A local CBS News affiliate in Atlanta has a news report on private investigator TJ Ward using technology similar to many law enforcement organizations across the nation. According to Ward Herman Cain’s denial of the Bialek accusation of unwanted sexual advances is the truth.
This is very interesting!

Private investigator TJ Ward said presidential hopeful Herman Cain was not lying at a news conference on Tuesday in Phoenix.
Ward said nearly 70 law enforcement agencies nationwide use the voice software, including the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
Ward said the technology is a scientific measure that law enforcement use as a tool to tell when someone is lying and that it has a 95 percent success rate.
After listening to Cain’s speech and analyzing it, Ward said there is no doubt, Cain is innocent.

I have been haphazardly examining the tax plans from GOP candidates for Election 2012. Where the tax plan has been weak I have included the candidate’s economic-budget plan to aright America’s boat:
The next candidate up is Governor Rick Perry’s plan. There is a GOP debate tonight and I am curious how much the debate will focus on the issues Republicans wish to know about. My curiosity stems from Herman Cain’s scandal situation which may or may not be politically motivated rather than the actual truth of Cain’s business past. As of this post I have not read about Cain’s response to Sharon Bialek’s rather detailed account of sexual impropriety. Also one of the three so-called anonymous gals has also come forward and I have not had time to read about that accusation. I am wondering how much or if any of this attack on Cain’s personal life from over decade ago that never went through any legal examination will be a part of tonight’s debate.
Below is Rick Perry writing about his tax plan posted in the Wall Street Journal. Below the glowing Perry article is a more analytical examination of Perry’s tax plan from International Business Times.

I have written that I am taking a wait-&-see path on the myriad allegations of sexual harassment against Herman Cain particularly this most recent one in which Sharon Bialek has mysteriously emerged fourteen years later going public about unwanted advances in an intimate interview for a job. I say intimate because the interview was not to take place in an office. Rather the job interview was to be a part of a business meal in the evening.
Now certainly there are all sorts of questions as to why Cain would set-up a one-on-one with an attractive blond (14 years ago) when he has been and still is married to his wife Gloria now going on for 40 plus years.
On the other hand what is it that a man runs for High Office and 4 women (3 anonymously) from 14 to 17 years ago decide to point a finger at Herman now rather than following through for justice when the alleged crime occurred? The first three gals decided compensation was better than justice. The fourth gal is not bound by an agreed upon gag order of confidentiality for money; however will money be forthcoming to the fourth gal Sharon Bialek? Obviously not from Cain; however money will come for her story or Bialek would not have hired high profile lawyer Gloria Allred. I am guessing Allred is not representing Bialek out of the goodness of her heart – which means money.
Unfortunately for Cain a he-said-she-said back and forth places the matter of proof upon Cain in relation to public opinion that the accusations are false and are politically motivated. I am guessing without the smoking gun truth Cain is done. The only alternative Cain has is a civil suit of defamation of character; however Bialek has hooked up with a saber rattling lawyer in Allred that signifies a civil suit battle is ready. Even if Cain wins the suit the information that will go public in my estimation will cause political harm for Cain’s campaign for the GOP nomination.
Judson Phillips has written a piece that is slanted in favor of Herman Cain. I am guessing the pro-Cain slant is due to Bialek’s lawyer Gloria Allred. Gloria Allred takes on the high profile cases typically on the basis that she is a Liberal feminist protecting women’s rights. It is not that Conservatives are against women’s rights, but it is that Conservatives are against the Left Wing agenda of women’s rights (e.g. a woman has a right to kill her unborn baby). There is an air that Allred might be a Left Wing political assassin more than a lawyer standing up for a woman that needs to be defending from a sexual predator like
Bill Clinton – er I mean – a person that is an accused sexual predator like Herman Cain.

After the Left and the Mainstream Media began to smear Sarah Palin after her nomination for Vice President, one will have to forgive me if I wait a little while to find out if Sharon Bialek is a viable person or a character assassin of Herman Cain.
If Bialek’s accusation of an unwanted sexual advancement by Herman Cain is truthful then there is NO WAY Cain should be considered as a President no matter how good his agenda may be.
On the other hand if Bialek’s accusation is bogus and a political tool to discredit Cain so that a Conservative Black Man cannot face a Left Wing Black Man on November 2012, then Bialek needs to be fried publically, sued and possibly arrested for fraud.
I am going to wait to see if Herman Cain knows the real Sharon Bialek; i.e. Biblically or as a shrew looking for fifteen minutes of fame and some more money.

It is beginning to appear the Obama/Dem Party plan to upright the listing ship the USS America is by taxing the rich to provide entitlement money to the poorer Americans to begin spending money that will lead businesses to hire more people for jobs and thus produce jobs and revenue for the US government.
If you are a Conservative this plan is stealing property from the backs of owners on a gamble that has failed repeatedly in the past that creates NO jobs and thus decreases revenue to the American government keeping the American Economy on an ever shrinking wheel of sustainability for the livelihood of all Americans.
Some GOP candidates have figured out that one way to bring voters to their side is to create jobs by less taxation or by revamping the tax code altogether to a Conservative version of spreading the wealth. The Conservative version of spreading the wealth is to make a fairer and simpler tax code that the largest bloc of voters can understand and get on board to infuse money into the economy and thus raising more revenue for the American government that is fair to the entire economic scale between poor through Middle Class and on toward the wealthy.
I decided to take a closer look at the vision of the GOP candidates that have a plan for jobs in which the underlying premise is some form of fairer tax which may run from modifying the current tax code, to flat taxes or to national sales taxes or combinations of all the tax ideas.
When I first thought of doing this I thought I could find some inclusive breakdown of the GOP Candidates in the old Google Search Engine. Remarkably I discovered the top search engine results were criticisms of GOP tax ideas rather than evaluation. I guess I should not have been surprised be such Search Engine bias favoring the Left spectrum more than the Right spectrum. So I have decided to search out GOP candidates on an individual basis. I will attempt to post each individual GOP candidate tax and/or job plan based on their intentions rather than the criticisms of the Left or the Right; however keep in mind this is a Slanted Right Blog there will be a smattering of a positive Slanted Right filter.
I am going to begin with Herman Cain because it is the simplicity of his 9-9-9 tax plan that has given him a boost in polls without the huge war chest campaign funds.
This might be chain email Friday. Here is one I am posting without fact checking merely because I like Herman Cain.
Meet the Real Herman Cain
What you may not know about Herman Cain who is running for president….
He’s not a career politician (in fact he has never held political office). He’s known as a pizza guy, but there’s a lot more to him. He’s also a computer guy, a banker guy, and a rocket scientist guy.
Here’s his bio:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics.
· Master’s degree in Computer Science.
· Mathematician for the Navy, where he worked on missile ballistics (making him a rocket scientist).
· Computer systems analyst for Coca-Cola.
· VP of Corporate Data Systems and Services for Pillsbury (this is the top of the ladder in the computer world, being in charge of information systems for a major corporation).
All achieved before reaching the age of 35. Since he reached the top of the information systems world, he changed careers!
· Business Manager. Took charge of Pillsbury’s 400 Burger King Restaurants in the Philadelphia area, which were the company’s poorest performers in the country. Spent the first nine months learning the business from the ground up, cooking hamburger and yes, cleaning toilets. After three years he had turned them into the company’s best performers.
· Godfather’s Pizza CEO. Was asked by Pillsbury to take charge of their Godfather’s Pizza chain (which was on the verge of bankruptcy). He made it profitable in 14 months.
· In 1988 he led a buyout of the Godfather’s Pizza chain from Pillsbury. He was now the owner of a restaurant chain. Again he reached the top of the ladder of another industry.
· He was also chairman of the National Restaurant Association during this time. This is a group that interacts with government on behalf of the restaurant industry, and it gave him political experience from the non-politician side.
Having reached the top of a second industry, he changed careers again!
· Adviser to the Federal Reserve System. Herman Cain went to work for the Federal Reserve Banking System advising them on how monetary policy changes would affect American businesses.
· Chairman of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank. He worked his way up to the chairmanship of a regional Federal Reserve Bank. This is only one step below the chairmanship of the entire Federal Reserve System (the top banking position in the country). This position allowed him to see how monetary policy is made from the inside, and understand the political forces that impact the monetary system.
After reaching the top of the banking industry, he changed careers for a fourth time!
· Writer and public speaker. He then started to write and speak on leadership. His books include Speak as a Leader, CEO of Self, Leadership is Common Sense, and They Think You’re Stupid.
· Radio Host. Around 2007—after a remarkable 40 year career—he started hosting a radio show on WSB in Atlanta (the largest talk radio station in the country).
He did all this starting from rock bottom (his father was a chauffeur and his mother was a maid). When you add up his accomplishments in his life—including reaching the top of three unrelated industries: information systems, business management, and banking—
STACK THAT UP AGAINST THE ‘COMMUNITY ORGANIZER’….
Herman Cain may have the most impressive resume of anyone that has run for the presidency in the last half century.
