Danny correctly observes the uncanny parallels between the Roman Empire and the United States of America. The only criticism I have and it is a bit silly is that the Roman Republic made Rome an empire. Rome’s decline began when the republican form of government was replaced by the rule of law of one man that utilized republic’s infrastructure to enforce the rule of one man. Rome exchanged the rule of law for the rule of man. When Octavius secured Roman government under his “enlightened” leaders he became Emperor. Octavius of the Republic was no more for he transformed into Augustus and essentially took his Uncle Julius’ family name as “Caesar” instead of the obvious “Emperor”.
Augustus’ Roman Empire was strong and succeeded hundreds of years after his death. Rome’s decline was the deficiency of one man rule of succeeding emperors that led quite immoral lives. Even though the Western half of the Roman Empire ended circa 475 AD according to famed historian Edward Gibbons, Western Roman already nearly non-existent by the time the last Emperor was defeated and deposed.
My point about the decline of Rome is if the USA has a parallel a one man rule will probably take place. Just as Augustus was perceived to be the savior from the chaos of Rome Republic rivals for power, then a similar parallel would occur in the USA.
Is America to the point that politically powerful people will divide the sympathies of Americans to the point that the U.S. Constitution is irrelevant? It could happen that factions tear Constitutional rule of law to pieces because of the feeling of desperation.
America’s only hope is for a consensus of voters become strong enough to elect Constitutional Originalists into Office and Constitutional Originalists are selected for the Federal Judiciary especially the Supreme Court.
Otherwise … Factions of the political spectrum will war for power with the winner taking all rendering the Constitution as a glorious document in the history of humankind.

The dollar is doomed from a lack of Supply expansion that can’t be realized in capital accumulations in US financial markets because of a Tax Code that Penalizes Profits more than if these funds are held Off Shore. When the society is being divided in class by how the economic policies become totally controlled by a central Government that elects its own central banker and that Banker is singly providing funding for the destruction of a Multi-class society by making debt issues funding available to an elite group that supports an ideological agenda making them loyal to this. And at the same time funding through a purchasing policy of treasuries that makes available to the Government welfare funding for over 50 million of the society. Thus this makes that 50 million dependent and loyal, while telling the Middle Class that they are the prize to save from this destruction while dividing them up into either elite class or Welfare class. In this time of Societal Breakdown polarization becomes the primary tool in dividing up the freedoms that bind a multi-class society together making those freedoms seem as if they are the problem not the solution. And if anyone speaks out against this action then they are seen as radical. And again you can call this deceit.
It would appear that the breakdown in a free society and its fundamental function of equality is from the suppression of truth that then leads to the oppression of that society. So where do you think we are at in this process???

CJ has exposed the Marxist-Socialist despotic “Change” promised by Obama and voted for by a majority of Americans in 2008 and 2012. We indeed need to find a grassroots paradigm to renew the thinking of Americans on Constitutional privacy and Liberty of choice.
Obama’s Administration is forcing doctors to collect information on their patients or faced an ‘or else’ consequence to their profession.

I’ll be cross posting CJ’s post and personal story on my blog directing readers to follow CJ’s request. That request is for an articulate Conservative to write a usable letter than can go viral on the Internet. I might add and perhaps be sent to the members of Congress on the State and Federal level as well as to inform the President that personal information is none of his business nor the business of government he currently executes.

I’m sure by now many of you have heard that the government has sent out a questionnaire to doctors to be asked of their patients…yesterday I went for my quarterly visit and I am livid!
There are around 25; could be more, questions ranging from “did you have a flu shot….mammogram …colonoscopy…what is your BMI?
I declined.
My doctor told me that since I declined the government (it sounded like MS) would call me…I said I don’t answer to unknown numbers…she said they’ll send me a letter…Imagine!
If I don’t answer or decline to answer the questionnaire doctors could lose their ratings…
She said the government said she should get her patients to have these tests or she isn’t a good doctor…
SNITCHING…does anyone remember stories about Hitler? Snitching on each other…
O wait…Obama had a “fishing” expedition. Seems as if he was preparing us for this for years.
In the conversation she again expressed leaving her profession, moving back to the country she was born to practice, or even becoming a Realtor, what she may do is get rid of the government by taking only cash patients…imagine, anything but being coerced into treating her patients the way the government wants…
My doctor and I spent most all the time talking about this outrage, which she seems to be having this conversation with many of her patients and again she talked about leaving her profession and it wasn’t all about money; it was the government dictating to her how to practice. She said that she was approached to leave her practice and go into the hospital which she declined… saying to me that she’d have to follow the government guidelines.
Sounds like doctors are being coerced.
Speaking of guidelines, do you know that on the news they discussed the government is giving hospitals rewards of money to keep cost down on patients…WHAT?
Already clinics are not treating cancer patients. Their Hippocratic Oath is disappearing.
Here is what I am asking of everyone here:
TO DO, and RESOLVE something post.
If we can spread this throughout the country perhaps we can stop this interrogation.
WE HAVE RIGHT TO CHOOSE…
This reminds me of the last census form where as the government added things like how many toilets do you have……WHAT? A census is to find out how many people there are in a household…PERIOD.
I answered just that one question…and that was legal.

First off we need an articulate person to draft up a letter to make viral on blogs, email, wherever…we should have common words to express how we feel about this interrogation; can someone find whether it’s Constitutional or against our Rights?? …
We can then copy and paste into our emails…get it to the media…
Perhaps my story can be used with better wording…better yet verify with others who have gone to their doctors recently…you don’t have to believe me…
BUT we need one common letter.

This is so important for us to take a stand against this intrusive behavior of the government.
Decline to answer the questions, when you get a phone call decline, when you get the letter cross out the question and add you are declining because you choose to… Just remember to write your feelings for your doctor….I love and respect mind and do not want her to leave…

Justin Smith has sent an important essay for all to read. Smith places the mind’s eye on the extra-constitutional transformative path President Barack Hussein Obama has taken the United States of America since his 2008 election. BHO has been deceptive along the whole way. He began by using the society changing legislation of enacting Obamacare. Obama propagandized his medical transformation for Americans would make medical needs available to the hereto for uninsured. Not only did this pull a heartstring on America’s lower working class citizens but healthcare reform actually did (and still does due to Obamacare) need reform in the USA.
I don’t care what any Democrat or BHO apologist will tell you, Obamacare at the very least is the beginning of socialized medicine in America. Healthcare reform should have been pushed toward a more compliant market solution with the government acting as a watchdog to prevent the dark side of Capitalism such as insurance companies not insuring pre-existing medical conditions as one example.
When the Dem Party controlled Congress passed Obama’s Affordable Care Act it was an acceleration of what Leftists have been doing in America since the 1960s. When prayer was removed from Public School and abortion on demand became available the moral dominance of Christianity began to be removed by force from American culture. A Leftist-Liberal Judiciary became the vehicle to begin the eradication of Christianity as the moral foundation for culture and law in the USA. It is now an okay thing to condemn Christian morals as evil as evidenced by the acceptance of homosexuality as normal in our culture. Obamacare enables the government to legally tell the people what is right and what is wrong AND the people must accept the government ruling or face some sort of penalty in fines, civil Judicial rulings and criminal legal action for practicing a Christian principle now made illegal.
This is Communism. It is not the kind of Communism America was taught would end American Civil Liberty and Civil Rights enshrined in our Constitution. That kind of Communism was the societal change ideology by violent revolution espoused by the Leninist/Stalinist interpretation of Communist founder Karl Marx. President Ronald Reagan repudiated the value of Lenin/Stalin Communism by burying the old USSR with our Free Market strength to innovate weaponry that the Soviet economy could not keep up with. Hence the fall of Soviet Communism and that agenda to force the people of the world to abandon godly morals and free thought by force of arms.
The kind of Communism that is succeeding in America is not the Marxist working class rising up to change society and culture. Rather it is kind of Communism taught by Antonio Gramsci. Gramsci Communism does not depend on the preferred instant results of violent revolution, rather Gramsci’s Communism was to find Left Wing allies and form a socio-political bloc to win people over to transformation by convincing them there is a better way economic “equality.” Unknown to the people is that better way is to persuade working class citizens to accept the government as the arbiter of right and wrong. This deceptive persuasion means infiltrating bastions of morality and changing minds from inside the local community. As aspects of the local community are brainwashed that equality is better than Liberty.
This brainwashing makes Secular Humanism superior to Biblical Morality. It influences Christians to abandon the Divine for diluted human philosophy. It makes personal responsibility subservient to collective responsibility. It forces the acceptance of any religion or ideology over Christianity to dilute America’s moral foundation into obscurity.
I think you get the idea.
Here is the thing about the deception of Gramsci Communism. No one knows what is happening until they are molded to acceptance or find it too late to regain Liberties terminated by Equality.
In November 2008 and November 2012 a majority of American voters elected the Gramsci deception of President Barack Hussein Obama unknowingly falling for the hidden Gramsci Communism of Obama’s promise of Change-Transformation in America.
Is it too late to regain the Liberty that Barack Hussein Obama is currently eroding before our very eyes? Many Conservatives are preparing for the worst assuming a coming economic collapse will transform America irreparably from the Founding Father axiom of ‘We the People.’
I have read a lot of predicted doom and gloom from cultural collapse from the demise of the American economy to a Clash of Civilizations war between the West (primarily America) and a resurging purist Islam. I am one of those that see the West vs. Islam as inevitable harbinger of global chaos. Seriously though, economic collapse and the Clash of Civilizations war will probably gel into one global problem that Biblical Christians know will end in one way. Nonetheless, it would not be the first time that the signs of an imminent Last Days scenario were off the mark. Last Days scenarios have occurred from generation to generation since the Resurrection of Jesus Christ. I am in the ‘Last Days are imminent’ crowd; however it could be another test for humanity to turn around from evil to good giving more people the opportunity to turn to the risen Savior Jesus Christ and find Salvation and Oneness with God Almighty.
The future of ‘We the People’ may be that human test or the beginning of the times bringing Christ’s return to claim His Saints. Either way I am convinced dark days are ahead. The disappointment that draws within me is that my fellow Conservatives are correct in a future of gloom and doom. There is a failure of finding common ground with other Conservatives to win the hearts of Obama-Clinton Change duped people. The duped believe the lie that changing America’s Founding Principles into a Secular Humanist Socialist State will preserve a better future America. Conservatives need to learn an effective way to confront Leftist lies with proven truths of the success of our Founding Principles.
We must do more than just be satisfied that we are correct that catastrophe is imminent. We must provide alternative plans for the short term and long term scenarios. The short term involves using the Constitution while it is still functioning to reverse Obamunism. The Tea Party Movement has been a good example of rallying people to embrace the Constitution. The problem I see with the Tea Party Movement is a failure to expand from the grassroots level to a national unified front. A unified front on a national scale enables Americans to embrace Counter-Obamunism at the very least in the voting booth. Long term scenarios should be developed if America’s Left succeeds in terminating the U.S. Constitution by God knows what kind of legal trick or coup d’état. It is the long term scenarios that Americans must preserve the intent of the Second Amendment as long as possible:
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. (Bold Type Mine)
As insane as it might sound for ‘We the People’ to have assault weapons, the people deserve the right to own security level weaponry because it is necessary for a “free state”. Pea shooters will not protect Americans from criminals and government oppressors with their own sophisticated weaponry.
Does a long term scenario plan sound revolutionary? I am certain once upon a time long ago an oppressive government without representation caused disparate American colonials to unite willing to spill blood to begin a new experiment in Liberty. Perhaps disparate Americans will have to unite to retain Liberty until Christ returns.

The ‘NeoComs’
I finally found time to read Mark Alexander’s December 13th column in The Patriot Post. This an awesome history lesson of how Marxist ideology has crept into American mainstream politics. Alexander distinguishes American new Marxism from old Soviet Communism by making a play on words used to describe new Conservatism; i.e. Neoconservatism. Thus new Communism is Neo-Communism and shortened to NeoCom.
The NeoCom agenda is the platform American voters placed into effect in 2008 and again in 2012. The NeoCom agenda is the Obama agenda to transform Liberty oriented America as conceived by the Founding Fathers to a Socialist Christian-eviscerating State controlled economy with morality defined as well by the State.

The Neo-Communist Economic Agenda

Today, I have a new entry for the political lexicon to categorize the latest ideological iteration of Marxists in America: “Neo-Communists” or the abbreviated version, “NeoComs.”
You’re no doubt familiar with the label “Neo-Conservatives,” and its shortened version, “NeoCons,” to describe conservatives who have adapted to more interventionist foreign policies promoting democracy, and who support open trade policies. “Neo” differentiates these conservatives from the isolationist and non-interventionist conservatism of the 1930s — until the attack on Pearl Harbor drew us into war with Japan and Germany.
At the other end of the political spectrum from the Ronald Reagan NeoCons are the NeoComs — modern-day socialists who have risen, in the last decade, to dominate the Democrat Party. They have modified old Marxist doctrines and adapted them to current political platforms and policies using leftist propaganda more compatible with contemporary culture. Chief among these is the Democrat Party’s tried and true “divide and conquer” disparity rhetoric, which foments discontent and division based on income, race, ethnicity, gender, education, occupation, etc.
However, bull pucky by any other name is still bull pucky. Democratic Socialism, like Nationalist Socialism, is nothing more than Marxist Socialism repackaged.
The objective of today’s NeoComs is, as you by now know, “fundamentally transforming the United States of America,” in order to “peacefully transition” from our constitutional republic and its free-enterprise economy to a socialist republic with a state-organized and regulated economy.
Ideological adherents of the American Communist Party made few political gains under that banner in the last century because the label “communist” was and remains “distasteful” to most Americans. Thus, NeoComs have infested the once-noble Democrat Party and are using it as cover for socialist policy implementation.
The political genes of the current cadres of NeoComs establish them as the direct descendants of the statist policies of Franklin Delano Roosevelt and the programs he implemented under cover of the Great Depression.
Roosevelt, like most of today’s wealthy liberal protagonists, was an “inheritance-welfare liberal” — raised in a dysfunctional home and dependent on his financial inheritance rather than that essential spirit of self-reliance, which forms the core of American Liberty. Consequently, the “dependence ethos” irrevocably shaped by FDR’s privileged upbringing is virtually indistinguishable from the dependence ethos of those who have been raised or inculcated with belief that they are reliant upon welfare handouts from the state.
Though markedly dissimilar in terms of their political power, the underlying difference between inheritance liberals and welfare liberals is, the former depend on investment and trust distributions while the latter depend on government redistributions. But they both support socialist political and economic agendas based on Marxist collectivism.
Endeavoring to transform our Republic into a socialist state, FDR set about to replace our authentic Constitution with the so-called “living constitution” by way of judicial diktat, thereby subordinating the Rule of Law to the will of his administration. Anticipating Supreme Court rulings against many of his patently unconstitutional policies, which he later arrogantly outlined in his “New Bill of Rights,” FDR attempted to expand the number of justices on the High Court, thereby allowing him to flood the bench with his nominees in order to win majority rulings.
Despite his failed attempt to pack the High Court, over the course of FDR’s three full terms, he infested American politics with socialist programs and policies, and brought the nation perilously close to being ruled by an avowed Marxist, his vice president, Henry Wallace.
Prior to 2008, the closest the U.S. had gotten to an openly socialist president was after FDR’s then-vice president, John Garner, broke with Roosevelt over FDR’s effort to pack the court. In 1940, Roosevelt tapped his secretary of agriculture, Henry Wallace, to replace Garner as his new running mate. Wallace’s allegiance to Marxist doctrine was well established. However, near the end of World War II, Roosevelt feared that he could not get re-elected to a fourth term with an open Communist on the ticket, so he tapped the more moderate Harry Truman and demoted Wallace to Secretary of Commerce — where he could further his Marxist agenda.
FDR, of course, died in office just a month into his fourth term. But had he retained Wallace instead of opting for Truman, America would have had its first communist president by succession.
Shortly after becoming president, Truman fired Wallace because of his affinity for the USSR. Wallace would later unsuccessfully challenge Truman in 1948 under the thinly veiled socialist Progressive Party front, with the endorsement of the American Communist Party.
The end of World War II largely capped FDR’s “New Deal” socialist expansion of the state until Lyndon Johnson’s progressive “Great Society” platform heralded a plethora of new statist programs and policies. Ironically, another war, Vietnam, capped Johnson’s socialist expansionism, but not the enormous price tag of the welfare and entitlement programs established by FDR and Johnson.
It was not until the sharp economic downturn of the Great Recession in September 2008 that the next socialist surge of statist intervention would be implemented. That severe recession, the result of Democrat-sponsored statist intervention policies which led to the collapse of real estate values, and cascaded into the near collapse of the U.S. banking system, also led to the election of Barack Hussein Obama, much as the Great Depression had led to the election of FDR.
In fact, Obama’s progressive re-election mantra, “Forward,” was inspired either by the concluding words of FDR’s “Bill of Rights”: “[W]e must be prepared to move forward, in the implementation of these rights….”, or by Mao Zedong’s collectivist “Great Leap Forward.” Either case would constitute a political distinction without a difference. And a prophetic footnote: FDR also wrote in his Bill of Rights, “People who are hungry and out of a job are the stuff of which dictatorships are made.”
Like Roosevelt, Obama was raised in a dysfunctional family, but unlike FDR, Obama inherited a socialist political legacy rather than wealth. However, neither Roosevelt nor Obama “let a serious crisis go to waste.”
Obama, the NeoCom-in-Chief and our first openly socialist president, was elected and re-elected on his progressive “fair share” rhetoric, which he often frames as “spreading the wealth around.” That, of course, is merely a new riff on an old FDR proclamation: “Here is my principle: Taxes shall be levied according to ability to pay. That is the only American principle.” However, that “American principle” is merely a paraphrase of Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto, in which he declared, “From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs.”
Obama’s political storm troopers are led by the largest subgroup of congressional Democrats, the 76 declared members of his Congressional Progressive Caucus, who have made “progressive taxation” the top priority of their “redistributive justice” agenda.
Rep. Paul Ryan properly summed up Obama’s progressive agenda as “a dull journey from one entitlement to the next, a government-planned life, a country where everything is free but us.”
Obama and his American Communist Party-endorsed NeoComs are crafting their progressive economic policies using the subtle Cloward-Piven model, a socialist strategy that outlines how to overload the national entitlement delivery system, what we call the ObamaNation Plantation, in order to generate a severe economic crisis and ultimately break the back of free enterprise. Obama is using so-called “stimulus and bailout” plans (including his most recent “Fiscal Bluff“), ObamaCare, cap-n-trade, international climate change treaties, and the like, to take our country to the edge of that precipice.
Sometimes, however, the NeoCom agenda is not so subtle, as was the case this week when Jeffrey Immelt, an ardent Obama supporter who also chairs Obama’s Economic Recovery Advisory Board, said of Red China’s economy, “The one thing that actually works, state-run communism, may not be your cup of tea, but their government works.”
NeoComs outside the U.S. are even less subtle.
In a recent newspaper column in “Pravda,” the old Soviet propaganda rag (“The Truth”) now published by post-Soviet era conscripts of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, a popular writer, Xavier Lerma, had this observation on our most recent presidential election: “The Communists have won in America with Obama. … Obama has been re-elected for a 2nd term by an illiterate society.”
Lerma criticized his fellow Russians for electing Vladimir Putin who, Lerma laments, “sounded like Ronald Reagan” in a recent speech Putin gave on the Russian economy.
Putin said: “We are reducing taxes on production. We are optimizing state expenses. We must avoid excessive interference into the economic life of the country and the absolute faith into the all-mightiness of the state. Unreasonable expansion of the budget deficit and accumulation of the national debt are as destructive as an adventurous stock market game. During the time of the Soviet Union the role of the state in economy was made absolute, which eventually lead to the total non-competitiveness of the economy. That lesson cost us very dearly. I am sure no one would want history to repeat itself. We must seek support in the moral values that have ensured the progress of our civilization. Honesty and hard work, responsibility and faith in our strength are bound to bring us success.”
Lerma concluded, “Who could ever [have] imagined anyone so willing to destroy [capitalism] like Obama, much less seeing millions vote for someone like Obama. They read history in America don’t they? Alas, the schools in the U.S. were conquered by the Communists long ago and history was revised thus paving the way for their Communist president.”
Indeed, who could have imagined?

I believe there was a time that American voters had a concern about stealth Marxism/Communism transforming America into a Collective in which Liberty and Civil Rights were defined by the State rather than Constitutional Rule of Law. After Election 2012 I now believe Americans could care less about American Freedoms. People are simply willing to have their lives and culture defined by the State.
Feel me, hear me, see me and touch me and tell me what to believe for my own good. The toehold to despotism is the illusion of government dependent beneficence. If the government is the hand that feeds you and the creator of a temporal synthetic existence causing security euphoria, then actual Liberty won and instituted by law by the people and for the people will be lost to an oligarchic bureaucracy that in turn has government policy distributed by a ruling elite.
The polarization in America is between hardcore Leftists that have convinced (apparently most) Americans that a Secular Humanist, Multicultural Diverse and Judeo-Christian destroying society is the path to utopia AND those Americans that have an awareness of fiscal responsibility, Social Conservatism based on Judeo-Christianity as well as the Original Intent of the Founding Fathers revolutionizing the Rule of Law of a Representative Republic.
We Americans on the Right side of the polarized scale must step up our level to communicate to Americans the risks to American Liberty by unwittingly investing in the Socialist-Marxist-Communist journey to the illusion of a man-made utopia. Friends, there is no such thing as a utopia that realizes the greater good for the betterment of humankind when the architect is man.
Yes, I am a Christian. I am a Christian that believes a great debt is owed to Jews. Even though the Jews do not share the Christian sentiment of Salvation in Christ Jesus, the New Testament clearly proclaims that Salvation is of the Jews. Our Savior was born a Jew, raised a Jew and lived as a Jew in His earthly walk that led to the Crucifixion, Death and bodily Resurrection that Christians believe brings Deliverance from bondage of a Satan influenced age and a transference to the Kingdom of God.
The only utopia on planet Earth will be after the Creator forms the New Earth-New Jerusalem and the New Heaven in which the nations that have come to their senses believe in the Kingship of Jesus Christ. The Rule of Law will not be devised by humanity; rather humanity will have the Will of God imprinted in their new creation spirit knowing instantly the good rejecting any evil that separates from God Almighty.
Yes that is correct. I injected faith and politics as the God-Kind of life that government will be like without humanity calling the shots. The Founding Fathers realized that government should not have any business in religion yet that religion (specifically the Christian religion) must be the conscience of government. Robbing America of a Christian conscience has slowly changed our society in which greed, violence and distrust are embedded in our culture.
We Americans of the Right must find a way to reinstill the vision of the Founding Fathers complete with the conscience that keeps government in line and by extension our culture in a better moral state.
You may wonder what set off this line of thought. Well it was an article by Trevor Loudon that exposes the tentacles of the Left forming policy of the Democratic Party as administered by the Obama regime on the USA.

The United Nations keeps on finding deceptive ways to enlist the United States of America into a sovereignty ending compact with the United Nations. If the UN is able to trump a national government’s sovereignty that essentially makes the UN a global governing body making the rule of law on a global basis.
In America’s case the existence of a global rule of law authority would nullify the U.S. Constitution eradicating the best Liberty-Rights the world has ever seen basically making the Bill of Rights portion of Constitution subservient to United Nations legal precedent.
Free Speech would be reduced hindering minority beliefs.
Religious Freedom would be regulated to meet varying standards; e.g. Biblical Christians could not have the same public worship say a Muslim may have (Church bells no – Islamic adhan by muezzin yes); Biblical Christians would be jailed preaching against homosexuality, Biblical Christians could be jailed for preaching (Christ’s Great Commission) for atheists and non-Christians might be offended and incited to violence and so on and so on.
The Second Amendment for American individuals to bear arms for protection would controlled or ended by the UN because armed citizens is always a threat to government authority and essentially the UN would be the World Government.
Undoubtedly there are other Constitutional Rights that would be curtailed or terminated by UN authority.
The most notorious path the UN has been implementing Agenda 21 which is using ecological-Global Warming-Agriculture-Depopulation as the path to operate a top to bottom global government.
Here is a brief description of Agenda 21:

Research, know your details; discover the NGO players in your community; identify who is victimized by the policies and recruit them to your fight; and then kill Agenda 21. What is Sustainable Development?
According to its authors, the objective of sustainable development is to integrate economic, social and environmental policies in order to achieve reduced consumption, social equity, and the preservation and restoration of biodiversity. Sustainablists insist that every societal decision be based on environmental impact, focusing on three components; global land use, global education, and global population control and reduction.
Social Equity (Social Justice)
Social justice is described as the right and opportunity of all people “to benefit equally from the resources afforded us by society and the environment.” Redistribution of wealth. Private property is a social injustice since not everyone can build wealth from it. National sovereignty is a social injustice. Universal health care is a social justice. All part of Agenda 21 policy.
Economic Prosperity
Public Private Partnerships (PPP). Special dealings between government and certain, chosen corporations which get tax breaks, grants and the government’s power of Eminent Domain to implement sustainable policy. Government-sanctioned monopolies.
Local Sustainable Development policies
Smart Growth, Wildlands Project, Resilient Cities, Regional Visioning Projects, STAR Sustainable Communities, Green jobs, Green Building Codes, “Going Green,” Alternative Energy, Local Visioning, facilitators, regional planning, historic preservation, conservation easements, development rights, sustainable farming, comprehensive planning, growth management, consensus.
Who is behind it?
ICLEI – Local Governments for Sustainability (formally, International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives). Communities pay ICLEI dues to provide “local” community plans, software, training, etc. Addition groups include American Planning Council, The Renaissance Planning Group, International City/ County Management Group, aided by US Mayors Conference, National Governors Association, National League of Cities, National Association of County Administrators and many more private organizations and official government agencies. Foundation and government grants drive the process.
Where did it originate?
The term Sustainable Development was first introduced to the world in the pages a 1987 report (Our Common Future) produced by the United Nations World Commission on Environmental and Development, authored by Gro Harlem Brundtland, VP of the World Socialist Party. The term was first offered as official UN policy in 1992, in a document called UN Sustainable Development Agenda 21, issued at the UN’s Earth Summit, today referred to simply as Agenda 21.
What gives Agenda 21 Ruling Authority?
More than 178 nations adopted Agenda 21 as official policy during a signing ceremony at the Earth Summit. US president George H.W. Bush signed the document for the US. In signing, each nation pledge to adopt the goals of Agenda 21. In 1995, President Bill Clinton, in compliance with Agenda 21, signed Executive Order #12858 to create the President’s Council on Sustainable Development in order to “harmonize” US environmental policy with UN directives as outlined in Agenda 21. The EO directed all agencies of the Federal Government to work with state and local community governments in a joint effort “reinvent” government using the guidelines outlined in Agenda 21. As a result, with the assistance of groups like ICLEI, Sustainable Development is now emerging as government policy in every town, county and state in the nation. Now that I have the stage with Agenda 21 become aware of the next UN scheme to terminate American Sovereignty. That scheme is called the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) [SA Phyllis Schlafly]. This is a United Nations sponsored international treaty that has a name that evokes the emotion of sympathy. I mean who doesn’t help Disabled People? Who wants to be labeled a wicked miser for refusing compassion for the Disabled?
The thing is there are loads wording that would nullify the United States Constitution.

We couldn’t have made it up if we tried. And now, CRPD actually stands a better-than-even chance of actually being ratified because RINO Senators Richard Lugar, John Barrasso and Johnny Isakson, voted with the Democratic majority in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to send it to the full Senate for ratification… and we’re not about to let our elected officials pass this unholy thing in the dark of night while no one is looking.

The Problem With The CRPD Is That It’s Not Really About Helping Persons With Disabilities. In Actuality, It’s A Ploy To Trick Us Into Voluntarily Surrendering Our Sovereignty.
Make no mistake, the canard of addressing the needs of the disabled is simply pretty ribbons and bows. What’s inside the actual package is the surrender of our sovereignty to the America-haters and tyrannical third-world dictatorships that call themselves United Nations Members.
And we’re not the only ones saying it. The Heritage Foundation writes that “ratifying it [the CRPD] would subject the U.S. to UNTOLD THREATS against its sovereignty and invite further intrusion by U.N. officials into sensitive social and domestic policies.” [Emphasis Ours]
Heritage goes on to say: “However, U.S. ratification of the [CRPD] is more than merely superfluous; the [CRPD] threatens American sovereignty in a variety of ways. As with other human rights treaties, the [CRPD] established a treaty body composed of unelected ‘experts’ … that evaluates the compliance of state parties to the treaty.”
Those are mighty strong words coming from an organization like Heritage that strives to phrase just about everything in as dignified and academic a manner as humanly possible. There can be no mistake, CRPD is all about the surrender of our national sovereignty… and we’re in no mood to surrender it… we’re not going to stand by a let it happen without a fight.

Senator Jim DeMint said: “We don’t need to go beyond our Constitution and federalist system by allowing our fundamental rights to be dictated by unaccountable and unelected international bureaucrats.”

John Bolton, the former-Ambassador to the United Nations, was making an obvious reference to the CRPD as the hat-trick to LOST and ATT when he recently said: “I think there are a lot of threats to American sovereignty that the Obama administration has had cooking in the U.N. They’ve kept it kind of low key.”

And Bonnie Alba, an independent columnist, who served in various positions in the Department of Defense, said of the United Nations: “[I]f we acquiesce to the U.N. plan to run the world under the guise of helping the poor and weak, there is one guarantee. Over time all nations would lose their national sovereignty to the U.N. which would end up performing as a Banana Republic Dictatorship through enforced collection of taxes. And accountable to no one.”
And what is perhaps the ultimate irony is that this treaty, if ratified, would probably do nothing to safeguard the innate, inalienable (and for those of us in the United States, God-given) rights of people with disabilities. Instead, it WOULD erode (or even eradicate) the civil liberties of your children and grandchildren; and that’s why we must speak out and make our voice heard at this very moment.

But The Eradication Of Our Sovereignty Is Not The End Game. It’s Just The Beginning.
Mike Farris with the Home School Legal Defense Fund clues us in to the first bit of United Nations trickery on CRPD when he tells us that the “CRPD provides no specific definition of disability.” And Farris is not alone. Heritage concurs: “Other language in [the CRPD] is troubling… such as its lack of a clear definition of disability, which it defines as ‘an evolving concept.’” Of course, neglecting to clearly define the term “DISABILITY” in the 50 distinct articles of the “Convention on the Rights of Persons with DISABILITIES” treaty WAS NO ACCIDENT. It’s Standard United Nations Operating Procedure.
An unelected and unaccountable body of America-haters and third-world thugs, or as Heritage put it, “a treaty body composed of unelected ‘experts,’” will define this “evolving concept” as they go. The definitions of what constitutes “disabilities” and “rights” will constantly change, expand and morph to include greater numbers of people, and as more “rights” are allocated to an ever-increasing numbers of people who are deemed “disabled,” others will demand these newly created special “rights” as well.
And our enemies will simply rinse-and-repeat the process, continually abuse this “evolving concept” and impose unfunded, unconstitutional and even sublimely ridiculous mandates upon you, your children and your grandchildren, under the guise of “securing the rights of the disabled.” In reality, they’ll simply be attempting to overwhelm our already strained entitlement system, and crippling the United States under the weight of that same entitlement system.
If you think that ObamaCare and Barack Obama’s other economy crippling shenanigans are bad, know that the demagogues of the third-world are just itching to show us how it’s really done… but we’re not going to give them the chance.
We can’t give them the chance because we might not be able to close Pandora’s Box once it is flung open; and once our own cowardly politicians start to tell us that we are obliged to follow the DICTATES of this body of third-world thugs and America-haters (and tyrannically enforce OUR compliance on THEIR behalf), it’s all over.
Article VI of our own Constitution requires compliance: “This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.”
As for our enemies, they won’t comply; and all the America-haters at the United Nations will simply turn their backs and look at us with blank stares on their faces. ‘What do you mean Iran is not complying with the provisions of the treaty… of course they’re in compliance… however, the other member nations of the panel would like to address some more issues involving your compliance with you.’
After all, THEY define the terms and THEY make the rules as they go. As with many United Nations treaties and resolutions, CRPD will mean whatever they say it means on any given day, and our children and grandchildren will be left with no national sovereignty… no individual liberties… and a wreaked economy. Our children and grandchildren will be reduced to serfdom under the iron fist and the autocratic rule of those who despise freedom, liberty, and most of all, us… but it doesn’t have to be that way. We can put a stop this menace today.

Did You Know That The Promotion Of The Radical Worldwide Abortion Movement Goes Hand In Hand With Safeguarding The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities?
And just what do abortion and the rights of the disabled have to do with each other? We still don’t know, but we DO KNOW that the United Nations has become infamous over the years, for constantly sneaking coded abortion advocacy language into treaties and resolutions that should have nothing whatsoever to do with abortion; and CRPD is no exception.
Article 25 of the CRPD which addresses issues of “Health” states that the “State Parties” are mandated to “take all appropriate measures” to ensure those covered under the treaty have access to “gender-sensitive” health services… and “free or affordable health care and programmes… in the area of sexual and reproductive health…” (“sexual and reproductive health,” is known to be United Nations-speak for abortion).
And just so you know not only how committed the Left is when it comes to promoting a radical worldwide abortion agenda, but also how the United Nations intentionally interjects “code phrases” in treaties and resolutions; consider what happened when Senator Marco Rubio actually introduced an amendment to the CRPD in the Senate Foreign Relations Committee which simple stated:
“The United States understands that the phrase ‘sexual and reproductive health’ in Article 25(a) of the Convention does not include abortion, and its use in that article does not create any abortion rights, cannot be interpreted to constitute support, endorsement, or promotion of abortion, and in no way suggests that abortion be promoted as a method of family planning.”
ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE. Chloe Cooney with the Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) wrote: “These extreme views in opposition to women’s rights and U.S. participation in the global community only succeed in marginalizing a bipartisan effort like the [CRPD],” and Senator Barbara Boxer echoed that statement: “No senator in my view should use any international treaty to push his or her views on an issue that isn’t part of this treaty.”
Did you catch that? The United Nations is advancing a treaty that allegedly attempts to safeguard the innate and inalienable rights of persons with disabilities and interjects the promotion of abortion into the document THROUGH THE USE OF CODE WORDS; and when a Marco Rubio sought to clarify that the treaty on the rights of the disabled “in no way suggests that abortion be promoted as a method of family planning,” Barbara Boxer and her denizens of the Left accused RUBIO of interjecting HIS “views on an issue” into the debate.
And the Democrats and the RINOs on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee voted Rubio down. That’s why we need 34 Senators to go on record NOW and put their opposition to CRPD in writing. We need to send the world a message. The United States refuses to even hold a vote on lunacy.

And Did You Know That Our Children Have The “Right” To Sexual Gratification From The Moment They Emerge From The Womb And This Disability Treaty Is Going To Enforce That “Right” Too?
Senator DeMint and Mike Farris have very real and well-founded concerns when it comes to Article 7 of the CRPD, which mandates that states ensure that “the best interests of the child” shall be the primary consideration in all actions concerning the “rights” of the child.
As Farris, who sees the dangers in his capacity as one of the nation’s leading, if not the nation’s leading, homeschool advocate states: “Should the government’s assessment of the child’s best interests differ from that of the parents, the government gets to make the decision, not the parents.”
DeMint says: “We’re afraid that if the language suggests that parental authority is not absolute, we’re going to have an international body telling our parents they can’t homeschool.”
What DeMint and Farris aren’t addressing is that the dangers posed by this treaty to your children and grandchildren are far worse. Article 23 of the CRPD, deceptively and ironically titled, “Respect For Home And The Family” mandates that children have “access to age-appropriate information, reproductive and family planning education are recognized, and the means necessary to enable them to exercise these rights are provided.”
You might be interested in knowing what the United Nations typically means when it uses the term “age-appropriate” in reference to “reproductive and family planning education,” because it doesn’t mean what you think it means… at least not to far too many United Nations officials and NGOs.
As an aside, you may have also realized that the term “rights” is also a United Nations code word that typically means “coerced mandate;” a scary proposition when the word is used in relation to the topics of “abortion,” “health care,” “the disabled,” and “child gratification.”
One of the good-guys, Family Watch International, a NGO that attempts to prevent some of the more radical anti-family notions that come out of the United Nations from ever seeing the light of day, tells us about the term “age-appropriate:”

“The International Guidelines on Sexuality Education,” which is a “publication issued by UNESCO, UNICEF and the United Nations Population Fund “maintains that children have a right to receive instruction in sexual pleasure, masturbation and homosexuality…”

Other UNESCO guidelines tell us that children as young as five-years-old should be taught “that they can touch their body parts for sexual pleasure” and;

A significant number of activists connected to the United Nations assert “that children are sexual from birth, and as such, are entitled to experience sexual pleasure.”
Volumes have been written on this subject. Unfortunately, the vast majority of people have never read anything issued by the United Nations and United Nations’ recognized NGOs; and if you are so ignorant as to believe that the sexualization of your child is not “age-appropriate”… well that’s just too bad.
Under the terms of the treaty, the United States Government will be mandated to enforce the dissemination of “age-appropriate information” and “reproductive and family planning education” to your child, whether you, as the parent, like it or not. It’s your child’s “right.”
As Senator Boxer would probably say, you really should not “use any international treaty to push” your personal “views on an issue that isn’t part of this treaty.” We say “nuts” to that… our God-given liberties are non-negotiable and it’s essential that we communicate that message to our elected officials.

And Did You Further Know That Population-Control And The Rights Of The Disabled Go Hand In Hand Too?
Article 25 of the CRPD, which has already been quoted in part, also mandates that “State Parties” provide access to “population-based public health programmes…” And just what is a “population-based public health” program?
One example that may actually be familiar to you is something called “Agenda 21,” a term which should conjure visions of former Vice-President Al Gore’s “Earth In The Balance”-enviro-babble; but a good, hard, look at Barack Obama’s Director of the Office of Science and Technology Policy, John P. Holdren, should more accurately solidify what is meant by “population-based public health programmes” in your mind.
As it turns out, Van Jones wasn’t the only “nut” in Obama’s inner-circle, and what is probably even more startling is that the United States Senate actually confirmed Holdren.
In 1997, Holdren co-authored a textbook entitled “Ecoscience,” which advocated mass sterilization, compulsory abortion, one-world government and the establishment of a global police force to enforce these population control measures… errrr… “rights.”

Why Would So Many Republican Senators So Willingly Support The Surrender Of Our Sovereignty To The United Nations?
We’ve got our work cut out for us because Senators Lugar, Barrasso and Isakson aren’t the only Senate Republicans supporting this atrocity. Senators John McCain, Jerry Moran and Bob Corker have already gone on record in support of the CRPD as well… and more are certain to follow if our elected officials don’t hear from you right now.
These 6 RINOs only need 8 more Senate Republicans to agree to this affront to our sovereignty, and there are plenty that are ripe for the picking… Senators Lindsey Graham, Olympia Snowe, Susan Collins, Scott Brown, Kay Bailey-Huchinson, Lamar Alexander, Mark Kirk, Thad Cochran, Michael Enzi, John Thune and Lisa Murkowski come immediately to mind.
That’s more than 8 and that list is by no means inclusive. Senators Moran and Barrasso, who stood in opposition to LOST, are actually pushing CRPD. McClatchy even reported that Jim DeMint is very aware that he’s “up against other Republican senators” and that he “faces an uphill battle in preventing ratification.”
Why would these Republican Senators so willingly surrender our sovereignty to the United Nations? Why ask why? History, after all, is clear. In the “Federalist Papers” Alexander Hamilton observed that “a dangerous ambition more often lurks behind the specious mask of zeal for the rights of the people” and “that of those men who have overturned the liberties of republics, the greatest number have begun their career by paying obsequious court to the people….”
Perhaps it is enough to say that it takes intelligence, discernment and courage to do the right thing; particularly when the “right thing” is opposing something that masquerades as an effort to advance the rights of the disabled.
Isakson’s own office inadvertently confirmed the above by issuing a slyly-worded statement that said he “voted in favor of the [treaty] in the committee because ratification would signal to the world that the U.S. is committed to continuing its role as the international leader in disability rights.”
But hold on… wait until you hear what came next. Isakson’s office actually added that the treaty “will not erode our sovereignty.” Is he serious?
Perhaps, but it’s more than certain that Isakson and far too many of our Republican leaders didn’t bother to read Article 46 of the CRPD, which explicitly states: “Reservations incompatible with the object and purpose of the present Convention shall not be permitted.”
Isakson and Company should know better; but they don’t. Mike Farris said: “They lack the knowledge to execute their offices AND IT’S SHAMEFUL.” [Emphasis Ours]
One thing is certain. When our elected officials are done picking up the mountains of faxes that will spill from their overflowing fax trays onto their floors… they won’t be able to use the excuse that they “lacked knowledge.”
So let’s make our demands known. Tell our elected officials in no uncertain terms, with an election approaching, that there will be dire career-ending consequences UNLESS they send the opposition a clear message that even bringing this treaty up for a vote is an effort in futility. We want them on record… and we want it in writing.

Justin Smith writes from the perspective of Islam being purist or radical in Tennessee; there are many States in America that are experiencing the same Islamic Supremacism in demanding Radical Islamic anti-Americanism to be preached from Muslim pulpits in the name of Free Speech and Religious Freedom. These Muslim-American Clerics or foreign Muslim Clerics preaching by invitation in America demand the end of American Liberty in our Constitution. ‘The Tennessean’ June 8th editorial describes the opposition to the construction of the Islamic Center of Murfreesboro as “prejudiced” and “opponents to the free practice of religion” in response to a recently filed injunction to stop construction permanently. Quite to the contrary, these patriots only stand against the intolerance within Islam itself and its core doctrines that demand all ideologies and religions fall before it.
CAIR has entered the picture once again with the “we-know-our-rights” act, as they call the opposition to the ICM “anti-Muslim bigots”; they who in their own countries don’t let Christians build the tiniest of chapels and often murder Christians along with their nuns, priests and missionaries as occurred on June 3rd and 10th in Yelwa, Nigeria.
Islam presents many complexities wherever it inserts itself, especially in democratic societies. And yes, we must try not to make Muslim US citizens feel less than respected citizens, but they have a duty as US citizens to initiate the reformation of Islam, so that Islam’s archaic bindings and the Sunnah are removed from the Muslim community; US Muslims have a duty to respect their fellow Americans and the US Constitution and actually coexist with all other religions. As it exists now, Islam is more ideology than religion, and it cannot allow itself to be second to any other ideology… not communism… not capitalism… nor any other religion. Islam does not coexist peacefully.
Just because Robert Corlew declares Islam a religion does not make it so and neither does Islam’s 1.6 billion adherents. Only 10% of the combined Koran and Sunnah refers to God and spiritual matters; 60% presents Mohammed’s words and teachings and the remaining 30% outlines how Christians, Jews and infidels must be dealt with… reduced to slavery or second class citizenship/ “dhimmitude”, converted or killed. Islam is an ideology as dangerous to Freedom as the old Soviet-styled communism and Nazi fascism that contains a religious element… Islam is not a religion!
A furor arose recently over the NYPD’s surveillance of Muslim communities. But, how do we not inadvertently offend Muslims when their own doctrines state that the deception of non-believers/ infidels is acceptable when advancing Islam and even encourage such? Paradoxically, as long as second and third generation American born Muslims are still engaging in terrorist acts against the US, I don’t really care if a few Muslims get hurt feelings!
CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood’s chief ideologist and foremost influence was the infamous/renown Islamic theologian and scholar Sayeed Qubt. Qubt linked the Islamists’ ideology to coercive and subversive changes in social values, much as Lenin had done. He stated that any government not governed under the banner of Islam was impure, and he rejected both capitalism and communism. With the 20th century ascendancy of Islam, secularists, communists, capitalists and major religions barely survived in Islamic nations as fundamentalists intimidate, expel, convert or finally kill them… they are the exceptions rather than the rule.
It bears reminding that Qubt wrote: “It is not the function of Islam to compromise with the concepts of (Western culture) which are current in the world or to coexist in the same land…It (Western culture) derives its system from a source other than Allah… Islam cannot accept any mixing with (Western culture). Either Islam will remain or the (Western culture); no half-half situation is possible.”
Unbelievably, today America is witnessing the federal government giving Islam special dispensations to the detriment of Christianity. An ideology that threatens Freedom should not be advanced through the First Amendment or by the US government. On June 10th, ‘Tennessean’ columnist Gail Kerr reiterated the Muslim Brotherhood and CAIR’s and Larry Crain’s (Church Law Institute) position that the Dept of Justice should intercede on behalf of the Murfreesboro mosque.
In 1989, investigative journalist Steve Emerson witnessed Abdullah Azzam, Osama bin Laden’s mentor, urge thousands of Muslims at the Oklahoma City Islamic conference to train for holy war and the global expansion of Islam. This sort of behavior by radical imams and failure to uphold women’s rights has kept Italy from recognizing Islam as an official religion. The US should follow Italy’s lead.
All recent Islamic revolutions began through the imams in mosques…the same sort of mosques here in America that birthed the 9-11 plot. Behind every Islamic terrorist there is an imam. And, I declare that too many imams are spiritual guides of terrorism, thus… morally speaking… terrorists themselves!
Also, last Friday it was reported by Michael DelGiorno and Dr Bill Warner that Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam had appointed a “Sharia finance compliance officer” to the Economic Community Development Center, which was enough to make an American patriot apoplectic. So, I called Tennessee’s Congressmen and Senators and Tennessee State Senator Bill Ketron. Senator Ketron’s office assured me that they were aware of this development, and they hoped to have complete answers within the next two weeks.
The best and most interesting and informative conversation that day was with Nathan Buttrey from the Governor’s office. Mr. Buttrey started somewhat disconcerted by my adamant suggestion that Sharia finance has no place in Tennessee or US government institutions. He explained that the term “Sharia finance officer” was “probably a misnomer” and that Ms Sumar Ali’s primary function is to promote and expand international trade. He also welcomed all inquiries concerning this matter at 615) 741-2001.
Nathan Buttrey profusely lauded Ms Ali. He called her “capable” and “a good advocate for high quality jobs” in Tennessee; he also stated, “It is a pleasure to work with her.” While Ms Ali is Muslim, she is also a US citizen born and raised in Waverly, TN, a Republican, and an attorney with a top secret security clearance through the US National Security Council. Does Sumar Ali’s security clearance mean much if provided by the Obama administration?
The manner in which Ms Ali deals with any nation utilizing Sharia finance is at the crux of this matter. As a Muslim, can Ms Ali divest herself of any inclination to favor Islamic nations/corporations and their Sharia finance proposals? I’m waiting for any new revelations over the next few weeks and praying for Tennessee and Our Beloved America. In the meantime, I’ll accept Nathan Buttrey’s heartfelt testament to Ms Ali’s wonderful character and good intentions for the State of Tennessee and this Great Nation… Your Land… My Land.
