government during WWII were the Issei and Kibei.
SHINTO-KODO-BUSHIDO
The Japanese terms, Issei, Nisei and Kibei, are defined and explained in the Committee’s 1943 Report at page 322. Briefly re-stated, the Issei are alien Japanese, virtually all of whom are loyal to Japan and Hirohito. Fanatical in their belief in the Shinto-Kodo-Bushido dogmas, they keep pretty much to themselves in the relocation centers. The Nisei are second-generation, American-born sons and daughters of Japanese alien parents and, therefore, citizens of the United States. The greater part of the Nisei have attended the public schools on the west coast, and the majority of them attended Japanese language schools. The Kibei are Nisei (second-generation, American-born Japanese) who have been sent to Japan, allegedly for educational purposes. During their stay in Japan the Kibei were indoctrinated with the Shinto-Kodo-Bushido virus and, as a general rule, feel a deep loyalty to everything Japanese. The ideology of Kadoism, like the doctrine of race-superiority of the German Nazis, dominates the minds of the present generation of alien Japanese and the Kibeis. Until Pearl Harbor the Issei, holding the purse strings, exerted considerable influence over the Nisei and Kibei and kept them pretty much in “Kodo” (“the way of the Emperor”). The point I am drawing is that Japanese internment was not as heinous for the times. Although the days of America at war with Japan paints a picture terminating civil rights of American citizens is a distinct violation of the Constitution’s Bill of Rights.
The video about foreign troops in America prepared to institute martial law seems farfetched to me; however it is not beyond the realm of the U.S. government to institute martial law for reasons of catastrophe or war on American soil.

The first video uses the foreign troops on American soil and the internment of Japanese to demonstrate what the American government is capable of when a perceived crisis occurs on our homeland. The official bureaucratic department that is tagged by the government for national emergencies is the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). FEMA is tasked to operate independently when the Federal government is handicapped for whatever reason. FEMA is theme of Part Two.
Since this a Conspiracy Theory video there is an examination of the dark potential of FEMA as if it is the course that will happen in America with no ifs, ands or buts. Frankly I agree a system like FEMA could be manipulated for nefarious purposes; however such a manipulation would need specific parameters which would include no national communication with the Federal government thus cutting off continuity throughout the country.
I don’t see that happening without a successful act of war attack on American soil that brings down the American infrastructure that connects our Union of States. Also there is the possibility of an all encompassing natural disaster on the scale of science fiction that derails the American infrastructure.

The Strategic Plan builds on existing strategic documents and is directly related to the President’s National Security Strategy, the Department of Homeland Security Quadrennial Homeland Security Review, and the FEMA Administrator’s Intent for Fiscal Year 2012 – 2016.
Additionally, the Plan considers the implications of a changing strategic environment for the emergency management community. Several broad themes will be especially important to FEMA and the field of emergency management over the next ten to twenty years: the increased empowerment of individuals due to technological innovation; the evolving security environment; shifts in the demographic makeup of the population; and changes in the man-made and natural environments. Is this overview sanitized to mislead the public?
In the Part Two video there is a reference to Fusion Centers. The Center for Health & Homeland Security provides information of the purpose of FEMA Fusion Centers. Most of the information tells how urban centers can apply for funding of a local Fusion Center, but there is one paragraph that gives a glimpse:
DHS continues to make building and enhancing a national network of fusion centers a top priority. States and urban areas are required to include at least one investment that supports a fusion center as part of their UASI and SHSP grant applications. Fusion centers are intended to serve as focal points within the State and local environment for the receipt, analysis, gathering, and sharing of threat-related information between all levels of government and the private sector. UASI and SHSP grantees must coordinate with the fusion center when developing a fusion center investment prior to submitting their application.
A significant amount of information is based on a Jesse Ventura series on TruTV entitled, “Conspiracy Theory”. The episode of controversy showing FEMA in a bad light is entitled, “FEMA CAMP, POLICE STATE”.
For Conspiracy Theorists this episode with Jesse Ventura and Alex Jones is the smoking gun of proof that the Federal government is in preparation to change our Constitutional republic into something like the rule of law by despotic fiat.
Why?
The enforcing powers of the Federal government forced TruTV to remove the episode. Alex Jones when asked for the reason said something like some men dressed in black came to visit ordering not to talk.
Here is an excerpt from the article that speaks of the nefarious nature of FEMA Fusion Centers across America:
According to Alex Jones, truTV pulled the episode from the airing schedule due to government threats. Jones added that he isn’t allowed to talk about it, something to do with government men in black showing up, and “they are now remotely erasing it off of DVRs.” In theory, these videos posted at the bottom of this article are not expected to stay up on YouTube very long before being pulled. I advise you to also watch it and see if it makes you go hmmmm.

During Ventura’s exposé, he says, “That Government plan to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, and round up anyone deemed a National Security threat, it’s documented; it’s called Rex 84. It was cooked up under the Reagan Administration by Col. Oliver North.” He adds that the Council of Governors, established by President Obama on Jan. 11, 2010, divides America into 10 sectors. In case of a national emergency, the country is quarantined into these sectors and the president can send in the military and round up dissidents. Where would these people be taken?
FEMA camps? Ventura and Jones visited “residential centers” that were designed by Halliburton and others to hold whole families. Ventura said they look like prisons with barbed wire, double fences, railroad tracks just like Nazi Germany, and were intended for rounding up immigrants, aliens and also dissidents. The bill H.R. 645 called for the creation of these camps to be run by Homeland Security.
Activist William Lewis on Ventura’s show said he has found over 800 detention facilities — concentration prison camps. They can even be found on old military bases; a way to spot them is supposedly the barbed wire. If the barbed wire is turned inward, it’s meant to keep the people in from getting out. Most barbed wire that protects facilities is designed pointing outward to keep people from getting in.
Then Ventura and Jones traveled to Madison, Georgia, where they saw hundreds of thousands of stacked plastic coffins that could hold four bodies per container. Again, the trail seemed to lead to a Halliburton contract. These “coffins” were “officially plastic grave liners with lids.” Shortly after taking video of this mass coffin pileup, workers came in and hauled off the coffins. Jones added that he believes FEMA and the CDC may intend to trigger a pandemic to bring in martial law.
In 2009, Popular Science debunked FEMA Camps and the reasoning for the “500,000 plastic coffins” — just in case you want on opposing investigation viewpoint.
Ventura tried to get answers about the facilities, including why the posted sign on the residential facility used the term “escape” — which usually implies someone inside is being held against their will. There were many “no comment” answers, even when Ventura went to talk to the congressmen who helped sponsor H.R. 645 and the creation of these “concentration camps.” Congressman Jim Gerlach of Pennsylvania “left his office” when Ventura showed up for an interview. Another co-sponsor of H.R. 645, Congressman Steve Cohen of Tennessee, said FEMA camps “don’t exist.”
In case you didn’t know, Ventura is an equal opportunity person of dislike for all things relating to the Federal government. It does not matter if leadership is Democrat or Republican, if it is the Federal government do not trust them. The author of the post found the Ventura episode on YouTube but suspects it will be pulled by the powers that be. The third part is a display of what might happen in an economic crisis coupled by a rogue nation taking advantage because of its nuclear power by expanding its hegemonic power. In this case the culprit is North Korea that militarily annexes South Korea, then Japan and with the insinuation of grabbing extra Asian regions which must be parts of Communist China. Then the united Korea attacks Hawaii followed by the West Coast of America which drives at least to the Mid-West.
America is divided with no central government and in chaos. Now the thing is I have missed how a ruthless Communist power figures into the theme of a future FEMA dictatorship. Unless, it is an example of what publically will be told in America to unleash a FEMA martial Law as the crisis to prevent the actions of a rogue nation to spread to America.
As part of that set up is a study by the FBI designated as Project Megiddo. The essence of Project Megiddo (a concerned analysis) was to watch internal happenings in America that might be considered extremist. The problem was that the public intention of monitoring known extremists is a bit skimpy in the actual terminology. For example keeping an eye on charismatic individuals with a huge following might lead to a FBI watch of a Charismatic Christian Mega-Churches because that fits the criteria of Project Megiddo as much as it does for the actual extremists. The irony for is that the extremism focused on was from the political spectrum of Right Wing Extremism or religious Extremism. In the late-1990s the report was supposed to be a predictive study about potential circumstances after the year 2000.
The Conspiracy Theorists who do not trust anyone in government point to the Islamic attack of 911 to be a staged government event to begin the process of creating the chaotic crisis that will bring in the FEMA dictatorship of martial law.
Frankly I don’t buy that. All the evidence points to nefarious characters like Osama bin Laden and Mohammed Atta and such Islamic extremists actually planning their Jihad against America to actually spark an American invasion of Muslim lands. The point of al Qaeda’s thinking is that when the kafir (infidel) Americans invade Islamic lands (dar al-Islam), the Muslims would rise independently of their governments to unite the Ummah again to establish a Caliphate to conquer the world for Islam.
Okay, I know, the Caliphate Conspiracy Theory is just a theory; however there is more in radical Islamic writing about ways to return to a global Caliphate than there is for a FEMA martial law dictatorship in America.
